I was contacted by a lawyer who calls herself priyanka sharna and says she represents tikona (Contact no [protected]) she is threatening to sue me from tikona for outstanding due of 1650 which she claimed.
I have already discontinued my connection in april 2017 so they sent a man in april2017 end to collect the modem and rooftop device since my connection has been stopped since...

This is the standard of this company. I don't understand why the government let's such fraudulent company to operate.

Aug 21 iam forced to pay rs.1878 by some bloody fraud lawyer called shobit chauhan on the promise that this will settle matters once and for all.

Aug 22 i get a suspension alert asking to pay 411

Aug 23 i get a alert again to pay 850!!!?

I tried many times calling customer care, send many emails for disconnection if email services, but there is no response.

I have purchased services from tikona digital network. I have purchased plan for 10mbps speed upto initial 20 gb data. 70-80% of the time, i never got this speed even if i was paying my full bill amount each month.
I have raised complaint to their customer care many times. Every time they worked on it and said problem is resolved but it was again same problem.
