Hi guys,
Seems someone has registered my personal emailid ([protected]@gmail.com) in tikona.
I'm getting unnecessary emails from tikona. So please don't be stupid and don't intrude my mailbox from your unnecessary chasers without checking the authenticity of your customers.

I want a quick action from you as you guys are intruding my mail box since long back.

No more forums, no more here and there.
This is a basic principle if someone has registered the connection with an email ID with you guys, at least you should check the email account owner authenticity. Your process is a total waste and now you are telling me to go to tikona forum, how? Even I'm not a tikona customer.
Get it resolved quickly else there are other regulators in the market also.
Need quick action on this.
No further forums and all, check the account registered with my mail ID, you guys are not able to check authenticity of your customers, it means you are totally waste. This is a basic principle if someone has registered an email ID at least check the authenticity if the person is the owner of the same email account or not.
Either solve it quickly or will escalate this to other regulators in India.

    After we took another company internet

    Now we need refund. We request so many times. But they did not responding.

    From 27/8/18. Our new tikona internet is not connected up to 3-3 weeks
    So i complained so many times to their head office.
    I complained so many times to ahmedabad office gujarat.
    But nobody guide us properly.
    Nobody helping in time
    It is their duty to ask people that your new connection is working properly or not.
    So i took another company internet connection.
    I don't want tikona internet connection.
    It is useless for me.
    I complained so many times.
    Now i need my refund.

      I have called the customer care for more than 4 times but no one is helping out.
      I have also written mails for requesting disconnection.
      No reply received from them.
      I seriously don’t need this connection.
      I have cleared all my bills.
      Don’t need this broadband anymore.
      I will not be using so it will be a waste.
      Really need some help here.

        I hav been not using tikona, since march 2018 and asked tikona executive to disconnect but they forceful said to keep on hold instead of disconnecting, it was on hold for 2 months n a executive came to pick bill amount without usage, we told them to disconnect by settling to amount from 2000 to a settlement mutual amount, as we didnt use any of the internet,
        Now a lady preeti with a with same mobile number is calling me everyday and harassing to block adhar card, and when i asked for paper, she said it will come with legal notice,
        When i call tikona, they hav reference number but not sending anyone to pick the settled amount and thier wires

          Recieved a call from adv raghubeer saha from kadkadduma court claiming to be legal reperesentative of tikona broadband.
          He was claiming that i have an outstanding bill and if i dnt pay it, he will file a court case against me and will send me a legal notice. Further i have to visit kadkadnuma court and pay a sum of rs85000/- as a fine

          Luckily i searched him on the google and found that he was a con man

          The question arises is that how does this man comes to know our details like id, payment due, contact number and address??
          Is someone from tikona is involved in it??

            I requested to Tikona Broadband Customer Care to close my net connection on march, 2018 and I send them mail to close this connection and I paid my bill ontime till march. But yet Tikona not closing my connection and send me dummy bill on June and charging more money even I am not using my connection. Next month July they send me new bill and charging money .
            I told them I am not using this connection and send them request mail and call for closing.
            But they send me legal mail and Threatening call for demanding more money and told to case on Delhi court.

            Final I paid today online this amount to mention 2013 online despite that Tikona again actived this account.

            Please help me.

              I study in a college in bangalore and i had this tikona connection at my room. I used to pay full amount every month when i was using the connection since the start. I had holidays for 2 months in june-july and i paid full amount before going to my holidays. One day i was at home and received bill for some month in which i didn’t use the connection. I paid full amount whatever they asked for may-june month but why should i pay for june-july month when i’m not using it. I let it pass by and thought after going back i will pay the rest amount and use the connection. But after some days i received another bill including 2 months which i didn’t use. Why they were charging me for services i didn’t use. This company is fraud. I thought of disconnecting the service and i started getting calls from some fraud lawyer who was harassing me to pay the money for which i didn’t even use the connection. This is height of fraud this companies are doing to innocent people. I am launching another complain in consumer rights against this company.

                I have been writing multiple mails to tikona customer service to stop my services but my request was never processed and the services are auto renewed.

                I have multiple sent from my registered email id along with screenshot but still i’m getting auto responses. I have call records where they confirmed they will stop my connection.

                I have not used the services since then but still the customer care is harassing me to pay the bills

                  The worst service ever i experienced in my life as i have raised many concern and complains by calling tikona help desk number regarding the connectivity issue but the only resolution i got was there some network issue in your location will get it closed with few working days and if you are not able to use the service we will wave off some amount not the connection issue got resolved nor i got any kind of wave off. And when i asked them to share a documention on wave off amount through mail they denied and informed that your call recording is enough.

                  When the connection was working then again tried reaching then they said there’s no such wave off requests given from my end.

                  Right now when ‘m trying to deactivate the service they are informing that to provide to my friend and even they are forcing me to take the connection to my hometown.

                  They are not ready to deactivate the service where as this issue ‘m facing from last 6 months repeating i will keep calling them they informed that we are monitoring your usage if any issue will face we will deactivate still there’s no such update

                  Requesting you team to help in this issue and get rid of it as ‘m feeling kind of harresment from the company’ end

                    I opted for tikona broadband service in march, 2018 but it could not provide me the connectivity till april, 2018. So, i was bound to get it disconnected. The sales persons misguided us at the beginning by promising various schemes and plans. But after taking the services, the customer care told us that they don't provide services in ghaziabad. It is like making fool of others to earn money. We have paid for what we could not even make use of

                    I had requested to uninstall the router 5 months back on 14 april, 2018. Inspite of several reminders, they could not get it uninstalled. I don't hope for the refund but if i get it then i would be grateful. I just want to get the router uninstalled in order to get my new broadband service.

                    I must say that tikona doesn't care for their customer's time and money. I am fed up of their unprofessional attitude towards their customer and cannot have more patience to wait for the problem to get resolved. Therefore, i request your good self to get it resolved as soon as possible.

                      The tikona accounts department and sales department are very cheap, even after requesting disconnection, even after getting confirmation, still getting request to pay ransom amount. I dont know why the employees in sales and accounts departments are too much illegal in their approach, I got a confirmation that no need to pay any single rupee as advance was paid initially, but they are refusing to disconnect even after this. Furthermore, I had the voice recordings of the persons communicated. Every time I will get a message or call forcing to pay the bill. By doing this they are loosing and destroying their company loyalty. whats more, they will call and negotiate to continue the service at cheaper cost without knowing the fact that I disconnect due to my location transfer, which is already informed and agreed during disconnection request itself.

                      This issue is not resolved and they took further political, people please look into this political way in which tikona handles its customers.

                      Here is the mail that i got from tikona .

                      Dear Customer,

                      Service disconnection has been initiated for Your Tikona User ID [protected].

                      You will not be able to use the Services now.

                      The account will be closed on receipt of CPE/ roof top device/cable by the Company in working condition and settlement of all balance outstanding. Penalty/damages, if applicable, will be charged in the final bill, towards breach of terms of service. In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working condition, the company would charge the subscriber Rs. 1, 500 per modem not returned or returned in non-working condition towards penalty / damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all plans.

                      The request for refund will be considered in case of Tikona's inability to restore the connectivity due to reasons such as site out of service, due to permission issues or other situations with similar effect. No refund is applicable in any other cases.

                      You will receive final bill on next billing date. You will not be charged any Recurring/Rental charges after the Final Bill period in which usage is seen or request for Service disconnection was registered (whichever is later). A full month (as per Bill Period) shall be counted in case the usage/ request is for part of the bill Period. Your Bill period is indicated on your Tikona Service Bill.

                      You can contact our authorized representative Mr. Harishanker at [protected] to return the CPE/ roof top device/cable.

                      We thank you for giving us the privilege to serve you and we look forward to your association with Tikona in future.

                        I had disconnected my tikona connection in May 2017 and they had taken all the equipments and all bills were cleared. However after one year I am receiving threat calls from lawyers who are saying will put me behind bars for 1300 bucks. I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.for the same. They call me from a Delhi number and state that they are calling from the courthouse Nd will put me in jail. Absolutely unproffessional people amd call themselves lawyers.Name Krishnendu Banerjee

                          We have been using tikona services since a year now. Earlier the bill was under the name of my brother "yash patel" and later we changed it to my name "vinita patel". We have cleared all the outstanding amount for the previous account and have been using the services under my name i. E. "vinita patel".

                          Today, we got a call from the service center that the bill amount for the previous account is due. The due amount was not for the services it was about the modem that we did not submit.

                          Poor communication from the company leads us to delhi court. There was no communication done to us that the person will come to collect the modem. We are still using the same modem under my new name on the bill account.

                          The number [protected] who is calling us and asking to pay the bill or else they will drag me to court and he says he is from delhi court, sector 360. He is saying pay the due amount rs. 1420 within half an hour or else he will file it against us and we have to pay rs. 85000 in the court by appearing in the delhi court.

                          This number shows spam on true caller not from any other delhi court.

                          Tikona please resolve this issue. Too bad service and harassment done to us. Highly disappointed by me.

                            My Tikona Service ID: [protected], have informed you for disconnection of my tikona service several time (last complaint id [protected] on date 1:3:2016) but it does not do so. I am not using your services from 21 Jan 2016 onwards.

                            They make a fraud call of an advocate for a settlement o[censored]npaid amount. (the balance which was remaining due to no service) and I again Paid Rs 3000. Within a few days, Tikona calls me again to clear dues, when I told them I have paid for it they tell me -Tikona does not make such calls.
                            I have also mail them for disconnection. 2 years passed, they are again calling me on the name of the civil department Mb no [protected].
                            They are mentally Harassing me by their calls.
                            Please Take some action against them.

                            I have tried to connect forum.tikona.in many times but always say ...

                            Registration from your IP 103.97.21*** has been blocked as your location seems to be outside India.If this is not the case, write to Forum Administrator. This forum is for Tikona broadband Users in India.You can read the posts on the Forum but can not register or Post . We needed to restrict on IP addresses due to heavy spam . Sorry about that...

                            With due respect it is to inform you that I, Awill Anurag Misra Service ID: [protected], have informed you for disconnection of my tikona service several time (last complain id [protected] on date 1:3:2016) but it is not do so. I am not using your services from 21 jan 2016 onwords.

                            Will you please explain me the reason for not disconnecting net service?

                              Hi,

                              Its been four days since i have made the payment and am waiting for the installation for my new connection for user id [protected]. Noone has visited me so far inspite of getting messages that the installation will be done today. I finally spoke to one of the tikona supervisors ankit who has been extremly rude to me rather than being apologitic. He has used very derogatory and insulting language as well as remarks. He says i dont care to inform you weather we will be sending a technician or not to your place. When i finally asked him to give me the ph no of his supervisor as he was being extremely rude he refused to give me the same and has challenged me to do whatso ever i can. I also spoke to their 1800 nobut no one seems to be taking any ownership.
                              I havent even started my service yet and there seems to be no co ordination or proper communication happening at all. Thats still fine but this kind of a rude behaviour is totally unacceptable. I dont want this service. Even if i dont get my refund i dont want such rude and unprofessional people entring my premises.

                                Dear sir,
                                I had avail services of tikona digital network in the month of feb.in starting they have told that pay 500 rupees for setup and 885 for the one month of services. And i have paid that. Same happened in next month i have paid for services in advance. And talked to executive that you have me that our services is free for 2 months you dont need to pay after making payment on ist month. But after 2 months frequently i got calls from tikona headoffice that pay for the 2 months services what you have used. I told that i have already paid the amount. After that they started calling me again and again and i have stopped using their services. Now today i got a call from a lady she was saying that she is from delhi court and told me that tikona digital networks has filed a case against you they have asked to block my all identities like aadhar card, pan card, voter id etc.

                                Please look into this matter and respond me as soon as possible.

                                  Still it is not processed, also updated the complaint in TIKONA forum.
                                  Unable to post complaints in the TIKONA forum. So please take it forward as per the information provided here.
                                  My renewal of plan was on 15th August 2018. I have raised a cancellation request for the plan which I was using as I was getting slow speed. They didn’t cancel the plan and now they’re calling me and messaging me for the overdue bill. Please help me with this.

                                    Sir please surrender my connection as there is connectivity issue going on since 16th august repeated complaints also of no use
                                    I want my refund back and don't want to continue the harrassment...
                                    This has became a daily routine of mine to call to your customer service desk for regarding the connectivity and as soon as i call them there u a web page asking me to sign in before there would be no connection which clearly states that it's you people who are using my connection also when there is no connection how can there be usage from my end but your statistics shows that i am using the connection which is very much termed as fraud.

                                      I have install broadband of TIKONA broadband from 24th august and till date is not running properley i have done compaint so many times but no resolution provided..customer care is not helping at all..that guy who install broadband he will not answering at all please help me with this i m board calling in customer care service

                                        Tikona customer care executive doesn't pick up call after 11pm. I've recordings of tikona customer care calls after 11 and it keeps saying that you call will be attended after blank minutes. This message keeps going on forever. I've tried maximum 40 mins.

                                        Tikona says they are 24/7 customer care but they aren't and they arrange a call back but all they do is give miss calls. I've experienced it.
