Hi,
My id is [protected] with tikona. I can't begin to explain how much i have been harassed and tortured by tikona. I installed their services on may 13, 2017 and since then my internet wouldn't work even for 10 minutes. After long phone calls and several tech visits, the issue seemed to resolve and after many months they gave me a waiver which was way less than my monthly plan.
The services continued to remain slow and down most of the time but because i had already bought prepaid plan, i had to put up with the company. And mind you, i had begged, cried, threatened, requested to cancel my connection but they didn't
Now, the real torture started like this:
I had purchased the plan for rs. 3600 which included 6 months of internet and installation. So from may 13, 2017 they should cover me till november 13, 2017. However, in october 2017, they'd send me countless texts and automatic calls that i owe them rs. 296 which according to them is the installation charges. They then asked me to provide the contact details of the salesman and said that they don't hold the record of who sold me the plan. Now isn't this company's responsibility to maintain that record? They don't even have legal record of me agreeing that installation was not included. They even refuse to disconnect my connection but keep calling and sending their men to ask money. Their customer service is rude and worst.
I have invested so much time and efforts and have even broken down crying. This is very depressing.
Can anyone suggest me how to take legal action and sue this fraud company?
