Sir/ madam,

I have subscribed for tikona's unlimited 6mbps connection (Tikona id: [protected]) on 5/11/2017 by paying 3 months subscription amount in advance (Rs.2651/-), their marketing people gave assurance that reliable internat service will be provided at all cost.

Within 10 days of normal usage, the internet speed had fallen to 0.5mbps, which made impossible for us to access internet. I registered complaint...

We have got a connection from one of the tikona sales executive on august 20th, 2017. We wanted the activation to be done after september 18th, 2017 for which he agreed. We had taken the plan (Adbbm10m650) for 3 months (Till dec 18, 2017) free usage, by paying rs.1750. Its not even 3 months, we have been charged for the usage of 15th oct-15th nov, 2017 with an amount rs 751 (Bill no: tn1117b[protected].

broadband disconnected but getting bill for unused data

I had raised a request to disconnect the connection on 5th but tikona disconnected the service after a week and i have not used any data. But tikona send me a bill to pay 650 rupees. I have the proof saying that i have not used any data. On 22nd nov 2017, one guy called me and saying that i have to pay 5000 rupees otherwise that guy will file the case. Now i have decided to file the case against tikona. I have recorded the audio conversation....

We are using tikona internet for last few months. From first itself its not working properly. Everyday their connection having problem and send them request to check the connection. This was going on for last several months.

My wife was using tikona's broadband connection in 2013-15 and since she was moving out from pune, she had dropped mail to your company asking to disconnect the connection. Even after dropping mail, your representative kept on calling her not to disconnect or get it transferred in delhi. But we already had a broadband connection in delhi so refused to continue the services. Now randomly after 2 years some stupid ill mannered illiterate...

I'm not getting any connection from past 3 months and i asked tikona customer service to disconnect my connection but they are insisting on disconnecting instead they are asking me to pay 590rupees extra instead for disconnecting even without usage.

Its been 2+ year with tikona, by the time of the installation paid around 2000/- rupees... Its a worst and very poor service, which i ever have seen before. Frequently i'm facing issues like "disconnection and speed drop issues". I've terminated their service after moving to another place due to poor connectivity. Those guys forced me use the existing connection and keep on calling me before terminating the connection. After a month they've disconnected the service and charged me for an amount of 500₹. After paying that i've been receiving bills and calls to pay for the services i haven't used....
