I am vishal jaiswal tikona consumer id: [protected], got the connection in the month of aug. But within first 15 days of service i submitted atleast 40-50 complaints regarding the issue in connectivity. I even had 5 engineer visits whom has confirmed my location is not feasible. It is 700 mtrs away from the access point whereas max distance (On paper) is 450mtrs and max suggested distance is 300 mtrs from the access...

Tikona is the worst service provider and biggest cheats and thieves.

not disconnecting my connection even after request made

I have requested tikona to disconnect the service, but so far no positive response i got from them. Whenever i try to call and explain they will drop my call. Thereafter even after an hour of effort, they are not picking my call.

disconnection of broadband

We have requested to disconnect broadband of no [protected] which is we are using since last 2 yrs. And now we are requesting them to disconnect due to issues arise in between i. E. Connection issue.in spite of low uses heavy charges loading.
For disconnect we first emailed them on 03.10.2017 before billing cycle starts. And thereafter many reminders but till date they didn't send anybody to remove their instruments instead they are...

While taking the connection a simple call or msg is enough but if we want to disconnect the connection they will not disconnect and they will make the customer to pay 2 - 3 months bill excess with out usage by quoting (We entered into the next billing cycle) inspite of many calls to tikona customer service and opted for disconnection they have not done the same.

Last just in 3-4 days, i used to get connectivity issue and when i called them, they were very rude and said that i don't see any issue. Tikona did not rectify their technical issues, consumer (Me) has to pay even when not receiving proper service and when i denied to pay, tikona regularly harrases by sends messages for due bill even after disconnection.

Previously (Nearly 6 months back i. E.in march/april) very regular technical issues has cost me in delayed online studies, frequent calling charges/expenses incured in calling their "no toll free" customer care...

Hi,
I am using tikona since 8-9 months, first 3 months, it was pathetic, after that 20-25 daily calls to tikona customer care, somehow started working.
In the month of september, i called them for disconnection, but they refused, and started giving me so many options regarding bill issue and shifting & plan change, then i agreed, but now they are saying, you have to pay the bill with previous plan, which was rs.1050 (Now rs.550)....
