I activated the TIKONA bradband services and paid full one year in advance and still the company asking for more amount and saying as outstanding amount after talking to customer care personal repeatedly since last 15 days there has been no solution...three days back Nandini Bhattacharya assured me of that the problem will be resolved but now am I receiving the message that if I don't pay the amount my services would be interrupted...
My connection is under the name of Prashant Bajaj
And user ID is[protected]
Now I don't want to continue only with the connection with such a company who after getting money demand more rather I would like my money back and connection to be surrender.

Sir am not bale to register at your forum so you please give me the resolution also I was facing the connectivity issue since 15th August but just days before the problem was resolved and told your personal to resolve the problem yesterday night and from today morning it's again the same there is no connectivity...
What kind of service do you people provide to the customer it's only a sheer harrassment to the customer giving call to you people from last 15 days ...working as if I am your paid servant for internet to work... Switch off the router, take out the lan cable... And moreover connect the lan cable to the computer or laptop...means I am doing all this task from last 15 days just to avail the service which I had paid in full one year advance...
Means really pathetic...kindly surrender my connection and now I want a compensation for the harrassment which I am facing from all these days.

    I had taken tikona connection in july 26 2017 i paid 1920 rs for 3month connection charges. and i disconnected services in oct 18 2017. and now i got a call from a lawyer and they are pressurizing to pay bill . i have all proof and i am going to take legal action against this fraud company

      Tikona is cheating customers. I had placed a cancelation request as service was not available at the new location that i shifted to.

      I had payed six months advance rental to tikona. Now when i am canceling i have been told it is not possible to issue refund for the unused period of 5 months as per their policy.

      This is fraud and tikona is cheating people by stealing their hard earned money.

        To whomever this is concerned

        I was using internet connection from july 2017 till nov 2017 of services provided by tikona infinet private limited

        In january 2018, i place a request to disconnect my connection and deactivate my account. Upon placing this request tikona informed that it shall be done within 8 working days however it took 30 business days to complete the process.in this duration i wasn't using the internet connection from the date of the request.

        The equipment have been recovered by tikona post termination of the connection.

        On 30th august 2018 i received a bill from tikona for rs.1500 stating charges for termination clauses. And now they are threatening to file a case against me if i don't make this payment. I have never received a notice before this and they have been calling me from a fake spam number posing as a lawyer.

        I desperately need your help and intervention here.

          Dear sir,

          This is in reference to the disconnection request placed with tikona. I had very bad experience with them and i would request the concerned authorities to help me.

          Below is my customer details:

          Service provider: tikona
          Consumer name: paras matalia
          Consumer id: [protected]
          Order date: 25th march'18
          Advance paid: inr 500
          Installation date: 1st april'18
          Disconnection request date: 15th april'18

          Challenges and issues faced:

          - date of birth initially recorded incorrectly and their sales people tried to convince me to go ahead with the incorrect dob and said that it can be corrected later. It's after i resisted that they agreed to change my dob in their system and it took another 15 days for them to correct the same.

          - false promise made about the plans. I was told that it would be pre-paid plan of inr 500/month with unlimited data and speed. However, plan that was activated was postpaid plan of inr 1500/quarter

          Due to above mention reasons, i requested disconnection of services, refund of money and that they should take their modem back. However this has not been done till date.

          I called them twice today (25th aug'18) to follow up and this is what happened:

          - i called at customer care center and the female associate picked up the call. I requested her to transfer the call to someone senior, however she denied to do the same and first she kept on saying that she won't be able to transfer the call. Then she tried couple of times, however said that she is unable to transfer the call. She argued with me for 10 mins and and finally disconnected the call. She did not even disclose her name.

          - i called again and i spoke to vishnu. I also requested him to transfer the call to senior or his manager. He also argued with me for 10 mins before transferring the call to rishikesh chaudhary.

          - rishikesh informed me that i was informed by tikona in the past that my connection was being stopped. However, i all my past conversation with tikona representative, i have clearly told them to disconnect the connection and that i don't need their services. I also requested to refund the money.in spite of my request, they never disconnected the connection.

          Rishikesh was not ready to accept the fact and kept on saying that it is company policy that they stopped the connection. If i want to get the connection disconnected, i will have to place the request again.

          Desirable resolution:

          - connection to be disconnected immediately
          - refund of money
          - collect the modem from my place
          - monitor all calls made by me to tikona customer care. Because of the harassment faced, the company should pay the penalty.

            I used all my data. I am not recieved any low data alert. After that i have recharged rs.1999. Still the internet was not connected.

            Asked support they told to recharge my outstanding amount rs.32 via paytm. One foolish customer executive told that to recharge it via paytm. But in paytm tikona broadband recharge was always down. I have tried that 2 days. : (

            And after that one knowledgeable executive told to recharge it in "quick pay" via official website.
            I got my internet connection back in the morning.

            But in the night facing issue of "your service is disabled". Last 3 days very worst with tikona.

              To whom it may concern.
              My name is Jiwesh Dubey and my Tikona I'd is [protected].
              This is in response to a call received by [protected]. The lady in call has no sense to behave and the way she used the word Legal, I guess she is unaware of Legal Laws also.
              What I sensed today is that Tikona is no longer what it used to be. She was not talking she was kind of harassing. Tikona failed to provide me with the technician support irrespective of my number of complaints. My antenna has broken and is not getting proper connection, is not an issue for Tikona. But my non repayment is a big issue that Tikona and it's legal team has teamed up. Please go and read Legal laws before harassing the innocent customer. The way Tikona is going, I fear no one would use the Tikona.
              Now I won't use Tikona or I would never recommend anyone to use Tikona. So, please take your connection back and at that time I would clear my bills to your technician.
              I had a very bad experience at Tikona.
              Please acknowledge the complaint and take required actions.

                I have been writing multiple mails to tikona customer service to stop my services but my request was never processed and the services are auto renewed.
                I have multiple sent from my registered email id along with screenshot but still i’m getting auto responses that this is not my registered id.
                I have not used the services but still the customer care is harassing me to pay the bill services which are not used.

                  My Tikona id is [protected].I sent disconnection request to [protected]@tikona.in on 24/03/2018 from my registered email id as I shifted my house from Chennai to Tuticorin . But Tikona didn't processed my request and generated April & may bill even after my repeated request. Now they suspended my connection and asking me to pay Rd.1556.84 to consider my disconnection request.Even after providing proof for sending disconnection request on 24/03/2018, they are not disconnecting and frequently asking me to pay . So I ask your good office to instruct Tikona to disconnect my line and collect the modem.

So I don't have any faith that tikona will resolve my direct complaint. So I request you to tell tikona to resolve my complaint through your forum.

                    This is not at fair for healthy business, several mails I have sent and intimated that currently I'm not in Bangalore so u can't contact me on the registered mobile number and provided my alternate number. Please don't send me a mail saying that we tried calling you, without reading my emails.

                    As per my earlier emails, I have raised my concern about disconnection that I have raised a request to disconnect my Tikona internet connection on 3rd October 2017. Why it wasn't disconnected at that time and why it is dragged till now?

                    Regarding this I spoke to your customer care representative, unfortunately I did not get the reason for why it wasn't disconnected earlier and why it is dragged till now. Moreover during the discussion he disconnected the call without any intimation.

                    And also let me know why this bill was generated?

                    I have raised my concern about disconnection that I have raised a request to disconnect my Tikona internet connection on 3rd October 2017. But it was disconnected on 23rd April 2018. Why it wasn't disconnected that time and why it is dragged till now? Bill is kept on generated and adding late fee charge too. I sent several mails to tikona customer care but there's no reply other than automatic mails from templates. Request you to reply at the earliest. Hope you can see the trailing mails too, reply me if you can't see the trailing mails.
                    Once again request you to give justification mail for dragging so long for disconnection.

                    Even after after several mails and call followup, I did not get any right reason for my account disconnection dragged from 3rd October 2017 to 23rd April 2018. I send a mail to cancel my connection on 3rd October 2017 and the disconnection happened on 23rd April 2018. Few bill generated on basis of pay as you go plan. I was on unlimited 4MB/s plan, when I requested to cancel my connection you have changed my plan to pay as you go. why you have changed the plan instead of closing my connection? to cheat a 5 year old customer? I used Tikona more that 5 years. But now you are cheating and harassing customer by generation cheating bills. Once again request you to give reason for plan change and dragging my disconnection request so long.

                      I had issues with Tikona since the 5th of July where i could not use the internet services, this was flagged by me on the same day . Post that several more tickets were created . Tikona finally agreed that the issue is from their end and they have a network outage for which they will upgrade . This took an entire month and i was very patient with them so that they can resolve it . However to my surprise they sent me a bill and refused to waive off any single penny stating that i have used the internet for few days due to which i will be liable to pay for it .
                      I find this very unfair and expect them to waive the cost for the entire month.

                        Complaint no is not taken seriously by Tikona Complaint resolution personnel
                        they have allocated a person who do not want to understand reason for failure of other Tikona Persons who had attended earlier.
                        His clear communication say: I have many customers to attend, The are at Kharadi is not my area"
                        He is neither preparing to get equipment right away.
                        He wants to come only on probing mission. This is not accepted.
                        Customer is held hostage to such Service personnels who when they have time will attend. Request you to immediately cut off connection as neither this Portal nor Service intends to resolve customer care

                          Payment done but voucher not activated and no proper response from customer care.

                          The money was paid through airtel payment bank and i got confirmation from airtel that the transaction was successful. Below is the confirmation from them.

                            Dear all
                            Please note that after our connection started the router has not been working smoothly, everymonth almost 7 -8 days there are issues pertaining to connectivity.
                            Twice router was changed and inspite of complaining local support no actions were taken.
                            Persons visting from tikona are not trained to attend issues.
                            Hence the service calls only log attendance. No results.. No customer feedback form filled
                            Please help immediately.

                              I took tikona braodband connection in mar 2015 and have been repenting this decision till date. I have been working abroad since then, but was paying their bills mostly in advance because sometimes my wife used to visit and stay in thane for few days. Every time, i visited india (Stayed abroad since 13 mar 2015 to 11 jun 2018), i had to struggle for two days calling them and following up with them to restore the service even after regularly and mostly in advance paying the bills sent by them. I am listing the factual position below: -
                              3. Details of payments made during last one year plus whose receipts are available with me are rs. 1000/- on 14 feb 17, rs. 234/- on 21 feb 17, rs. 1087/- on 08 mar 17, rs. 500/- on 20 apr 17, rs. 600/- on 22 may 17, rs. 885.30 on 11 aug 17, rs. 1000/- on 02 oct 17 and rs. 1000/- on 09 nov 17.
                              4. On 03 july 17, i sent a formal email to their customer care for disconnection of service because my wife also moved to stay with me abroad for next few months. Having got no reply, i followed up with another email on 5th july 17 requesting them to disconnect my service and collect their installed equipment. It is pertinent to mention that i am not aware of the location of the modem installed by them and the wifi router in use inside the house is my personal property bought by me online and they could have removed these without access to our apartment.
                              5. Having got no confirmation, i sent another email to them on 09 nov 17 requesting them to reconnect the services for 2 months as my wife was visiting thane for few days, in case the same was disconnected. Again, i got no reply and followed up with another email on 14 nov 2017. Even after this the only reply i got that the case has been closed after referring to technical team. Finally, my daughter living in delhi had to follow up with their customer care for two days before service was restored. Please note that i had made advance payment for these two months as detailed in para 3 (Rs. 1000/- on 02 oct 17 and rs. 1000/- on 09 nov 17).
                              6. Both self and wife went abroad in 1st week of jan 18 and before leaving, i had personally called and informed their customer care to disconnect the service. I was surprised when they again started sending me the bill from mar 18 onwards without we using their service, i decided to not pay any more amount. On returning back to india on 11 jun 18, i wrote a very polite mail to them on 13 jun 18 to restore the service and start the billing. I also wrote that i will not be paying the previous bill as the same is illegal and not for any service used by us. I followed up with two more emails, but having got no resolution, i opted for another service provided on 29 jun 18. As a veteran, while i follow the path of honesty and integrity, but at the same time i am trained not to accept wrongs. Please advise your client to collect whatever equipment he may have installed including if there is any item that he has installed inside the apartment. I also would like to mention that we received a call yesterday from someone claiming to be from karkarduma court in delhi and calling me insane for not paying the said illegal bill. I am still receiving these threatening calls like to day one mr dileep singh called to threaten that all my legal documents and property will be attached unless i pay the settlement bill as told to them. I did not agree to this and asked him to go ahead and file a case. Lets see what happens.

                                I have subscribed tikona digital networks on 5th of august 2018 and since then i am suffering from network issues. every time i submit a complaint to the company they just reply me that service is ok and i am having the service as per my plan. but seriously this is not working out . this is a total loot of money.
                                i have paid rs. 1805/- at once for the subscription and i am not getting the service as per the plan i opted. totally in vein as i can see. please take necessary step against the broad band provider.

                                  I have taken the Tikona Connection with User ID - User ID – [protected], was not a good experience at that time, despite the multiple request for disconnection your team always assure me to provide the better performance, even after I was not convince connection was continue to me as retention target for them.

                                  Tikona impose me the wrong charges, which I request waive off because connection was not used by me and given the disconnection already prior.

                                  Now I am daily receiving the calls from your recovery agents, they call as Lawyer from Civil Court of Delhi High courts and also threatening and abusing me which I feel completely un-professional.

                                  Because of their targets, these guys are spoiling company image and reputations, company put the best effort to create their image and reputation.

                                  I would request take corrective action to control this

                                  Even i have changed the rented flat and please do not disturb me.

                                    We have availed wifi internet connection from tikona for a trail period of 3 months by paying full amount in advance. Since we were facing continuous connectivity & speed issues, which were not resolved, we informed tikona that after expiry of trial period of 3 months, to not to renew the connection/ subscription for any further period. We informed them well in advance befor expiry of trial period of 3 months but they send us the bill for payment for next month and then only we learnt that they did ot take any action to disconnect our subscription..

                                    There after we have been regularly harassed y their frequent phone calls/emails and even personal visits by their representatives. They have even sent us a legal notice thru theor advocate which is duly replied by attaching supporting documentary evidences.

                                    Meanwhile, since last 10 to 12 weeks, we have been receiving calls from some person/s, introducing as advocate calling from delhi and everytime the caller speaks very rudly & threating us that criminal complaint is lodged against us by tikona at tees hazari court, delhi and arrest warrant is issued and if we do not remain present in the court, police will visit our place & arrest us. The last such call was recd on 11th july, 2018 at 11.25 am from mobile no.+91 [protected]. The caller identified himself as advocate calling from delhi and asked us to remain present in the court on friday 13th july 2018, else we will be arrested by the police. Though we have no any past experience of court and legal matters as we have never ever defaulted in making legitimate outstanding payments to any of our service providers, as a lay man, what we understand that there are laid down procedures to be followed and no court issues arrest warrant merely on the basis of any complaint lodged and no one can make such threatening calls.

                                    Today on 8th august, 2018 at at 10.55 am we again recd a call from mobile # +91 [protected]. The caller was female introduced herself as an advocate calling on behalf of tikona & threatened on the same line as narrated above.

                                    Today again, short while ago, we received a call from mobile # +91 9773700659 & the caller introduced herself as Advocate Ms Priyanka, calling from Delhi and threatened us to appear in the court (Which Court...? we are not aware & have no knowledge as we have till date, not received any information/documents either from any court and/or any other entity/person) & cancel the arrest warrant by paying Rs.80, 000/- else we will be arrested by the police.

                                    We have been receiving such threatening calls since more than 10 weeks and have informed TIKONA in writing about the same many times asking them to provide all the details if they have lodged any such complaints against us and if yes, when & where and whether they have authorised any Adovcate/s to make such threatening calls on b/half of TIKONA but there is absolutely NO RESPONSE from them...

                                    I am also posting all these details on forum.tikona.in.

                                    Can some responsible person/desk from TIKONA respond in detail...???!!!

                                      I need you intervention to resolve my issue. I already disconnected my connect 2-3 months back & also paid the outstanding. But again i am getting reminder payment call & emails.

                                      I am not using from last 3 month & without my concern you guys activated my account & generated my bill. You guys are making fool.

                                        It's been more than 3 months i am trying to get this issue resolved. But seems tikona is only interested in a new connection and not customer support.
                                        Whenever i am trying to make a complaint without any solution they mark it as complete.

                                        This is wrost speed experience. Even worse then 2008 broadband connection type when internet connection was too slow.
