I had started my tikona internet on 9th march '17 and have not received what was promised to me which was 6 mbps and unlimited downloads, my internet doesn't seem to connect to my devices and even if connected doesn't work at the speed promised by tikona

I have made multiple calls to the customer care but i cannot get through your technical team as all the operator says is "my request is under process and i shall receive a call shortly".. Which i had heard for atleast a week after they installed the equipment.

I had also called the concerned person who had come home to install the same on the problem, mr. Irshad: [protected]. He refused to help me in any way and only kept saying the company will help you. When you call on their customer care number they ask you for your registered email id, when i give them the only email id i have they tell me that its wrong. I had paid the 4000/- rupees to install the modem including the monthly charge.

I have also written emails to their customer care id and never received a response. A month later i received a bill from them of 1783 rupees. Which i did not pay! Because by then i had already shifted to airtel on my own and kept that modem aside. Two months after i received a call from their payment department and i tell them the same thing that my internet hasnt worked why should i pay. They even told me they havent received any mails from my id, and when i asked them to let me know which email id has been registered they told me some random email id which does not even belong to me.

I fought with them over a call and asked him to shut my account and he said that he did. Few months down the line i receive a call by their advocate halai & co. Kh halai and priya aggarwal. Who tells me over call that she doesn't have any interest in calling me and that i should get an advocate to fight this and come clean.

They sent a notice at home, which i received today as i was traveling. The date has extended from the date sent across by them 1-9-2017, and the payment of rs 2420/- plus 1500/- equipment charge (Which i had initially paid for) is being charged again.

How has this helped me? After putting up proof of tikonas fraud... I nees to see a detailed usage of internet by me of your messed up service.

I dont think you understood and read through my mail properly. Please go through the same once again. Its in plain simple english. Also please let everyone on this portal know what is my registered email id with you.

      I have left the services of tikona for 1 year now and they are still asking me money for my canceled connection and today send me this message :
      Get more with tikona account 111*24889! Your current plan has been upgraded to 6 mbps speed with 250 gb fup. Post fup unlimited usage @1 mbps. No additional charges applicable and no change in plan name.

        Hello sir,

        I am pallavi singh, living in bangalore, working as a merchant in texport overseas pvt ltd.
        I want to bring to your notice that i am highly annoyed & dissatisfied from this broadband.

        " i took the prepaid wifi connection in the month of april in pune. I took the connection only for a month. As i shifted to bangalore (I got a job here) in the month of may, i did not used the wifi after that. And i have informed this thousand times to their illeterate customer representatives, that as i have moved to a new place, i no longer want to continue the service - so please disable the connection. I also wrote a mail to their customer care for disconnection.
        But still i was getting thread calls and e-mails regarding bill payment.

        And now after 5 months, today i got a call from delhi - high court, saying that a case has been registered against you for not paying tikona bill. And they terrified & harassed me that if you do not pay the bill right now, you will be arrested, send to jail & many more things...
        So, forcefully i had to pay double amount to your broadband - for the service which i did not used only.

        I am seriously annoyed, upset by their service & illeterate customer representatives, who do not understand the meaning of disconnection..

        I want my money to be refunded & freedom from this horrible broadband connection. These people have really found a good trick - register a case against consumer, & forcefully we have to pay the amount.

        Please look in to this matter.

          Even though i have terminated my connection i getting fraud calls and sms stating 'dear varun raj if you can't clear overdue amount 2762 of your tikona account no [protected] then company file legal processing against you today",, please stop this cheating activities, else i will file case on you in mumbai court.

            Due to poor performance of network, i requested in writing for termination of subscription, and informed well in advance in feb 2017 month.in spite of clear written application, they all were talking to take other plan or take prepaid plan, and they wasted some 15 days, and with this cunning trick they generated the bill of next billing cycle. And started late payment charges too. Now, they are blackmailing for complaining in cibil, and legal action.

            Please note that first, bill was generated for the period (i.e. March 2017) of which prior disconnection request request was already raised, and not even a single byte of data was used in this wrong bill cycle.
            And then Tikona continuously slapped Rs 100 as late payment charges. Some Rs 600 was just the late payment charges. The original bill for unused payment was just 555/-
            In this way Tikona created foul Rs 1215/- of amount for which he has neither given any service nor there was any fault of consumer. Intentionally Tikona did not promptly disconnected as per user's request, but around 21 days they allowed the subscription active, and played foul to generate the bill (i.e. of month of March 2017) although prior disconnect requests have been raised multiple times in the month of Feb 2017 itself.

            Therefore it is concluded that Bill of March 2017 and all penalties are inherently foul, and money should be refunded.

            Mail sent on 23/5/2016 to customer care tikona as under:
            "1. For the last more than year, your services are not satisfactory which can be verified from your record itself as I frequently lodged complaints.

            2. For the past three months your services are worst. Several months before, Tikona technician visited at my resident and observed that dibba( antena box) was required to be replaced but after repeatedly, none visited to replace the box.

            3. I have lodged recent complaint on 12/05/2016 but problem is still unsolved.

            4. It is very strange for me being informed that technician visited and problem been solved.

            5. For the last six months, I have received only 20-25% connectivity only which is offered thru online resolved problems.

            6. I repeatedly receive calls to pay my bill but none dare to resolve my problem permanently by replacing box as was observed by your technician months before.

            7. I several times, requested your representatives to discontinue my services for ever, if appropriate and permanent solution is not available at your end.

            8. I use tikona for earning education of my children & bread and butter totally for personal use, and frequent disturbances cause mental and financial losses.

            Therefore, I again request you to kindly do as under:

            1. Solve the connectivity problem by sending your representative/ technician and replace the box permanently, and

            2. Waive off minimum one month's bill for shortage of services/ connection.

            3. If problem solution is not available, kindly discontinue my connection after waiving off the pending bill under intimation to me."

            I have been getting threats on phone for sever consequences but no reply yet against my mails and none responding on customer care numbers.

              Hi,

              I am getting threatening calls from the number [protected] from a person claiming his name advocate virendra sharma. He is threatening me to pay my tikona broadband's outstanding bill of rs 2000.
              My customer id is [protected].
              Let me be very clear here, the last bill paid was on 17-apr-2017 and before paying the bill we called the customer care to deactivate our connection as we are no longer willing to use the service. Our request was generated under id [protected].
              Since i was getting these calls today from some advocate who was threatening me for a legal action, i called tikona customer care and asked them that why there is an outstanding bill amount as i have already closed the account. They informed that they did not registered the request for closure, instead they registered it as a technical complaint and they claim to resolve it and kept my account active.
              This is so unprofessional.
              First your customer care is not taking the requests correctly and now some self proclaimed advocate is calling and harassing me.
              This is cheap business.

                I was contacted by a lawyer who calls herself priyanka sharna and says she represents tikona (Contact no [protected]) she is threatening to sue me from tikona for outstanding due of 1000 which she claimed. Or else i have to pay 1 lakh
                I have already discontinued my connection in feb 2017 due to poor connectivity issue and they are not disconnecting the services and sending me bill every month for not my mistake.
                I have all call recordings for thseissue discussed with ur executive who told me you don't have to pay bill till service is repaired but you were not able to get is repaired

                Please tikona stop this and look into this matter. I found online hundreds of customers facing the same exact problem.

                  I have subcribed for internet service. I never got uninterrupted service even though lots of request to them by email and customer servuce call centre. No one was attending the complaints. Hence finally i requested to deactivate the service writting to them. Even after several emails sent for deactivation of service for a period of 7 months, they never replied and go on sending bills to me. Finally in jun 17, i decided not to pay further bills and this has been intimated to them. They started to call me for payment when i refused to pay my last bill. Now continues calls are getting from different people and threatening me to file legal case against me. They never given a single reply to my grievance, what moral right they have to go for legal action. I simply replied to their advocates to proceed the legal action against me for recovering rs. 2500/-

                        Dear all,

                        Please dont use tikona broadband services in your life because i am suffering lot due to its worst services. Nobody use to hear your problem what you are facing in using broadband or any type of help you want.
                        I started using the services on[protected] with 3 months free services by paying rs, 1700/-. I am facing network issue since starting and i did randomly complaint regarding this then after 1.5 month around i was told that the network problem could not be solved because on the roof tikona device and tikona tower, a high size builder appears thats why tikona is not be able to resolve speed issue, then i asked them to uninstall it with immediate effect and now till the date no any body communicate with me or come to uninstall it rather they generate tikona bill which is advance while i m in 3 months free period.
                        Ultimately i want disconnecton the tikona services and i will not pay any bill amount to them..

                          We are facing internet problem for more than 1 and half month we are lodging continuous complaints on your toll free number. Your engineer has visited our office more than 3 to 4 times but still the problem has not solved.
                          The internet connection gets fluctuation all the time and the speed is also slow. Pls try to solve our problem as earliest o otherwise we have to think on another option

                            I regret that ive taken tikona as my broadband service. The promises that they made are total false, ive never seen such bad customer care service, i want remove these # broadband service, plz help me out guyz, i tried to talk with agent but on hotline there is no one who can hear my complaint and resolved, the plan that they gave and promises that they made all are fake, am so angry on speed that it made me break my router. Do as soon as possible, unless i will sue them, and then they will regret anout it

                              Internet services for tikona has been regretful. The speed issue is so persistent that in the last 3 weeks i have spent around rs. 387 just to call customer care and raise a complaint but the issue still remains persistent.

                              They are least bother to even handle the issue. It is their incapacity in today's competitive world to provide the basic speed that they claim.

                              Very unhappy with services and please tell me if i can be a member of consumer forum and file a case against them as they are usurping my money for nothing!

                                I just bought tikona connection of 6 mbps, it was promised me that i would get seamlessly connectivity with minimum 4.5 mbps, but i found there is no connectivity at all many of the time. Specially 6pm to 8pm very low connectivity, in rains connection completely gone, it come better at 12pm to 5am, which is really no use for me. There is no grievance process in their site. I would recommend please do not take tikona at all in future. If you call they take 20 minutes and give alternate that they will not charge for the day where connectivity not there, do i reallly take connection for the adhoc basis.

                                    There is lots of exam paper leaks news coming in these days just few day before sub inspector food corporation department paper was leaked before exam. Like that in 2010 a person sajeev kumar, nai basti, bahadurgarh haryana gave exam of steno who was selected just on behalf of their link in tis hazari department. However if his booklet were checked again there will not find qualifying marks as well. Now he enjoying his job found on link basis not for talent. Few days back he bought a car hr13 j 7323. If such kind of thing would be happen regularly then how our country can grow. Govt should control over paper leaking and unfair job selection.

                                      We are taking internet service from tikona from past 4-5 months, our payment was due from 2 months and we did payment rupees 3000 from which 300 is advance payment on 28th august but they are not updating our payment and had inactived our broadband account. We are continuously calling tikona from past 23 days they not taking any action. We had made a cash payment there executive came to our house for taking payment his name is rahul and he is missing.

                                        We dont want the connection because we havent using the tikona connection, also we getting the high amount of bill. So ve dont need the connection.
