Had asked for disconnection on 31st july'17 and tikona has kept the line active in zero rental plan. Now asking for usage and payment when i never asked for zero rental plan. And to avoid any mis-usage had asked for disconnection. Infact, in good faith even took a new tikona connection at my new residence and have been following up and on calls and mails to tikona. All that they say is the money to be paid....

Everytime i call customer care and new person puts my complaint on high priority and asks for 24 hours of time.
Its been aomost 13 days and its anew connection... How bad is service of tikona... Managers dnt call back appeltae office doesnt repond...

I used Tikona broadband services till end of my plan cycle i.e. 6th Aug. 2016 and as per the plan rate, i was supposed to pay a due bill of Rs.905.6. I used to have a tikona connection almost a year ago. I took the connection and it was fine for 6 months. Later, for almost whole day there used be no net at all. Complaint to tikona for the same. They always usee to say k there is some technical issue. Will be resolved in 24 hrs.
Three months went by like this. I requested for disconnection. They asked for a week. I again asked for disconnection. No one came to take their things back....
