Hi,

I am Abhishek Sharma.

Would like to tell you all that Tikona is a big fraud internet service provider .I did a big mistake by taking there broadband connection.

My Tikona details: BAN –[protected] & Service ID – [protected]

i had requested for discontinuing my internet broadband connection from 5 March 2017.And dropped a mail to [protected]@tikona.in to discontinue my Tikona broadband connection for user id [protected].
As i am shifting to a new place so would not be able to continue with Tikona broadband services any more.

I got an auto reply mail from customer care saying that my request will be processed in next 72 hrs.Then i started getting calls from there end asking for taking the same connection to new place and continue to use Tikona in which i was not interested and said them no many times .But still they were harassing so that i should continue to use their broadband services.

As per my bill cycle a bill was generated on 7 March 2017 and was due on 22 March 2017 .But look how cheater this people are they did not took any action on request mail send on 5th of march and kept my user ID active till 22 of March.So just to increase the bill charges they deactivated my account on 22 March which is unethical and against customer wish.Once i made the payment of my last bill on 19 March for bill generated on 7 March 2017 they again generated a bill on 22 Mar asking for Rs 215.

Then again the harassment started from there end asking for payment of Rs 215 for which i said that i have already paid the last bill and will not pay this amount as i had already request ID deactivation after 5 March.

Now after one year they have made the amount as Rs 1800 and calling me regularly to make payment or they will take a legal action.

So in my case everything is decided by the service provider and customer has to just make the payment as per that .Customers consent and till what time he needs the services to continue does not matter. This is not the way a service provider should deal with the customer.

So would request you to take action against the concern team and people.And if the harassment from their end continue i will be forced to take legal action .

In the complaint it's clearly mentioned that the bill is generated for a period for which the user did not use the service, and still Tikona is asking him to pay the amount! Ridiculous!

    I had called to tikona and mailed them to disconnect my services tikona number [protected] in oct 2014. But they didn't disconnect. On top of that i sent reminder email to them regarding this. But they didn't respond. After 3 months they sent a mail that you have outstanding amount. When i replied them and told that i already sent you email but you only didn't disconnect, they told that we don't know. Now i got few calls in 2016, 2017 and 2018 from some lawyer. I told them also i am not staying in ncr so if he wants then he can send me email so that i can share all the emails which i sent to tikona. But he told that we will raise a case against you.
    First of all their service was too pathetic and on top of that they are doing these things.

    I already got full and final settlement in 2014 but it was wrong. I already sent the email to disconnect my connection inaugural and see 2014 but from your side no one disconnected the connection. That time I called customer care and told the same but no one came. As your internet connection was not working and even after many problem not got resolved I took this step. So I went with other service provider connection. So there is no point from your side to generate the bill of oct and Nov 2014 as this is not my fault and till that time I was using another service provider services. I have all the emails with me.

      I have taken tikona connection in 25 dec, 2017. They couldn't provide the service or speed as promised. Not a single day has gone by without connection issue. I called engineer to resolve issue. Many a times there was no response. He came once and said some issue about new tower interference.
      I asked for disconnection. And he said he will get it done.
      After 20 days i started getting bills without using any service.

      I called to customer care for disconnection and refund on 19 jan 2018, they are saying we will not refund money, also i wrote a mail for disconnection and for refund 1300. Kindly refund my deposit amount because not got services properly.

        Hi,
        I was using tikona broadband connection (Connection id[protected]. Due to low speed in my area, i have decided to move to other broadbands. So, i asked their executive venkat ([protected]) to disconnect the connection. He is the one who have given me the connection in first place. He told he will disconnect if i pay the outstanding for him. That is rs. 1023. So i have given him the due amount. The last data i have used their conenction was on march 18. Still i paid for one more month and asked them to disconnect. But the tikona executive didnt disconnected the connection and my next month bill also generated. Now they are threatening with a case against me from a lady neha sharma ([protected]). This is a blatant cheating company.

          I have taken tikona connection in 2016. They couldn't provide the service or speed as promised. Not a single day has gone by without connection issue. We had called engineer to resolve issue. Many a times there was no response. He came once and said some issue about new tower interference.
          We asked for disconnection. And he said he will get it done.
          After 2 months we started getting bills without using any service.
          The customer care person disconnecting call after an hour wait.
          Then one day some guy called saying he is from court and to pay 1700 plus or i will have to pay huge fine and have to come to delhi court and to pay within half an hour. I was busy and to avoid hassle i paid immediately.
          I wrote a mail for disconnection again. The number given for person to collect the device was always switched off for few days. Then he said it is settled and you don't have to call again.
          Then after 3 months i got call again saying i'll have to pay 1886. Or i'll have to pay huge penalty. That this is charge for not returning the device.
          Their employees say not required and don't respond and now every few months they call as lawyers threatening unless bill is paid in 30 mins.
          I was vexed up and then some customer care person said it is some problem with bill collectors and i don't have to pay.

          Now after few months again i am getting call from some lady anjani sharma threatening me again.

          I have paid money without using services and every few months i am getting call threatening to drag to court and huge penalty. What is this harassment even after paying so much unnecessarily

            We took tikona services for 3 months and paid in advance in mumbai. It is registered with my phone number. The net was never working properly and raised many complaints. Even after several complaints there was no change. I asked them to cancel our services after the 3 months, one because we were shifting the place and i moved to hyderavad, secomd because their service was bad. I updated a new number for them to follow up because i was not living in that flat anymore and gave another persons number. This was in november 2017. Today its 20th of jan 2018 and i still receive call at odd timings. Its disturbing me and really unprofessional and ridiculous. Kindly take an action. User id: [protected]

              I received a call from tikona legal department today and he said he is a lawyer and would like to help me out by providing free advise. He asked me to to clear the bills of 2250/- now or i will have to come to the court and will have to pay 22000/-, he also tried to put some pressure, like i shall have to face lots of issues if i don't pay. I would like to put my points before everyone which i have already explained to tikona customer care executives several times.

              Please note the action and steps starting from the beginning:

              1. I requested for tikona connection
              2. Tikona technical team came, installed device and internet started, i started using this and used to pay the bills monthly
              3.in october 2016, i shifted to new place, requested to shift my connection as well, tikona confirmed they don’t hv service there, i paid all due amount and asked them to terminate my connection and take out your device, they said they are not terminating the connection instead disabling the connection so i won’t be changed anymore and next time whenever i come back to this place, i can re-start this connection. I admitted this.
              4.in july 2017, i came back to this place, requested tikona to resume my connection
              5. Tikona technical team came, we noticed that the previous device is not available and got to know it has been already taken away by tikona team few months ago. However tikona team assured me that they will install a new device but the technical team told me that the connectivity is very bad at my location so i won’t get good internet speed and they refused to install the device and suggested me to go for other subscribers.
              6. Then after tikona customer care called me 4-5 times in next few days to know the connection status and i explained all the situation why connection could not be installed. I explained this thing to at least 7-8 cc executives and told all of them that i don't require tikona connection and i have already taken airtel broadband.
              7. After few days i received messages, email and calls that something around 700-800 rs. Is due on me against last month bill.
              8. I called customer care and explained them all things again that i don’t hv connection here, no device but it seems in tikona system they hv resumed my billing so requested them to kindly sort it out asap. I received almost 4-5 calls everyday and every time i explained all of them same thing and requested them to close this issue asap as i am not liable to pay any amount.
              9. Gradually i felt that they are not listening anything and just asking money, i told them to send any executive and i will explain him in person but no one came. Finally as i cannot spend 1 hr everyday in explaining the same thing to entire tikona cc executive so started avoiding there calls because they were giving me mental tension.
              10. Now kindly let me know is this the service tikona provides and what is the resolution now?

                I use to have tikona connection in 2010 customer id [protected]. They generated some last bill which was in dispute.in 2015 feb some advocate called me from delhi tis hazari and settled payment with me on behalf of tikona and i paid online to tikona rs 1500 on 28/02/2015. Payment details are as following[protected]/tech tikona digital). I request to stop harassing people on the name pending payments.

                  The representative told me that its fiber connection and they gave me wireless connection. I make multiple complaints but nothing happened.
                  I did not use the connection for one day still i paid the amount for one month. I called tikona representative to discontinued the service in month of april 2017, the tikona representative told me that he will speak to the office and disconnect it. After that i did not received any further communication from tikona, and later after 8 months i received an mail stating service e-bill of rs 1500.00 (Termination penalty charges).

                  Please let me know, for what reason i have to pay the termination penalty charges.

                  Reason of discontinuity : the representative told me that its fiber connection and they gave me wireless connection. I make multiple complaints but nothing happened.

                    I was using tikona service in feb 2017 to may 2017. My userid was [protected] but due to weak connectivity speed in our area i stopped using service and i didn't paid last bill amount nearly 1800 rupees. I refuse to paid bill because i didn't use service in last month but bill for that month included in last bill.in nov 2017 i got call from legal adviser of tikono who told me you have to pay total 3800 bill and you will get refund cheque of 2000 rupees within week at you address, if you din't paid bill immediately warrant of your name will be proceed so i paid total 3800 rupees and still today i didn't get any refund cheque. And in september 2017 i got call from technical assistance of tikona and he request me to handover all the installation material and i gave him all the material which was provided by me from tikona at the time of installation. But he didn't give me any receipt so was upset such kind of rood behavior from tikona with me and i request to tikona please provide me my extra amount

                      I am using Tikona broadband connection since 2016. many times it happen that Tikona's service in my locality is down due to some reasons. i had always neglected such disruption in the service sometimes very frequent. i always complaint about disruption after waiting for few hours and sometimes even 1 day. i never asked them for waiver. but last month (dec 2017) my internet connection was down from 20th dec evening and i was not able to surf any webpage although sometimes my tikona login page was opening but i was not able to open even the google homepage. i raised a complaint on its mobile app and engineer visit was assigned for 22nd dec. when the engineer came he checked and told that there was some technical issue was going on in my locality so service will resume after few hours or tomorrow. luckily it was started that night. again on 3rd jan 2018 same thing happened and when i raised a compalint on 4th the customer care team told me that some technical issue is going since 3rd jan so we deeply regret for it. and on he suggested me to book a request for waiver for 21-23 dec as well as for 3-4 jan and on behalf of me he took the waiver request. his name was Nikhil and he was a senior officer there. and he told me that i will get the waiver since the problem was on their end. but till today (18 jan) i have not got any email regarding my waiver. and when i called today they are saying that i am not eligible for waiver. what the hell is this " i am not eligible for waiver". they have not provided the service and they are asking me to pay for that. i asked him is this a kind of ransom then he told me very rudely that sir you are not eligible for waiver and you have to pay the whole amount since we do not give waiver for 1-2 days. if this is the case then they will disconnect my service every alternate day and they will claim full service amount. this is ridiculous. and when i said i will not pay the amount for those 5 days and disconnect my service tight now then he told me sir even you are not eligible for that we will give waiver for 2 days only. but when i said i dont want to continue tikona service then he rudely said in that case you have to pay the whole amount.
                      as i mentioned earlier that during that period sometimes i was able to login the tikona page but not able to open any other webpage even the google home page. on that basis they are saying that i used the service in between and so they will not provide any waiver for that. how pathetic service provider tikona is. in the age of Jio i am paying Rs700 per month without getting proper service from tikona. everybody in my office laughs at me and my friends told me to disconnect it but still i am using tikona as i am an old customer. but after such incidents i dont want to continue anymore with this tikona service. they think that because i have not switched to any other service provider since 2 years that means i means either i am not getting better offer or no other service providers are available in my locality. they are taking me for granted. just for them, i have many other options Jio, Airtel and den which i was earlier using they are ready to give me more benefits because i was a customer of them but still i am using tikona that does not mean that this is the best option available to me. i am not switching just because i dont have that much time.

                      then tell me on what conditions will i get waiver? was it my fault that your tower was not working and your so called technical team could not rectify it for 2 days and i was unable to use the service for which i pay to you with GST. if its so then from the next time you dont send you technical team on the site and just inform me that " i have to pay whether you will provide service or not but since i have taken your connection(Tikona) so you have to pay for that even if we are not providing you services. why are you running a digital business if you just want to collect money from your subscribers as ransom. if you want to do business in this way then it would be better that you kidnap me and other customers and then ask big ransom amount from our family members. why are you running a ransom business behind a so called white colour business? better show your real face to us. why are you hiding if you are so confident that a single customer will not be able to do any harm because you must be having big advocates with you who can twist the whole case just by few words. i can sense it because on such a transparent forum which is made to help customers, you are simply denying the basic right of a customer. i am paying you for providing service 24*7*31, if your towers fail or any technical issue comes at your end then you must give waiver for that period. just using words like "regret to inform"is not enough and not legally right at all. if i am not getting justice on this forum then i hardly believe i will get it in any other courts. and since our judiciary is already burdened with millions of pending cases which need faster delivery of justice, so as a responsible citizen of India, i will not go to the court even i know that no crime is big or small, a crime is crime thats it. i will not comment on it because i can see how its working on this forum. this was my first complaint on this forum and unfortunately it will be the last one too.

                        I had given a permanent disconnection request# 1-[protected] on 27-dec-17 for my internet services. After this date i have been receiving many calls per day from tikona customer care persuading me to stay with tikona even after making myself clear that i don't want to use tikona services anymore and i want this connection to be permanently disconnected. Tikona customer care has been harassing me since that day. I have suspended my mobile service, because of this harassment.

                        Recently i have received the below email from tikona customer care:

                        "please note, we have stopped charging you rentals for the service... If you wish to use the service anytime, you can do so. You would be charged for the services only when you use it @2paise/mb with speed of 4mbps. Please note you have a pending payable amount before stopping the rentals. Your total outstanding amount is rs. 472.27/"

                        After this i have sent multiple emails to customer care stating, i want a permanent disconnection not a hold on the service, i don't want to use tikona service anytime in future. But customer care has ignored all my emails and keep sending me the same note again and again "if you wish to use the service anytime, you can do so. You would be charged for the services only when you use it @2paise/mb with speed of 4mbps"

                        Recently, i received an sms, where tikona has started charging late payment fees on top of outstanding amount of 472.27.

                        My humble request to tikona senior officers is to kindly disconnect this service permanently, once i receive a permanent disconnection confirmation through email, i would immediately pay the outstanding amount of rs 472.27. This would save time for me and all the officers of tikona

                          I was a tikona customer from 13/09/2017 to 18/12/2017. My customer id (User id) is [protected].
                          I requested disconnection of services on 18th of december and my services were disconnected on
                          December 20th 2017 and an email notification was sent to me from tikona regarding the same.
                          The balance at the time of disconnection was rs 51 as per this email on december 20th from
                          Tikona. This is because i had paid for 3 months in advance from 13/09/2017 to 13/12/2017
                          And the customer care escalation had given me 5 free days for technical issue resolvement
                          From 14/12/2017 to 18/12/2017 for which no usage charges were deducted. Since the technical
                          Issue was not resolved (Nobody came to my house or even contacted me), i was forced to seek
                          The disconnection of the tikona services from 18th of december onwards.

                          So on 18th december 2017, after sending the disconnection email, i switched off the modem
                          (Router) of tikona and i can take a oath that since 20th of december when tikona sent me an
                          Email saying that my services have been successfully disconnected, i have never switched on
                          The router and i have never accessed tikona broadband services.in fact, the router and the
                          Other installation hardware have been kept separately since 20th of december for the tikona
                          Team to come and collect from my residence. The router has not been switched on even a single
                          Time since 20th december.

                          Hence, i am completely baffled by the tikona bill with billing account number[protected] and
                          Bill number mh0118b[protected] which is in the amount of 1336 rupees!! My outstanding should be
                          Rupees 51 as per the final disconnection email of tikona – how come it has increased to
                          Rs 1336?? My services were disconnected on december 20th 2017 by tikona and an email was
                          Sent to me by tikona regarding the same with an outstanding bill of rs 51.

                          I have already called on the toll free tikona number and talked at great length to the
                          Customer care executive regarding this issue. But it seems that tikona is not interested in
                          Resolving this billing matter of mine. Tikona has deliberately billed me from 20th december
                          To 28th december of data usage by unknown router since my router has been plugged off and
                          Kept separately. None of the mac addresses listed in the tools section of the selfcare portal
                          Belong to my computer. Please send me the switch-on and switch-off times of the router
                          Associated with my user account [protected].

                          There seems to be a serious glitch in the tikona services. How can there be internet charges
                          When the router is switched off and there is no data usage? Whose mac addresses are those
                          Listed in my account in my selfcare portal? From 20th december to 28th december, there is
                          Only one ip address assignment by tikona 100:67:113:128 whereas for all the other dates,
                          The ip assignment is dynamic and changes continuously. Why is that??

                          Time and again i have requested resolution of this issue at the
                          Earliest, but to no avail. I have told them to send their technicians at my home at the earliest to finish off this matter –
                          But they are only interested in collecting highly overcharged dues. I have told them to please have the technical team members bring my router up-time and down-time data with them
                          So that i can see how the internet charges can accrue from december 20th to december 28th
                          Inspite of the router been switched off.

                          Once tikona has sent an email on 20th december saying that my internet has been disconnected successfully, what gives them the right to bill it beyond this period (Beyond december 20th)? It is clear that some scrupulous action is being initiated by the company once the user disconnects the services. Further data usage is being fraudulently done so that the end-customer who has disconnected the services bears the brunt of disconnection in the form of heavy post-disconnection usage charges which are fraudlent in nature.

                          Please provide me some relief and guidance as to how to proceed with this broadband service provider who has used backdoor handles to rake up my totally unjustified internet charges.

                            The company tikona giving me call every time from delhi saying they are filling legal complain and harassing me without any reason.

                            After writing on consumer complaints on 8 feb 2017 they called and said they will come and collect the device but no one is came my home to collect the device instead of that they are charging penalty 1500 rs. Without any fault of me.

                            I have not seen any company like tikona they are worse making harass every time by giving call.

                            So far i have paid hard earn money rs. 1500 once again for settlement as per conversation with ms kajal (Mobile no: [protected]) (Advocate delhi) on 13 jan 2018 payment id is 1-[protected] and transaction id: [protected]tpc[protected]

                            After making payment kajal said she will provide noc within 15 min but still following with her but didnt get any noc

                            Please now don't give me any call and forgive me to subscribe tikona service.

                              I have raised request 1-[protected] on january 14th, 2018 for closing my tikona account. At that time, total outstanding amount shown in my account was inr 541.16/-.
                              As instructed to me over the call, i have changed my account password & stopped using their broadband and disconnected the lan cable and unplugged the router also.

                              Today i. E. Jan 15th, 2018: i can see total outstanding amount has raised to inr 1, 553.39/-. I have not received any bill for the same till the time of writing this post.

                              I request you to please close my account and revert this outstanding balance to inr 541.16/- and deduct inr 500/- from this amount which i paid on december 20th.

                              Please correct the bill, close my account and send me final bill.

                              I have raised request # 1-[protected] on january 14th for closure of my account which is still not addressed. Hence, i am writing this complaint here.

                              As per my billing cycle, new bill is generated from 15th till 14th of the next month.

                              Can you please check why have you generated the bill for period january 15th to february 14th when i have already raised disconnection request on january 14th?

                              Can you please close my account and allow me to pay only for my usage from december 22nd till january 14th and zero out the charges for period from january 15th to february 14th?

                              As told to me by your customer care personnel on january 14th, i have changed my tikona account password on january 14th and stopped using your internet since january 14th itself.

                              Moreover, your sales person's told me that i will not be charged any installation fee but still you have charged me inr 500 + 18% gst i. E. Inr 590/- for installation.
                              Can you please revert this also?

                              I have used internet from december 22nd to january 14th. As per inr 699/- plan, i am liable to pay you (699/31)*24=541.16 + 18% gst = inr 638.57/-. Out of this amount i have already paid you inr 500.

                              So, i will only be paying the remaining inr 138.57/- and nothing more.

                              Please get this amount reflected on my final bill and send your installation engineer to collect the router and other equipment from my house.

                              I have already raised ticket on 14/01/2018 for account closure and I was told that I will receive call within 72 hours but I have not received any confirmation call for account closure yet.

                              On 14th, I talked with Sanket.
                              On 15th, I talked with Mr Y Ansari.
                              On 16th, I talked with Roshan.
                              On 17th, I talked with Sanket.
                              On 18th, I talked with Sharad.

                              Every time I was told that I will get call back within 24 hours from your disconnection team but I have NOT received this call yet.

                              I get call from some other team for closing off the ticket that gets auto generated when I drop an email and tell me the same thing that I will receive the call from disconnection team.

                              Have I done some kind of sin by opting for Tikona that I am harassed so much just for disconnection??

                              Can you please take this post as confirmation that you will get over call from me on your so called confirmation call and close my account and generate full and final bill of INR 138.57/- and send your installation engineer at my home to pick up router and other device?

                                I have been getting calls from tikona threatening me that a case had been filed in the delhi court and that i must visit the delhi court. They blocked my registered mail address a year back, they also block tikona online account after discontinued service. Finally i dropped several email from other mail address & registered email address on the bills they generated. Still no response to my mails on my concerns raised a year back. They harassing me a lot. But not respond to any my concern raised. They just generating the bills as per their wish. I really frustrated. They do have pathetic service that reason i had discontinue the service long time back. Even after they requested to continue the connection. They didin't provided any modem nothing they just provided rj45 adapter. Requested mutiple time take it back still they didn't took. Getting bills. Whenever raised concern on bills no response to my mail. Same copy & pasted.

                                As i have requested a waiver for 6 months. Finally thanks for considering a waiver for 3 month.

                                I hope tikona network will be stable & usable.in fact i have requested to discontinue the request for tikona around 2 months before still tikona was generating a bill for that months as well. Even i am not liable pay that amount for 2 months after discontinue request. Only reason is technical issue of network & billing issue pending since a 2 months period.

                                Now i have notice bill generated on 7 april 2017, amount is 732 instead of rupees 632/- may i know the reason on the same?

                                Here is a summary :
                                There was a lot of network disruption, so i have requested for the waiver of 6 months,. Once it’s in usable condition & not a single network disruption then i can use the network after 6 months. It was agreed by the cc representative. Later i have used the even after that i have notice lot of disruption.

                                When there was license issue of tikona server end i had faced network issue again & again.. Raise many complaint please check my mails..

                                When the bill generated in the months of april, i have requested to discontinue the request. Tikona keep generating the bills..

                                From 7 april to 6 may i am not liable to pay any amount because i have requested discontinue request on 7 april itself..

                                There was lot of incorrect bill was generated same mentioned above… like 632 instead of 732 in one of the bill..

                                As per the below excel sheet, now i can pay the rupees 415/-. Kindly regenerate the bill immediately within a 7 days period.
                                I am not responsible for any payment apart from the rupees 415/-. If you make any delay in generating the bill of 415/- tikona will be take whole responsibility.

                                I have sent many mails. Bill was generated mentioned in the bill date.

                                If you are not keeping your promises there is no point to trust on you. I am also not at all interested to continue your service in this case. Now i feel little bit improve the connectivity.
                                If you keep continue it till month of july 2017. Then i will pay the bill payment from the months of july 2017. But i need your promise again to stable network connectivity.

                                    I had taken tikona connection 4 year ago & i tell him to disconnect my service to there representative, there costumer care service so bad, after the discontinue they charge 840 amt as usage & i pay the amount, after two year there call me to pay additional 1350 amt there connection charge, they call several times and say they calling from delhi court

                                      Today, i got a call from a person who named and designated himself as advocate mr devraj joshi from some chamber of delhi court. He told us that he had a case lodged with him on us by tikona. He insisted us to make an online payment of rs. 3439/- of which 2000/- was charged as court penalty and was refundable and the balance amount was the pending dues as claimed by tikona. He went on to say that if we pay the said amount in 10 minutes time, then they will dispose off the case or else we will have to appear in the delhi court as summons will be issued in one hour.

                                      Tikona has been trying by varied means to recover invalid, unreasonable dues from us and harrassing with phone calls and such threatening calls asking for dues even after disconnection which we are not liable to pay.

                                      1) our say and experience about tikona connection:

                                      We had started facing problems in our tikona connection since the end of month of may 2017. We could hardly use the internet service in that month and the subsequent month. We had called up at the customer care of tikona ‘n’ number of times to get the issue resolved. We had requested for an engineer to come and check what the problem was. The engineers had come twice or thrice to resolve the issue but the very next day we were facing the same problem again. Later, inspite of requesting on phone and his agreeing to come at our place, he did not turn up. When the last time the engineer came, he took away the possession of the modem from us and gave us direct connection but that too didn’t help.in short, the problem persisted, the engineers could not fix the problem once and for all and they could only get us connected to the internet services temporarily, for a short period as less as a day. We also used to talk on phone with the engineer and try to resolve the issue in accessing the internet services by ourselves but all the efforts were in vain. Even after that, we were daily consistently calling and requesting the engineer to come but they turned a deaf ear to our complaints. This problem continued for more than 2 weeks and calling the customer care people had become a regular affair.
                                      We operate our business from residence only, and facing such problems and taking pains, spending precious time in just being able to access the internet services isn’t justifiable. This has led to unwarranted losses to our business.

                                      2) further correspondences and action taken:

                                      After realising that the internet accessing problem had no permanent solution, ill responses from customer care people, non-attendance of engineers, patiently waiting for reasonable time and considering its impact further on our business, we decided to get the tikona services disconnected.

                                      In the month of june 2017, we started calling the tikona people requesting them to disconnect their services. They did not bother to give precise responses as to what exactly is to be done. Different people from tikona kept asking us for the reasons of disconnecting and every time we had to answer and tell the whole story to different people. The tikona people did not guide us about the necessary procedure for disconnection.

                                      Finally, after being harassed, we stopped logging in to the tikona services by the end of the june month. Without causing further hinderance to our business, we opted for another internet service provider. Via tele-calling, we had informed the tikona people about opting out of their service and requested them to take away all the necessary wirings/ accessories etc and to do the needful. We were being harassed by receiving the calls daily and frequently in a single day.

                                      Our tikona plan demands advance payment of bill for bill period: 26th of current month to 25th of subsequent month by the 11th of current month. I. E payment for bill period 26th june to 25th of july has to be made by the 11th of june. Accordingly, we had made payment by cash of rs. 633/- to the tikona representative on 8th june 2017 for bill period 26th june to 25th of july, 2017. We are being sent bills charging late payment fees even for subsequent months till date.

                                      Details of correspondences :

                                      On 4th august, 2017, we had a talk with miss. Priya gupta from tikona via tele-calling, she, during the conversation, agreed to the fact that our last login was on 26th june, 2017 and also mentioned that after that date we have never accessed to the services. She also said that she has registered the disconnection request on that date i. E 4th august, 2017 and we will receive a confirmation call within 2 days for the same. Despite of that, we did not receive any confirmation call for 8 long days.
                                      On 12th august, 2017, we again had a talk with some tikona person, who again confirmed with us the last login date (26th june 2017) and also confirmed about the disconnection request date (4th august 2017). He further insisted us to pay outstanding dues to which we justified that it has already been paid and that we are liable to pay no further dues. You can understand from the call record how harassed and frustrated the customer is.


                                      Inspite of confirming the last login date of 26.06.2017, requesting ‘n’ number of times for disconnection, informing about opting out of the tikona connection and taking another service provider’s connection, tikona failed to address the complaint and delayed in registering the disconnection request and upon that are insisting for payment o[censored]njustifiable dues for unreasonable delay and negligence on their part. Tikona has been charging late payment fees for every month till date and has been aggregating the same summing upto rs. 1439/-the question of charging late payment charges arises only when the customer is liable to make any pending payment for a particular period.in our case, we are not even liable to pay such charges as claimed in every bill of every month till date. This shows that the bills are being prepared without applying mind and without considering the facts.

                                      Tikona’s internet connection does not serve the required purpose and doesn’t meet the bare minimum standard and quality of service which it should. Further, tikona service provider has made wrongful gains by charging customers for unsatisfactory services in return.
                                      Tikona employees just pursue for payment of dues but turn a deaf ear when it comes to redressing complaints. They have been constantly calling us asking only for payment of dues. This shows the laid back attitude and money mindedness of the company. Tikona should rather divert its time and attention in improving its services and working on improving its customer satisfaction rather than harassing the customers.

                                      Tikona, through notice, has asked to return the modem along with accessories, if we don’t then we are also liable to pay additional rs. 1500/-for the same.
                                      Tikona engineer had already taken away the possession of the modem from us as stated earlier above. Hence, we are not liable to pay additional rs. 1500/- for the modem as we are not in possession of the same. As far as accessories are concerned, we had already asked the tikona person on call in the month of june, to take away the necessary wirings/ accessories but nobody from tikona turned up for that. This fact is also on record. This shows that we were and are willing to return back the remaining accessories.

                                      3) loopholes noticed by us in tikona services:

                                      • the engineer took away the modem from us. This fact was not updated in their records. This proves that tikona doesn’t keep a track of the actions taken by the engineers to resolve the problems of their customers and no acknowledgment is given of the possession of the modem taken away and the correctness of the same.
                                      • we kept explaining the whole same problem to different people at different times and also frequently in the same day. Does the customer have no other work but only attend your calls whole day, every day? This shows that what the customer says and complains is not recorded/ registered in your database, there is no synchronisation of the complaints/correspondences recorded of a particular customer and the same customer is attended by 100 different people.
                                      • inspite of informing ‘n’ number of times about disconnection and asking for the procedure, there was a delay from tikona’s side in just registering the request and consequently the entire disconnection process was delayed and then you ask for dues for the delay on your part. This portrays that tikona has a laid back attitude, cares nothing about customer satisfaction and is only money minded.
                                      • calls from tikona were not made for resolving issues but only for pursing for payment of dues and harassing customers. This again shows money mindedness and lack of professionalism. Tikona should rather divert its time and attention in improving its services and working on improving its customer satisfaction rather than harassing the customers.
                                      • tikona lacks in the area of customer satisfaction which is o[censored]tmost important in today’s competitive business world. Customers have a hell lot of choices from amongst many good broadband companies in the industry in which tikona operates; it is not difficult for us to switch over to another network. So it is the company’s duty and in its own benefit and interest to satisfy the customers and gain their loyalty and make its goodwill in the industry.

                                        I'm one of the ex-customer of tikona (Customer id : [protected]).

                                        I've asked for disconnection of my broadband services in the month of june'16 and asked for final bill as i was really frustrated with the services and overall customer service. The request was not processed and when i called the customer service help desk, i was promised a waiver against the service disruption (Which was never applied). I'm still getting bills and threatening calls from tikona asking me to pay the bill. I do not have any problem to pay the charges for the services i used, however i've been overcharged by 600/- and i'm being asked to pay it.

                                        I'm raising me concern with you to get the resolution.
