Tikona user id - [protected]
This company people are harassing from beginning. Firstly that agent who came for connection did fraud with me & he said that there is no installation charge if we take few months prepaid connection (I don't remember for how many months i paid). I took connection in december 2015. Connection is on my jeeju's name. But when first bill came they had included installation charges in bill & i called multiple times to customer care after frequent calls for 2-3 months i got some of the installation charges removed in next bill but not complete amount. We continued connection till july 2017. Earlier also i had faced a lot of connection & speed issues. We did complain a lot but still no proper response from customer care. So from july we called them to cancel our connection frequently & we stopped using that connection as well. Still they called us to recover bill for august & september which we have not paid as we did disconnect the connection. From last one month we are getting threat calls from some fake lawyer & she is calling from number [protected] & threatening us to file a case against us & block our bank accounts. Actually i should be the one who should file a case against them for harassment & not providing proper service. I was about to pay my dues just to get rid of these calls. But i checked net & i found many similar incidents who got similar calls from tikona. This company is a big fraud. I have paid all the bills till when i was using the connection. It is there fault that they did not come to disconnect after several calls & for 2 months still connection was there but we did not use the service. So why should we have to pay the bills. My request is we are not supposed to get these calls & let tikona declare there is no pending payment from us & close it here itself.

This is not the way to talk to a consumer. When we have not paid money how you react then why we have to pay if we are not using the service. I have attached threat message from that fake lawyer as well. I also request to take action on such people. They think we are fool & try to misuse our goodness. She literally told me - "Apko ye fake call lagta hai dekho ab main aapke saath kya karti hun".. This is a Gunda behaviour by a lady. This is not at all acceptable.

    Even after requesting termination by number of calls email didnt disconnect we shifted from that location made fake lawer call adv. [protected]@gmail.com cell:[protected] and threatened and mentally hashed and made prank call of court case we maid 3299 payment for not using connection all so no bill for that i filed complaint in national consumer help attached screen shot i need my payment back and justification else i am reday to pull it in court.       From last 3 month i m facing network fluctuation issue to my internet if i raised complaint after 2 days they says issue is resolved but i m still facing the same issue when i said to i don't want to continue with tikona now they are not ready for it they ask for second chance, from last 3 months.

            I received a called from someone called devraj joshi, who claimed himself as a lawyer for non payment of my bill or i will be charged rs15, 000 twice. Tikona provider acts so shameless & to top it up they make such calls to harass people.

            First of all shameless tikona should improvise their horrendous service. When a customer ask for disconnection of service they ask for one chance & still don't live up to the chance given to them. Horrible service & now harassment.

            You all have shamed yourselves enough. Stop your business.

              Tikona agents are using abusive language to threaten people.
              I requested customer care to terminate my connection long back and even your agent collected modem and other things long back. Now one of your agent is calling and asking for money. He is even threatening for court case. I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of your agent threatening like this. He is calling from phone number [protected] and telling his name as rahul chaudhary. I request you to immediately take action against such person threatening people and please stop calling me. We are not interested in tikona service right now and get back to you if needed. Please consider this email seriously and take action immediately.

                This case is 2 years old the fake internet company tikona charged exorbitant amount for pathetic service on complaing they adviced me to upgrade my plans for which i agreed. Still the services provided were pathetic so i decided to close my connection and asked for refund of my advance amount. This company is flouting trai’s 7 day disconnection rule just so that they get enough days to generate bill for next cycle.in my case they took 20 days for disconnecion after relentless follow up. As per their final bill they owed me rs.792 instead of paying back my refund amount they added 1500 rs of vague pentalty charges just to neutralize the amount the owed me and now they are harrasing me 700 bucks for past 2 years. As per their own policy 1500 termination penalty is only applicable i[censored] do not return their cpe (Customer premise equipment) for which i have hand written reciepts from their tech. Team acknowledging that i have returned the device. So that penalty amount just amounts to fraud. I request some one from legal fora please file a mass civil petition over this bogus company i can assure you more 10, 000 people will turn up with instances where they have used same malpractice to extrot money and harass consumers. Over that they run extortion call centres claiming to be lawyers from delhi high court. I have the recording of the call as well which i can furnish as proof while filing police compliant against these cheats.
                I have attached my final bill along with my device return receipt as proof

                It is hilarious that you guys are escalating it after 2 years. The biggest joke was that your headquarter was barely 400m from my place and still half the time speeds were so pathetic that even google’s page took 2 minutes to load. Check the proofs that i have submitted, any layman can makeout that in my case i am entitled to 792 rs refund from your side as i made advance payment for plan upgrade. Leave the refund aside you folks have gumption to turn it back on me by applying fake charges of termination penalty, mentally harassing me for past 2 years for the fraud amount, i guess this is the only way your company is doing businesses and generating revenue..?

                  I have asked tikona to disconnect my internet as the net was not working and I wasnt able to call them either from my registered no. So I used alternate no. and was told there's a major problem and it will take time to resolve but even after 20 days when the net didnt start working I asked to disconnect first they werent ready and kept transferring my call and asking to wait for another day but then I sent an email and asked them to disconnect and then confirmed it on phone.
                  But later they started calling me that I had a bill due for Rs 1663. I was using a rs600 plan and I had payment in the last month before net stopped working not to mention tikona takes advance payment.
                  I was actually expecting a refund for the next month amount in which net wasnt working but instead they bilked me rs1663. They kept calling me sending messages and mails for payment.
                  When I asked for justification of bill amount the said it was for the month previous to the month when the net stopped working.
                  They said that the bill I pay is not advance but of previous month because only after I use data they can bill me according to the data used but this logic is wrong as I had a fixed plan with high speed net for limited usage after which unlimited data at slow speed. In some months when I did not use the complete high speed data the bill amount was still the same.
                  Also since I have got the tikona connection I remember the payment was always in advance.

                  Today at 5:15 I had a call from a lawyer in delhi who said that if I dont make the payment by 5:30 she will file a case against me in delhi court where I would have to appear.
                  I cannot just lave my work here and go to delhi so I had to made the payment. This is absolutely wrong of tikona to threaten its customer this way and get money out of them.

                  Also as soon as I made the payment of rs1663 there immediately appeared another bill of rs 58 out of nowhere.
                  And the lawyer which called me gave me a wrong email address and is now not picking my call after I made the payment.

                  Update there are months not mentioned in my 1st complaint, below is an updated complaint with more details :

                  I have asked tikona to disconnect my internet as the net was not working and I wasnt able to call them either from my registered no.                   But later they started calling me that I had a bill due for Rs 1663. I was using a rs708 (including tax) plan so amount of 1663 was unreasonable. I had made last payment in july of rs508 for month of august because in july the net didnt work for 10 days and I got a waiver of rs 200 for the same. Tikona gives waiver on next bill so in july when I was making payment for august I got a previous month waiver in august bill. My month for tikona was 7 to 7 and on 8th of august the net stopped working.

                  I was actually expecting a refund for the august month amount in which net wasnt working because tikona takes advance payment and I made the payment in july but instead they billed me rs1663. They kept calling me sending messages and mails for payment.
                  When I asked for justification of bill amount they said it was for uptil 7 july but I had already made payments and how can such unresonably high amount bill come out of nowhere as soon as I disconnected.

                  Yesterday I got call from tikona saying they are now disconnecting my services and have further charged me rs200, this is no joke, this has to stop. I asked for disconnection in august end and my internet is not working from beginning of august why am I being forced to pay for this?

                    I informed them to terminate the services on 23.4.2017,
                    I had already paid until 6.5.17
                    After many reminders they finally terminated on 19.5.2017
                    But in the meantime raised a bill for usage period 7.5.17 to 6.6.17
                    and subsequently kept on adding penalty on this amount.
                    Now, I keep getting frequent threatening calls, even though I have paid and advised them in advance, before next bill due date.

                      Hi there,

                      No wonder, some cheater company like tikona who make false promise always now harassing and threatening customer thorugh phone call and mail for legal notice. Organization like these who never cares for customer problem and satisfaction, neither solve their problem.

                      I was customer for tikona for more than a year. At the beginning tikona promised for high speed broadband connection with atleast 4 mbps connection (Still a dream for tikona) which was never ever fulfilled by tikona. Even after getting the connection, i faced tons of problem which was never solved by team. Below as just few examples mails. For my connection problem i called atleast thousand time to tikona, but their false promised customer care number was unreachable most of the time, still i managed to call customer care somehow, please fell free to check the records.

                      Please tell me if you are not using any services, would you pay for that service..?

                      There was an incident in past when i went for my hometown for 2 weeks perhaps. After returning from my native, i experience that tikona team has disconnected my connected without even informing me. After asking to customer care i came to know that team disconnect the connection if not in use just for 2 weeks.

                      After paying my last bill while i was using tikona, i never ever use their connection after that, but as informed cheater company like tikona generated bill for 2 months for me which i didn't use. If tikona is maintaining thier records, kindly check if i use their connection after that. I bet they can't say that i used even 1 mb data after that. Than how the hell and how dare the tikona company asking for money to pay rs.2470/- which i never use, and after that they are calling and harassing me and threatening me continuously.

                      I wonder if tikona disconnect connection if not in use for just 2 weeks, than how come they can generate the bill which was not used for 2 months. Kindly explain.

                      Organization like these who make false promise to customer and when the customer is not happy with their service they harass customer and threats them is responsible for pulling back my great country's development. Organization like these are responsible for degrading my country. Organization like these use their powerful influence to threats customer and enjoy themself are responsible for destroying my country.

                      I am 100% sure that none from tikona management will reply as organization like these only know how to make false promise and loots customer money illegally. Hence i am also including consumer complaint.

                      When it come to make payment every month, you guys will call and irritate customer. But when it comes to connectivity issue, i see all your love will vanish. Why..?

                      You can either disconnect my connection or provide proper connection (Which is not in tikona's blood), because i don't want a connection which shows connectivity like once in a full moon.

                      I have a small server setup, on which i work on, which is non of your business, anyway because of your brilliant connectivity issue, i am facing issue, which is a loss for me... Is tikona is going to pay for that...? While the time of providing connection, why tikona guys talks a lot, but when it come to give customer service, why tikona become magician...?

                        Dear sir,

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that following:

                        That i had taken the broad band internet service of tikona digital networks pvt. Ltd. Having registered office at 3rd floor, lbs marg, bhandup (West), mumbai 400 078 almost two years back by terminating the service of hathway internet by falling in the trap of tikona broadband for free installation of internet service.

                        That my plan name was adbbm2m500 with monthly plan of rs.573.39 with unlimited data usage and my billing date used to be 7th of every month and payment due date was 22nd of the same month of the bill.

                        That i had arranged my own wifi router for the accessability of internet in my flat and no modem was installed by tikona in my flat or premises.

                        In case any modem was installed by tikona it was not in my flat or premises but the same was installed with the knowledge and control of the technical people of the tikona and the same was never handed over to me.

                        That i was regular and punctual in my monthly payment every month before due date there was no fault at any point of time from my side.

                        That ever since i started subscribing the broadband internet services from tikona digital networks pt. Ltd i regularly faced technical problems and the assured speed of the internet was not ensured by the service provider viz. The tikona (In short). I was completely disappointed with the experience of poor and unsatisfied service of tikona and i made several complaints but many a time no one attended my complaints. The assured speed or unlimited package as per the plan adopted was not provided which is a violation and breach of trust by the service provider viz. Tikona.

                        That during the first week of april 2017 i had to send urgent data to an important person for which i could not send as the speed was not sufficient. Then i contacted the customer care i was advised to pay rs100/- towards boosting the speed accordingly vide tansaction id. [protected]tpc[protected] dated 05.04.2017 (Payment id 1-[protected]) i remitted rs.100/ which was duly ackonowledged by the tikona.

                        That however, even after remitting the necessary charges of 100/- for boosting i could not get the necessary speed and my urgent data could not be sent. I tried to contact the customer care toll free no and also mumbai technical support but no one was available for any help. Please see the attached copy of mail.

                        That i was put to undue financial loss as i could not transfer the urgent data to the concerned person in time and irreparable damage was caused to my business. I had to make alternative arrangements for transferring the data by incurring heavy charges as a result of poor internet accessibility by the service provider tikona.

                        That tikona was agreed to provide uninterrupted internet broadband service as per the plan adopted by me but despite several emails, phone calls they failed to provide quality and satisfactory uninterrupted internet service to the undersigned. Even after paying the boosting charges they did not bother to enhance the speed or failed to attend the service calls.

                        That on being dissatisfied with the poor unsatisfactory service provided by the tikona digital network p. Ltd vide email dated 11.4.2017 i served a notice for deactivation and termination of the tikona broad band services immediately a copy is attached herewith. But no action was taken by the service provider.

                        That thereafter on april 13 2017 i have sent another mail for asking immediate deactivation and termination of the said tikona service as we are going out of station. But no action was taken by the service provider.

                        That that thereafter on april 27, 2017 i have sent another mail for asking immediate deactivation and termination of the said tikona service as we are going out of station, i. E. Out of mumbai.

                        That but only on 20th may 2017 the services were deactivated by sending exorbitant bill for the period i have not used the service.
                        That there is an unexplainable and deliberate delay, the intention was only to harass me and to subject me and family mental torture which resulted into undue financial loss and irreaparable damage to my business and my client.

                        That due to poor and unsatisfactory service of the internet accessibility i had serviced notice for immediate deactivation on 11.4.2017 and on 13.4.2017 served a reminded on 27.04.2017 and hence the terms of contract with the service provider stands terminated and cancelled and it is purely on the part of delay and inaction the deactivation was inordinately delayed till may 20, 2017.

                        That the tikona service provider indulged in unfair trade practises by sending threatening calls through unknown persons impersonating themselves as officers of the court and higher authorities with the sole intention of and coercive steps of harrassment and mental torture by saying as if they are calling from delhi tiz hazari court, and delhi high court and delhi registrar office etc. My family was subjected to undue mental agony and harassment the tel no. On which call was made from this no. [protected]. When i made complaint against this, this no. Is switched off now.

                        That the tikona has raised a bill of rs.720/- for no service and after the period of my notice of termination dated 11.4.2017, 13.4.2017 and 27.4.2017 (Copy attached.)

                        That it is once again requested that please withdraw the demand of r.720/- otherwise i have no other option but to seek appropriate action against you under the consumer protection act 1986 for seeking compensation for the irreparable loss and damage caused to me due to the poor and unsatisfactory service by tikona and also under various sections of indian penal code for threatening and intimidation over phone by mr. Rajeev ranjan advocate of tikona and other individuals. He had threatened me and my family on his mobile no23rd december mob.[protected] claiming that he is from cro. If the amount of rs.720/- is not paid he will three to four police constables to my house and get arrested and taken before the court. I asked him the details of his office and address which he refused to pass on. But only said cumminication registrar office, legal department delhi. I asked him whether it is a delhi govt. Office or central govt office which he refused to answer.

                        That you are being given an opportunity to look into the matter amicably, if possible, before approaching the appropriate forum for justice.

                        Tikona has officially suspended the service vide their Email from 20th May, 2017. But the details of bill payable shown details as below;
                        Total outstanding payable Rs. 128/-
                        For the month of July, 2017 Rs118/-
                        For August 2017 Rs.118/-
                        For September 2017 Rs.118/-

                        As per Clause 16 (a) the Agreement it is expressely agreed that all disputes will be settled in a court of law in Mumbai, But still Advocates from Delhi are threatening to issue warrants against me and wife and telephonically abusing and subjecting us intomental agony and torture for an illegal bill of Rs.720/-. The Tikona Service provider has violated many of the terms and conditiions stipulated in the agreement. they are expected to attend my complaint within 3 days. But no reply. Even I had paid Rs.100/- for boosting the speed on 5.4.2017 despite several calls to so many technical people no body bothered to redress my grievance. I had addressed to the Tikoina Appelate but no reply given regarding the illegal bill and non termination of the service.
                        Kindly withdraw the illegal bill for the period we were not staying in the address given. We have already shifted from the premises where internet services was given.

                        Please refer to my email dated Apr 11 2017, April 13, 2017 and April 27 2017 requesting you to deactivate and terminate the Tikona Broadband connection provided to me due to poor and unsatisfactory services and breach of contract by the service provider Tikona to the undersiged and my various mails and complaint tothe Appellate forum and other authorities on the above subject.

                        Your kind attention is invited to the Telephone Regulatory Authority's instruction with regard to termination(closure) of the service as under:

                        The service provider shall terminate the connection within 7 days. They cannot charge rental or any other charges beyond the period of 7 days of request for closure made by the customer. Further, fresh bills shall be raised only after adjustment of the security deposit. The closure/termination of service shall not be conditional upon payment of dues/bills/settlement of dispute. The outstanding amount of security deposited has to be refunded within 60 days of closure/termination of service. In case of delay in refund beyond 60 days, a consumer is entitled to interest at the rate of 10% per annum for the number of days refund is delayed beyond 60 days.

                        In view of the above, it is very clear that the Tikona has violated the statutory instructions laid by the Govt. Authority regarding closure/termination even after giving notice on Apr 11, 2017 reminded on Apr 13, 2107 and Aprl 27 2017 they deactivated the service only on May 20 and kept on sending the Bills and invoices for the period there was no service to the undersigned and the bills shows no data usage till Oct.2017..

                        It is made clear to the Tikona Broadband, it is the Service Provider themselves are purely responsible for the inaction in attending the request of closure/termination and the Subscriber will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of that unduly intentional delay caused by the Service Provider .

                        So far I have not been provided the full and final settlement even though I have cleared the bill after waiving the illegal amount raised the bills.

                        Kindly issue the Full and Final settlement certificate.

                          Sir/madam, my tikona user id is [protected], after paying the dues, i requested them to disconnect my connection 15 days before & a msg came to me about intimation that my request is initiated, but after that they made an outstanding bill of 791.74rs & some fraud calls are also faced by me threatening to my career & financial services, one of the number is [protected] saying that i am speaking from tis hazari court delhi, you have to pay a total amount of rs 3791.74 otherwise you have to face difficulties in your career while getting govt jobs /visa /passport /financial services like loans etc..

                              Requested to tikona for cancellation of their service on jan 8 2016 and reminder dated jan 22nd 2016 & 28th jan 2016 paid the bill. After many call they were not disconnected their service till nov. 9 2017, as per their mail and asking me to surrender the roof top equipment. I am not aware any roof top device since, many persons are using tikona service in our housing society and the device operating their on people. Also they raised a bill for 1924.98 (Initially it was around 500/-). Regularly getting threatening call from their person stating as advocate.

                              Keep up the good work Ramanathan sir, , , This people are trying to fool us... I guess we should fight against the same... They think themselves as they are smart enough... They trying to Rip people... There license should be banned... I don't know why us people not taking any action against this loot... imagine how many connections this people have and how strong their bank balance would be by ripping our pockets... This should be raised to high authorities ...

                                I have already asked plenty times to for the disclosure of my internet connection the never bloody responded and started giving some cheeky discounts to keep me connected and paying the bills for no reason... I have spoke to the executives plenty times to email me regarding my problems of connectivity and the reason why don't they want to stop my services... This morning they sent me notice regarding my bill which was raised from 500 to 1200 with penalties. Also the asking me to pay amount of rs. 1500 solicitor charges... That's #..

                                This is vivek arora writing you in regards to the tikona connection with id : [protected]

                                Can you please inform me why am i getting bills with raised amount every month... I have already spoke to your executives and clearly mentioned them that i don't have any problem paying off your last bill... All i need is an written e-mail from your side giving me the reason.

                                Why was my connection not disconnected in march-2017 where i already asked for it.??

                                Why did i get said that i will be getting a proper service from next month, where no care was taken??

                                Why was my re-request for cancelling the connection not been taken again in the following month of april-2017, where your promises were not fulfilled in march...??

                                Also, i requested to de-activate my services in may-2017, why were my services not stopped in the mean time..???

                                I have requested to de-activate my services for consecutive 3 months. May i know the reason of not fulfilling my deactivation request???

                                I have paid your couple of bills (March-april) on your request saying that you will be sorting out my issues and will not let me down...

                                Also, i never denied paying your last bill of june, all i need to know is why do i need to pay the bills if i am not able to use the services?? You asking me to pay you for not using your services, i agree to pay but, in reply you need to write me why was i not given any services??

                                Had any of your engineer visited to my place to sort my connection problems since i have made a complaint in march, april, june??? No one ever took care of sorting my issues out in the past 3 months i have already paid you for couple of months and i thought no not again this is enough...

                                Now you keep raising my bill with your bloody late charges and taxes on top...

                                I need to know what should i pay for??
                                Your services were crap, and 3 months i have paid you unnecessary. Why do i need to bare all the time???

                                Tell me why were my services not de-activated on 3 consecutive requests???

                                Now this is a serious issue for me and i guess people need to know about your services you provide and you keep charging us for your crap services... I think i need to share this with people using your services... As this is it and i am really fed up now... The worst services some one can ever get...

                                I have requested to terminated my Services in March ... May I know why were they not terminated in March. And Could you please tell me if there was any outstanding amount in March... where your executives refused to terminate my services... All in all please share the details and all my requests to terminate my services... Also let me know when were my services terminated and what was the total due when the services were terminated and how come the Total amount has increased... you guys are cheat ... you are fooling people for no reason... All you want to do is build up your bank accounts... why do we suffer... Rather responding in short mails please give a full descriptions for the same ... This things should be published in Media and Social media... we want people to be aware of your loot..
                                I guess you haven't seen my issues and you might have not reviewed my issues I have been facing .. I have been asking to de-activate my service since March... And services got de-activated in July... May I know the reason Please ... I would suggest you to please listen to the conversations l have made with your executives... Every conversation will say that I am ready to pay the bill... I never denied paying my bill all I need to know is why were the services not de-activated on 3 consecutive requests.. ???

                                  We disconnected the network by march 2017 end due to poor service and speed. We informed in customer care they told we will disconnect and told we no need to surrender the device. They didn't come to collect device/ formally send disconnection mail. From then on we never used and we gave another good connection.. But still we are getting three months once. When they told last time (During june), we paid the amount (~400) though we didn't use it, at least by then they will leave. I have proof for all those conversation and mail we had at that time. Now again (Dec) after three months they are coming with new bills. Now we don't even have that device at home (I throwed it with all anger when i paid that last bill). Can someone please take necessary action against this. When i cross checked this has happened for many customers.

                                    Inspite of informing and raising the ticket to disconnect the service on my last billing cycle i. E 25th of oct.
                                    I have no dues till 25th of oct. Everything is cleared.

                                    However the connection was disconnected in november and the bill was raised against it. Clearly i shouldn't b responsible of as i have given the prior notice ie on oct 4th to disconnect the service on 25th of oct 2017

                                    I used to receive lots of calls from customer care daily to ask to continue the service and giving fake promises to continue the services. But even i raised an issue against the inappropriate bill. There was no call or any attempt to resolve the issue nor they have any explanation as in my they don't stop the service as per requested.

                                    I m expecting a lot of fraud calls from them.

                                      I have requested for closure of connection thrice on mail and further three times over call but still they have not closed my connection. They also said i'll get a call asking for confirmation of closure but the same has not been received. I have a record of all the mail's i've sent.                                         I and my friends used tikona services in the year of 2015, their network never worked and was always down still we made the payments and asked them to cut the connection.1st the didn't cut and charges us more bill then after a final payment of 2000 their agent came to cut. But after that still we are receiving threat calls to pay the bill. We had asked them to cut the connection in dec 2016.
                                        And still i am receiving threat calls from teez hasari court that a case will be lodged against me in next 30 min.

                                        Please help.
                                        This fraudulent company owner and these goons who keep on calling should be behind bars.
