I am facing speed issues which wasnt clarified by the engineer, he stated that next to your roof top there is an high tension electricity wire and due to which speed is getting fluctuated.

Further he made some rectification and post that my internet connection is lost.

Contacted call center helpdesk they insisted to do self care process than why gst on my bill. Also the representative promised me for a call back arrangement as she wasnt capable to understand issue, i never received any call backs from so called # seniors.

Hope this is not a curtains down for tikona, if company isnt capable of providing services than let me know there are thousands of others isp and they are just waiting for one call.

    I used to have the tikona connection in my flat in mumbai. My roommates and i used it for 2 months and paid the bills as well. After relocating we did not need their services anymore, so we requested for the discontinuation of the account. This was filed on 23/10/17 after receiving more than 4-5 calls a week. The associates said that those were service calls since we were not using the connection from september onwards. They say it's a 15 days process, but the day since i keep on receiving service calls even after explaining that why i don't want to use their service anymore. The situation turned awful when i started receiving 4-5 calls a day. Initially before 23/10/17 the calls were made for the bill payment and later they became service call only with the increased level of irritation that i developed. I get calls from tikona the whole day, hampering my peace. The situation now is such that i no longer intend to raise complaint under tikona but to take it to some third party and file their complaints there. Little did i know that a simple wifi connection could be such a headache. Ps: i'm hopeless that things are going to turn for good.

      I have stopped using tikona service from last 3 months. Why i am receiving the bills?

      I had also paid pending amount and i had asked for noc but i havent received noc yet.

      I had paid rs.800 towards final settlement. I have attached receipt for your reference

      Your legal team had called me for pending amount (Name :sonam, email id :[protected]@gmail.com, mobile nos [protected], [protected])

      And i have cleared all dues, if i receive any bills from now onwards then i have definitely sue tikona for harassament.

        I used the internet services of tikona for 4yrs. With extremely bad services. But had no choice due to lack of isp in the area. It was the last 2 months in which i called their customer care for 50+ times but they didn't resolve my issue (Even took full payment without providing any service). Then i called and emailed the company for disconnection request (8th april 2017) which they didn't take by making excuses of there server issues and started the next billing cycle. They were not ready to settle down which they charged extra without using any data. The connection is disconnected from 8 months but they are charging i tried contacting many times. But when i initiated my conversation after getting everything clear they just keep me on hold and disconnect the call!!

        Today (11/30/2017) i got a call from an advocate baby sharma from [protected] from karkardooma court, delhi threatening me to pay the bill within 10mins. To stop the order of court of making me a defaulter under section 449. N blocking all my identity proof, to appear in the court and even pay a fine of rs 125000. Now after finding online the other tikona forums got to know it was a complete fraud by the company to make me pay the bill (Amounting rs 1569) for the services that i didn't even used. The company is a total fraud they don't provide the services they claim with about an average of 50% days without services.

        And i've all the data if some authorized person ask for it.

        There are creating lot of mental stress. Please someone take an action against this kind of activities.

          I got my tikona connection disconnected (With all dues cleared) way back on summer this year and i have my disconnection number with me.
          But today i got a call from someone claiming to be advocate virender sharma (Contact number he provided-[protected] & [protected]) threatening me (On behalf of company) of legal action for 'non-payment' of outstanding bill of rs 1499. He said that if i want to avoid legal troubles i should pay the amount within 1 pm today (29/11/2017). I am well aware of this tactic used by the company to threaten and harrass customers, coercing them to pay the money. But as the connection was in my name and i didn't want to take any risk, i obeyed him. He is not answering my calls when i tried to contact him further.
          The company has stooped too low for extracting money from customers. This is purely mental harrassment.
          The company owes me a big time for the restraint i have shown so far in my words and actions.
          I want my money back which i was manipulated to pay today and i also want a guarantee that company will never bother me again.

          You have not only lost 1 customer but several potential customers. I have warned all my friends and relatives about this fraud company. And the very next day my friend was tricked in a similar manner. You guys will rot in hell and all my ill-wishes are with you. May you suffer total humiliation and loss for your heinous sins. I would trash that 'lawyer' of yours if I ever find him.

            Just wanted to bring to your notice regarding a call from someone called devraj joshi (Dlrc1857/2008, office no: 108, b-block, civil court, delhi, from mobile number [protected]), who supposedly was in civil court delhi and told that there's a case registered against me, i informed him that we have requested for disconnection long back. He threatened me that a case has been lodged against me and made me pay an amount of rs. 2300/- and confirmed that the non-usage charges would be refunded back along with the 'court case charges of rs 1000/-. We have the recorded telephonic conversation with devraj joshi. We were told that an email and sms would be sent to us to notify but none has been received so far. We demand the refund of the non used amount as well as a written apology from you and your lawyer devraj joshi. Since the amount has been transferred to your account you should own up and ensure that the refund is made asap we also want a complaint number against this request, from your end. Unless and until you take your customers seriously, you can't survive for long!! As such, regarding the service too, no one has anything good to report about tikona, so at least you shouldn't make it further worse with such harassment.

              My internet connection is not working properly since the last 2-3 months.

              I have raised several complaints but only once an engineer came and he rectified it but it worked only for 7-8 days and post that again it stopped working.
              The engineer even charged me 200rs for changing the machine and didnt even give me the receipt for the same.

              Since the last 1 month, my internet completely stopped working and i raise a complaint every week, but everytime an engineer by the name of swapnil salunke is assigned and that engineer never calls me not attends to my call, but he closes the call without rectifying my issue.

              I am really tired of follows ups now for resolving my issue but till date tikona is not able to get my connection back. But everyday i get a call to pay my bill, whereas i have not able to use my internet since months.

              Request you to take this matter on utmost priority, else i am going to raise concerns about this horrible service of tikona in all social media (Twitter and facebook).

                  Sir/ madam,

                  I have subscribed for tikona's unlimited 6mbps connection (Tikona id: [protected]) on 5/11/2017 by paying 3 months subscription amount in advance (Rs.2651/-), their marketing people gave assurance that reliable internat service will be provided at all cost.

                  Within 10 days of normal usage, the internet speed had fallen to 0.5mbps, which made impossible for us to access internet. I registered complaint on 11/11/2017 regarding the same, and since then till today nothing has been resolved permanently and i face the same issue everyday.

                  The technical people just ignorantly answer that they are working towards the issue, yet since weeks, nothing has progressed.

                  I am now totally messed up and feel awful for choosing one of the worst ever isp in the country that has zero customer responsibility & zero internet infrastructure to provide consistent and stable internet connection.

                  I am done with this tikona connection and i seek immediate disconnection from your terrible internet connection and refund of my subscription amount paid to you back into my bank account. Account details have already been mailed to [protected]@tikona.in

                    We have got a connection from one of the tikona sales executive on august 20th, 2017. We wanted the activation to be done after september 18th, 2017 for which he agreed. We had taken the plan (Adbbm10m650) for 3 months (Till dec 18, 2017) free usage, by paying rs.1750. Its not even 3 months, we have been charged for the usage of 15th oct-15th nov, 2017 with an amount rs 751 (Bill no: tn1117b[protected].

                    We would like to clarify the issue.

                    We were not here during 20th Aug-18th Sept 2017. We haven't used your service during that time period. One of your executives have contacted us during this period asking us why we were not using the service.

                    Say, even if we have used your service in the above mentioned period (which we haven't), the 3 month duration from August 20th would end only on 20th Nov 2017. But, the issue is we have been charged for the usage of duration 15th Oct to 15th Nov, 2017. We wish to know why we have been charged for that.

                    According to your scheme( which was told to us) we should have been charged only from Nov 20th, 2017. Please clarify the issue.

                      Now, suddenly today i am getting call from some pal avdhesh saying that he is an advocate from delhi high court (Phone no: [protected] and going to take legal action against me by file a case against me and going to block my passport/debit/credit cards. Also, he has started using the foul language over the phone.
                      I have seen lots of complain are coming from many customers, that they are also facing the same problems repeatedly.

                      My strong appeal to the government to take very strict action against tikona for harassing their costumers during their services and after their services.

                      Please take this issue very seriously, otherwise many more citizens have to face this kind of tensions unnecessarily.

                        I do not if there is anything much left to explain. There was a bill of sum 1100 generated inspite of the connection being suspended for months.

                        I had called and sent e-mail to tikona support multiple times to have the bill rectified but as always the pathetic support barely understand your concern and put their usage logic. Though, you charge in advance but the services are the worst in country. Now, i have been receiving fraudulent calls by you "tees hazari court team". I have already shared details with them from last six months but still there is no update. You suspended the connection on your own without even resolving the tickets created and informing me.

                        Stop this mental harassment and improve your connection and customer services. Else, even there is a law and provision for customer to reach out to trai and ministry of i&b

                          I was going through the complaints made by other tikona users. I truely agree with eveyone, its the most worst and cheat company i have ever come across. We were using 4 connections of tikona, for our office. As we were shifiting our office from goregaon to mira road, we made a request (On call & through emails) regarding permanent disconnection of our service ids. Even after repeated requsets they did not disconnect the connection and kept sending mails, sms and calls for payment that was cleared from our end. Now again i have been making written complaints to disconnect the internet connection permanently but still they have only suspended our connection temporarily. Their executives keep calling and try convincing to not disconnect the connection and if we say we are not interested they will ask for 15 days time for disconnection and those 15 days never come. Tikona doesn't want to lose their customers at any cost and earn money even if the customer is not using their services by sending the bill. And if do not pay you keep getting calls from various people claiming to be calling from delhi high court and god knows where. I request everyone whoever is planning to take tikona connection, don't go for it even if it is offering free internet for lifetime or even if it the last company on earth to provide internet connection. We are having a horrible time dealing with this company. No proper internet speed, no proper customer care, we cannot connect speak to the customer care executive for any problems, no proper office or land-line or any contact number.

                          Second, I am getting this reply since very long time and every time your executives call, its only for convincing me to continue with connection or transfer it to some one. They force me to transfer this on some one else's name but they do not talk about disconnection and only tell me we are taking your request and our team will contact you. but the disconnection team never calls. Taking tikona connection is like " Yaha aaneka raasta hai, par jaane ka nahi". You guys only want to earn money and are not interested about customers problem.

                            I had tikona connection before a year i took it for 3 months. I had paid 2100 to the guy who gave me the connection. I had deactivated my connection because of internet problem. And after some days i got message i had bill of so and so much money i ignored it i thought it was by mistake even though i had deativated my account. Then that connection guy came and asked for money my father said him to come after 3 days as we were not having money he came he took money and he went. After two months some guy came took all the wires and all and went.

                            And then after one year (I don't want to use bad words but still) some girl called and she is saying tikona has registered a case on u in delhi court that i have not paid the money wtf i had paid and she is saying i don't pay y


                            Is day so im asking her the agents number who gave me the connection she is so disgusting disrespectful. Saying herself like she is calling from civil court of delhi. She said me to pay money to her account no of paytm and if i not pay she said shell file a case. What kind of justice is this.

                            I paid first itself the money for not using internet and now this bludy #. Kind of agents is calling and torturing me like hell

                              I had raised a request to disconnect the connection on 5th but tikona disconnected the service after a week and i have not used any data. But tikona send me a bill to pay 650 rupees. I have the proof saying that i have not used any data. On 22nd nov 2017, one guy called me and saying that i have to pay 5000 rupees otherwise that guy will file the case. Now i have decided to file the case against tikona. I have recorded the audio conversation.

                                We are using tikona internet for last few months. From first itself its not working properly. Everyday their connection having problem and send them request to check the connection. This was going on for last several months.
                                Technicians were came and they checked everytime, and they inform that the problem was solved. After some times the same problem may happened and our net won't working. But every month their bill was correctly come and we paid for "non usage internet".

                                    I have received a call from +[protected] from raghubeer saha. Stating that i have used tikona and they have filed a complain under my name dlcv558729 public ra6 +2017 stating that i did not paid my last month bill. But the fact is i did not use tikona connection at all.. I explained to the same lady for almost 5 times in the past 6 months. She told sorry and cut the call. But today calling and informing that she have file a complained.
                                    But the fact is i have not used tikona connection at all
                                    They are calling and threatening for money for the service i never used
                                    Any suggestion for this frauds

                                      18/11/17 - i received a call from some rahul chaudhary asking me to pay the remaining due or filing a complaint against me in delhi court. I have shared the mail to tikona clearly stating that i am not further going to use the services of tikona and they still continued to deliver the service and bills. I have not used the services after my mail but they don't understand the point and keep on harassing me. Today, when rahul called from[protected] i asked him his name and he started abusing me using all sort of words and profanity. I have a recorded copy of the call and i have already registered a complaint in trai. If this person does not call me back by[protected] and say sorry, i'll file a fir against the company for mental harassment and take all necessary legal actions against him. My mobile no.                                         Worst internet service, ill mannered people, i was the customer of tikona digital networks, i was going out of station so told them: i want to keep my internet service on hold and i will call you and let you know when you have to start, but after one month they started my internet service without confirming, and now they have a generated false bills and telling me to pay all the bills otherwise they will sue in court, when i have not used the tikona internet service then why i pay the false bills they generated, and they are harassing me by calling again and again. And now i am getting calls from "sonam sharma" and she is saying that she is lawyer and if i will not pay the bills she will drag me in court. First they should learn how to talk with the customers, worst people worst service...
