During sales, i had been told pay 1800 rs advance for 3 months and get a 10 mbps with 30 gb limited download per month. Then don’t pay till 90 days are over, pay 650 per month after that. After a few days they send me a bill of 900 approximately, then instantly i called the sales person who sold me, he tells me don’t worry, you don’t need to pay. If someone calls tell them i will not pay as i already have paid for 3 months in advance. So i followed, but they did not stop, they kept sending bills. So i decided to cancel the connection, and called them and wrote mails several times before my 3 months were going to get over and told them repeatedly to cancel the connection. Till now they keep sending bills. Moreover this company is such fraudulent they send me bills on my email, but when i reply to their customer care mail, they say my email is not registered. I mean, it’s like telling me you have to pay, but when i try to complain they say who are you, i don’t know you! I want this bills to stop, i will not pay anything as i have paid for 3 months and before 3 months i also have asked them to cancel connection which they did not, neither did i use the connection after 3 months. Please help report such companies so they stop doing business.

    With reference to the captioned account number, when the connection is being terminated, why the hell tikona is sending billing to my mail id.
    What nonsense is this.
    I had sent mail on 14/03/2017 for termination of my connection and still i am getting outstanding bill.
    How come a low profile company (Tikona) sends a bill when there is no connection and no usage.
    I need the same need to be addressed immediately else will be proceeded legally.

      I was using tikona internet services for appx two year. Initial 6 months received above average service, speed was quiet decent as per plan, later from average its goes to pathetic, called tech support multiple times, no resolution at all. Finally 6 months back i decided to cancel the services. Now their advance technical support wake up, and and calling me to retain the service. One odd day they decided to upgrade my plan - which made the service worst. From slow internet connection it upgraded to intermittent connectivity as well. Several tickets opened and closed considering ticket closed. Being with tikona for long time i always gave them another chance whenever i called for disconnection, however always got disappointed, best part care/advance tech/retention teams are not in sync at all. One of the team offered me to check services for 2weeks, if works fine then please continue the service else proceed the disconnection. Next week i received call from billing - sir, where is money. Either pay or disconnect, i simply said kindly disconnect... Services never disconnected and i am keep getting bills for same. My simple request was give me disconnection acceptance and collect you money. But they are keep adding dues on my account.

      Thanks for being valuable to your customers.
      Never recommend to anyone... Pathetic cx care.

        I am rakesh consumer id [protected].
        I was not able to use the services for almost a week in the montha of aug. I complained and the issue was resolved after few followups. The day it was solved, next day again i was not able to use the services. I called and asked them to disconnect this pathetic service as it was causing loss to my business. Being a consumer i said it once to disconnect still they kept it active. I shared the passwords with all my neighbours and friends. Since one month i am not in town. Now i am getting calls from tikona to pay the bill for two months which is ₹2005. I told them that i have already asked for a disconnection. Still it was not implemented. Now i am not going to pay a single penny as my request was not implemented. While i was not able to use the services for a week or so. I was told, i will be given a waiver. I did what i had to do. What i get in return is a mail saying i am not eligible for any waiver. This is what tikona does and expect me to be faithfull.. Forget it. M not paying a single penny. Today i got a call and i was asked to pay one month's amount. I dont understand what tikona is upto. I told the rep that i wont be paying any amount. He told me legal action will be taken towards me. Very nice. When i told tikona to disconnect the connection than there was no action taken. Now i am standing to my word rhan legal actions will be taken. Go ahead. I will also not sit quietly.

          I am using tikona from past couple of month and have also mentioned there bad services in my previous post bt it seems like they dont care about the same as am facing the same issue top of that every month they keep sending me bills as per there billings cycle, have called multiple of times and spoken with many of there rep, but neither they resolve my issues neither the un install my connection, guys please stay away from tikona, as they are the worst provider.

            There are two things i would like to complain about tikona's customer support:
            1. They annoyed me by automatic pre recorded calls to pay my bills as soon as the bill was generated. The frequency of calls increased as the due date approached. They use call more than three times a day.
            2. I had applied for disconnection of the services, post which i started getting a call each day to ask me why was i disconnecting. They simply did not understand when i told them i am moving out of the place where i was using the service. I had explained them four times this, still they kept on calling.

              I don't want to comment on tikona services but the customer care service is the worst i have ever came across.
              After making request several times my connection is not being disconnected and i am receiving regular calls from them for checking the connection.

              I have clearly communicated for disconnecting my connection and payed complete balance last month but still i am receiving bills from them.

              I again request tikona to immediately disconnect by internet connection and send me a confirmation for the same.

                Hello,

                I am vishal jaiswal tikona consumer id: [protected], got the connection in the month of aug. But within first 15 days of service i submitted atleast 40-50 complaints regarding the issue in connectivity. I even had 5 engineer visits whom has confirmed my location is not feasible. It is 700 mtrs away from the access point whereas max distance (On paper) is 450mtrs and max suggested distance is 300 mtrs from the access point.
                Even after their engineer has declared location not feasible, tikona is insisting that the location is feasible.
                I have raised request for termination on 15th sept'17 but till now they have not confirmed any thing.
                Tikona is not at all agreeing on the refund of my first three months fees.

                  We were using tikona internet service for the period of 8 months from august-2016 to april-2017.

                  Due to bad network connection and improper customer service, we could not use internet from around january. So, we procured two other internet connections for our organization.

                  We followed all formalities mentioned by a tikona technical agent before proceeding to the disconnection request. We were tired of facing their network interruptions and making complaints. So we sent the service disconnection request to tikona customer care on 20-april-2017. We paid everything up until april, even though we didn’t use internet from jan to april. Until now, we haven’t received any acknowledgement from tikona.

                  But from the month of may, they started giving payment reminder calls, mails and sms for the zero internet usage. That was really frustrating. Firstly, we called and sent mails to the tikona customer care and clarified all the previous troubles that we faced by their worst service. But we didn’t receive a proper reply from their end. They continued their annoyance by doing calls, sms and mails regularly.

                  On top of everything, we received a demand notice for the non-payment of the bills on 05-oct-2017. This is really a big harassment. So we are making this complaint on tikona.

                  Everyone, please don’t take tikona connection. Their connection and service is very bad and annoying and harassing. If tikona doesn’t stop harassing, we are planning to file a legal case against them.

                  Resolution: kindly close this asap. Please stop calling us; we have already paid from january to april without using internet.

                    Tikona is the worst service provider and biggest cheats and thieves.
                    My brother got us an pre paid net package from them, their services were horrible still we put up with them for about a year, there was no internet because of their own personal probs from their side, thus one of the senior person was kind enuff to give us extra internet for about 4, 5 days extra to compensate. But due to the continous prob frm their side we decided to discontinue.
                    After that its 7 months their staff have been calling us and harrasing us saying rs 250 /-is due, mind u it was a pre paid plan that we bought. So, hw is any amount due? They r so ridiculousy that they r asking money for the 5 days extra which they had promised to give us as compensation for their # services.
                    They r biggest cheats, trying to extort money by harrasing and threatning a girl.
                    They have appointed gunda staff.
                    Worst service providers in the market, had an horrifying experience.

                      I have terminated tikon service because o[censored]nsatisfactory service. Now i received a email explaining:
                      “in case of service discontinuation, the subscriber shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition.in the event of subscriber not being able to deliver the modem to the company, for reasons attributable to their action/account, the modems would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company.in such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working conditions, the company would charge the subscriber rs. 1500 per modem not returned or returned in non-working conditions towards penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all plans."
                      Now this modem was not installed inside the residence but on the building terrace. Then how individual is responsible for the correct functioning of the modem?

                        your billing team has been calling me every day and harrassing me to pay
                        the previous amount for previous account. And has already deducted the

                        27th august 2017 and i had to pay no money till 27th nov 2017... Inspite
                        of this plan the bill was generated for rs.938/- for september 2017

                        as the previous account is more than 6 years old you should first provide

                        behaviour on phone - i have recorded conversation detailing this kind of
                        communication... This has caused me medical issues and caused disruption in
                        my work and office productivity causing huge losses.

                          I have requested tikona to disconnect the service, but so far no positive response i got from them. Whenever i try to call and explain they will drop my call. Thereafter even after an hour of effort, they are not picking my call.
                          Today i got a email that i didn't attend their call for giving me update on my request. Every day i am geting calls and messages to pay their bill. I am tired of hearing this so i didnt attend. I think now they are using this as reason for robing money and mental torture.

                            We have requested to disconnect broadband of no [protected] which is we are using since last 2 yrs. And now we are requesting them to disconnect due to issues arise in between i. E. Connection issue.in spite of low uses heavy charges loading.
                            For disconnect we first emailed them on 03.10.2017 before billing cycle starts. And thereafter many reminders but till date they didn't send anybody to remove their instruments instead they are calling me and disturbing me.
                            As i have raised request before billing cycle tikona should disconnect it without further calls.
                            Hoping favorable action.

                              We are requested to tikona for disconnect broadband of no - [protected] which is we are using since 2 year in baroda gujarat in my name kailash peswani and now we are requesting them to disconnect due shifting in other city.

                              For disconnect we emailed them last three weeks before but still they didnt send anybody to remove their instruments.

                              Everytime they are sending email that they are working on that.
                              How many days, months or year they will take please clarify better.

                              Really tired i will advise all useres please dont use tikona broadband service is poor and time of disconnect you will get big problem.
                              They will promise you everything but time of service they never consider you like client
                              Poorr service really bad service

                                I was a customer of tikona from dec-2016 to april-2017 in noida.

                                Then i relocated to a sector in noida itself where tikona broadband service is not yet available. I called tikona customer care to discontinue my broadband account as i was relocating. But you people did not stop the services and kept on charging me for next three months. I was unaware about it as i have not receive any call or email from tikona regading my bill till date.

                                Few days back i received anonymous call from mr. Jakir stating that he is calling from outside some court in kashmiri gate and i need to pay my due bill rs 4000 which also includes penalty of rs 2000. I agreed to pay only the billing amount and not the penalty, which i should not have agreed to as i did not use the services and also informed the same to tikona customer care before relocating. But that person threatened me to file a case against me if i do not pay the bill in next 15 min. I got his call back in next 15 min and i asked him to proceed with the case.
                                Today i received an anonymous call again from ms varsha singh claiming that she is an advocate in delhi civil dept. She stated that my due bill amount is rs 1841. And if i pay the bill by end of today then my file will be closed, otherwise it will be processed for further legal actions and my document which was submitted as a proof for connection will be banned for further usage for next 25 years.

                                I am very disappointed if all these cheap tactics are folloowed by tikona in order for a customer to pay a bill which he/she is not liable to pay.
                                I would like to ask you few things:
                                1. Why was my connection still continued when i asked customer care to stop it?
                                2. Why was my connection still continued when i did not pay my postpaid bill. It should have been discontinued within a month as a rule by every other service provide.
                                3. Why i did not receive any mail or call regarding my bill before these threatening calls.

                                Is tikona aware about such calls as i believe it is a part of their service in order to threaten a customer to pay the due bill.

                                Ps: i checked the contact numbers of anonymous calls i received in truecaller app. They all are registered in the name of tikona itself.

                                  Dear tikona services, (Tikona wi-bro uid [protected])
                                  Don't know whats wrong with your services, but troubling us from 21, jan 2017 on this date i have subscribed to 3 months plan with 1840 amount paid. Exactly after one month last week of feb 2017 we stopped receiving internet, i called and informed to customer care people lot any times, no response from those people.
                                  I have mailed them on 2 march 2017. They informed as your location is currently not suitable for quality service, so they terminated it. Without prior information to customer.
                                  Executive never called for device and i call them on customer care numb to take on your device. But no response nothing and bill is generating and asking to pay orelse claiming for legal actions through mails and sms. Which is non-sense, please stop it:dont blame customers to your irrespective faults.

                                    I raised my request to close the connection before my billing period starts, they couldn't close the connection before billing started.
                                    And now, for their shortcoming, the bill got generated and they are asking me to pay the bill.
                                    My billing starts at 7th each month. I raised the request to close my connection on 6th. They got it closed by 10th and generated a bill of 125 rupees. Which they are asking me to pay constantly.
                                    Furthermore, their customer care is mostly nonchalant and naive. They can't even answer the components of my bill or why it was charged. Please help me with my issue.

                                      We are really tired with them
                                      Really poor customer care service
                                      Bed experience with tikona broadband
                                      Time of installation they give big promises

                                      But want to know when will resolved & how many days tikona need to solve one simple issue of just send technical person to disconnect nothing else.

                                        I have installed tikona net. I have paid rs.1890 for 3 months, from last 16 days my net is not working,
                                        My lan cable wire has been damaged i have already mentioned this with tikona customer care. I did not get
                                        Any solution from tikona, every time tikona customer care picking my phone and making false promises.
