Hello people,

Though i prefer not to use this service anytime in my life. The most disgusting internet provider i've ever seen. I took this service long back when i use to stay in gurgaon. I took a connection for 3 months which was supposed to be a prepaid connection and the starting 3 months was supposed to be paid at the time of starting it.

I paid rs 3500 for the first 3 months. Once i paid this amount, tikona was like who the hell are you bro, do i know you?

As a service provider company if you are selling something on a monthly basis, your basic agenda should be to let your customer know that there initial 3 months are over and now if they are happy they can carry forward the connection. No such msg came, nor had the telephonic conversation and nor they asked for payment as it was a prepaid connection.

We were (Me & my roommates) really frustrated with the internet. We took a new connection from airtel. And every thing was going fine. Suddenly this lady pryanca sharma called me introducing herself as an advocate. She acted as if she is very smart. But believe me i am not going to pay the bills because when i suffered no one came to eliminate my problems, now it's my turn to return the favour.

Note - guys please don't buy any services from tikona. Lot of my friends suggested not to take it, but there was no other option left for me.

And tikona, please have a bit decency in you. At least don't ask your customer care guy to act as an advocate. Advocates are not dumb. Talking over the phone anyone can guess that the person speaking on the other side is just a call centre guy. And don't worry if you have lodges a case, i am ready to fight for it.

This lady is still calling me. I told you I am not paying the bill which I don't own. I prepaid the first 3 months bill. But you guys didn't took the plan off. That's not my fault. That's your problem. You will have to deal with it.

Please ask this lady, Pryanca Sharma not to call me or else I'll bring this to all the social media platforms.

    Tikona is sending me threating message saying they will take legal action against me if i do not pay the amount of 2006 rupees.
    They have never given me any router, asking me to pay the router amount or submit the router.
    I have stopped using tikona at the end of may 2016. The connection is prepaid connection so i have already paid the next month amt which is june 2016.
    After that i have asked for disconnection for which i have recieved a mail also from their side, now i do not know how this 2006 rupees bill came into existence, i called them and asked them to provide me itinerary of bill for which the customer care person got so frustated then he starts yelling, was not ready to transfer the call to his higher level supervisor.

    This is a fraud company, their randome fake lawyers are calling me and asking me to pay the amount otherwise they will take legal acton, one of the lawyer has told me that there is a case against me in mumbai court, they are not ready to give their identification, i have also checked in truecaller and it was some randome guy number.

    Please take action against them as they are charging unnecessary amount even after disconnection.

      Hi,

      I got a call from so called Civil court Delhi about non payment of Tikona Bill of 1124 rs. To give you a background i was always told its a prepaid plan and whenever i need, I could refill and use the same. Given I am usually not in Mumbai given mt travelling job, I did not refill in a month as I was not in town for that month. Surprisingly i received a bill of INR 550 and despite raising the convern multiple times to the customer care, they were adamant and rude and forcing me to pay the same. Suddenly today i get a call threatening me that they have pushed my file in the Civil court and I need to come Delhi to fight the case.

      So the firm is an expert to chaeat customers. They are asking me to pay the bill of some 1100 rs plus 1000 rs court fees on the Tikona website.

      I am planning to lodge a police complaint against the call and the company.

        Hello

        This is manjunath k and my User id:[protected]. I am facing the connectivity issue from last month due to which i am not able to use the internet fully. Even after the repeated complaints tikona people has failed to resolve the issue. I have paid 850 for the full month but still i am not able to use the internet 15th of every month is my bill generation i have paid money for last month that is july 15 to august 15. I have not used the internet for last one month i have wasted my money they are not ready to remove the connection and also not ready to the pay the refund money they are saying to pay the money again. Really worst services .

        so many people are facing the issue with this network.so i request to remove the licence of providing internet .

        The people working in the customer care are really uneducated people they do not understand the concern of the customer.

        so i request you to provide the suitable solution for my concern.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I have been using Tikona Broadband connection from last 2 years and my consumer no. is [protected] registered in the name of Nitin Chunarkar. On 26th July 2017, I have requested Tikona Customer Care via email and call for closure of connection. The copy of email attached herewith. They have agreed for same and requested me to use the broadband connection till end of billing cycle i.e. 6th August 2017. The monthly bill for same I have received in month on 11th August 2017. Since I have requested for disconnection of internet connection due to poor service provided by Tikona Broadband.

          Today on 15th August 2017, I have called for status on disconnection, to my surprise the customer care told me that your query on disconnection is resolved and your connection is active. And without my confirmation thecley cancelled my request f disconnection unanimously. They have said we can again raise your request for disconnection but it will take 7 to 15 working days.

          In this regard I would like to submit that there is probability that Tikona Broadband shall be billing for next billing cycle i.e. 7th August 2017 to 6th Sept 2017.I have again raised the disconnection query confirming them about non payment for bill till 6th Sep 2017.

          I want connection disconnected with paying any extra charges as I have already had complaint registered for disconnection as same had been cancelled without my concurrence. also last time I used Tikona Broadband is on 31st July 2017.

          Please raise this complaint against Tikona Broadband for timely resolution without further harassment.

            Hello i am nawaid zaman,

            It has been only 10 days of my connection and i am experiencing very bad network and worst internet speed and i am frequently getting rto.
            I have already called ur agent many times but they did not respond to it.
            I have waited long enough and my patience runs out now. I don't want to continue this service any more. Its been 10 days now since i am trying to seek attention from your so called response team and failing to do so. Last week i spoke to one of your senior supervisor "ram prasad joshi" regarding the complaint 1-[protected]. He told me that i will get a call back within a hour by himself and he assured me that its a high priority case from his end. Well its been 5 days now and i didn't receive a single call or a mail.
            So now i get the point that tikona digital company is a fraud company
            And all the schemes are plotted to loot the customer.
            This careless attitude towards ur customer shows how pathetic is ur service
            U left me no choice but to terminate the service asap.
            I want my full money refund by the end of this week and

              Tikona connection -[protected]

              I got connection from TIKONA on 20th June, but due to worst network service after I made 30 complaints, requested to disconnect, mail sent on 1st july 2017
              I got mail from TIKONA, my network disconnected on 6th July 2017.

              But till now not getting my refund, as per TIKONA system shows RS 719.
              I paid Rs 1850 at the time of connection.
              Refund it immediatley

                Purchased a broadband connection from Tikona around two week ago with 2000 Rs full payment for 3 months and 10 mbps unlimited plan.
                Customer ID :[protected]

                NOW Speed reduced to 1/5 with taken full amount for 3 months.
                Already complained them thrice without any success.
                They just communicated that a sms will come but I have the issues even after a week also.

                Facing issues in hangout and embarrassment and issues while working from home and thus my job also along with buffering online tutorials.

                Would like to pursue a case to get my money back along with plenty for the time and resources wasted due to this.

                Was kind of mental harassment where I am still waiting to resolve the issue.

                  I am subhendu nayak from mumbai. I have tikona connection user id is [protected]. I have use tikona connection only 20days.in between 20days i have complain 10-15 in ur cust care. U r engineer will visit my place 7-8 time but he will not solve my net speed issue. Y tikona plan net speed is 3mbs but we rec onlyb150-200kbps that why i m so frustrated ur tikona connection. Again i call ur cust service call centre pls close my connection. Aftr 1 days i wil take new connection from other broadband my internet problem will slove. Aftr 10 days i have rec a bil frm tikona amount of 390. I have use tikona service only 20 days in 200kbps speed i already pay 1500 at d tym of connection then why i need to pay 390. Then cust executive will say pls continue ur connection i will give discounts of this amount in ur next bill. I am clearly say i don't need ur tikona service at anymore. Aftr 6 month today i received call from delhi he say he is lawyer from delhi court u have pending amount of this u wil pay now 1508 rs to close d case other wise we launch complain against u. I don't understand whts doing call centre guys i clear told u pls close line i don't wanna use... Then why tikona company put complain against me...

                      I have big problem with tikona bill, plan is of 550 rs where i have already paid for rs 1334 for 2 months bill.

                      Pfa attached bill screenshot, there is no such amount has been added, but no idea how they are adding 100 rs extra whereas they has already done the waveoff of late fine.

                      I have receive the call the tikona care executive the person is the worst way to talk as confirm by him my monthly bill should 649 rs after tax but i have received the bill for 667 rs.

                      Where as there services is in worst condition i have done the complain for many times it is not getting improve.
                      So request you to take an action against this bill and services.

                        Tikona — Mental Harassment

                        Hello! All, I would like to highlight this issue prevalent with this company (Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd.). I too have been getting threatening calls from [protected] and [protected] This woman tells me that she is from Narendra Kalra's Office who apparently is an Advocate at the Delhi Tis Hazari Court informing me tht court case is ongoing against my non payment of bill and my CIBIL score will be hampered with. I informed her that we hd taken a 3 month plan and paid in advance as we were supposed to travel out of india for 6 mnths.
                        Tikona sent us bill for 4th month which was not used and usage itself has 0 mb in their bill which kept multiplying in our absence. She wanted me to pay for the amount directly to tikona. I asked the woman(Narendra Kalra's Office) as to why hasnt tikona called me? There was no answer and instead she replied that tikona will not make contact with you and you also cannot make contact with them!?
                        She kept asking me my personal details to which i objected. Further she threatened me to stating she was from civil court and i would have to come to delhi to fight the case for rs2223. She was cross_verifying my personals details as asking me personal details as fathers name etc. I suppose this I would urge this forums support to First blacklist such pathetic companies who charge you for no service used and try to extract personal information details as pan card etc

                          Tikona customer care is harassing me by demanding below after my service termination (16 july 2017):-

                          1. Pending dues rs. 1, 508.65/-

                          I don't own any pending dues from tikona as i had requested service disconnection on 25th feb and again on 6th march 2017 i. E. Well before next billing cycle start. Still tikona continued their service in the month of april 2017 and are asking me to pay bill for it. Refer attached email for same. Tikona customer representative kept asking me to check connection in april month and confirmed on call that they wont charge me if the issue is not fixed. This issue was never fixed since march 2017.

                          2. Modem return

                          After frequent emails and consumer complaints tikona finally sent there representative to my home to collect modem and other stuff. Modem was returned on sunday 16th july 2017. Even after this tikona is sending me emails regarding modem return.

                          I requested service termination on 25th feb 2017 on which tikona acted on 12 july 2017. Since the beginning of year 2017 i feel being harassed by tikona by giving me false commitments of fixing my connection issues, and now dues for the things which i never used. Till date i have had hundred of calls and emails with tikona representatives and their recovery agents related to issue i described above. They had similar answers which were intended to keep me hooked to there connection on which they can charge me (Even if the service is unusable to me).

                            This is to bring to your notice : i have been harrassed by your company calls on 8th august 2017.in the month of april 2017 there was a lot of nework issue and the whole month there was no service provided. When i asked them to disconnect they delayed it and asked me to pay the outstanding bill. For which i clearly mentioned that they should refund me since there was no service provided. I have received demand notice and legal calls from the so called tikona lawyer mukesh sharma - ph: [protected] from madhya pradesh. He threatened me saying if i do not pay the bill of (923 (Tikona bill) and 2000 (Penalty) total 2923 i will have to come to delhi for the 420/403 case they will file against me. They said bangalore police will come and bring me to delhi. They threatened me so much that i was under pressure to pay the money. They said 2000 rupees via icici check and a no due certificate will be sent to me in three days from the court. I feel cheated by this company and forced to pay the money.

                            I also have the phone conversation recording with the so called lawyer demanding money and threatening me.

                              After continued poor service since march 2017, i decided to stop tikona broadband. But they are not willing to do that. After many failed telephonic requests, i wrote email twice to stop service. But they denied getting any email.

                              Every time someone different picks up the call. So its irritating to explain all over again. Plus, there is no accountability.

                              They are now increasing a false payable amount every month. It seems that they want to extract cash by hook or crook even in small quantities.

                              I look forward in getting a favorable reply from your end soon.

                              It seems that there is no effect on Tikona even after it was intimated by this FORUM.

                              I had written to their FORUM on their request, but they blocked the post. Never posted it.

                              They are simply bypassing the maim issue. See how they were so hasty and dedparately tried to close this issue in their last comment.

                              Now they are again sending mail and threats with ever increasing false bills.

                              Shame on you, cheater and beggar branded blood sucking sly mosquito type ##### company. May your company close very soon with all crooks in jail.

                              Answer my queries here, if you have guts. Don't hide with dirty tricks.

                                Ever since i took the connection i had troubles, low speeds random net outage etc. I had to call the customer care every single day since i got the connection.
                                I used the connection for maximum of 1 week and went ahead with another provider. I call up the customer care and requested a termination and refund on 24th july. They keep on calling saying they will fix it, they provide better security etc etc over my current isp. And there is no refund.

                                I made a mistake by choosing tikona and i regret this decision very much.
                                I will make sure anyone i know will never take a connection from them.

                                I had paid 2450 for 3 months offer. I used it for 10 days or so, never switched it back on after that.
                                I do have all the recording of the interaction with the customer care people.

                                I lost rs 2250 for using it for less than a week . And you still want more ? . Why is this so hard ? you took the money, no refund & how is removing a connection so hard ? . the cables you provided are gathering dust in a corner in my house . thank god i bought my own router . And i have been using another isp and have not even plugged in tikona connection ever since i asked for a termination .

                                  Hi, let me tell you, that you guys are providing the worst service to the customers. Pathetic service, irritable internet, i will never recommend your service to other. Let me tell you my issue, my user id is [protected] i am staying in thane ghodbunder road, my internet is not working from 25th july and your idiotic guys didn't sent a technical engineer to resolve the issue. One guy which was assigned told me directly on the phone that i cannot do anything on this issue it's a network issue in the tower, when i called like 20 times to your pathetic people on service care number, each and every time they use to tell me that our technical team is working on the issue, your area is facing some network issue in the tower so it will get resolved in 24 hrs but it never got resolved. As a result my internet was not working for more than 1 week. Then after 1 week your pathetic internet started working for 15 min then again it used to get lost for 15 min then again it use to get working for 15 min then again it used to get lost. So again i call your pathetic people who are always telling lies to their customers, they again told me that it will get resolved in 24 hrs if not then we will assign an engineer, but so smartly your internet started working fine for 24 hrs and after 1 day again your internet was gone, then today again i called your toll free number but it took complain number and idiotic process got continued, then again i called billing department and told them the issue like before, but they said that they are billing department they cannot do anything, so you will again have to wait for 24hrs and then if it will not get resolved then again they will talk to me and assign engineer. So what should i do now, do we only have this work. Solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                    I am using 2 connections of tikona and i am fed up with the services and lack of cooperation from the service provider.

                                    Every single day i have to complain about the net not working, and after repeated complaints they say that the technician has been appointed to you, but to my surprise nobody turns up to rectify the problem.

                                        I have taken an internet connection from tikona broad band on 12th may 2015 (User id[protected] for a plan of 4 mbps speed per month (Adbbm4m600) and paid online in advance for 6 months amounting rs 4045.00.
                                        Just after 1 year i have been facing a very poor connection speed with frequent connection error. I have registered the complaint on 22/09/16 & several times thereafter (25/09/16, 07/10/16, 08/10/16, 09/10/16, 25/10/16, 03/11/16, 23/11/16, 6/12/16, and 15/12/16) in their customer care service email id ([protected]@tikona.in) but have failed to get proper resolutions.
                                        I have also requested them to disconnect their lines (07/10/16, 09/10/16) as they have failed to provide me the proper service but they have forced me every time to continue their poor internet service with false commitment. Being frustrated and seeing no other way i have stopped payment & using their connections. I have been suffering with mental agony and have failed to disconnect their lines as they are always pressing me over phone and via mails to continue their service and have been increasing their bills every month.
                                        Finally after several communication via mail and over phone they have requested me to pay rs 690/- as final settlement against my overall dues dated till 30/01/17 which i have paid online immediately on the same day. They have promised to give me a better service & asked me to give them a last chance to improve. They told me that i will get uniform 6 mbps speed for 5gb and post 5 gb, i will get unlimited 1mbps for a monthly subscription plan of rs.400/- only. On their false commitment i was again trapped in their cage and forced to continue the poor broadband service again & getting the same speed issue (Only kbps speed against uniform 6 mbps speed) and frequent connection errors thereafter. I have again lodged the complaint on 14/02/17, 16/02/17. On seeing no improvement i finally decided to disconnect the line again and paid rs 868.05 on 13/03/17 towards payment till date and advance payment for next cycle billing till 26/03/17.
                                        I have requested them over phone and mails to disconnect the internet service (Auto acknowledge online request number is 1-[protected]) and send a mail on 14/03/17 (Auto acknowledge online request number is 1-[protected].) not to generate any bills after 25/03/17 and i have also stopped using their internet on and from 23/03/17.
                                        Though i have requested to disconnect my line from my registered e mail id but they did not disconnect the line and told me to call up from my registered phone no [protected] which has been kept on auto rejection by them & i could not able to connect.
                                        I have tried to connect their customer care no[protected] several times thereafter from my registered phone but every time i have failed to connect as it was saying as a wrong no. But when i call up from my alternate no for disconnection and to waive off the bills which has been generated wrongly they are forcing me to call up from my registered mobile no.
                                        Lastly on 01/04/17 following my grievance mail (Online request number is 1-[protected]) i have been able to connect them from my registered phone no [protected] on 01/04/17, again i wrote reminder mail on 11/04/17 (Request number is 1-[protected] finally they have disconnected it on 19/04/17 and asked to me to pay rs.247/-.
                                        I have also called up customer care number[protected] and requested to waive off the charges wrongly imposed on me but they are increasing every month.
                                        On date 04/08/17 i spoke to meghna of their billing section phone no [protected] at around 9.23 am and she has listened to my grievance and cross checked all my previous communications and asked me to ignore all mails and sms and informed me that my pending outstanding bills will be waived off as it was imposed wrongly. She also informed that i need not to pay any bills and registered complains for not sending any reminder mails or sms.
                                        But again i am being harassed through mails and sms for outstanding payment.
                                        Therefore i request your good office to resolve this issue and not to harass the customer like me.
