I have a plan of 6mbps, but the actual speed i am reciving is less than 2 mbps.

I got a call from nidhi sharma claiming to be an advocate that too government employee and threatens me to pay rs. 2300 for some non-existing outstanding payment.

I started using tikona services from 17 may and till 5th jan, i raised 3 customer complaints for slow internet speed and was disconnected for 3 days.

They took 2000 rs as advance payment for 3 month as they were offering free router but now when i am asking them to return my amount, they are telling me that if they are not able to give services then only they will return my amount.

To whomever it is concerned,

I was using a tikona broadband connection for which i raised a disconnection request on oct 2017, reason being - i was shifting location, the connection was pathetic and so was the service. I received a mail on early nov 2017 confirming the service disconnection and no outstanding payment.
