I have asked for the deactivation of my broadband connection on Aug 2016. Then in july various agents from civil courts started calling me to threaten me . I paid the whole amount but didn’t knew about noc . Today after 2 years i again received a call from a agent named Rajeev in civil court ghaziabad. I again paid the whole amount because he threatened me not to get black listed . This company is a fraud . Plz do something oderwise dey will keep threatning people n earn in this manner.I have attached some documents regarding the same issue.

    Hi tikona,

    User id - [protected] (Rahul nigam)

    Issue - technical issue reported since[protected].

    As i am customer of tikona since oct - 2017 and using plan adulm3m750. I am unable to use tikona service since[protected] due to that have raised many cases to customer care but still not get any solution. (For example - 1-[protected])

    Technical guys said that tikona device has been stolen from top roof and no other option to setup the device on another place. (Poc pankaj -)

    You should check this issue if any other way to setup the device, i don't have time for further process so take a necessary action from your end. I am not supposed to secure your device and responsible for fir and all those things. (Its your device and you know all the details of the device to reported the fir)

    If there is no alternate solution on this issue or same issue reported in further then i will not responsible for all those things, so please visit the site immediately and get the solution. I request you please don't harass and annoyance me with this issue otherwise i will take another steps.

    I informed that if there is no solution then close my account with effective date[protected] today onward because i will not pay to tikona if will not using the service.

    Please assist with this matter soon.

      This complain is in reference to my previous complaint, that was marked as resolved by unknown reason, however, this problem is still persisting.       This complaint has not been resolved by the respected company till date. They are asking me to pay the amount for the services i haven't used and requested them for several times, both via mail and calls to terminate the services before such period.

      I shared the proof of the mail, that i sent to them requesting the termination of services by 25th jan 2017, but they didn't consider my request mail. Reason for not considering my mail from tikona department is, they have registered the wrong email of mine, despite giving them my email address in writing.

      I even called them for several times, before 25th jan 2017, requesting them to terminate their services, but they didn't listen and processed my request.

      I made the payment in advance to tikon for the subscription period that was to be ended as on 25th jan 2017. I called their customer care departments for at least 10-15 times, requesting them to terminate their services and collect their device, installed on my premises.

      They never responded to my request in regard to such termination. I left that premises as on 29th jan 2017, but i also stopped using their services from 26th jan-17 and called their customer care department, that despite my several reminders, how dare they continued their services and didn't terminate my tikona account.

      They replied that they are very sorry and services will be terminated by them automatically and i will not be charged for such services that they continued after 25th jan 2017.

      But now they are asking me to pay for the services they continued after 26th jan 2017, which i didn't use. They are giving me an explanation of the reason for not suspending my tikona account that they have registered a different email id in my tikona account, so their system rejected my request mail for suspension.

      Then why didn't they considered my several call requests of terminating my tikona account? Why should anybody will pay for the mistake done by the company itself?

      They have continued harassing me and are now asking me to pay for the device that they installed on my premises, but failed to collect the device during the period i requested them to terminate and collect their devices.

      Why should i pay them even a single buck? I am still feeling like being cheated for the money that i paid them in advance at the time of installation, as the services provided during such period was very poor.

      I have requested them for 10-15 times for the termination of the services by 25th january 2017 or before. It's not the consumer's mistake but the company's itself if they continued their services after 25th january 2017.

        I am receiving calls from advocate claiming of a civil action against me for non payment. I raised a cancellation on the account and as per my conversation, i was asked to pay 950 as closure charges on 2/17, which i paid online.

        I am not sure why tikona billed me for a suspended connection and now the amount is 1802.81.

        Please go through the records again, as i have already raised an issue on the same in the past against tikona. They cannot harass a customer after 2 years of suspension of services.

        If tikona was so interested in their customers, why was this brought to our notice today after 2 years.

        We had requested for cancellation in dec, even then we got the bill in jan. after speaking with multiple supervisors and managers we were told to pay 950 as full and final settlement. We made that payment and what company gets back after 2 years for pending payment??? Shouldn’t you have called or intimated before and not after 2 years if there were any pending dues.

        As per our conversation( unfortunately we didn’t receive any email from your customer service confirming that’s the full and final settlement amount, as your customer service is so damn pathetic) with floor managers and second level of escalations some person named Vishal had told us to make the payment of 950, our monthly rental was 800, even then we made the payment of 950 and it was supposed to be done. Your technician came to our home and we returned the device and everything. Not sure how else were we supposed to know that full and final settlement is done.

        And now you are saying after 2 years there is a payment pending, for what months and from where????? I am not willing to make any payment as per my conversations with your customer service this should not have happened at all. And your representative also advised to write to Tikona care and said it seems you are charged even after the cancellation request and there should not be any outstanding( this is conversation from yesterday,[protected] and the amount should be waived off.

        Do the needful asap.

          Hi,

          I requested to disconnect my tikona account ([protected]) on dec 14th 2017
          And i got request no:1-[protected] as my application has been processed.

          But everyday i am getting calls from your executives and they are asking to
          1. Transfer account to your friends name
          2. Keep account as back up
          3. We will give you special discount maintain the account like this.

          I am permanently moving to my native so i am disconnecting the account, daily i am getting calls from tikona executives and they are harassing me to keep the account active.

          I paid the complete amount till date and there are no pending dues from my side and confirmed with tikona customer care executives. Please disconnect my account.

            I get a call from [protected] lawyer to pay 3350 rs online within half an hour that tikona has raised a case against me and if not paid within half an hour on july 2017, i should pay penality of 200000rs and fight the case in delhi with a lawyer. Due to fear i made the payment of 3350 rs and also ask for discontinued my service on immediate basis. Lawyer assure me on phone call that no further bill generated in future.

            Now after 5 month i again got call from [protected] lawyer to pay 2835 rs online within half an hour that tikona has raised a case against me and if not paid within half an hour, i should pay penality of 200000rs and fight the case in delhi with a lawyer but i did not use the service after april.

            I also tried to call customer care for discontinued my services but i did't get any response from there side. I am unable to discontinued services from my side because of my registered email_id and mobile number both are not functioning.

            Please help me with this.

              My connection no. Was [protected]. I had been requesting tikona to either rectify the issue with connection or discontinue the connection since aug'16. However, they neither resolved the issue nor disconnected the services and kept on billing. Despite reminders, there was no reply/resolution. Eventually, i took another connection and unplugged tikona's connection. They sent me a bill even though i had not used the connection and had rather raised the request for immediate withdrawal of connection. Obviously, i didn't pay the bill as i had already taken another connection. Now i am getting repeated harrassment calls from some adv narendra kalra's office threatening me to pay the bill, else they will give my name to cibil and file a legal case against me. For last couple if days, i am getting smses to clear the bill to avoid the legal case being filed by tikona. Dear tikona, please be informed that it's you who did not provide proper service and are at fault. There are no dues payable to you by me. Hence, pls stop these meaningless threathening calls and rather develop strategies to improve your service.

                  To whomever this is concerned

                  I was using internet connection from dec 2016 till feb 2017 of services provided by tikona infinet private limited

                  In march 2017 i place a request to disconnect my connection and deactivate my account. Upon placing this request tikona informed that it shall be done within 8 working days however it took 30 business days to complete the process.in this duration i wasn't using the internet connection from the date of the request.

                  After the connection was terminated i received a bill of rs.95.25 which i paid and received a receipt for the same also. I have also been telling tikona to take back their equipments which they still haven't till this date.

                  In october 2017 i received a bill from tikona for rs.1500 stating charges for termination clauses. And now they are threatening to file a case against me if i don't make this payment. I have never received a notice before this and they have been calling me from a fake spam number posing as a lawyer.

                  I desperately need your help and intervention here.

                    Dear sir

                    We had activated internet connection with tikona, for past 9 months the speed has been prettty slow on an average the speed had been 3-5 mbps against contractual agreement of 6mbps. We had filed numerous complaint but the customer service dept acts but without much satisfaction at the customer. Notifying the complaint has been closed at the satisfaction of customer.

                    We have been sending reminder to our utter surprise non of the e-mail has been acted upon. When we highlight the same over telephone the call is being disconnected conveying that we do not hear anything citing disturbance

                    Secondly even the internet router installed was not new. We paid for the new hardware set. But tikona seems to save money on the hardware.

                    We have been paying regularly monthly charges services rendered does not coorelate to we have been promised to render

                    I request your support to reach to appellate authority so our grievance is being heard

                      Look at the terrible ordeal below that i had to suffer from tikona:
                      This is a mail that i had written to tikona.
                      No help till now
                      I have had a terrible customer experience yesterday from 2 of your sales staff.

                      My name is manish and i stay at khar west in mumbai.

                      My contact number is [protected].

                      I own another home at rustomjee - j avenue, global city, virar west, maharashtra 401303.

                      Now this is an investment property that i visit only on weekends.

                      Quite some days back your sales team has set up sales kisoks in my building with lucrative offers.

                      I was pretty interested so i went upto the kiosk on 10th dec 2017 and took up a package with mr. Ravi from your company cell number - [protected].

                      I specifically told him that i am there only till monday evening as i only come there on weekends and can he get the installation done by monday.

                      Ravi said yes, infact he told me that he will do the installation on sunday only.

                      I readily paid the money of inr 500 and told him to get me the 6mb annual package.

                      No installation done till sunday - end of day.

                      Even on monday 11th dec i called ravi 8-9 times and all the times he was saying it will happen but nothing happened.

                      Then he gave me his boss's number - the very rude and unruly - mr. Ratandeep s - cell number [protected].

                      When i called him and told him that when will the installation happen as i need to go back to mumbai, he was very rude.

                      He first started shouting at ravi saying - why you gave my number?

                      Then he is telling me in hindi " what i do - i cant help it - it will take time"

                      Then my fiance spoke to mr. Ravi - he started talking # to a woman - he said in hindi " go - get lost - take your damn rs.500 from the customer care if you cant wait - i am not responsible if you paid"

                      Is that the way to talk to a lady? Is this how tikona behaves with women customers?

                      I got really pissed as they spoke in such a way with paying customers.

                      Upon asking them why they behaved rudely, both mr. Ratandeep and mr. Ravi started abusing me.

                      They called me "chutiya" which was insulting and specially mr. Ratdandeep said " should i take out your rs.500 from my #" pointing out to his pubic region.

                      I need very strict action to be taken specially against mr. Ratandeep. S and mr. Ravi.

                      If the same is not done i will release the video on social media as it has the tikona logo and all details with your staff neither giving timely service + abusing customers and showing pubic regions.

                      I will also go to the women's redressal forum for the way they spoke to my fiancee.

                      I need an apology from mr. Ratandeep specially.

                      Plus i will file a case with consumer forum for defaulting on promises, abusing and embarrassment to my self esteem.

                      I am a gm of a top mnc and i will use all my influence to ensure that none in my social circle and my company buy anything from tikona.

                      I will use all social media in full scale to showcase this absuive treatment of tikona to its customers.

                      Personally speaking you should fire these people as they are the reasons you are looking customers.

                        Today i received a call from some guy addressing himself an advocate from tikona and he started threatening me to come to court in delhi.

                        Now the point is that i had cancelled my connection on 8th feb 2016 and i had payed all the pending amount but later few months i got a notice from legalcolls on 13th july 2016 that i have to pay some amount. I was wondering how can they do that. But you threatened me so i had no other options i had to pay the amount. So on 5th aug i did the payment of the same, please do refer the trail email confirmation from tikona.

                        After paying the amount i called tikona customer care and informed them that i have paid the amount which tikona had charged and even customer care agreed that there is nothing pending and they will be removing my account from their system so all was fine until today.

                        Today some person called me from ‭+[protected]‬ and started threatening me to come to delhi court in very harassing way. I was wondering what is this all about.

                        I want to know why i have to pay money again when there was nothing pending from my end. I am not sure what reason tikona asking me to pay money, when the connection was disconnected long back and i have all the email confirmation email proofs that there was nothing pending from my end.

                        I am sure tikona doing scam and playing with innocent people emotions and try to mint the money?.

                          Initially i wrote a mail to customer care on march 7th mentioning i am leaving out of country, so will not be able to to use the connection so asked for disconnecting the connection but didn't get any reply from you. On march 15 i sent a remainder to you mentioning the same and asked for disconnecting the same but i didn't get any reply. I clearly mentioned in march 15th mail that i am not available from march 16th and travelling out of country.
                          After i got the bill for april month i again wrote a mail to you on april 24 mentioning why there is a bill amount as i stopped using it effective from march 16.
                          After all this mails still the problem solved.
                          In october i called customer and the person who talked with me agreed there is issue from the tikona customer care side and he told me no need to pay any amount and told to return the modem.in november i returned the modem.
                          But from there on i am continuously calls from various numbers mentioning i have to pay the amount if not they will block all my details. They started to threaten me also they started to tell me as a cheat. Many calls are coming in the name of advocate
                          I don't know what is happening with tikona after the customer person agrred the mistake is from thereside.

                            I paid all the previous dues and then i had called the customer care in jan'17 for service termination. A service request was raised. I am not using tikona. Hence, i have asked to disconnect the services. I informed the customer care executive regarding this but still she did not terminate the services. She instead kept me on secondary policy wherein i would be charged some 10/20 p per kb whenever i use tikona. My rental plan shows: rental_stopped, and all the installation stuff are carried away by their executive.

                            This is one simple request. I do not want your service. I don’t want any primary or secondary policy. Kindly terminate my account. Because i know you guys would call me someday 10-20 times a day for unreasonable bill. I want my number to be removed from you database. Stop cheating your customers for fraud bills.

                              They gave me plan of rs 765/- in which i will get 4 mbps speed & unlimited surfing. But since i took internet connection i did't got constant speed of 4 mbps on top of that always internet link is down. Gave several complains in customer service & send emails with the attachment of print screen (Error message). Whenever i called up tikona care they always say wait for 24 hrs. 9 emails send with the print screen in last 40 days. No resolution. Worst internet service.

                                I was a very unsatisfied customer of Tikona wherein i used your services
                                for couple of months and found the service of Tikona is extremely pathetic.
                                On 14/03/2017, i requested for termination of connection by clearing the
                                entire bill amount and even after sending couple of mails to Customer Care,
                                service was not terminated and still bill was getting generated.
                                I clearly communicated to the team stating that service need to be
                                terminated because of poor service and will not pay any amount if the
                                connection is not terminated.
                                One fine day (probably September), an executive from Tikona came to our
                                apartment and has taken the device which was installed on our terrace.
                                On 18/10/2017, i got a bill stating my outstanding bill is Rs. 1500 and
                                when checked with the customer care, they stated that device is pending
                                from my side.
                                Today i got a call from Ms. Seema (Contact Number: [protected]) stating she
                                is from Delhi Civil court and complaint has been registered against me in
                                the court of law and threatens that she is sending police to my residence.

                                Is this the way Tikona harrasses the customer.

                                First of all, your service is extremely poor and when requested for
                                termination of the connection, your team never responded and more over
                                doing threatening calls.

                                I need the complaint need to be closed without any nuisance.

                                When i am shouting that Tikona person has already taken a device from my residence, why are you sending threatening messages and mails that you are going to take criminal and civil action against me.
                                Why should i pay Rs. 1500 penalty charges when your person had already taken the device.
                                As a customer, and with right to information, i want to escalate the matter the MD/CEO of Tikona. With full right, i am demanding the mail ID of Managing Director / Chief Operating Officer / Chief operating Officer email ID so that i can submit my grievance to them.
                                Simultaneously, i am going to submit my grievance to social media so that entire people will come to know about the harassment of Tikona which is creating.

                                  I got calls from some advocate from the number ‭[protected]‬B stating that Tikona has filed a case against me for non payment of fees on closure. The mistake here is of Tikona where they failed to close my connection on time even after several requests. I have all the evidences in the email. How can Tikona behave so cheap and file a legal action when I have clearly asked them to close connection? They kept sending me bills every month even after closure request.

The person says he is from the Delhi court chamber no 34 and the number when searched in Truecaller will be of Tikona marked as spam. What cheap way of fooling the customers it is. Very disappointed to be experiencing this. Shame. will never ever take connection from you and will also spread awareness on this.
                                  What is that 400rs that I have to pay and why do I have to pay ? The bill cycle is from 15th. I sent mail for termination on 7th November. That is one week in advance of the bill cycle. You still kept the connection open for many months and then you come back and ask for 400rs ?

                                    In august 2017 my 3 month period for internet subscription was over, which i already paid. Before completing 3 month date they have generated one month bill. Due bad service i have stopped using their service, they asked by calling me why you are not using the internet. I said due bad service i am closing the connection. But they have not taken the request for disconcerting, but politely started wasting my time.
                                    They used to ask what issue you are facing?
                                    Which other connection you have taken?
                                    Continue our connection as back up plan.
                                    Refer some friend and family member to transfer your connection.
                                    I used to refuse them their suggestion. Sometimes i said ok i'll see i thought its light thing as i have not done any mistake. But they were playing card to trap me to pay more. Then someone new person started calling again and again asking same thing. I thought i'll put a mail for disconnection. Then also they had not disconnected it. Keep asking to pay. They started threatening me for legal action. They never reply on mail clarification.
                                    They used to call asking u have not giving disconnection request earlier. My question is why they were asking me to continue the service if i have not informed them i am not going to use your connection? I have phone recordings. I dont know whether its tikona case or airtel since airtel acquired tikona.?

                                    Last billing calculated as per disconnection date (They will decide) or last usage date whichever is greater? They donot disconnect the connection, on time.                                       I was using tikona internet service since november 2015 and was working very well, however last year after june 2017 it used to frequently shut down. We have to call help line and they used to send engineer 2 days afterwards. For 2 days, our office used to have huge business opportunities loss which happened several times after june 2017.in nov and dec 2017 i have complaint number for 4-5 times and frequently it was giving service issue. After that i used the tikona service last time on 26th february, 2017 (Confirmed by tikona customer care email of last login details) and got installed local internet which is giving excellent service. I have called tikona customer care number on 16/2/2017 to disconnect the service and take their device/box back as we have already installed local net. After that as per billing cycle, my bill was raised on 26th feb, 2017 which i paid fully on 10th march, 2017.
                                      Surprisingly they didnt disconnect they service and kept raising bills and keep sending me email. And every time i have replied them of disconnection. Now their employees are calling and threating that non bailable warrant has been issued against me in tis hazari court and if i don’t pay delhi police will come and arrest me. After that they have sent me a legal notice in name of halai & co. The best part of this is that amount is only rs. 1, 789/- and that too raised after disconnection of my service (Verified by tikona as per last login details).
                                      Tikona is worst pathetic company in internet service and they try to fleece customers by not disconnecting service on time and they keep raising bills and after all this will not send person to remove their device.

                                        Tikona team,

                                        This is my last notification regarding termination of my connection. I have mailed you on 27th november for termination of tikona connection user id [protected]. But i didn't got any reply. Then i dialed customer care and raised a request for termination of connection on 28th november. But daily i m getting harassment calls from your customer care executives but no action is being taken. My service number is 1-[protected]

                                        So, this would be my last mail and i wont entertain any of your executives from now on. And bills generated after billing cycle will not be paid as i raised a service request 10 days ahead of billing cycle.
