My tikona user id is : [protected]. Since i am out of town i request tikona through my registered mail id for account closure on 13april however they kept the account open and put it on rental stop mode. They are not responding to mails and daily bill amount is increasing by 100rs. I mentioned in my mail if account is not closed i will not pay bill.

The problem is your team always try to reach on my registered number which I have mentioned is not active as I am out of India . Moreover your disconnection team has to just terminate the connection as the customer has requested and if you keep account active after that then you are responsible for the charges generated after my request to close the account on 13 april 2018 from my registered mail address.

Kindly note daily INR 100 bill amount is added There is no one to use your internet but still the amount is increasing. Tikona shall not only be held responsible for the bill amount generated but also for daily customer harassment and charging / cheating customer.

I have in written confirmation the mail sent for account closure and stating if account not closed by Tikona then CUstomer will not pay the bills generated after that and that stands.

I do not mind if you wish to take the bill amount to any value no given day that amount will be paid for sure. It is Tikona's fault and they shall settle the same.

    मेरा नाम बादल है मैं meerut में रहता हूँ अभी कुछ दिनों पहले मेरे ऑफीस abs solution में आपके ऑफीस के कपिल जी आये और मुझे तिकोना का प्लान बताया.मैंने बिना कुछ सोचे समझे उनसे कनेक्शन ले लिया और शायद यही से मेरे बुरे दिन शुरू हो गये.जब तक connection नहीं लगा तब तक तो मेरे पास call आये लेकिन कनेक्शन लेते ही जब मेरे नेट में स्पीड प्राब्लम आई तो मैंने उनको काल की तो उन्होंने मुझसे बोला कि अभी आपको नंबर देता हूँ 5 मिनट में.लेकिन 8 घंटे हो गये लेकिन उनके 5 मिनट नहीं हुए.मुझे बतायें की क्या आपकी सर्विस यही है.आपसे अनुरोध है की आप मेरा कनेक्शन तुरंत हटाने के लिये बोले क्यूंकि इतनी बेकार सर्विस मैंने नहीं देखी.

      However, i am receiving repeated customer service calls to transfer the service. They state that rental services are stopped, but services are continued at 2paise/mb charge. I received an email today to switch to rental plan.

        I was a customer of tikona broadband internet service. My customer id is ([[protected]]). I have used tikona for almost 01 year (Until 10 august 2017) and i found service of tikona very bad. I stoped using that service, from 16 th august2017 onward and asked tikona person to disconnect the service.
        I paid all the balance amount on 12th august but after some time. Now i multiple calls and messages from tikona to pay the a bill of rs 1500 as final settelment amount.
        I explain the details and asked to close this issue again.
        But the harassment from tikona continues.
        Within last 3 days i got multiple threatening call from unknown person called themselves as lawyer from tees hazari court and sometimes civil department.
        I request the concerned authority to take proper action against this kind of frauds

        The Tikona hasn't responded to my mail also they haven't sent their person to collect the device. Instead of taking their Devic back They are continuing to threatening about the Court case and claiming the settlement amount.

          Hi,

          I requested closure of tikona connection after paying my last month bill. None of their representatives didn't respond and extended my connection without my notice. Now they are threatening me with fake calls. Why should i pay the amount if tikona's representatives didn't do their job properly. Tikona can check my calls with their representatives.

            I have just received a call from some lady priyanka who said she is from cibil court in delhi asking me to pay rs. 4112 towards pending charges.

            The connection i had subscribed to was asked to be terminated couple of years ago after which they offered us a retention plan of one year @ rs. 999.

            The connection initially taken by me was a billing connection to be paid 100% in advance without which service would not be available.

            My account no: [protected]

            In the first year end itself of the retention plan starting, i had called the customer care and asked them to close the connection as it hardly worked during the year. Still they kept on sending bills year on year and now am asked to pay 4112 as final closure charges and that too without providing any service or connection.in case of a connection where payment is to be made in advance, how can company charge for multiple years even if one assumes for a minute that i purposely didnt pay.

            Just sending invoices doesn't mean that they need to be paid.

            My usage reports are available as well the last date o[censored]sage. Also the date on which the outgoing on the connection was barred will also be available with tikona.

            I repeat: this was a billing connection where bill was generated and payment to be done in advance. So how can we use without paying? This is just looting the customers. It defies all logic.

            This is pure arm twisting tactics which needs to stop immediately.

Finally I received a response from Tikona stating that they have checked and terminated my account and that the total amount receivable is "0" Mail was received from [email protected] I was slightly skeptical if I would actually get a proper settlement, but yes!               They are not removing my tikona connection id [protected] and threatening to proceed with civil suit.
              Moreover i have paid all their due to this date if now they charge me then it is to be regarded as intentional fraud as i have made clear to opt out of their service
              Someone also calls me at times claiming to be a legal professional from delhi and threatens me of legal action.

                  I have pledged to never buy any internet connection from tikona service connection. I have paid for a 6GB yearly plan and the interent just doesn't work every it stops working and we keep calling tikona customer care for some help. It seems like even the tikona staff don't know how to solve the problem they just come to see the device that they have installed and then they leave it's like this every day I can't even use the internet I hope that they do something about it and fix this issue.

                    This request is against Tikona Infinet Limited for my Customer Id: [protected] and Billing Account Number:[protected].
                    I stopped their service approx. 1 year back but recently they sent me a sudden bill amount after approx. 1 year of service discontinuation.
                    I started using Tikona broadband services on 29th April 2017 and after 7 to 8 days of worst service experience I lodged a request to discontinue service and discontinued it from my end. I received many call from Tikona to avoid discontinuation but I was so frustrated with their Internet services so not accepted their offers anymore. I also asked them to collect power adapter and accessories from my house and they said that their back-end team will contact me soon on it.
                    I never received a single call from their back-end team neither any mail nor any call about information of backend executive. I have checked from others that, when you discontinue your services, they send a mail from tikona.[protected]@tikona.in with complete details and contact numbers but in my case they haven't sent me that. I continued to receive many calls from Tikona where they were offering many new plans but I denied every call from them. I also asked them to collect accessories but no reply from them. I received mail from them where they mentioned that, my Rental is stopped and I will not charge anymore for anything.
                    Suddenly after 1 year, they send me a bill amount of 1475 for their power adapter and accessories which they setup during installation. I don’t have any information about Modem since it was installed somewhere at Roof top with shared connection from others and only 1 wire came inside my house with a power adapter only. I still have that power adapter with me which I was ready to surrender from past 1 year. But they are not sending any executive or providing me any details where I can submit that. Just giving me many false information that they tried to contact me but my phone was not reachable. They said that they send me mail as well, but I don’t have any mail from them regarding accessories collection. I asked them for details but they are not sending that as well.
                    In short, I just say that, I did not get any authorized person from them for all this matter of dispute with whom I can speak but receiving only mails. Recently I received a Legal message from them where they were threating me for Legal action. I am totally frustrated from this now and want to close this as soon as possible.
                    So here I request Consumer Forum for their intervention on this. I am attaching a document which is having complete mail communication between me and Tikona. All bills and receipts are attached into it.

                      I have not been using tikona broadband since feb 2018 however i am frequently getting calls from them to pay the bill. These calls are very annoying and they call anytime in a day.

                      I raised several requests to disconnect the network but those requests are being ignored by them. I was using prepaid service but now they claim that it was postpaid. Il

                        I have used tikona broadband service from 20 july 2017 to 4 feb 2018.
                        And every month i paid the bill on time and paid an extra amount to them.
                        But every month i have faced internet speed issue more than 5 times in a month.
                        So when i see they can't improve their services i decided to disconnect their services on 4 feb 2018.
                        On 4 feb 2018 tikona technical team gave me 15 days free trial and they told me that they will try i didn't face any issue during this period
                        During this period they are unable to improve their services so i call for disconnection.

                        Now they added rs.3000 extra in my bill and giving me the reason that they didn't receive my last 3 payments and they are telling me these things after 4 months.

                        They are telling me that amount has been refunded to my back account.
                        These all payment was done by some local shop so i can't argue with them after 4 months.

                        Now they are harassing in the name of the legal case

                              Tikona customer people are calling us and harassing us, to keep the connection,
                              They will resolve the issue.
                              From last one year i had been waiting no resolution,
                              After many calls and 1 email i had submitted cancellation request on 18th april.

                                  I have been working with the technical support team for two weeks now for resolving slow speed and dropping connection. The customer care sucks.

                                  At times when i call them they say that there so called system is down and they can help me if i call the after two hours. They expect customer to wait waoooooo.

                                  Also if they help me also and send an engineer, he tells me server boxes are aligned in such way that i should expect dropping connection and slow speed.

                                  I again call them after some days, they open a ticket and assure me that issue will be resolved in *8 hours. But the situation has gone worse. Now if i call to follow up them i am unable to reach technical helpdesk in ivr as a ticket is open. I can only reach them when ticket is resolved.

                                  I work from home and tikona does not even have courtesy to let the customer reach the technical helpdesk and get an update.

                                  It really needs to work on service assurance... I am definitely going to disconnect the service after this bill cycle and make sure none of the people i know get internet connection from tikona.

                                    I am a user of tikona and I recharged via paytm for my account but I haven't received any conformation or internet connection even after paying money. The service is too slow and it has been over 26 hrs after paying via paytm and the customer care representative was very harsh on me and he didn't help me out for it and was telling to wait for 72hrs. Plz take strict actions against your service and provide me internet ASAP.

                                      Hi all,

                                      I am beerendar stay in flat #t3 3rd floor a-block couple of months back. Two tikona sales personnel came to my house to sell tikona broadband connection. I was already using hathway but was looking for cheaper plans. So when the sales people came they gave us below offer

                                      1. Free router
                                      2. Free installation
                                      3. Have to pay only 599 for 6mbps speed and data 80gb
                                      4. If i don't like the service or have any issues with connection i can discontinue and have to pay nothing in return.
                                      5. The plan was prepaid plan.

                                      So it really sounded good and i decided to go with it. After 18days the data was over. I tried calling the sales person for next offer or plan he did not receive my call. I was said my plan is prepaid so if i do not recharge i wouldn't get internet to use. Which was fine so i just removed all configuration. And from a week i started getting call that bill is generated for 1400 rupees and i have to pay.

                                      This is really upsetting and i cannot just pay amount because i haven't used it. I paid to what i used before using. So i request please take some action this is fraud that's what i feel.

                                        I'm amar prakash, i have complaints regarding the billing issue. I have told earlier to customer care that is disconnected my tikona service but tikona members continue my services. And tikona members told me your account is in safe custody and charge is rs.3/day for one month only. Then after one month (Self custody) i call back customer care that disconnect my services and generated my bill for 1month. But tikona members generated 3 month bill.
                                        I'm requesting to take the legal action on tikona broadband services.

                                        I got call from nidhi sharma claiming to be an advocate that too government employee and threatens me to pay rs.1700 for some non existing outstanding payment. There is no outstanding as per info. And when i ask her the detailed statement she straight away denies and disconnects. She does not even lets me talk. Says that i am govt advocate of some delhi court. If i don't pay amount she will drag me to the court in delhi and fine me with 85000 and 6year imprisonment.
                                        You r requested to take strict action against tikona and that lady called nidhi sharma.
                                        When i checked that number on truecaller i found it to be a scam.
                                        She threatens me to block all my bank accounts, my govt documents etc.
