I have terminated my Tikona connection in month of Feb 2018,

Tikona ID: [protected]

Despite that, and change of my location, Tikona continues to pester me with daily calls and msgs asking me to pay overdue amount. I haven't used the data and I am not supposed to make any payment.

It was showing some Rs.253, then 353... and then 315,

Now, it has come to Rs. 318.

Please note that I have already disconnected my account. Please don't ask me to pay any overdues now.

    I have taken a Tikona quarterly plan on 27th of March and paid full amount for 3 months. After using service for 2 months and 23 days, i have requested a service closure and I haven't used single bit of data after requested service closure date. Still Tikona team is sending me continuous payment reminder emails and messages.

    I had called customer care twice providing all the information and they agreed on call to stop the payment reminder mails. Even they said that bill cycle that they are using is from 15th March to 15th June is 2305/- and remaining 346/- is carry forward to next bill starting from 15th June to 15th September. This 346/- will be adjusted from 15th June to 21st June until the service closure and no extra payment will be taken but still on the other hand they are sending me payment reminder to pay 1928/- amount.

      This company is a cheat. I was requested to disconnected broadband connection in dec 2016 but company had not disconnected and continued 02 months till feb 2017. My usage was zero because i left premise, where had installed in dec.in month of dec time tikona field engineer had visited and collected modem from me. Several times, i had informed tikona customer care agent but never gave us solution. Tikona continuously is sending message for clearing unpaid amount i. E inr 2019 and threaten me a lot. I informed call centre for disconnection. Company is cheat customer. This company gives mental harassment to all customers.

        My tikona id [protected]. I was getting frequently dropped signals since installation. Made several complaints to tikona tech. Team but result is '0'. I'm getting false promises from the tech team for sending support engineers, but none have visited the site. But they falsely reported that either site found locked or not allowing them to inspect at site. Please either resolve the problem or refund my money.           Once again i regret to inform the tikona technical team that in spite of pain taken by me on the installation of pole for the radio (Signal receiver) on the terrace, non of your technicians have bothered to reinstall the radio from the gutter exhaust plastic pipe to the solid pole erected on the terrace.

          Almost 10 days have pasted and no afford has been taken to reinstall the radio receiver from the gutter pipe to the newly erected pipe as shown in the pictures attached.

          Please get the work done immediately for the smooth service to the customers at large.

            I have taken new connection just before 15 days. After successful installation, it took 7 working days to start connectivity. I thought might be communication gape. But after 1 day it was not working. I have tried to call on customer care but there was a queue for almost an hour. The person who does the installation told me to call and register a complaint. I did the same, but instead of any technical assistant, they just sending constant message that issue is resolved. But still, the internet is not working. I have no way to contact any executive. I want my full refund. Also, I want my loss that had been due to them. I have a team who is dependent of their internet but Tikona forced to me to take a new connection of other Internet service provider.

            This is kind of joke. There I have to create a new account and have to ask query. No other way to raise a complaint. Previously they were serious but nowadays can't trust tikona.

              Hi, i am srinivasan. My number is [protected]. I am not using the internet by using this number from april 10th. I have sent lot of mails requesting to disconnect the line by mail and also called customer care number to disconnect the line. But i did not get any response which is not fair to treat a customer. I called the area engineer asking to take away the modem but he did not also responded me. Now i am getting mails for the service which i am not using. Also someone threatening me to pay the bill. This is very poor customer service. Need to stop the calls and mails henceforth which makes very irritating and frustrating. I will take action if the proper action is not taken.

                I have already made payment of rs.990/- as against bill of rs.885/- so that the same gets adjusted in the next bill which happened also and the next time i received adjiusted bill of rs.785/- which has also been paid. However, now the team tikona reverts back and says that the payment of rs.990/- was never made or the same has been reimbursed. Earlier, they asked to send an email to the [protected]@tikona.in stating that the payment has been made, which i did, but, nothing happened and calls for dues payment continued to come. About more than 30 calls regarding the payment from different individuals have been made and i have time and again explained the issue and all have only told to get the issue resolved and/or asked me to hold the call and talk to their senior, which i did but the issue remained as it is. Later, some senior, namely, nikita, called up and asked me to submit my bank statement to check for the last time if the reimbursement is done. Thereafter, i have submitted bank statement also to show that the amount has never been reimbursed. Then, they kept calling me and mailing me. I received another call and the support staff asked me to wait for 5 days and the issue is about to get resolved. However, more than 7 days have passed and today, i received a call from their local employee from lucknow asking to come to my place and get the payment done to which i straight way no, i won't pay since i have already paid the amount and the matter is under consideration as well. This is going on for the last 30 days and it is totally unjust and unwarranted for tikona to have done like this as i have been using their services for the past several years. But, i think it is the time when i need to cut their connection and get rid of a fraud company tikona. Had enough of it.

                  Since it has been more then 6 months when i mailed to disconnect the connection. But from last 1 months i am harassed by your fraud lawyers to pay the amount of 1000rs but there is no such due told by your customer care department.
                  But now these # call me and said that i m call from tis hazari court delhi.
                  If i didnt pay you i have to give 15k as fine.
                  I dont know what for. Tikona please wake up we are not idiotic person and not having iq less then 25. So dont try this with us. If i get call next time i m going to file a complaint against you.

                    I have a plan of 6mbps, but the actual speed i am reciving is less than 2 mbps.
                    Please check, else i need to stop connection. Customer id:[protected]. This is really very bad as i have recently joined ti kona network.
                    If new customers are cheater and fooled with service then continuing the service is going to be hard for me..
                    Please take proper steps and provide 6 mbps speed.

                    The forum link doesn't work.
                    The confirmation code doesn't work as it says incorrect password even when I enter correct code..(please check attached images)
                    So it doesn't help us post issue...
                    I would please request to carry forward my request. And fix this issue as soon as possible else I will need to switch to other broadband providers..

                      The speed of tikona is worst as compare to the previous months. Kindly request to you please increase the speed otherwise i will remove tikona broadband from my system. How irresponsible ur because i have complained multiple times through your toll free number, i[censored] are unable to improve the network u need to reply to me. Such a worst service of it.

                        I taken broad band connection July 2017 but not satisfied with services I send a mail dated[protected] requesting them to surrender with immediate effect & refund my remaining balance paid in advance but instead of taking action I got more then 100 calls persuing me not to surrender or get it transfer to some other name.I received a mail on 27 Dec 2017 that my rental has been stopped but did not confirmed of de-activation. Later on company collected roof top devices also .
                        Now they issued a demand of ₹1400 plus in the month of May 2018, but responding my mails, I send mail to their Nodal officer @ nodal.[protected]@tikona.in & nodal.[protected]@ timing.in but delivery failed. Now they calling & sending mail in nature of harassment. No customer grievance mechanism working.

                          Dear sir,
                          One of the ticona company agent come to me and he said to take ticona wifi with free for 2 month without any money only i have to pay 500 rs. Advanced if i disconnect the wifi within 2 month then they will refund the money. But i disconnected wifi within a month and i also said the agent that i had leaved the apartment but he didn't come to disconect and later company generated a bill of rs. 1300 and said me to pay they are cheating me. I want justice. And in any condition i will not pay and amount. I have full proof of all these like call recording and whatsapp chats.
                          Kindly please take a action against it.

                            The company is mentally harassing the customer by fooling them and not providing them support.

                            I wanted to disconnect a connection but registered email id and number is incorrect. They are not ready to disconnect the connection and imposing charges of every month.
                            Calling customer care is lot of hell, they are making excuses and providing false commitments to customer. They are not registering the issue and if you tell them then they cancel it on there own.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am frustrated with tikona digital networks.
                              As your i have been promised with rs. 500 to pay at the time of installation and router and installation will be free, and first month will be free and i have pay 899 at second month on 22nd of march, after that i have been receiving a bill amount of rs.2036 from the following month. I had previously also raised a complaint about this on your customer care sector, but without any intimation the disclosed my complain without any notice,
                              Since i'm a student l am getting frustrated mentally with this kind of approach by your company, recently one of the tikona customer care representative had told me related the compensate of the bill amount and told me to pay 1200 rs and i had asked him for to send the pending bill of 1200 to my registered email id as a soft copy but yet there is no response yet from the tikona end.
                              Later i got a call from an advocate named raghubeer saha (Truecaller) a lady from court, delhi threatening me to pay the bill within 30min. To stop the order of court of making me a defaulter under section 449. N blocking all my identity proof, to appear in the court and even pay a fine of rs 85000. Now after finding online the other tikona forums got to know it was a complete fraud by the company to make me pay the bill (Amounting rs 2036) for the services that i have given fake commitment and now i am ready to pay 1200 as per the amount commited by the customer support. The company is a total fraud they don't provide the services they claim w. I even have a recorded voice proof of the advocate calling me.
                              And i've all the data if some authorised person ask for it.

                              Do take the necessary step to solve the issue immediately make sure what i had been promised by you're sales representative.

                                Respected sir i have taken a tikona broadband connection about a month ago.
                                Since day 1 i have been harassed by the tikona team. Connection to me was given to me after a week. Internet does not work properly. Daily complaints are being made the engineer comes but the work is not properly done. How long is this going to go on. I shall inform the existing clients in my society to cut off the tikona connections as they are not worth it.
                                Am going to approach the connsumer court shortly.

                                  I got a call from nidhi sharma claiming to be an advocate that too government employee and threatens me to pay rs. 2300 for some non-existing outstanding payment.

                                  There is no outstanding as per info. And when i asked her the detailed statement she straight away denies and disconnects. She does not even let me talk. Says that i am govt advocate of some delhi court.

                                  Used tikons for only a few months, decided to disconnect the connection because of poor internet service, and false commitments. Called tikona and asked to disconnect the connection, and they didn't disconnect and now asking for the amount which is only the sum of penalties. Why did you guys not dis-connected the connection? Was waiting for today?

                                  If i don't pay the amount she will drag me to the court in delhi and fine me with rs. 45000 and 6 months of imprisonment.

                                  Requesting to take strict action against tikona and that lady called nidhi sharma.
                                  When i checked that number on truecaller i found it to be a scam.
                                  She threatens me to block all my bank accounts, my govt documents etc.

                                    I anson mathew have started using service from tikona from december 2017. I have paid inr 1300 as first month bill and a refundable deposit, the initial days itself they are not provided the proper speed, i'm not able to load a normal google page. I have raised the complaint to our local tikona representative and afterward, only i have come to know that i need to raise the complaint on customer care center.
                                    I raised the complaint on 26th dec then so many tikona technicians visited my building and checked till feb. After that, i decided to disconnect and asked tikona to refund my total amount because they didn't provide the proper speed as per terms and condition.
                                    I have requested them to refund my amount and they came up with new stores as that initial paid deposit is nonrefundable and i have pay from dec to jan bill.
                                    Kindly help me from tikona cheeting.

                                      I am a 3-4 years dedicated tikona user. I really appreciated it's services especially it's prompt responses for technical glitches. But this experience has ruined it all. 7th of june late at night i contacted tikona care no. From my alternate no. For getting my services terminated. Just willing to give the other connection a try, i wanted to get the tikona services terminated as soon as possible. Customer care executive after wasting my 40 min asked me to get it disconnected by calling from the registered no. He coulld have told me this initially. Moreover, calling them again from my registered no. Was in vain as they didn't pick up. Next morning also the same thing happened, new executive kept on asking for reasons and explanations but didn't do what i wanted despite calling from my registered no. My only option now is to not pay the bill and getting the services disconnected on it's own because i am not getting any help from your end.

                                        I had registered for a tikona connection with tikona subscriber uid [protected]
                                        The same has not been installed inspite repeated calls and intervention to the customer help desk.

                                        I have been told everytime to wait for 48 hours and the story repeats.

                                        The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service gratitude is highly displeasure le.

                                        In this regard, i may please be refunded my rs 500 collected as token advance from the dealer promising the connection on time. The complaint register no is 1-[protected] in speedy process.
