I gave a chance to Tikona to improve their services, multiple times engineer use to come in a day and still the issue never used to get resolved, all consumers in our area have same complaint. I have called the customer care and confirmed to disconnect the service which should be available in their records. They claim 2 months bill due is pending from which I must have used hardly 10 days that also with multiple issues. Today I got a call from their lawyer Ragubeer saha regarding court summon and will have to pay 50000 as due to the company.

I was using their services for office work which was always unsuccessful
due to disconnection. I trusted the company and gave them a chance to improve the services.

I used to call the company on their chargeable cust care no "n" no. of times who is going to reimburse that. I didn't expect this kind of service and on top of that threatening calls from advocate to pay months due.

    I am getting harassment calls from tikona care to pay for the services which i haven't used. From last 2 years i have been using tikona and they provided me worst service as their internet speed is down at maximum days. At last i have requested them to fix my internet as i was not able to browse the internet anymore they send a representative and he put a temporary fix for the day and once he left internet was down again. This complaint remain unresolved for more than 15 days and asked them to disconnect my internet, but they didn't do that instead they send me a bill of rs.1911 of 2 months in which the one month i haven't used the internet at all hopping that they disconnect ed my service. Now i am getting threatening and harassment calls from their advocate to file civil case. I kindly request you to take the case for threatening and harrasing and moreover asking me to pay for service which i haven't used.

    As a consumer i feel cheated

      I ve taken an net connection from tikona on[protected] with connection id:[protected] & then after using the tikona service till[protected], i ve called the tikona customer care & made a request to close tikona net connection. But the customer care executive didnt register my request than i called them daily to stop my net connection & asked them to send final settlement amount but nobody registered my request & they always put my call on hold. On[protected] a customer care executive told me that he has registered my request. He didnt provide me any request no. But he told me that i ll receive a mail for closing the net connection. But i havent got any mail regarding the same then on[protected] i dropped them a mail for asking the status of my connection closing request but they didnt reply & on every month they keep on sending the monthly bill by adding rs100 on my last due bill amount of rs550. I ve called them many time on regular basis asking them to close my net connection & send me the mail confirmation that after paying the bill my connection ll get closed & ll never get continued but they didnt provide me any confirmation on email for this. Today on[protected] i ve got a call from mobile [protected], he told me that he is adv. Dilip from dist. Court & he threatened me that i am doing a criminal activity & asked me to pay the amount immediately & send the transaction details to his senior mr. Waseems email id i. E. [protected]@gov. Nic.in otherwise he is going to send me the court summon for not paying the bill. I asked him to send me the confirmation that after payment the amount tikona will discontinue my internet connection & i ll not get any threatened calls, message & emails after that but he denied to send me any before payment is done & pressurized me to do the payment. Sir, i ll pay my bill & will not pay the late amount as i had already raised the issue with immediate effect. I ve attached the last bill & demand notice send by them & that liable bill for me.

        I have used tikona service till october'17 and henceforth have disconnected the line by taking the wire off as suggested by their engineer. But after the same they have generated the bill for the next 3 months and then they are asking us to pay the money. We have not paid the money as since we have not used there service so why to pay the amount. But they are now calling us in the name of advocates and saying that they can ruin my professional life as well as they can fetch us to court. We have asked some time but they are not listening and we had to pay the amount out of no where. My service user id is [protected]

          Tikona has not at all provided satisfactory service. Too much of network issues but i still paid all bills on time for a very long time. Never did tikona anytime compensated or waived any amount for such poor service. You can check my usage and you will find no usage many times coz i wasn't able to use coz of no network. I made multiple calls to their tech support & they would say that they were upgrading. All false coz d network never improved. Losing faith i finally disconnected my service with them & decided to not pay d final bill. Tikona now has the audacity to send me a legal notice for non payment. My question is why should i pay for pathetic service i received? Please help.

            Today we received 3 times calls of tikona lawyers from delhi, mobile number is +91-[protected]. They threatened us telephonically and told that warrant has been issued and you have to come to delhi court.

            I already informed many times to customer care and drafted mails and calls also to disconnect my connection and finally disconnected the service. ([protected]@tikona.in.). But again tikona people have generated the bill and sent to my mail id.

            I have cleared all my bills till i used tikona services.

            I already given back the tikona devices to tikona person (Hyderabad).

            Please guide what steps to follow if received again such calls.

              We have been trying to close the broadband connection with tikona but havent been able to do so. The company representative puts us on hold for long duration and isn't ready to take disconnection request.

              I am travelling abroad and i have already disconnected the device. Please collect the device and disconnect the services asap.

                My name is astha gupta. I got tikona connection at my home in varanasi in may 2017 and since installation, the connection was not working. I made several complaints, but all in vein. Upon escalating the issue, a sales person from tikona installed additional modem and charged additional 1000 rs for the same, but that also never worked. I contacted senior person in tikona who told me that the sales person was not supposed to charge me additional 1200 rs. Even after that tikona connection never worked fine.

                We made several complains and asked them to suspend the connection since it is not working. Even the customer care has all details of several complaints we made along with written email to their customer care.

                Now since last 2 days i am getting call from someone in tikona who says he is from the legal team and my due is pending. Upon giving him reference of all the complains i made, he started threatening me and and talking in slang language. I asked him not to call me and send notice if he wants to which he abused me and is harassing me since last 3 days by making 100s of phone calls to me. Please see the call log history attached. (Dated - 05-mar-2018)

                I want to file a criminal complaint against tikona for harassment. Please advise how to proceed.

                This is with reference to your email regarding service issue with Tikona Wi-Bro account.

                Please note the following:

                We wish to inform you that we have investigated in your complaint and wish to inform you that we have not received any request for disconnection for your account and therefore your service account was kept active until it got suspended on 5th Dec’17.

                Since account suspension no further bills have been generated on account. We therefore like to inform you that currently there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 1, 341.01 on your account. However, considering your email complaint we are ready to waive-off Rs. 542.80 for non usage period. Furthermore, Rs. 798.21 would be payable finally.

                We therefore urge you to make the payment of the above said amount and approach us at front end support to take further action upon your account. Considering your email complaint, if you wish to discontinue with the services you will have to place a request for the same post services re-activation from suspended state.

                  Had asked for disconnection on 31st july'17 and tikona has kept the line active in zero rental plan. Now asking for usage and payment when i never asked for zero rental plan. And to avoid any mis-usage had asked for disconnection. Infact, in good faith even took a new tikona connection at my new residence and have been following up and on calls and mails to tikona. All that they say is the money to be paid. Why should i pay when i had not used and asked to suspend the line. It was tikona who decided to keep the line active and they better be responsible for the usage. As a customer, i never asked for it. Now they send me a demand notice. Either it gets withdrawn or i approach consumer court with all the proof and communication sent to tikona. This is cheating

                    Past 13 days i have connection issue and breaking my head with customer care
                    Everytime i call customer care and new person puts my complaint on high priority and asks for 24 hours of time.

                      I used Tikona broadband services till end of my plan cycle i.e. 6th Aug. 2016 and as per the plan rate, i was supposed to pay a due bill of Rs.905.6. They overcharged me to Rs. 2611.25 through delay in disconnection . Please see attachments (Complaint1, Complaint2 and Tikona_Appelate_complaint) for complaint details with Tikona.
                      I raised a complaint on http://consumerhelpline.gov.in as well but no satisfactory action was take. Please see "INGRAM_complaint" for complaint details.

                      This is not the matter. My complaint is that they overcharged me and threatned for legal action to do the recovery. I received a legal call from Tikona so i made the payment but i need the refund now. Please go through my complain details and understand it if you are capable of reading simple english.

                        Hi team,

                        This is in regards to my connection which i had requested to be cancelled in may 2017, month or two later i got a call from one of the tikona recovery guys stating my bill is outstanding for which i mentioned that i have requested for cancellation and waiting for my final bill as there was a deposit about 2000 that was collected in the initial setup.

                        I have no problem to close my account but i need a final bill until may 2017 with all adjustments done, i will not be held responsible for any outstanding amount over that when i have notified you about my desire to cancel my services.

                        I did not take your modem, i used my own as i had mine.

                        I would wait for your response to this.

                          Hi team,

                          I would like to raise a complaint regarding my connection.
                          I need to cancel this connection. I really don't want to explain entire inconvenience i had gone through in this email. Have explained a short summery. Am really unhappy with the customer support and the service as well. They change tariff plan without my knowledge and also they have changed my email id without updating me because of that i have paid late payment fees for multiple months. As per my knowledge i have paid all bill till last month date. Current month due says i have to pay 2000+ which is incorrect. I was speaking to senior team yesterday female named tejeswini explaining whole scenario and confirmed payments made from may 2017- till 13-jan-2018 and the call got disconnected. We tried to speak to same person other senior tech informed we will receive call in next 4 no one called till date. Service is so worst don't want to trust nor continue this service further and cancellation should happen asap. I really don't want to pay extra amount which tikona has charged for my connectivity. I have confirmation for all the bill cleared till last month. I have not paid feb bill as they have charged extra. And also i don't want any call from retention team as well.

                          Hope this team will help me to get my last month bill issue sorted out for giving worst service and help me to cancel my tikona connection id [protected] further you can contact me on [protected] for billing information.

                          I don't want cancellation date to be extended and pay another month bill.

                          Your engineer did not came on time waiting from last 1hr 30 mins having missing my own important work from last 5 days I am suffering from not having internet in my house and this technical people is not at all concern I an trikona loyal customer but if you cannot take care of your loyal customers than there are other options available in market.

                            I would like to showcase my issue and experience using tikona brodband.. I have taken tikona broadband in 2016 and from day 1 i was facing issue with broadband speed i have complain tikona for the same and they assure that my connection will be fine. They promised me 10mbps speed as i was only getting 500kbps which is far less than what i was paying for and after sometime i asked tikona to disconnect my connection in july 2017 and i stop using the connection. One odd day i call tikona to confirm why i am not getting speed for which i am paying every month a girl from technical support name neha told that in your area 10mbps speed is not possible by knowing that i was shocked as i have paid i my hard money to them and they did not inform me in the begining.in july i stopped using connection after paying my dues and ask them to suspend and take their box from my residence but they ignored and keep on charging me for next 2 months after getting tired i ask them to let me know how much i have to pay for service they provide 500kbps they told you have to pay complete amount. Now atlast i am getting calls from some tikona fraud numbers that they file a case under my name and i have to come to the court and once i ask the place so that i can talk to them face to face they disconnect my call.. I tried calling them on the same number but they have not picked my call now they are asking me for 1700 and i am not going to pay as i have not received services for what they have promised. I would request you to please take it in consideration and help me with this issue.

                            I am not going to pay as i have inform tikona to disconnect my connection in August 2017. Kindly listen to the call recording which i tikona have for august month and please listen to the conversation i had with representative Neha where she mention that you r paying for 10 Mbps connection and services are not fisible in your area so it is not possible to get that speed i replied for what i am paying from last 1 year she said sorry and ask to go for lesser amnt plan ..Kindly check the call details after that too where i asked to disconnect connection from tikona but they ignored and keep on charging for this worst connection.Now tikona is coming with fraud calls and making people harassed.

                              I was using tikona internet for last 1- 2 years. As i was not satisfied with the service. I stopped using it. I asked the collection agent to disconnect it from the month of august onwards.in the month of december i also mailed it. Only in the month of november or december they disconnected it. But still they ask me to pay 2 month bill to discontinue it. I agreed to pay one month, but they were trying to convince me for a pre paid connection. Which i was not interested.
                              From last 3 month i am receiving calls from tikona or a message from tikona to pay the bill.

                              Today 24thfeb 2018 just now received a call from tikona civil department today itself pay rs 1584/- for police personal will be went to my home to the collect the amount. Where as my actual due was rs 673 according to them.

                              At present i am busy in examination work as i am lecturer, i am busy with my students and many a time i am not able to attend the phone calls also, and same time such peoples are doing this job of threatening.

                              Please guide what steps to follow if received again such calls.

                                This is to inform that i have been facing issues with this network due to unstable connection for a very very long time. Everytime i am assured of resolution but after all the resets from customer support, router team, engineer visit, the problems persists again after sometime. I am extremely tired and frustated of calling cust. Care again and again, giving one hour to router team on phone and arranging for someone to accompany during the engineer's visit. I am a working woman use the net properly just for 2-3 hours in the night. Thinking of the whole process of calling the cust care, getting complain ref. No, connecting to a person, putting my call on hold for back end check, they saying it's fine there or sometimes not, arranging for visit and the process continues, i end us using my phone data instead. One poor thing of the support system is that they don't check the background of the complain, you have repeat things with them again and again also you cannot connect to the same person whom you talked last in detail for a long time. This wud have helped to discuss with him the next possible effort.

                                Lastly, i just want my connection to be terminated. Please make sure this happens otherwise i shall not be paying the next month rent.

                                  I used to have a tikona connection almost a year ago. I took the connection and it was fine for 6 months. Later, for almost whole day there used be no net at all. Complaint to tikona for the same. They always usee to say k there is some technical issue. Will be resolved in 24 hrs.
                                  Three months went by like this. I requested for disconnection. They asked for a week. I again asked for disconnection. No one came to take their things back. I myself removed all the antenna n adapter. I again complained to take back thier box. They didnot write my complaint asking for one more week. I told that i have already stopped using your services please come n collect. One year to this, no one came now. N in between i have got many calls to pay their due off. When i was not using their sevices how am i laible to pay. Once i thought let me pay it off and close this problem. Called tikona for help. They said on your device n go to portal n pay.
                                  And again thier net was not working.
                                  I am hell irritated by this.
                                  Some lawyer from delhi calls n says tikona has filed a case against you. Either you pay or come to court.
                                  First i didnot use their service that they are asking me to pay. And on the top of that they levy penalty for late payment.
                                  Second when i was completely pissed off n decided to pay, their net was still not working. Who is at fault here?
                                  Getting too many fraud calls from tikona.
                                  Calling from court, you will be defamed, you will have to pay 5 k for every sitting in court. I say m ready for this, want to teach tikona a lesson.
                                  Dont threat your customers, but solve their issue n stop forgery.

                                    First they provide bad service i told them to stop service but they continue for 2 months.
                                    I said i will not pay money.

                                    And abuses too much for payment and said pay otherwise he will put me in jail
                                    And he said to do double payment
                                    Otherwise he will do anything with me

                                    I made payment 2100 of my bill on 9-feb-2018
                                    But again he said do 2000 more
                                    And said to me it will be return in 3 days in my account

                                    But havent received any amount
                                    I want my all money back from these cheaters and fraudsters
                                    Incase if i find that person i will surely kick him badly

                                      I had requested tikona to disconnect my connection on 12th feb, 2017. The request was registered and number shared with me.
                                      Also confirmed that my id will be disconnected on coming bill cycle date and no further payments required.
                                      Still they generate the bill and when i called customer care the reason was, sir your are still using connection hence we have not disconnected. Who gave them writes to decide i am using the connection or not god knows about it.

                                      Then multiple times i asked them to close the connection but they did not and provided me different reasons each time like your bill is due for one of the month in previous year, you have used the service so you need to pay the bill etc...

                                      Even the senior persons from tikona were not supporting and talked like criminal groups.

                                      Now they started threatening again saying a legal case has been register and your documents will be blocked.

                                      Tikona is the worst company i have seen ever, no customer support at all.

                                      I am going to file the consumer complaint for this.

                                        Hi, i am being asked to pay 1500 rs from tikona but even i have paid my outstanding amount the time when my connection was disconnected. Now i am being asked to pay 1500 as a cpe penalty.

                                        I have already talked with customer care executive regarding my full n final amount related issue and they told me that i am being charged because i haven't returned roof top device and also i confirmed customer care executive that no one called me to return the same and also the roof top device is being used by multiple number o[censored]sers here as we have nearly 30 flats in this building where i'm residing right now. So i request you to check this issue properly and close my account asap instead of sending me an email every time with same answer. I have already dropped an email regarding the same but i am not getting proper response from your side.

                                        I am not sure why are you guys are not investigating this issue properly but sending me an email to make payment. Kindly check this and call me to discuss more on it or i will have to move to consumer court as i am being harassed by you people from last couple of months.
