I requested tikona for a dissconnection on 2 of aug and ask them to stop my biling cycle. They told me that your disconnection is in progress now and ask me to wait for 15 days. I recieved a call on 6 th of aug and they ask me about the connectivity status which i replied to be working file (7 th is my billing date).

After that i waited the whole month till a recieve a msg from them that a billl of rs 850 is due of aug month. Inspite of the fact that i have never used their connection a single time the whole month. I raised the issue several time and every time they replied that they have mentioned my issue and it will be resolved.

Today they have sent me a legal notice to pay the bill.
Kindly resolve this issue.

    I am being harassed by the tikona broadbahend service. Its like beating around the bush for the last few months. Bad service and now when i am trying to put in a disconnection request to them on email its bouncing back. i got a call from one of the executive from tikona few months back and i told him to discontinue the service as i am not happy with it but he did not take any action and now they are harassing me to pay extra amount.

        My user id is: [protected]. I had asked tikona to cancel my account in mid feb. But they kept on harrassing me by delaying this process and finally stopped the billing in may. During this entire time, no one bothered to inform me that the equipment needs to be returned and now i get a bill saying 1500 termination charge is payable. When i called customer care, they said they sent me an email in between 1st to 5th aug, but i didn't receive any such emails. When i said this to them, they are forcing me pay this amount, which i won't be doing since it was never told to me. This is straight up robbery that they are committing and someone needs to be do something about this fraudulent company.

          I had canceled tikona connection in may '17. At the first attempt tikona customer care representative didn't accept my cancelation request. I tried many times to make them create disconnect request. However they didn't created. I had many follow up calls to find status. Tiknona works prepaid bill. I had paid before i disconnect request and stopped using the service.. Then i stated to receiving sms and calls stating that we noticed your modem is offline for so and so days, please use service etc... I gotta switched for act broadband. I never get mail or sms for approval of disconnect request.. But i keep getting email and sms for payment due.. It's being five months passed now.. Still i'm receiving emails and sms from tikona for payment due.. I really don't know what to do. I had called tikona customer care today and they are saying that i need to pay to avoid the avoid getting calls... However few months back tikona engineer came and cut cable and taken back.. We have act switch on the terrace, same tikona cable can be used for act broadband also.. So when engineer cut cable very sharp and taken back. I'm using act now. Please help me to avoid calls from tikona

          I wanted to update another thing is that tikona cheaters, engineer came and cut the cable but he didn't taken cm back top roof modem. I don't understand why he didn't taken back the modem. Many times I called to make them get back modem. No one is responding for my question properly.. All that they want extra money. Really cheaters.

            I am absolutely fed up of tikona. Completely, completely done. I have written emails repeatedly & not one has been delivered. Kindly note that i am sending these through my registered email id. I've tried to explain this to the customer care via phone but it's useless. If the matter is not resolved soon, i will be forced to go to the consumer court because things have gone out of hand.

            Other customers are also facing the same problem. Instead of resolving these, tikona is hiding by not providing platforms for communication. But kindly note that we will find a way to convey this because it is our right to receive service that we are paying for.

              Hi team,

              Now i am enough harassed by your side so now i am going to consumer court because you guys ware not revert to me any mail and sending me again and again bill payment mail.
              You guys not able to provide service as promised. They will keep you promising to resolve the issue which will never resolve but after that again send me new bill payment and threatening me with mails, calls, some stupid lady claiming to be an advocate and threatening me. It will be more harassment speaking with these #.
              Now i can't mail you because i am mentally and physically both type harassed by your side. Finally i am going to consumer court.

              Someone calling me on behalf of tikona and she is misbehaving with me so this is ridicules. If in tikona team any person have a sense to listen me also then please mail me you number or email me. This is not a right way to talk to me or any other person. I have recorded all the calls details of this lady.

                Requested for disconnection of service 4 months back. It took 4 months for them to send mail for account disconnection. I have sent more than 5 mails, around 5 calls every week from the last 4 months to get the disconnection mail. They sent mail only after paying rs 1880 for not using their service. I have paid that amount since they threatened me saying that a criminal complaint is filed against me. Still they are sending bill to my mail id. I don't know how government approved licence for this fraud company.

                  My user id in tikona is [protected], i took connection on septempber 2nd and i have paid the same day 3070 rs and took which is the plan validity till 3 months. But from october 15th onwards i got messages about billing. And asking me to pay 1560 rs. I was shocked. After that i have called 3 consecutive weeks and they said we will update you on this and get back to you soon. But no response till but calls and messages are coming continuously. I don't know whom i need to escalate this and whom i need to approach. But really its an unnecessary headache. I request you all who ever reading this. Please don't go for tikona service. We all need to teach lesson to these people. Its my humble request.

                    When you take services from other, we often expect that it should be best for us
                    But here i used services of tikona for almost 1 year but when i was leaving my rented flat i told tikona to stop and terminate my services as i am shifting to another place and then i left my wifi was open since we were the only one who uses wifi in the building. When i left to other place i got some calls from tikona stating that my bills of rs 869 (Approx) are pending where i have no idea about it where i already paid each and every penny for services i used, i told them about this but they said your services has not been terminated yet and being used daily, where i told them i already vacated that place and already told to you terminate the services but they didnt, again after one month they called me for bill payment rs 1818 with same story i told them i m not using any of them and that should be terminated right after i left that place but hunger of money was high enough to not to terminate that services then after 1 month i got call from technician of tikona they want to take all that stuff they putted on our roof so i told them why they taking now where i told them to take that away for almost 3 month ago so he told that now only i got my orders. He took everything or not i dont know.
                    But now i getting threating calls from some nidhi saying that if i didnt pay that bill i liable for 85000 penalty and 6 month of jail. I told each and everything about my story with tikona but they are like. Its not there mistake you have to pay or they will file a suit against me at place where i get trouble to reach and will be far away from my city and i have to fight that suit over there and they also threatened me about years of imprisonment

                      Have been trying to terminate my internet connection in old apartment since we moved out 2 weeks ago on october/16/2017 account # is [protected]. They keep calling even after explaining to their service rep twice that i have moved don't need the connection anymore. Keep sending sms too.                         I have received the call to pay bill 1940 rs. I have been using the connection from past 6 years. Recently i have shifted house and requested for connection shifting. But this did not happen and there was no communication at all.

                        In between i was getting call for only bill payment and no one aware of shifting status. Today got call from executive chetan ([protected]) and he was speaking very rude and harsh. Even he is also not ready to address the issue.

                        Disconnected the call he use to call regularly talking very rude like cheap goon.

                        Even my query not resolved i have paid the bill and hoping connection got closed.

                        This is really bad experience as of now. Looking for action taken against executive and my connection get closed.

                          I have subscribed for tikona internet service around 3rd march 2017 but due ti pathetic service i called your customer care after 3 days to disconnect my internet connection and refund the money if possible. But your executive asked me to keep using the service as i have already paid for 3 months. Even i asked him to disconnect because i am already using airtel service and your internet is really pathetic in comparison to that and don't want service any more. Now its not my fault if you are not serving my disconnection request. After some weeks i received one call from tikona customer care asking that why i am not using internet service as i have already paid for 3 months. As i have already mentioned that i requested for disconnection and you didn't discontinue that service. Now your people are mentally harrassing me and threatening. I checked my email today saying that i have not returned company equipmenta. No address is mentioned there where to send those equipment. Nobody approached me for collecting the same.
                          I am using airtel broadband since last 4 years without any late payment or anything. I am a law abiding citizen of india and a respected officer in bank. Tikona company i request you to please accept that you are not able to deliver good service to your customer and your customer care is really pathetic. Please change its name to customer harrassment department and stop harrassing me anymore.

                            I have an internet connection from tikona digital networks
                            My subscriber id is [protected]

                            It was a prepaid connection
                            I have to make payment first only then do i get internet. Also if i used extra bytes, i will be charged for it.

                            Last year i took a very small amount plan just to keep it active. Since the services were poor, i did not renew it this year.
                            The billing department...

                            I have given surrender request in august, 2017 but customer care team took time to disconnect the connection. Now your team sending a bill for rs.250 in spite of stop of rental. I am getting bills without any usage as i already removed the modem and cable everything. I told so many time that i am not going to use your connection for emergency purpose so please delete my account permanently from your server. But till date your customer care not ready to listen customer query and keep on calling me to pay the balance outstanding.
                            Kindly resolve the issue as i got frustrated with your frequent calls and mails

                              Hello tikona, ([protected]) i have a mail from you people as you have terminated the account due to area issues of your network. Moosapet power nagar colony. I have taken 3 months prepaid internet access why i will request you people to terminate without completing even 45 days???
                              You people always trouble customers without proper answering my questions you asking again to pay amount without providing service for my paid amount. It worst from your path! I have ur customer center mails sms proof that you have disconnected. Im not going to pay even a penny as there is no mistake from my part i can prove it! Don't send unnecessary messages to my mobile.
                              Check ur mails to me. I only contacted you as im not receiving net so you peiple replied trough sms like your area is correctly terminated from serives. Nothing from my side.
                              Dont play non-sense why customer will ask to disconnect without finishing min 45 days of 3 months payment.
                              I dont no how u got 1065/'. You didn't provided my 3months service and how u got that 1065/- i have proofs from my side i not going to pay or reply from now to any.

                                My tikona customer id was [protected]. I requested to cancel my tikona internet connection more than 4 years back as i was getting free internet connection from my office. I went on requesting to customer care people to cancel my connection, but they were just forcing me to keep the connection. After so much request also they were not disconnecting and were sending bills to me. While leaving my house also i asked them to cancel it, but still they did not do it and even did not take back the hardware. Then they sent legal notice about hardware. After that i returned the hardware.

                                Today i received one call from some lady and she was telling that she is calling from delhi tis hazari court and tikona filed one case against you.

                                I can't understand how tikona is harassing the customers like this. If i request i don't want your connection, then why it is getting forced to keep it and tikona is sending the bills even if i am not using it and after the leaving the house also.

                                  Since my area is not receiving the tikona network their service engineer asked me to lodge disconnection from tikona account. I did the same on 19th august 2017. My bill gets generated on 26th of every month. Since i have used till 15th august i paid the amount for that month. They said that network will be disconnected after 15 days, which didn't happened. I called them again their senior said that your complaint is under processing and don't worry about the bills. You don't have to pay. But after the next bill got generated, i called them again they said that your account is active.
                                  Now they calls 4-5 times a day for payment. When i again complaint them they said it will be sorted in 72 hrs.
                                  Again it didn't happen.

Ismail, i bought this connection on yesterday and i paid 3 months subscription of rs. 1943 /- for the plan of adbbq10m549. When i asked to him that i paid above amount kindly update my plan as above he said that u need to wait for 1 month for info. I told him that why you not updated my plan he again said that you must talk with marketing executive... This is harassing only kindly instruct your team and educate them,

                                      My internet connection was not working and i had made complaints 2 to 3 time but thier was no followup and they never visit my place and close my complaints as resolved so i did not made any payment to tikona for this reason now they started harrising me by advocates telecalling saying that "legale notice has been send please pay the outstanding amount or else you will have to pay 80000/- in court as per telecommunication laws supreme court has give rights to file a complains agains customer" this calling is like extrrsion to the customer what to do in this case tikona is very bad at their services
