I was using tikona net connection with service id. [protected]. But due to poor connectivity and improper response of their service engineers, i stopped using it about an year back. On date 19/01/2018 i received an call from number +91-[protected], as per them they were calling from registrar of telecommunication, mumbai & they told me that an case against me has been filled from tikona against non – settlement of bill amount 1884.00 payable till date, and i was further informed that i will have to pay 1884.00 + 2000.00 (Refundable amount, when case gets settled) total of 3884.00. As per their instructions i have paid the amount 3884.00 on 19.01.2018 with transaction id : [protected]tpc[protected] and waiting for my refund of rs. 2000.00. I would like to request you that please have a look at my usage history and confirm the settlement by refunding my balance 2000.00. And now tikona officers are further asking rupees 2300. Kindly help
