I got a email from tikona that i was rewarded a 10 mbps unlimited plan at the same rental (Old plan:4 mbps 799)
And they even activated it without asking me and then the i started getting speed issues i was paying for 10 mbps and getting a download speed of 2-3 mbps average and 0.1 kbps upload speed. The company does not deliver what it promises but charges the customer for it and when i register a complaint they say the issuesis resolved without checking it. This is absolutely pathetic.

Tikona is nothing but just a company of liars.

    My flat mate had taken the Tikona service using my IDs however as the service was not good so he requested for disconnecting the account. I got a call from a lady advocate(adv.[protected]@gmail.com) mentioned that the Tikona have files a case against me for non payment of bill 1300/-, she insisted and threaten me that i have to come to Delhi court and fight the case and resolve the matter on my own, also she threaten me that since the case has been registered in court, all my bank accounts, govt ID will be freeze. The last bill of this connection was 809.78 rs which was generated after discounting the service and now I paid the 1300 rs as requested by this lady. She wasted my time and caused mental stress. I want my amount back otherwise I need to file a case to this lady and Tikona

      I was using your service and asked to disconnect saying that speed was not as said. I dint pay my bill as deposit amount was not considered and device was taken back. recently got call from [protected] saying that they are calling form Delhi Court and case will be registered. When I asked for deposit amount he said it will be refunded by 3rd Aug 2018. but when i call back to give transaction ID she is not picking call. saw few complaints on same number on other sites. Do take action on these fake calls and refund my Money.

        I am receiving threating calls from representative of tikona claiming to be lawyers and if i do not pay rs. 1500, a criminal/civil case will be filed within half an hour in delhi court, and i have to personally appear engaging a lawyer spending lakhs of rupees instead of paying up a partly sum of rs. 1500.
        I am getting threatening call to file cases against me citing some section in ipc and file case in delhi, whereas the connection is provided in bangalore. I had represented that there is no money due at all, and infact, some amount is payable from tikona, they use threatening and abusive language and file case against me immediately if i do not pay up in half an hour.
        No notice has been served, and i am not given an opportunity to be heard. Tikona has administrative or operations are done from bangalore office. The equipments, wires were provided and installed through bangalore office. The application was also done at bangalore office and payments are made through bangalore office or collected by agents/representative from bangalore office.
        Tikona is misusing court machinery, engaging fraudulent means, and threating, coercing to make collection.
        The above connection was very bad, and it was not reliable. It was not stable, when it was up, it was good, but it was down most of the time, and hence not suited for educational, business, ecommerce type of transaction like net banking, etc. It was most used `for entertainment purpose. Hence i requested during january through email for complete termination of the services. Every time you send an email request, they do not send a specific reply, but a generic response that somebody will get in touch and resolve the issue. A representative will come on phone, try to sell some services, or offer to reduce the bill, or put me on to lower plan. I had consistently requested for complete disconnection/termination of the services, and paid amounts for couple of months also. There are so many wires which belong to others and i did not want to terminate or pull off the wires, and i had consistently requested through so many emails for removal of wires. It is evident they do not want a business to go away, retain the billing cycle, and once the amount becomes due issue threats, and harass using some people in new delhi. My service are provided through series o[censored]sage of hardware through installation of wires, equipment from bangalore office. Tikona has offices in bangalore and bangalore office representative had contacted. The complaints are physically attended from bangalore, bill collection is done from bangalore. Using civil court as jurisdiction may be bad in law, and may give me raise to file contempt of court proceeding against tikona, and i want help in this regard.
        What started as recovery of excess money paid by me, has now turned to be exactly opposite since non responding of my complaints by tikona, and their unilateral actions. Please help

          I am using tikona broadband. I work from home. Since last 3 days there's problem in internet connectivity.

          I have
          1. Registered multiple complaints,
          2. Tried calling customer care (No luck, says you already have registered complaint),

          Finally a technician got assigned to my ticket. However, he is such a hopeless, useless person. Doesn't bother to receive phone calls. He sent somebody else who also was hopeless, careless person. Didn't receive calls.

          My issue is still not resolved. And my work is getting seriously affected.

          All tikona technicians are pathetic, hopeless, careless, useless.

            I subscribed to tikona broadband connection in august 2017. The services were fine for the 2 odd months but the quality got deteriorated post that. They didn't provide me a proper resolution for the complaints i had registered with their executives. After many follow ups their executives would visit my house and say that the issue has been resolved and i should get proper services. How ever, despite this, the internet access was only sporadic and got disconnected very frequently every day. There were also days when the internet was completely down. Fed up with this, i asked tikona to disconnect my connection on 28th december 2017. Then started the play from their end as they tried to convince me to continue with the connection. I refused to do so and they requested me to continue the services for one more week to check if the service connection is proper now. I accepted the offer as they informed me that "the period of 1 week is free of charge" and they would terminate the connection if i am unhappy after that week also. I requested for termination again after that week as the service quality was not improved. Post this tikona sent me a bill charging for the entire month even though i had used their services only for about 15 to 16 days. They had also charged me for the 1 extra week which they said is free of charge. I had clearly communicated to them that overcharging me is not right and they should revise the bill based on the services they provided. I had also clearly mentioned this to them via mail communication. Despite this, they kept calling and mailing me since last 7 months to pay the extra amount. I had also replied to their mails detailing the issues i had with the bill and asked them to revise the bill so that i could clear the payment. Now i got a call from a lawyer from delhi high court - rahul choudhury stating that tikona has filed a legal case against me and i will have to go to delhi and pay the bill. He also mentioned that he called me since the pending amount is under inr 5000 and not send the notice directly. I consider this a clear harassment issue. Kindly look into this

            Tikona never called me to help solve this issue. I keep getting threatening calls from the so called lawyer Rahul Choudhury from Delhi High Court. This is completely unacceptable. How could the complaint status be resolved when it actually isn't?

            Why do you want me to post again on your forum? I had clearly mentioned my concerns here and have sent several mails to you in the past as well.

            Despite this, you still keep harrassing me with calls threatening me to pay the money. I am still getting calls from the so called lawyer Rahul Choudhary from Delhi Court. Called me twice already today.

            This is not acceptable. Provide me a solution here and do not encourage such threatening phone calls.

              My name is Alok Bothra... I used to be a Tikana Customer...But because of their poor connection I asked them to disconnect the service...But they didn't disconnected...And after a month they issued a bill of around 700...I called customer care..And said since I haven't used your services I ain't gonna pay...But they didn't listen...Again next month they issued a consolidated bill of 1400...They called me...Several times...And I ignored them...Since I wasn't using their services and I already told them to disconnect...
              Now they have issued a legal notice and are trying to harras me by making threatening calls...So I would like to lodge a harassment case against Tikana...

              Even after having a prepaid account with limited GB Plans Tikona will charge you for the additional MBs you consumed. That is a cheating and good amount
              Their service is poor.
              They don't stop you before you recharge and demand extra money you completely recharged GB plan
              This is completely unacceptable and they must stop

                The Same Story Happend with me :
                (I paid Rs. 1050 and 58rs after and given transaction ID and Gateway ID. After taking payment the so called lawyer said I'm going to file the complain! What's this!)
                I used the internet services of Tikona for 3month. with extremely bad services. It was the last 2 months in which I called their customer care for 50+ times but they didn't resolve my issue ( even took full payment without providing any service). Then I called and emailed the company for disconnection request which they didn't take by making excuses of there server issues and started the next billing cycle. They were not ready to settle down which they charged extra without using any data. The connection is disconnected from 2 months but they are Chargin!! I tried contacting many times. But when I initiated my conversation after getting everything clear they just keep me on hold and disconnect the call !!

                Later I got a call from an Advocate Raghubeer Saha from KarKardooma court, Delhi threatening me to pay the bill within 30min. to stop the order of court of making me a defaulter under section 449. n blocking all my Identity proof, to appear in the court and even pay a fine of Rs 85000. Now after finding online the other Tikona forums got to know it was a complete fraud by the company to make me pay the bill (amounting Rs 1550) for the services that I didn't even used. The company is a total fraud they don't provide the services they claim with about an average of 50% days without services. I even have a recorded voice proof of the Advocate calling me.
                And I've all the data if some authorised person ask for it.

                  I have sent an email to Tikona for disconnection of my service in 25 November 2017 and in 18 Dec 2017 the Tikona executive ask me to pay 295.60 towards F & F after had discussion with his manager and i paid online immediately and shared the payment receipts with all of them. But after 6 month they calling me in June 2018 and asking to pay 579 towards F & F for again and without usage of anything. They sent an email of F & F of R.s 597.8/- on 18 July 2018 and again after few hours i have received another monthly bill of 579.80 on 18 July 2018. Don't know what kind of frauds they are doing here and they should be penalise for this.

                  Here is the list of request and complaints i have submitted from Nov 2017 to till date. But there is no fruitful response but now they demanding payment. They are sending Monthly invoice and F & F separately and asking me for both payments. What is this ? what kind of system works in Tikona digital.

                  Saying sorry is not the solution..you have to take action on this immediately else i have to file a consumer complaint in government website as well as in consumer court soon.

                  One of your person called me on 30 July 2018 and told me that he is calling from delhi tikona legal department and if am not paying 598 by 6 pm than it will process though legal and civil process. when i told him that this amount wrongly billed and there is usage from dec 2017 onwards but he forced me to pay and asked me to share the payment receipt to his email id alao assured me that he will provide me the final copy of settlement confirmation that i dont have any liability and no further billing will be made towards my closed connection. But when i paid and shared the details he is not even shared the details and also blocked my number.

                  So here its shows that how Tikona generate money to survive in the market. So now am going to file a police complainant against That person Named Raghuveer and Tikona. Because Tikona giving order to do this kind of things to the employees. Also i want my Money 598 back at the earliest. Else i have all proof relating bills and payment and having voice call record when he had spoken with me and present him as Tikonal legal lawer, Also am having message received from him with asking to make payment and to share the details to his email id and that message having Tikona logo and website link.

                  Now the matter is high level as Tikona doing fraudulent activities in market. So Tikona have to face this now...

                    I request them to close my account due to my personal reasons. So i raised the cancellation request over call ( twice ) with my different number but they didn't take my request saying that call from personal number only then only we will accept your request so i mail from registered mail id on 26th march 2017, after raising request till now they didn't disconnect and asking me to pay the bill and giving me lots of call in my work timing...i have recorded proof of requesting so hard to discontinue the service and clearly mentioned that if you provide me service i won't pay even i have screenshot of mail also and today also i told same so they are still asking money and mentally harassing me and moreover instead if retaing or requesting they are forcing me to continue the service and pay the bill. I really fed up with this please take care for same

                      This is to inform you that I, Shahbaz Shaikh, unfortunately availed a Tikona broadband connection in Mumbai till March 2017. I have also paid all my bills before due date during the active connection.

                      I never used your Modem and Adapter. I purchased it on my own. You can puul up your data as I was using your services for around 3 years Then I got a mail with a bill of Rs. 1500 that I am supposed to pay as penalty charges
                      Today, 16th July 2018, I got a call from a lady who claims to be a government advocate threating legal action He also said several other things just to scare me. After that I went on to google and did a little research. To my surprise I found out that, Tikona has made it a business of doing such frauds. They charge people Rs. 1500/- as penalty termination charges. I am so in a mood to take this matter to "real" legal one. Kindly check into records for the user id: [protected] and get back to me nullifying this fraud bill or else i'll take care of this legally.

                        My internet connection provided by tikona isn’t working today.
                        It doesn’t work for hours in a day and the internet connection is very slow or poor.
                        They said they’ll give 10mbps speed but I don’t think it’s the same. The connection is very poor and slow. Since the time I have started using this network the broadband service has never even been satisfactory.
                        Please do something about it asap else I’ll be forced to change my broadband.

                          I have paid all bills but still getting due date and outstanding bill reminder. Their call, emails, and SMS bugging many times in a day. I raised a request for disconnection on 20th April

                          I used internet till 12th May as they provided me 10GB free and I used only 3GB

                          but since then, I am getting daily calls and email for remaining amount.

                          Please suggest me what action I can take againest these guys as they are torturing me for last 2.5 months.

                            I have requested for cancellation of my account.

                            I will have to file a harrasing case against Tikona as they are not closing my account.

                            I will not be paying any bills as i requested for the cancellation.

                            They say they will call and confirm but they call and disconnect immediately so that person couldn't connect and then they send text message saying we were unable to reach you.

                            This is total harassing and this is cheap way to earn money.

                            Also many people have raised their voice against them and have attached the screenshot for reference.

                              Hi,

                              Termination penalty charges - it was not told while disconnecting the connection on Jan 30, 2018. But it seems email has been sent to me after 2.5 months in April to pay 1500 as penalty. Why it was not told while disconnecting, even it’s not mentioned in the disconnecting confirmation email. Due to the nature of his dden charges and you never informed me while disconnecting, i cannot pay.

                                We have taken 6 months plan and last month already we have complained and you gave solution and again repeating same ????

                                You guys don't UNDERSTAND???

                                Please see this mail received by you, and please don't call us for any bill payment before 08 May 2018 as it was confirmed by you, and please stop our services after 08 May 2018 as we are not intrested in TIKONA anymore but you are liable to give us services till 08 may 2018 as we have paid 6 months payment, and please again am reuesting don't call for any payments or billing we are already irritated with your services.

                                am not even able to write am frustrated and similar problems facing like others now I just want this bloody company to shut down otherwise we gonna sucideand they will be responsible as they have irritated our mind till last level and harrased by sending legal notice. please let me know what to do to sue this company. we gonna got mad because of them

                                  I am raising the complains regards to the internet service provided by Tikona

                                  I was cheated with Rs 9000 to take internet connection and since then i was forced to pay Rs 4000 to pay the monthly rental
                                  More than 10 tickets raised for the complaints but still internet not working

                                  I have find the legal action against fraudulent act with Tikona as they are taking money without giving service

                                  I have requested to disconnect the service and return the money back but they are ignorant and not cooperating

                                  Kindly help with such fraudsters from being cheated to several others including me

                                    I am Ashish Rathore. I have taken a connection of tikona broadband services previous month. A marketing person came at my resident and he took my document copies with rupees 500 for subscription charges . He said that his company's engineer will come at my home and installing wifi service but no one came at my home.
                                    Many time, I called marketing person but he always make some new issue or not receiving my call.
                                    I also talk with tikona customer cares, they always says that i will solve this issue but no one can help me.
                                    This fraud company stealing my money and I am helpless.

                                      I had used tikona for 2months and i must say this company provides one of the worst services all over bangalore, india.They make fool of people and worst part their customer care people dont know how to talk.I am so much fed of this connection that i decided to get it disconnected.I have raised atleast 10 complaints for my disconnection, but they didnt do it, and will tell u that our executive will call in 24 hrs, but no call came till date.If there is any technical issue, no help is given my internet services were down for whole one month, and they raised the bill also.

                                      It completely cheating and after that they are threatening with legal mail notice. I wonder, how does this company still exist in the market and why government is not taking action against this company.

                                        This mail is to bring to your notice that there is UTMOST UNPROFESSIONALISM from your servicing team. My internet is down from past 4-5 days and there is no support whatsoever for it.

                                        I was in touch with Mr. Ashutosh[protected] who said that the problem is from backend and there is nothing that he can do about it,

                                        I spoke to Mr. Nazim[protected] on Saturday and he assured that the issue will be resolved by Saturday Evening. The problem was not solved and the person has stopped taking my calls from then. I have never come across such an unprofessional person from your team ever in past 5-6 years of my relationship.

                                        If this is the attitude of the people then I would really regret taking Tikona Broadband.

                                        If this issue isn't resolved within next 24 hrs then I will change my network to any other network available. Please take my cancellation request in process and request you to do the needful.
