billing related issues

My user id in tikona is [protected], i took connection on septempber 2nd and i have paid the same day 3070 rs and took which is the plan validity till 3 months. But from october 15th onwards i got messages about billing. And asking me to pay 1560 rs. I was shocked. After that i have called 3 consecutive weeks and they said we will update you on this and get back to you soon. But no response till but calls and messages are coming continuously....
