I have been calling tikona customer care at[protected] and requesting them to cancel my connection since 3 days. My request is not yet taken. They are forcing me not to cancel the connection inspite of me asking them repeatedly to take my request.

    Hello sir,

    My user id: [protected]

    I have been used tikona for 4 months. I paid the 3 months in advance only the last month bill is in pending status.
    They are threatening like you have to pay 2307 otherwise we file a case on you.

    I told them to revise the bill and tell me i am ready to pay.
    But, getting call from different different people to pay this amount and this amount,

    I never seen this kind of worst internet provider.

    Really it is making me frustrated.

    Kindly take a necessary action on this company

      Hello team,

      I am using a tikona connection: [protected] (User id) and have cleared all the due past month and have requested for termination of the connection.

      Still i am getting charged and bills are getting generated against me.

      I received an email on 7th nov stating that :

      With reference to your request number 1-[protected] dated: 31/oct/2017 for your tikona user id:
      [protected],

      We would like to inform you that we have stopped charging you rentals for the service from
      07/nov/2017.

      If you wish to use the service anytime, you will be charged 2paise/mb @ 4mbps speed (Rs.20/gb).

      As on date 07/nov/2017. There is no outstanding payable for your account.

      Then why the bills are getting generated against me.

      Getting calls from customer care frustrating me to continue with your service.

      Multiple emails have been sent to your email id: [protected]@tikona.in to terminate the session,. Multiple calls have been done to your customer care for same and really upset with the type of support offered from your end.

      Would appreciate if any action can be taken against it on priority.

        I have already requested multiple times to close my tikona account but they keep generating bills in my name. I have sent multiple emails but they keep generating bills as i was on a positive paid plan. Even with zero data usage i am getting bills and so many people keep calling to get us to fix the issue and get us to continue with the services. I am going to consumer court if this company does not stop harassing me. Also i am going to tweet to all the ministers about the harassment from this horrible company

          I got into the trap of tikona by paying them in advance for six months.in the fourth month, there was technical error and my connection was interrupted, i was not able to use it. I complained and the technical team came to my place to resolve but they found out that they cannot resolve the issue and so i was not able to use the internet. I stopped using and called customer care to disconnect my service and return me my amount of two months which was remaining, but he said it's not the policy, so i said to discontinue after my plan gets over. He said ok. But after two months new bill was generated of rs 946 and asked me to pay. I called customer care, they told your connection is not canceled so you are charged and you have to pay it. If you do not pay you will receive the calls again and again from our end. I told that you check my usage. They confirmed since last 3-4 months you have not logged in but still, we will charge you. After so many talks with customer care i again received new amount to pay ie rs 603. I wonder how the amount was reduced. And again the drama of calling and troubling. It was so frustrating.in fear and frustration that they will again call me and trouble me i paid the amount. I recommend dont ever become victim as me.

            For the past 6 months i am trying to close/terminate my tikona broadband connection, but not able to do so. Their call centres are totally stupid and idiotic. These tikona is a mafia kind of setup. There's no place to air your complaints. Rarely your calls are attended. Always its automated answers. Their app doesn't work. Their website don't register these type of complaints. Somehow you register a complaint. The solution will always be like, we will monitor the network and rectify. They will never speak to you. You write a mail and followup, no replies. When you accidentally gets connected to their call centre, they will inform that they didn't receive any mail. Then they will inform about their email id and ask us to sent. When we say we have sent mail for the same, they will say they didn't receive and ask us whether we have sent from our official mail id. When we again inform them that we have sent only from our official id, and shout, then they will ask why we are closing the account. When we say point black that you are stealing our money that is why we are stopping. They will ask us to change the plan. You will loose all coolness. They have made it as a system, organized loot. I have recorded all the conversations requesting to close the connection, still dragged for two months. High level cons.

            Let the public be aware, this company has great expertise in misleading, frustrating you and exploiting the consumer rights due to the inefficiency of TRAI. They take public for a ride, in a communication related company, their system of communication is the worst. I am running a business, been with them for two years, but this company is purely horrible. I tried lodging a complaint in TCCMS. This company name is not getting displayed. That is why Iam complaining here

            Dont play diplomatic. You company is worse and your network sucks. Could you please inform what the termination procedure is. How to approach for closure. Are you following Regulatory norms. If so, inform now how to approach.
            I am following for termination since May 17. You call centre is totally useless. You dont recongnise calls, Email.
            Also why the hell, you are calling me repeatedly and begging not to close the account. In past 3 days I have received harrasment call from [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected],[protected], . I have answered politely to Dipali, Shilpa, Imran, Sweta and all. This has to be the end. If anybody calls me begging I will start abusing. There's a limit for all nonsense. Stop your prank calls. No more ### calls. If you need to speak, visit me.

                My tikona id is [protected]. I am very old customer to tikona. As my usage was less, i continued tikona even though facing slow internet and other connectivity technical issues.
                As i fed up with the worst service that they are providing in my area, i finally decided to to stop the connection.
                raised complaint on Jul 31, 2017 to close the connection. Then i followed regularly in mail communication. Also got the mail communication that there is no due from my side.
                I never used connection from Jul 31, 2017 to till date. Finally tikona disconnected on Aug 10, 2017. as my bill generate on 7th of every month, generated bill for those 4 days and then started keep on intimating the same. As i am continuously fighting for this, they just given complaint number as 1-[protected] and no action taken.

                from that time on wards tikona harassing customer to not to disconnect. keep on calling and asking to continue the connection.i will get daily call related to technical support and SMS & call related to bill payment.

                As i have not paid that amount from 3 months (original + Aug 2017 interest + sep 2017 interest + oct 2017 interest) now that bill was an amount of 354.27.

                I am not at all interested in their services and i do not want to pay that amount which i never used.
                please close the bill and also please do not call or send SMS from tikona.

                attached mails related to disconnection and from tikona stating ZERO due from my side.

                    I requested tikona for a dissconnection on 15 of oct and ask them to stop my biling cycle. They told me that your disconnection is in progress.

                    After that i waited till some days a recieve a msg from them that a billl of rs 537 is due of oct month. Inspite of the fact that i have never used their connection a single time the whole month. I raised the issue several time and every time they replied that they have mentioned my issue and it will be resolved. Now they generated bill amount 1034

                    I never used their services from last one and half month..

                    Kindly resolve this issue.

                    After 7 months, again the harassment started from mobile number :[protected] asking for payment of Rs
                    1500 and calling me regularly to make payment or they will take a legal action.

                    Is this the pathetic way you treat your customers.

                    Abusing Customers ??

                    So would request you to take action against the concern team and people.And if the harassment from their end continue i will be forced to take legal action .Kindly resolve this issue.

                      I used the tikona service, since beginning services were poor. Their representative sold me the modem for rs 900 without any receipt. Then coming to internet services always the issue. I work from home in australian shift timings whenever i login to my laptop laptop didn't work due to which i was not able to work..
                      I used to call customer care for complaints which never a help. Field engineer visited multiple times with no help. One day field engineer named kanchan came and asked me to disconnect the service as they are unable to fix the issue. After being harrased by tikona i called customer care multiple times to disconnect the services which they denied and asked for one more chance.. Still i asked them to disconnect the broadband and send me the bill which i am liable to pay. They sent me the fraud bill charges are very high. I am ready to pay the bill only for my usage.
                      No they are torturing me to pay the bill otherwise they will send legal notice. I am ready to pay but only for usage.

                        Hi,

                        My id is [protected] with tikona. I can't begin to explain how much i have been harassed and tortured by tikona. I installed their services on may 13, 2017 and since then my internet wouldn't work even for 10 minutes. After long phone calls and several tech visits, the issue seemed to resolve and after many months they gave me a waiver which was way less than my monthly plan.

                        The services continued to remain slow and down most of the time but because i had already bought prepaid plan, i had to put up with the company. And mind you, i had begged, cried, threatened, requested to cancel my connection but they didn't

                        Now, the real torture started like this:

                        I had purchased the plan for rs. 3600 which included 6 months of internet and installation. So from may 13, 2017 they should cover me till november 13, 2017. However, in october 2017, they'd send me countless texts and automatic calls that i owe them rs. 296 which according to them is the installation charges. They then asked me to provide the contact details of the salesman and said that they don't hold the record of who sold me the plan. Now isn't this company's responsibility to maintain that record? They don't even have legal record of me agreeing that installation was not included. They even refuse to disconnect my connection but keep calling and sending their men to ask money. Their customer service is rude and worst.

                        I have invested so much time and efforts and have even broken down crying. This is very depressing.

                        Can anyone suggest me how to take legal action and sue this fraud company?

                          Termination of my connection and no unwanted calls:
                          I am trying to terminate my tikona broadband connection from last 6 months and every time i received 1 confirmation that they will terminate the connection in 15 days. I have not used the connection from last 6 months and i have changed my location as well. On 4th of nov, they have generated new bill of rs 1624 and now they are calling me to pay that amount and i am getting threatening call to pay that amount otherwise they will take legal action against me. On 6th nov i got 1 mail to submit the modem which i have not issued before and to pay the full and final amount. I have called the customer care to resolved the issue but they are not taking any action.

                          I have already cleared all my outstanding on april but they are not disconnecting the service after so many request and they are keep generating bills.

                            29-04-16 isusbsribed tikona broad band along with 2 others in our apartment. We started facing issues of poor connection for many a times and started complaining by anyone o[censored]s as we all share the same rooftop device by 13-01-17 onward i started complaining about several issues and on[protected] i requested cancellation of the service to the applet authority, then tikona started the fault fining measures but since i was not satisfied on[protected] again requested for full and final settlement and again on[protected] requested the same. Then they give a waver of inr 200 and the customer care executives told they need to verify the connection performance so they will be adding 5gb, on 9th may-17 again wrote to the customer care [i would like to make it very clear that i am not interested with any of your discounts and i will not be paying any bills from you. You may please disconnect the connection and remove the roof top device at the earliest.] on 10th may-17 i got a response from applet authority - we will update you with the further procedure within 3 days. After repeated discussions, on 20th may -17, the customer care agrees to give in writing that there is no dues from my end [in between they were adding 5gb for testing purpose - thats what they said and insisting me to use the services]. On 23rd may i swithed off all the equipments and again requested for full and final settlement. But they raised an invoice on 7th july-17 and in that an additional amount stating previous dues - inr 33.48 and inr 283.62, charges beyond free usage. So i requested the a clarity on these additional amount but they didnt turned up. And this requests continued and requested for full and final but instead they keep on adding late fees without providing any clarity to my questions. On nov 2nd i got the mail about full and final settlement but without any formal invoices. Latter on 3rd nov they send a demand letter stating i have to pay the bill within 7 days else they will take the issue legally. I have all the mail evidences with me.

                              No internet connection from past 3 days. 100s of calls, mails but yet no solution. Wasted 100 rs on calls + need to pay on time for no usage of internet.                                 I requested tikona for a dissconnection on 2 of aug and ask them to stop my biling cycle. They told me that your disconnection is in progress now and ask me to wait for 15 days. I recieved a call on 6 th of aug and they ask me about the connectivity status which i replied to be working file (7 th is my billing date).

                                After that i waited the whole month till a recieve a msg from them that a billl of rs 850 is due of aug month. Inspite of the fact that i have never used their connection a single time the whole month. I raised the issue several time and every time they replied that they have mentioned my issue and it will be resolved.

                                Today they have sent me a legal notice to pay the bill.
                                Kindly resolve this issue.

                                  I am being harassed by the tikona broadbahend service. Its like beating around the bush for the last few months. Bad service and now when i am trying to put in a disconnection request to them on email its bouncing back. i got a call from one of the executive from tikona few months back and i told him to discontinue the service as i am not happy with it but he did not take any action and now they are harassing me to pay extra amount.

                                      My user id is: [protected]. I had asked tikona to cancel my account in mid feb. But they kept on harrassing me by delaying this process and finally stopped the billing in may. During this entire time, no one bothered to inform me that the equipment needs to be returned and now i get a bill saying 1500 termination charge is payable. When i called customer care, they said they sent me an email in between 1st to 5th aug, but i didn't receive any such emails. When i said this to them, they are forcing me pay this amount, which i won't be doing since it was never told to me. This is straight up robbery that they are committing and someone needs to be do something about this fraudulent company.

                                        I had canceled tikona connection in may '17. At the first attempt tikona customer care representative didn't accept my cancelation request. I tried many times to make them create disconnect request. However they didn't created. I had many follow up calls to find status. Tiknona works prepaid bill. I had paid before i disconnect request and stopped using the service.. Then i stated to receiving sms and calls stating that we noticed your modem is offline for so and so days, please use service etc... I gotta switched for act broadband. I never get mail or sms for approval of disconnect request.. But i keep getting email and sms for payment due.. It's being five months passed now.. Still i'm receiving emails and sms from tikona for payment due.. I really don't know what to do. I had called tikona customer care today and they are saying that i need to pay to avoid the avoid getting calls... However few months back tikona engineer came and cut cable and taken back.. We have act switch on the terrace, same tikona cable can be used for act broadband also.. So when engineer cut cable very sharp and taken back. I'm using act now. Please help me to avoid calls from tikona

                                        I wanted to update another thing is that tikona cheaters, engineer came and cut the cable but he didn't taken cm back top roof modem. I don't understand why he didn't taken back the modem. Many times I called to make them get back modem. No one is responding for my question properly.. All that they want extra money. Really cheaters.
