We have paid for 6months plan and we are not able to connect the internet at all.
Installation guy was saying it will connect with each and every device and now it's not working and no one is responding to our complaint.
It's a fraud tikona we did to us. Again they are asking for money to raise complaint.
Tikona installation person made fake statement. And without showing us how it works and he ran. And tokens customer
Care people every time giving excuses and making wrong statement.

    Hello,

    Prakash bajpai/ vinay kakkar,

    To whomsoever it may concern.

    I hope this is going to the correct person who is a bit sensible then other so called customer service and their escalation team.

    I've had my worst experience so far by any of the website or online/customer service.

    I took the renowned tikona connection on 5th aug (Paid for 3 months in advance) and from the very day i'm facing connectivity and speed issue. Like any other customer, i contacted the cs for registering my complaint and the response i received convinced me that i've invested my money at the wrong place. They said, "please adjust and co-operate with us as we can't do much about it". It completely taken me a back, after 6-7 hrs of new connection you are asking me to adjust?

    I kept on raising complaint for 7-10 days, talking to their executives every now and then but issue was still unresolved. I had no time to waste so i stopped contacting them as they are completely useless.

    Now, for past 10 days again, i'm contacting tikona to discontinue my connection because of the services i'm getting what i've paid for. But still with no surprises, the issue is not resolved and every day some one (Who calls them self as senior associate/floor supervisor) calls me and literally beg for giving them last chance to resolve the issue. I was very clear and specific that i don't want to continue with tikona and want my refund back for the amount i've paid in advance. Now, these people are saying so confidently that refund is not possible.

    Wow...!! Isn't it?

    I've paid for 3 months, the internet is not working fine for a single day, i want to discontinue with these harassing services, now you tell me that i won't get my refund back?

    Every day i'm asking them for manager callback as but still no call back is made from their end.

    Being in a customer service industry, please learn basic ethics & escalation process. No one has rights to "say no to escalation".

    I personally feel that the people working their are completely illiterate, talk nuisance, has disability o[censored]nderstanding & being paid for harassing customers.

    Please go through all my conversation with your employees so far. It would be helpful for you to understand what harrassment i have gone through. Also, it would help you understand what your team/employees are doing.

    (Please improve your services provided by customer care)

    If you're still left with some decency, take your connection back and refund my full amount without any delay.

      I took tikona wifi connection on 17th december 2016 for 3 months making a payment of rs. 2160. From 18th december 2016 i started facing issues regarding speed and connectivity. I made several complains to tikona customer care but of no use, they could not resolve it. Finally i decided to discontinue using tikona internet service and wrote a mail to tikona customer care and demanded refund as per tikona terms & conditions but tikona did not provide disconnection neither they refund my money. I have made several complains regarding speed & connectivity but they could not resolve the problem. Ideally after 3 months on my written mail for disconnection they should have provided it but they sent me bill for next 2 months even when i am not using it. They are continuously charging me falsely. Till now i have paid rs. 5000. This month also they have generated a bill of rs.1290.

        Dear, tikona care
        My tikona id is [protected]
        My tikona net is not running, whose information i gave to tikona customer care, but they did not take any action on this. On more complain a technician comes, and he goes to tell about the box upgrade, absence of signal in this area and unavailability of tikona tower. Thereby they are unable to solve my problem, i have recently rs 3000 recharge, which i am unable to use.
        Please do any solution of this, otherwise activate my old connection...

          Sub:- disconnection

          We had requested disconnection of your service on 27th june, 2017 complain no: 1-[protected] & even though we had opted only for the 6 month scheme without auto renewal, we were asked to make a payment of rs.385.42 which we promptly made on the very same day & confirmed, to avoid argument, delays & get mental peace for this small amount.

          In spite, of this i receive calls 3 times a day and also sms asking me to pay additional amounts and i am being harassed to continue. When the line is disconnected & final amount has been paid, why are they harassing me?

          It has been explained to every person who called that i am not interested in the connection yet they waste my time trying to convince me to continue.

          Please note, i do not have any connection & am not interested in tikona connection.

          I reconfirmed with tikona about the disconnection on 30.08.2017 & put in another complain no: 1-[protected] to stop the harassment.

          This is a formal request to stop your telecallers from harassing us.

          TIKONA post this complaint collected the device & we thought the matter was settled.

          BUT since the past 2 days, one lady claiming to be
          Advocate Neha from Tis Hazari Court, New Delhi has been harassing us from Mobile Numbers : [protected] & [protected] for the supposedly balance outstanding.

          TIKONA - we opted for faster service which we didn't get but ended getting HARASSMENT. If TIKONA was in HARASSMENT business, they would have won hand's down.

            Hi,
            I have not been using tikona services for around october-november, 2016. I had opted for 1 year retention plan which was valid till august, 2017.
            During this time period i got service calls once or twice and i requested them to close the connection as i was not using the services as there were so many cheaper plans were launched by mobile companies like jio, airtel, etc.
            But in september, 2017 i got a bill generated and i am not asked to pay the bill. I wrote them back via email but they keep calling me to pay for the amount.
            I was told that the retention plan is prepaid and will only be activated after i recharge. And only after that the plan was started on my connection last year. Now they are saying that the plan is activated again and so i need to pay them the amount.
            Please take an action against this.

              Tikona service id no [protected]
              I have already surrendered the device to tikona engineer who came to my house and collected.
              Tikona received rs.1400 plus as a advance bill amount of rs. 750 and installation charges when the connection was provided. Actual bill cycle is 16th to 15th every month and the connection was closed on 17th may 2017 so there is no pending bill from my end. It was already communicated through email dated 21st july 2017, so don’t try to threatening me to pay the bill amount which you people already got as a advance payment at the time of installation, don’t try to cheat people.
              Now they are start threatening and harassing me to pay rs.572.98/- else going to file a case, i am getting frustrated by these kind of cheap activities by tikona. That is why tikona kind of companies not growing. They are fooling people and getting money from their hard earned money.

                We had tikona connection two years ago. I have taken the connection with 3 months advance deposit (All isp provide service with advance payment only). Now the tower is on our builing so tikona has no signal antenna to be setup in my rented premise, only direct wire of 15ft. Now after 1 and a half months we left the rented building asking tikona to shut of the service. There were no computers in which they can provide service then how can they claim money for providing service and how can they claim that they has given service even after 3months wherever they give service on advance payment only. On the top of it the tikona servicemen told me they were giving 4th month free if 3monts payment is done at the first time which their office is denying. They are sending legal sms to file case in the name of gautam kar roy no [protected].

                    I was using your tikona internet services two years back (Tikona account number: [protected]) and i have disconnect your service and payed the bill in cash to tikona bill collector. Even after disconnecting your service i have not get my security deposit back. I'm really frustrated getting such baseless claim that is raising from tikona for overdue amount of inr 1770/-. I'm keep on getting call from them and they harassing me to take legal action. I hope i will get proper resolution from here otherwise i got to consumer forum for the resolution.

                    Pls do not take tikona internet connection in Miraroad, they will not help you once connection is done. They are looting people in Miraroad.

                      I had a connection of tikona and my account number was [protected], i used it for about 2 years but i experienced network disconnection and slow speed issues in these 2 years. Daily i had to call them, then they asked me to wait for 24 hours. Daily it happened for many days

                      After these problem full days, in march/april 2016 i request tikona customer care executive to disconnect the connection as i was no longer need of their frustrating service, but they denied to do so and were convincing me by giving discount on bill. As they always said this time also they said the service will be ok within 24 hours. But i refused. Then the executive said that please hold i am raising disconnection request for your connection. After 5 minutes she said your connection will be disconnected from tonight. I asked how much amount i have to pay now, she said no amount sir, i asked if you send me new bill then? She replied that you will not receive any bill from now on wards as your outstanding amount will be adjusted with security money you gave at the time of installation.

                      So she cleared that i dont have to pay anything.
                      (I saved call recording of this conversation as proof)

                      Their person came to take the roof top device. I asked him whether my conection is closed. He said yes sir,

                      Now i was getting their calls for several days asking for about 2000 rs. They keep harassing me for 30 minutes - 1 hour whenever they called, refusing to hold down the phone.

                      Now again they are coming up with threat calls from delhi tees hazari court saying that pay the bills in next 30 minutes or else we will file the case against you. Below are the numbers from which i am getting continuous calls.

                        I have requested for the termination on connection [protected] with the customer support executive. The connection was not terminated and the bill was generated. Ive been getting calls from somebody who claim to be calling from delhi civil court who doesn't even know how to speak and asking me to come to the delhi court, when asked them to send the copy of the complaint filed they are not sharing it.

                          I was using tikona wifi broadband connection till 10th may and asked for termination of connection 5 days prior as i was moving out of india and had no means of communication apart from mails.
                          Still tikona did not terminate my connection and kept charging me for the period. As i had cancelled the same over customer centre call and not mail they are not acknowledging the termination.
                          Since then they have been sending me mails repeatedly for payment every month to which i have replied several times without any reply from them.
                          Recently they sent me a demand notice for payment failure to which will result in a legal notice from tikona.

                            1. Our company htss [hi-tech company software solution (Chennai) pvt. Ltd. ] purchased (Po date : 03 apr 2014) tikona leased line connection (No.:[protected] on 3, apr 2014 to our office in chennai.
                            We were be using the same since then and paying the bills regularly.
                            2. During may, due to our administration policy we have decided to close it on[protected]. And in this regard we have raised a request dated 11, may 2017 to close the connection on 31-05-17 to tikona (No.:[protected] through email to our account in charge.
                            3. Even though we have raised the closing request on 11 may 2017 and stopped using the tikona internet from 02 jun 2017, we paid the bill amount till 30 jun 2017.
                            4. All of sudden, we started receiving calls on and after 22 aug 2017 from different numbers claiming that they are government advocates based out delhi and they claimed that we are yet to pay a due amount of around rs 3000/- for our tikona internet connection. The persons who claimed them as government advocates asked us to pay the amount and settle the case out of court. They threatened us that they will take legal action if we failed to do so. They further added that if we do not come to the court for the hearing, we have to pay a fine of rs 85, 000/-.
                            5. We have settled all our dues with tikona regarding our leased line connection (No.:[protected] and took a lot of effort to ensure that our connection was closed by 30 jun 2017.
                            6. More importantly, we did not receive any communication from tikona regarding any bill due from our side before the above mentioned phone calls on 22 aug 2017 & again on 4 sep 2017.

                            Tikona is very cleverly doing this fraud. None of their employees are doing email communication. They are only talking through phone. We already knew from some forums about tikona’s cheating methods to earn money. So, we took additional care in sending out repeated emails and making repeated phone calls that is just to close an internet connection. Even after that, they are trying to cheat and earn money from us by using false threats in the name of legal actions. It is a very bad experience with this company. We even regret in choosing their services. We are now unnecessarily spending our time and effort just for closing a simple internet connection even after extreme care from our side.

                            Tikona is continue to torture us with phone calls and making all the efforts to do fraudulent actions to earn money.
                            We have all the proofs for showing it to any authorized personnel.

                            If tikona is not stopping to call and torture us, we will take legal action and claim damages for it. This is our last and final intimation to tikona.
                            They need to do the needful to close at their end and stop calling us.

                              Hi,
                              User id [protected]. I requested disconnect and its done 1 year before. As i spoked that time with customer i want to disconnect before billing cycle and they said it will process. You dont use next month data. We wont charge any thing. According to that i didnt use that. You guys disconnected and took modem everthing. Now its around 2 years you are asking me to pay money outstanding is there means how can i pay. You should disconnt on the time right. Please give correct solution. I thought to take service again. But now i fearing to do so.

                                My tikona customer id [protected]
                                I have been using tikona broadband from jan 2017. Few months connection was good. Later it was getting bad to worse..
                                I have been giving complaints for slowness of speed and frequent disconnection of network but till now i haven’t received any permanent solutions.
                                From may the connection was very bad and i have full paid full amount without asking waiver off.
                                I had requested for deactivation also but one of their executive forced me to use. Then also i had same problem.
                                They are keep sending bills without deducting for non usage. Now they are asking me to pay rupees 1300. Whereas i have used only 20gb out of 40 gb. From july 15 to aug 15
                                I have been asking them the calculation of rs. 1300. On what basis they arrived 1300. They are not ready to give basis of calculation also
                                I have told them that i will pay the amount for the service which i have used.
                                But tikona people calling me every day and harassing me for bill inspite of telling them that i will pay only for the days which i have used.

                                Their exectives are not understanding about the issue, they are only asking money.

                                I have attached bills (Internet usage is below specified limit) and i have attached mails replied by tikona

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I have stopped using Tikona service from last 3 months.Why i am receiving the bills ? I had also paid pending amount and i had asked for NOC but i havent received NOC yet.                                   Hi tikona network, you are not providing good internet service atleast you have respect customers. My id is -[protected]. I stopped using your service from apr 2016. But you processed bill for may 2016 also. Since you didn't provide good service i stopped using tikona. Bill amount upto may 2016 is 1225. I said i cannot pay amount for which i didn't use. From may 2016 to till now, i sending you mail that i can pay 700 for apr 2016 month. But you are not accepting and you are asking me to pay for non usage also. Now you are adding every month 100 rs and asking me to pay 2225 rs.in between some persons calling me and threading. Stop this activity.

                                      I was using this [protected] tikona connection last year, although i have send emails and calls for the disconnection request as i was shiftng to another place, they have not disconnected the conenction and without using the service generating bills and giving us threating calls, i have copies of the emails, please help us with this harrasment everytime they used to call from [protected], [protected] and [protected] and threaten us. I have 25 emails which i forwarded for the disconnection, if thye are still not disconnecting the connection nothing much i can do as they moto is to just cheap and harrass the customer.

                                      you guys have hired people to call and torture us on my mobile numbers since last two years, i will not recommend anyone to use tikona in future for any of my relatives.

                                        I am requesting for disconnection/termination of my internet connection from april 2017 but still they are sending me bills and i have sent them 15-20 emails for the same but no one is responding and also they are irritating me on calls, their offers are also fake like their company, i have requested for full and final settlement amount and also paid in july but still they are generating my bill stating that some one is using that connection and i have left that place 2 months before so it is not possible to use it.
