While taking the connection a simple call or msg is enough but if we want to disconnect the connection they will not disconnect and they will make the customer to pay 2 - 3 months bill excess with out usage by quoting (We entered into the next billing cycle) inspite of many calls to tikona customer service and opted for disconnection they have not done the same.

Reason for disconnection: ispite of many complaints the facing challenges in connecting to net. So finally vexed and requested for disconnection. But from the last 2 months adding me to the next billing cycle and forcing to pay the bill amount.

      I had purchased a new connection on 21st september and on installation everything was working fine. Last just in 3-4 days, i used to get connectivity issue and when i called them, they were very rude and said that i don't see any issue. If you don't like then we will disconnect your service and i asked them to disconnect and they said that it will take 7 working days for disconnection and i will be charged for the usage till then so i agreed.

      Now on 7th oct, i got a mail and the connection is disconnected and so i called them for refund and they say that we cannot refund the money and the amount is forfeited as my area has no network issues from their end. I have paid them for the whole year and used the service only for 15 days and now they have taken my money. Not refunding and no proper response.

      No refund was issued. They took over whole money even while the problem was from their end with feasibility. One of the worst company and the people. These tikona and all are frauds.
      What do you mean by full and final settlement mail? If you people won't take the device for a month then should I bear the rental expenses for a month more?

      And at the time of installation, I paid rental for whole year under your offer that pay for 10 months and 2 months free so I paid rental for 10 months and now due to your improper service has used it only for 15 days so what about the remaining amount?

      I heard many cases against you that if there are any pending dues, you collect them but if the customer has paid extra, you never refund them so reply me clearly that when will I get my refund amount and how much as whenever I call your customer care number, they say that we don't have any information regarding this.

        We dont want to continue with tikona broadband

        And for disconnect we sent email to them and called
        And instead they send some technical perosn to disconnect they are calling everyday and they are forcing to continue
        Receiving calls of them every hour
        Can consumer complaints help me on that
        Because its almost 7 days i am complaining here but still not solve issue.

        Or guide me so we will maje compain in another website.

          Tikona did not rectify their technical issues, consumer (Me) has to pay even when not receiving proper service and when i denied to pay, tikona regularly harrases by sends messages for due bill even after disconnection.

          Previously (Nearly 6 months back i. E.in march/april) very regular technical issues has cost me in delayed online studies, frequent calling charges/expenses incured in calling their "no toll free" customer care for registering complaints to tikona on a daily basis, have faced many interrupted bank transactions, a daily wastage of time and various other costs such as frustration, irritation and anger, which led me to mail tikona to finally discontinue my internet services because regular problems and zero customer satisfaction.

          Tikona team calls me to ask the issues where my case was handled by one of their senior desk executive (Ashwini from mumbai) who has convinced me on behalf of tikona that tikona team will rectify all my issues as soon as possible and will never let any problem happen to the issues i'm facing regularly. And in case even if any small incidence of interrupted service happens again, i am free to quit on tikona without paying any thing as it would be their fault which they could not rectify and they will bear the losses. These words from that lady (Senior desk executive from mumbai-ashwini) convinced me to continue and see if they could deliver what they assured.

          For nearly two months, the services worked fine with only three to four instances of same issues errupted again. But that was fine with me as three-four issues in two months was a good achievement in rectification as compared to 8-10 days of interrupted services previously in every month. A regular follow up was taken from (Senior desk executive from mumbai-ashwini) to ask me if any instance of problem occured.
          After two months went by, the same problems again started occuring daily. When i called up to talk to their customer care, the phone gets connected but disconnects suddenly after a few seconds. This instance happened twice or thrice which led me to switch the power off of the tikona device forever. Since tikona employees have assured and vouched that the system would not pose any reccurance of the previous or new problems and promised that if any such thing gets repeated again, i will have a choice to discontinue with tikona without paying them. Only this has convinced me and i did the same.
          Now as i have unsubscribed from tikona services, they send regular messages which i treat as harrassment. This is completely wrong and uncalled for.

          I request an action against tikona for behaving in such an unprofessional and unethical manner. Fraud companies like these must be taught a lesson by consumer forum and a very strict action must be taken against them.

          Dear Tikona,
          The resolution is not that you close my account. The resolution is that you should stop harrassing consumers for money for the services you did not deliver to the consumer. Every consumer subscribed for your service for get an internet connectivity for every second of the day. And you do not resolve your connectivity issues anyhow whether it is being complained about or not.

          Stop calling for money because your services were not being provided, suspective data snooping by your systems, zero/less response from your customer care, zero effectiveness of your customer care call centres and causing irritation to customers.

            Hi,
            I am using tikona since 8-9 months, first 3 months, it was pathetic, after that 20-25 daily calls to tikona customer care, somehow started working.
            In the month of september, i called them for disconnection, but they refused, and started giving me so many options regarding bill issue and shifting & plan change, then i agreed, but now they are saying, you have to pay the bill with previous plan, which was rs.1050 (Now rs.550). They are not listening. What to do?

              I am a customer of tikona with customer id := [protected]. I am fooled by my own instinct or interpretation that tikona is a isp. But it is an internet de-addiction service provider (Idsp) company with big customer care. I am going to tell you all there services pro and cons

              Pros-
              1. They have internet de-addiction service (Ids) plan ranging from 1month-1year, currently i am on 1920 rs/3 months. (I am de-addicted in 1 & 1/2 month)
              2. They will setup a dummy rooftop device and adapter in ur building and flat instantly as you pay them.
              3. They have best subversion dept. Who is not going to let addict a chance to identify them as ids. When addict look at the videos of the ceo and cto they just bluffing on digitization and internet tech., that's there corporate plan to keep addict trust.
              4. If you want to take revenge from someone give them tikona connection.
              5. If you have money to recharge phone and like to talk with customer care guys daily, they r always there.
              6. I dont understand people say bluewhale type things r banned, then what tikona is for internet addicts.
              7. I[censored] constantly want to look/like at the lights o[censored]r router then tikona is best.
              8. I[censored] have money and want to get fooled/cheated/conned then tikona is best other than japanize tel or by some baba's.
              9. After reading this if you r thinking that this writer is fool/chutiya, then yes i am bcoz (Firstly i choose tikona) after reading same kind of reviews i also thought what u r thinking. So enjoy the de-addiction program, we going to be on the same boat.
              10. Well addicts call for internet issues they says they r resolving, well the word resolve has different meaning for tikona. (Actually i get frightened when some say resolve or - ing, its like 'mitron' of de-monetization for me)
              11. They have the nice team of customer service agents who on call going to fool the addict in believing that they r doing great work they r going to promise an addict that in future u r not going to get same trouble, but believe me the future meaning (Next 6-12 hrs if lucky then 2-3 days) is as misleading as isp to isdp.
              Well they have experts, one supervisor name dherendra or dhannendra who is going gain ur trust and going to show u result for some time, but its there scheme.
              12. (For internet addicts) after reading this i[censored] choose tikona ur must be awarded bravery award and i believe u r made of great mental mantle, further, i[censored] dont get angry and frustrated after there these kind of service, i will bow down in-front o[censored], u r greater than dalai lama for ur mental peace.
              13. People if i called this isp fraud or con, that will be the insult or injustice to these great words.
              14. I[censored]r boss want to choose isp and u want to teach lesson to ur boss, well... (Give me party first for this advice)

              Cons-
              1) they have a network which is so complex that i think they r redefining the e=mc^2. I had from day one the internet connectivity issue which they r solving from day one, right now its 1 and 1/2 months and every alternate 1-2 days the network has some kind of issues that they are resolving. I believe reincarnation of next einstein of networking tech. Is going to be from tikona. That the thing people, when u pay money it goes for the next einstein.
              I don't understand even the local guys who don't have fancy name such as ceo, cto or engineer they r able to solve the problem once and for all in just 1-2 hrs (Max), and here ur a corporate giant who masquerade as isp.
              2) this all thing i am writing on the cellular network bcoz i have a network issue which ur resolving from ages. Well i belong to middle class family and 1920 rs is already a big amount, and addition to that i need to recharge daily for calling ur customer care and cellular data.
              3) i am too much frustrated and troubled mentally bcoz after just 15 days i called ur accounts dept. To take one month money and refund the balance to which they said they cant bcoz i am not in a service blackout area, well its very cruel joke, if not as a ceo or cto, but just as a person look at my call records and tell me i[censored] had the same service delivered to u.
              4) right now i believe i am scammed bcoz ur tikona and looking at the ceo speech on leadership, u all r professional in scamming people and i don't think either ceo or cto looks at the company customer or tech. But at least be bold to display ur email id in public sphere, so the victim o[censored]r scam can directly contact you and not through this way.
              Note my words, law of karma hits everyone it did not spare anyone (Ceo example steve jobs or the employees). Take look at my call records and put ur self at my place and honestly justify it to ur self why u should'nt be called a fraud, con and fake company named tikona and prakash bajpai its head.

              (Tikona after reading this i[censored] have any humanity left then please dont try to resolve my issue & just refund me my money, which i know u already looted.
              And please don't show me ur crocodile tears by calling me and asking me what kind of problem i have, just look at my records and analyse it and dont try to fake it that ur solved it when ur fix falls apart in just next 24-48 hrs, i[censored] really would have cared i would'nt have written this, so just solve all issues in such a way the i dont need to call u otherwise u all from the top that fella prakash to everyone of tikona u r just a bunch of thugs in blue collar and piece and part of the fraud and scam, which by the way u r going to pay for it through law of karma it going to hit u hard and that day either ur going to pay or ur future generations)

              On different note ur ceo email id is not in public sphere but, here is one [protected]@in. Airtel.com
              Not o[censored]r ceo but there r news u sold them ur 4g related something to them so just to relieve my frustration i will email them my user experience and i will find another ceo and mail them too.
              Like a cycle of your service, am going to start cycle of emailing.

                My tikona id [protected].

                Tikona agents are making fraud call and taking their bill saying their self police and taking the money more then bill.They are having all the details they can come home and can do anything.

                I was using tikona for more than one most of the time it was not working we did lots of complaint but same issue we faced. At last I decided not to pay the bill .I didn't pay the bill for 2-3 months approx 2032 was the bill amount.I have got call from tikona service but I said send me the details how much data I have used will pay for that only but they told they can not send the mail.

                Now on 30/09/2017 at about 12.10 pm I got a call from [protected] he said his name is Rajveer Singh Shekhawat from Delhi police on duty officer and he said for, my name the police warrant has been generated so if I want to close the case I have to pay the bill immediately with 2000 rupees extra amount which will get refund after 3 days .He was having all my details tikona id, my mobile number, bill amount, Addresss etc...I have paid the amount (2030 /-bill amt +2000/-) 4039/-.I have waited for refund amount till 4 /10/2017 And I have not got any refund.I have called to same number [protected] on 5/10/2017 and just asked are you from Delhi police he said no (his words...madam kisse baat karni Hai kidhar laga liya phone ye koi Delhi police ka number nhi).

                Then I called Tikona customer care and spoke with seniors in tikona and told all the fraud story .they said I will get the confirmation mail from tikona and confirmation call..I have got nothing.

                Company like Tikona is using fraud way to collecting their bill that to saying their self police..any body can Get scare. ..why don't you guys using legal way to get the bills.

                I want tikona to return my amount 2000 which I have paid extra other wise I will go to legal way police complaint .

                I wanted to request to Mumbai police please take action against such fraud they saying their self police and taking the money from customers

                  Its been more than 6 month that i have disconnected the internet connection from you and you said it will be done.
                  Now i am daily receiving calls from so called lawyer ravi sharma who is harrasing me.
                  When i said i am not willing to pay he asked me to appear in delhi court on monday. I asked him to send me the notice first to which he said he is not supposed to talk to ladies and that how dare i talk to him being a girl. I resented to this statement and told him that his conversation is being recorded and that i will sue him for harrassment as well as in consumer court for undue bill charges. He did not give up and told me to wait till police arrives in my house in an hour. I asked him to send the police as i had done nothing and have nothing to fear n disconnected the call. He called me again and again but i did not take up his call. Then he had the audacity to call my mom on her number.
                  Kindly stop playing this trick or i will going to file a police complaint on you.

                    This is manika. User id-[[protected]]. I am getting these calls from number[protected] with some man on the other end stating herself as an advocate from civil court. Despite clearing all the charges against tikona way before, i am still getting these calls (Today at 12:43 am) asking to pay rs. 600 fast
                    Or else the documents that you once submitted to tikona will be banned and you wont be able to use them in future. (Dl in my case).
                    Please resolve the issue as i have terminated my service way long ago and cleared all the dues, they still gave me a bill of rs.200 and now he says it has gone to rs.600 in two years

                    I have all the mails with me complaining about bad service and no service from them over around two-three years of their subscription.

                    Their service engineer would also cost us money.

                    They have the worst service and now worst after service harassments.

                    Please help me to fix them

                      Hello! All, i would like to highlight this issue prevalent with this company (Tikona digital networks pvt. Ltd.). I have been getting threatening calls from [protected]. The person tells me that he is an advocate narendra kalra at the delhi tis hazari court and told me that why you are not paying this such small amount. I told him that i have made all payments to tikona and i have requested tikona to disconnect the connection before next billing date.
                      (Tikona niether block my connection nor close my connection, and they billed me again for next month.) which is not my fault.
                      I have been receiving unnecessary calls from some people who say they are calling from teez hazari court again and again. I would urge this forums support
                      1) to first blacklist such pathetic companies who charge you but do not provide the service.
                      2) secondly if there are other members who have experienced such incidents, we can all go up against this pathetic company and seek redressal in the consumer court.

                          Website: Pathetic Broadband connection from kind of FRAUDSREERS "TIKONA"

                          The tikona connection (Id: [protected]) took about a month ago. But within a week i had about 10 complaints of link not running. Within 15 days i had more than 20 complaints registered and 4 engineer visits to my place. The engineer have feedbak that the link will never run as the access point is too far compared to the maximum distance allowed. I had requested for termination of the link and refund of the money which they confirmed will be done by the end of september 2017. But nothing is being done till now.
                          Now even the my registered number is not allowed access to their complain number and talk to their representatives.
                          The level of being pathetic is taken to new heights by tikona by being such a fraud.

                          I would like to tell you that I need a termination and fast. And as your representative was telling that I have used 8GB data in Aug .. well I would like to mention internet service breaking after every hour or two or few doesnt means you have provided me service. That is a headache. and that kind of service also consumes data hence 8GB. Now kindly confirm if you guys have enough courtesy to provide me my refund (entire) or still I need to wait. It is almost a month I have requested termination (15 Sept). Dont know what you guys are upto.

                          Can you please confirm even after 2 months of my request of termination, why the confirmation is provided now and why the representatives from your company is not coming to take your useless items.

                          Please confirm when will they come and by when will they confirm the full & final settle amount. And that amount has to be no less than the amount I paid at the time of installation. Because your service didnt help me a bit, on the contrary gave me more problems than good. Even now it is not resolved.

Every day need to call cs and register the internet issue but issue still persists and never got a proper resolution, their supervisor seems uninterested solving query and only making promises they cant keep.                               It has been facing the intermittent connectivity issue and router installation problem and cable problem, the issue is happening almost every day, and i have raised complaint almost daily.                                 What i'll say extra after reading the tons of complain against this tikona, what else be different mine one same here aswell, after paying the 2 months in advance i was hardly able to use for 14 days and there the problem starts its not being connected to next 2 months despite making lots of calls tocce and local engineer, the work is fruitless finally they say area is not feasible they need more time to make new setup, so i asked the cancellation request, but 2 my surprised after so many months they are asking for penalty of the device which is alredy taken away by their engineer without informing me, and the cce says they had no update against of it and asking for any receipt i received, when the same things i asked from their local service provider they stated they will update to their portal or will mail to tikona, but nothing has happened... And now getting lot of calls representing as a legal department advocate from delhi high court, need to pay your amount immediately else company is going to file a case against me...

                                I did consumer case and also filed harassment case against them...

                                Guys my request please someone raise/spread this to entire india

                                That no one should use "tikona broadband" at any cost
                                Please spread your grievance to every now and then whom ever you meet in fb, linkedin and everywhere we individually won't be able to work on please make a community and fight the things together...

                                  I have been facing the intermitent connectivity issue along with the latency, the issue is happening almost every day, and i have raised complaint almost daily, someone can see the history of my complaints. But tikona didn't bothered to resolve the issue, every time you have to call again to explain the problem to the new person, several time engineer visit happened and not action was taken against resolution of my complaints.
                                  Some associate from tikona were not ready to listen my problem and disconnected my call and most of the associates are fake and given fake commitment that we are with and you issue will be resolved, we are monitoring your connection, you will get call from the our advanced technical team, due to several interruption and disruption in the internet it was not resolved.
                                  I have received the world's pathetic services from the tikona. No body to ready to support and i am still struggling to get the connection even after paying my bills on time, several times they told me for teh waiver and no waiver had been given to me.

                                    I have written to tikona several times regarding my greivance and never attended. Hence i finally wrote to them to deactivate my connection. As they never responded since many months and go on continuing billing. Finally i have denied to pay the bill as i was not liable since my request for deactivation was ignored inspite of several reminders. Now i am getting continues calls from various numbers and claing they are all advocates and threatening me to file leagal suit agaist me. I told them to proceed with legal action, then they started to abuse me. The amount of claim is merely rs. 2500/- i sent a regd letter to tikonas regd office and intimating them tha, for a matter of rs. 2500 i dont have wish to waste my valuable time to fight and told them to send thier representative to collect money with proper id and onsight receiot. But no reply yet receivec and they keep in calling continuesely and abusng. This is what a organisation suppose ti do? Do they have any ethics?

                                      Tikona is harrasing me for almost last 4 month now. I requested disconnection in june 17 as i was getting same plan in cheap rate and i also requested for retention and the executive told me that there is no way to retain the customer and you do not have to pay any bill as all your bills are already paid by you. After 1 week i got a call from tikona stating that reason behind for disconnection and we can give you better plan and it was a mistake of last customer care executive who was unable to provide you the complete and correct details. Last executive misguided me. I don't remember the name but i want to take serious action against her. I am working in bpo night shift so i regularly getting a harassment call from tikona regarding my bill payment. I asked tikona many times to call me and explain me about my billing cycle and plan because the executive told me something else and tikona charging me more than that plan. Till date i have never got a call regarding the same and threatening me against legal case. On 29th sept'17 i received a call from tikona and executive was so rubbish and she don't even have a manner to talk with the customer. She was evry rude on call and abused me. After disconnecting the line she called mr from different no +91-[protected] and againg statred abusing me. I want tikona to remove such uneducated and manner less employee from the company.
                                      Then few months back i got a call from a guy claiming to be from their legal department telling that i need to pay the outstanding amount.
                                      Today, on 29th sept'17 i called tikona regarding my bill payment. My total outstanding was 857/- including late charges out of which after talking to executive ruksana chaudhary i paid my actual bill 621/- rest she promised to wave. Request id for the same[protected]. She was helpful but did not asnwered my all queries as i was unable to complete the online transaction and she was rushing throughout the call. She also disconnected my call and never called me return back for the same. On top of that i again called and asked them to help me. Agaon, ruksana only was on the line. Though, she helped me but she also don't have a manner to talk with the customer. She was also not polite and i think she is not happy with the job and removing frustration on customer. Tikona, please keep some good and educated employee. You have already spoiled your image in the market.
                                      But as you all very well know tikona is a trap.

                                      I am being harassed regularly and no one listens. Neither customer care

                                        There is no internet connection from past 1 month, i have raised multiple service requests but proper resolution was not provided.

                                        I'm so fed up with raising service tickets and really not happy with tikona and i'm going for someother broadband service. I feel so cheated and betrayed by tikona, please refund my money back. I have gone through enough harassment and mental torture with your bad service

                                        Let me know when i'll get my money back.

                                        One weekend my husband was supposed to work from home, I had told your technical person to resolve the issue within that weekend. They couldn't resolve the issue, my husband missed a critical meeting because of poor service from Tikona.
                                        Immediately we went to ACT broadband connection.
                                        I don't want any techincal issue to be resolved.

                                        I want my money to be refunded. Please do this on a priority basis.
