I have already made payment of rs.990/- as against bill of rs.885/- so that the same gets adjusted in the next bill which happened also and the next time i received adjiusted bill of rs.785/- which has also been paid. However, now the team tikona reverts back and says that the payment of rs.990/- was never made or the same has been reimbursed. Earlier, they asked to send an email to the [protected]@tikona.in stating that the payment has been made, which i did, but, nothing happened and calls for dues payment continued to come. About more than 30 calls regarding the payment from different individuals have been made and i have time and again explained the issue and all have only told to get the issue resolved and/or asked me to hold the call and talk to their senior, which i did but the issue remained as it is. Later, some senior, namely, nikita, called up and asked me to submit my bank statement to check for the last time if the reimbursement is done. Thereafter, i have submitted bank statement also to show that the amount has never been reimbursed. Then, they kept calling me and mailing me. I received another call and the support staff asked me to wait for 5 days and the issue is about to get resolved. However, more than 7 days have passed and today, i received a call from their local employee from lucknow asking to come to my place and get the payment done to which i straight way no, i won't pay since i have already paid the amount and the matter is under consideration as well. This is going on for the last 30 days and it is totally unjust and unwarranted for tikona to have done like this as i have been using their services for the past several years. But, i think it is the time when i need to cut their connection and get rid of a fraud company tikona. Had enough of it.
