I already requested multiple times to discoonect my account sinc Sept 2017, as we were shifting . The Tikona people did not take any action and rather kept on sending e-mails for some absurd bill. Even after their Customer Care confessed that it is their fault and they would work on it, no visible changes was seen.I even started getting threatening calls from Deepak(truecaller-Deepak GF) and Priya Mehra(Truecaller-400 spams), stating that they were from Delhi Court and I had to pay that absurd fake amount, or else they would file a case.

It is high time to take some strict action against this fake "Tikona".They should ban this Network Provider completely.

    Hi,

    I had taken tikona connection last year sept 2017 and called them to discontinue their service as their service was very bad inspite of taking a good plan of monthly 1200 rs, they confirmed on call of discontinuing it
    And i had all the bills cleared, i get call from delhi stating that legal case has been filed as you did not paid the surrender device i ended up paying 2100 on their website and confirmed that they discontinue this, again i am getting such phone call asking me to pay money!! Such a fraud company they are hiring third party vendors to harass and extract money from them

      I was using tikona net connection with service id. [protected]. But due to poor connectivity and improper response of their service engineers, i stopped using it about an year back. On date 19/01/2018 i received an call from number +91-[protected], as per them they were calling from registrar of telecommunication, mumbai & they told me that an case against me has been filled from tikona against non – settlement of bill amount 1884.00 payable till date, and i was further informed that i will have to pay 1884.00 + 2000.00 (Refundable amount, when case gets settled) total of 3884.00. As per their instructions i have paid the amount 3884.00 on 19.01.2018 with transaction id : [protected]tpc[protected] and waiting for my refund of rs. 2000.00. I would like to request you that please have a look at my usage history and confirm the settlement by refunding my balance 2000.00. And now tikona officers are further asking rupees 2300. Kindly help

        Hi,
        I started using tikona services from 17 may and till 5th jan, i raised 3 customer complaints for slow internet speed and was disconnected for 3 days.

        They took 2000 rs as advance payment for 3 month as they were offering free router but now when i am asking them to return my amount, they are telling me that if they are not able to give services then only they will return my amount.

        Then what is meaning of 4 complaints in 17 days. Is that not enough to say service issue.

          To whomever it is concerned,

          I was using a tikona broadband connection for which i raised a disconnection request on oct 2017, reason being - i was shifting location, the connection was pathetic and so was the service. I received a mail on early nov 2017 confirming the service disconnection and no outstanding payment.

          However i received an email today (5th june 2018) with a bill of 1500 as termination penalty charges.

          The device which was installed by tikona was shared between another tenant in the same building who still happens to continue using the service. Shouldn't it be a part of the disconnection process where tikona sends their representative to collect or change the device in such cases?

          And even if we been a customer are responsible for handing over the devices to tikona, shouldn't it be communicated once?

          Please justify this harassment and help me get it resolved

          Hi,

          There is no further question about full and final settlement. I have already paid Rs 577 extra for the service I haven't used. And on top of that you are charging me termination penalty of Rs 1500. Here is what you should be doing instead:
          1. Send you executive to recover the device.
          2. Waive off your so called termination penalty charges

          Hi,

          I tried surfing through forum.tikona.in which is asking for a login to file a new complaint. As my current service is disconnected I don't have any login credential and hence unable to share my complaint on the tikona forum.

          I have being receiving calls from recovery agents who is threatening me of legal actions.

            My network is not working from jan 2018 and i constantly called customer support bt they failed to resolve issue. After numerous attempts one fine day guy from tikona came to my house to repair i said him i don't want ur services please disconnect my connection and i m not going to pay for the period for which i am not using your services. He said he will put my request n close my tikona connection which he didn't. I was constantly getting calls from tikona people for payment of bill i told them i ma not going to pay the bill because my connection was not working so waive charges for which connection was not activated. Today i receive call from jitender solanki telling me that he is advocate and co had lodge a complaint against you pay ur bill within 1 hour or u will get legal notice. Pathetic service and very cheap way to threaten people. Now also trying to contact customer care bt calls are getting disconnected.

            Received call from customer service. she said I can't process ur deactivation request because ur profile is inactive so she was telling me to pay my dues then only she vl be able to close my request I asked her why should I pay for what I have not utised shall I get refund if I pay because my service was not working for the bill date.she said no u vl not get any refund bt i[censored] continue u vl get a waiver in next bill.

              I had an outstanding payment of rs.1255. I made the payment for the same and i wanted a plan of rs.749 per month. I was told that my services are stopped and i need to make the payment of rs.883 in order to activate a new plan. I made the payment. One agent named oma told that my services will be activated within 4 hours. Its already more than 24 hours and my services still say - your service is disabled. What a waste of time i did? I made the payment and got nothing. I want this to be resolved asap.

                I was using tikona broadband for past 1 year and i was very disappointed of there service and the way they talk to their costumer this is why i call tikona costumer care and just because of that i ask them to disconnect my internet service, but they didn't listened and asked me to not disconnect. After then i call you tikona man and ask him to disconnect he sent email from my email id in-front of me and told me that your internet service is disconnected now. I thought it was disconnected but later after one month they start calling me for bills, when i asked why? They said your are still using our service, when i told them about email of disconnection they change there "tone" and asking me for bill. Right now they are threatening me for bill and calling me delhi for a case. Sir why i pay them when i didn't use the service this is wrong.
                P. S - right now 7 of in my relation or family members they are still using your tikona service. If this keep happen i will make sure that they disconnect you service as well

                  I had a tikona connection which i asked to disconnect because of non satisfactory service and plans for my moving to a different location. Customer care from tikona convinced me to continue connection without any monthly rental and i can ask for service in future if at all needed. I have a mail communication from tikona confirming the same.

                  On 25th of april i got a call from tikona care offering me a plan for which i clearly stated that i do not want any changes to my current plan maintain the same. The this communication is acknowledged by tikona officer in a post conversation (Looks like they have a recording of the conversation). But the tikona care executive has activated monthly rental plan without my confirmation and sent me a bill of 1313.58.

                  Upon discussion with tikona is acknowledged by them that is a mistake from them but they want me to pay the bill generated. The activation of plan done without my consent is a mistake from tikona care executive.

                  I request you to help me in revoking the false bill generated.

                    Even i complaint before, the same problem of frequent connecting and disconnecting with minutes still persists... It is so frustrating and irritating... If it is not rectified this time shortly i may opt out for disconnecting my service from tikona... My plan :unlimited broadband... My mob. [protected], my broadband service broadband id: [protected]. Please attend and get it rectified on top priority... Coz it is impossible to work in net in this condition.

                      There is been problem with my tikona wifi since many days inspite of manny complains but the technicition are not responding... My wifi turns off daily 2-3 times for 45 mins and when we call the coustomer care they always say that the connection is on but there is some problem in your router or your device... I have changed more then 3 routers but we are still facing such problems.

                        I register tikona broadband connection. I paid 1950 rs. They came and installed device but that is not working. The installation done on april 1, 2018. They told reset password but i can't able to reset due to some data wrong message show. 18 compaint registered in tikona customer care but till now my problem not solved. They did not refund my amount also. No one contact from tikona to me and not solved my problem. Very worest services.

                          I have subscribed to tikona broadband (Pune) in may-2017 (Customer account[protected].
                          Within few days i realized the pathetic services which are provided by this isp, as i was logging calls every other day to fix the connectivity problem (Few of the many registered complaint no's: 1-[protected]/ 1-[protected]/ 1-[protected]/ 1-[protected])

                          I have been requesting them to disconnect my services from 3rd week of may but they disconnected from[protected]. They had sent below email post disconnection, which i am not able to understand.

                          Dear customer,
                          With reference to your request number 1- [protected] dated : 30/may/2017 for your tikona user id: [protected],
                          We would like to inform you that we have stopped charging you rentals for the service from 13/jun/2017.
                          We can see you are currently using tikona services. You will be charged 2paise/mb (Excluding tax)@ 4mbps speed. Bill will be generated as per your usage only.

                          Yesterday I received a call from your SR and he told me that I have been charged for not refunding for the MODEM and Cables.

                          Guys, Modem/ cables etc all the accessories were already collected by your collection agents. almost 6-8 months back. I was surprised when you mentioned that "I have shifted from my location". You please take responsibility o[censored]pdating records in your system and don't put this accountability on end customer (my understanding post discussion with your SR - "Since Tikona's system is not updated, so customer has not returned it").

                              I m geeting harassed by rahubeer saha. Since i m not using your connection from last 5 months and all tge setup has also been taken by you still tgis man is saying i have to pay bill of 1000. I just dont now why. Please kindly resolve this. Please make sure that this issue get resolve because this can leads to mental torture to a person. After all you are running a company and you should be able to takal with this kind of situation. As playing with someone emotions is rearly not good.

                              tikona is a scam company, don't pay them any money. they use FAKE lawyers who are nothing but low class goons to extort money from innocent people. just go to youtube and search their name. this fraud company should be put out of business and people who work here should be in jail. sadly law of india is not strict and parasites like tikona continue to live. well eventually they will face their deeds.

                                I used tikona for internet services in wakad region, pune and have been looted.
                                Inspite of repeated complaints regarding the inconvenience in service the internet remained down for most of the time of the month. Hardly had been a day when the internet worked without any interruptions.

                                Due to such repeated issues kept the router aside and informed them regarding such lack of service. No call was taken, still same existed and we were later billed for 1700 without a single usage.
                                And on payment was threatened with legal actions.

                                Beware of this fraud tikona.

There have been various references number which I have raised with customer care for this matter. However all the requests have had no response from Tikona care.                                   The disconnection has started again. I am fed up of this service now. The engineer just visit the house and do nothing.He says he will come tomorrow and as always tomorrow never comes. Resolve my issue of frequent disconnection I cannot switch off-on again and again.

                                    Hello,
                                    Last year i put a request 4-5 times to disconnect my tikona subscription but their executive doesn't disconnect my plan and send me a bill of 1270 and today they send me a legal notice from advocate k. H. Halai and priya agarwal and also started to make thread calls.
                                    I have already put so many requests to cancel my subscription but due to their fault they over charged my bill.
                                    Biggest fraud company i have ever seen.

                                      I have been complaining about my unstable internet issue for more than a month.in the month of april i had infinite number of complaints registered and many engineer visits at my house. But still i am facing issues which are said to be from the tower/network end and not from my home system. Since a month tikona engineers are telling that network end is being resolved and will take 2 days at max but there is still no progress since months. Neither have i got any bill waiver of "not working" month. Many a times i have called for disconnection in which i was promised to wait for another 24-48 hrs to get issue resolved but that 24-48 hr never passed neither i got a working connection. Also now their telecallers dont give me specific time for resolution and they admit it could take a month or a year.

Since i am out of town i request tikona through my registered mail id for account closure on 13april however they kept the account open and put it on rental stop mode.                                         The problem is your team always try to reach on my registered number which I have mentioned is not active as I am out of India . Moreover your disconnection team has to just terminate the connection as the customer has requested and if you keep account active after that then you are responsible for the charges generated after my request to close the account on 13 april 2018 from my registered mail address.

                                        Kindly note daily INR 100 bill amount is added There is no one to use your internet but still the amount is increasing. Tikona shall not only be held responsible for the bill amount generated but also for daily customer harassment and charging / cheating customer.

                                        I have in written confirmation the mail sent for account closure and stating if account not closed by Tikona then CUstomer will not pay the bills generated after that and that stands.

                                        I do not mind if you wish to take the bill amount to any value no given day that amount will be paid for sure. It is Tikona's fault and they shall settle the same.
