Hello sir,
I am using tikona service from 1st july 2017. They promised for 3 month service under mansoon bonanza offer. I didn't faced any problem till 1.5 month. Once it has completed they are not serving properly. Since, they asked payment for 1.5 month but service would be provided for 3 months under mansoon bonanza offer. Now, they are serving properly. I have raised lot of request to fix the problem permanently. But they are not working properly. Due to all these issue, my work is hampering. Please help me to raise my concern to head of department.

Dear Sir, I am facing network drop and speed issue from 21st August 2017, the day when 1.5 months completed. From then, I am not able to use tikona services seamlessly. And since then you are saying, "We are working on your query but till now you have not fulfilled your promise." Due to all these mess up, I faced financial loss. Who is responsible for this. When I asked about compensation, tikona says, I am eligible for ₹10 waveoff. Tikona you should shmae on yourself. You are not professional, you are not able to perform your duty. "Aapki good review se jyda aapki complained hai, kuch toh sharm kro sir ji." It seems, services will resume after finishing 3 month of my my subscription.

Hello Sir,

As you know, I raised a complaint against Tikona. As they are providing services which they promised. One month has been passed, but tikona team has resolved connectivity and speed issue. When asked for compansation, they said, I am eligible for ₹10 only. I have to call them daily. But they are unable to serve. If they are unable to serve after taking money. They must have declared fraud. Company sholud be punished for the same.

    My reference number [protected]. I had taken the connection of tikona in september 2016 and they promised me the best connection but never did. The connection executive has assured me the best service while opting for the connection. He also mentioned me when i leave the city contact him for the disconnection. When i have to leave the city, i called the tikona connection agent to come for disconnection and mentioned that i will be leaving city in a week in the month of february 2017. The tikona sales agent never came and i did paid all the dues till the month of february - march. But after 2 months tikona has called me and asking me to pay for the all the bills till june 2017. I explained the situation to the customer care they always told "will get back to you soon" but they didn't. All of the sudden i got call from the delhi high court lawyer and they threatened me to pay the money or else they would register a complaint on my name in half hour. Being the student of law, i enquired there bar council number, lawyer id, law firm number which they havent disclosed. I use to get calls from different lawyers atleast thrice in a day which is pressurizing me and affecting me so much. I again called the customer care and got serious on the issue and they asked me to write an email which i did in july. After that no one disturbed me but again i got call yesterday from the maharastra lawyer and he threatened me that they gave my number to police station and they are starting the investigation. I seriously dont understand why do these private companies play with people emotions for their business. I am seriously getting mentally disturbed by the inconvenience they are causing me. I do have all the bills and the internet usage sheets and my last usage data sheet also.
    I am vexed on contacting to the customer care and talk to them to resolve the issue. So, now i am ready to go legally on the company for the mental tension they are imposing on me. Due to which i am unable to concentrate on my research studies.

    Then why do i get calls from your advocates everytime. The mental pressure your imposing on a student is really shocking. l get calls from the customer care that we have looked into the issue and will be resolved. And on the other day i get calls from mumbai and delhi courts that the case has registered and yesterday i got a call from [protected]; [protected] from different advocates. They are literally harassing me all the time to pay me the bills for which i havent used or face the legal action against me. Last week, one advocate called me and warning me about handovering my number to a police station.
    The company has no respect to its customers and harassing students in an inappropriate manner.
    Do not get intimidated by these losers. Airtel did the same with me. I paid a hefty amount to finish this crap. and later I realised that this is the scam they run to loot the customers.
    DO not get intimidated by these people.
    They won't do anything.
    You don't have to worry about it They do it so that they can make you realise that you did a mistake by disconnecting from their network.

      This is to inform you that myself nirbhay mishra s/o shankar dayal mishra is a user of your tikona broadband services whose user id is [protected].

      In this regard this is to inform you that i am suffering a lot in settlement of your services and the negligence of your service provider in varanasi

      Since march i was suffering from a severe pancreatitis attack along with renal of which treatment was going on in hospital due to which i was unable to pay the bill in march & april i. E of rs 2294

      I was unable to do online payments as personally i was not in a condition to do so so i several times approached for payment pick up but none of the representative came to do so.

      After several weeks some of your representative had a conversation with me saying that they are from legal cell & they started abusing me for payment or else a case will be filed against me

      On 14th july 2017 i approached to customer again for payment pickup which was attended by roshni jaiswal whose employee id 23236.

      Even after that legal cell person called me and started abusing me saying that the customer care nos [protected] & [protected] is closed since 6 months and you are lying for payment pickup.
      I complained about it on the same number and they convinced me saying that from now you will not recieve such type of calls.

      The mobile no of that abusing person from tikona was [protected].
      Your representative assured me that proper actions will be taken against him in next 48 hrs and ill be informed about it but they didnt.

      After being convinced by roshni i said for pickup of payment and full and final settlement.

      On that same day a tikona payment pick up representative named mr. Abhay gupta mob no [protected] approached me for payment pickup & i issued a cheque of rs 2294 in favor of tikona digital network pvt ltd via cheque whose cheque number was 962666

      But i am sorry to inform you that till date the cheque has not been cleared from your side and none of your varanasi representative provide me any type of details.

      When i approached to mr. Abhay gupta for payment information he told that "sir your cheque is submitted in our tikona office and it will take some time in clearance".

      After few days your call center representatives again started calling me for payment and they were talking in a threaten manner.

      My issue regarding this matter is that if i have made the payment through cheque and also closed the connection whose reference no is 1-[protected] which was attended by mr abhijeet employee id 4366 then why i am being abused and threaten by tikona services and also why the connection is still going on? Who will be responsible for late payments being leviced day by day?

      It is pertinent to mention here neither of your representative nor your office has infomed me about any type of misplacement of cheque nor any any written information has been given to me by your office for non submission of cheque so that we can issue another cheque in future regarding this payment or make the payment by another mode.

      You are kindly requested to look into the matter and suggest me for what type of actions could be taken against those responsible fellows due to which i am suffering.
      Your suitable reply is expected in next 1 week of receiving this mail.

        Hi,
        My tikona customer id is[protected]
        I was contacted by a lawyer who calls herself priyanka sharma and says she represents tikona advocate (Contact no [protected]) she is threatening to sue me from tikona for outstanding due of rs2000+ which she claimed.
        I have already discontinued my connection in april 2017as they were not givving me appropriate speed which they claimed. So i asked them to remove the connection, so they sent a man in april2017 end to collect the modem and rooftop device since my connection has been stopped since april2017. But still they are sending me harassment call and mail to give the money without using internet connection. And even they are sending demand notice for that. They are giving me mental stress calling from different different numbers everyday.
        Please taking action against these kind of companies as many people have the same problem as mine.

          I am shivendu ajitabh and my id is [protected]. I am facing issue with no internet and slow browsing my complain no from 26-july is 1-[protected] 5-aug-2017 is 1-[protected] another complain number 1-[protected] on 6-aug-17 1-[protected] after all these complain not and i also attached print screen for of slow browsing isssue but not a single engineer visit after all these issue. So its my humble request to disconnect my connection and refund my money because i am a new user and i took a connection by referrring from a tikona user. But this is very bad service i received...
          U committed to 6mbps but my speed between 500kbps to 2 mbps...

            Unprofessional behavior by tikona.. Suggest never buy tikona. I got a connection from tikona and that was of 4 mbps plan, but unfortunately i got 500kbps or even slower than that. Raised complain several times, but the tikona people always argues with their customer and speed issue and try to put blame on customer side without resolving it. But they are very punctual in sending bill. So they keep on sending bill fro 4mbps but they give service at speed of 500kbps or below that. The tikona engg. Visited my house and confirmed that the issue of the speed is because they have added extra 15 or more people in a box (Hopefully junction box), hence i am getting slow speed. I took a screenshot of the speed everyday and have send them the same. But despite of sending me a bill according to the speed they have given, they are threatening go to court with some advocate calling everyday.             The above mentioned connection is too erratic for the last atleast 20 days, after registering so many complaints with them also they are not in a position to set things right.
            Speed of internet is also in a very bad shape.

            I pay the bills ontime, but quite disappointing their service.
            This is a fraud number . i am not satisfied there services .one day tikona cut my connection without my permission .this is unfair tikona side. this a big Fraud Company.

I have cleared all dues and they accepted and i also got mail of full and final termination, all my dues were clear. Now they threaten to file a case and keep harassing me. Please tikona stop this and look into this matter. I found online hundreds of customers facing the same exact problem. Please stop these people from harassing people.

                I Have the mail of full and final payment of rs. 0.00, the mail i received from your side as i have completed the full payment at the time of termination. I had also submitted your connection equipment in time specified by you. But due to some technical mistake my account of tikona showing some due amount.
                solve this issue as soon as possible. As those calls and the way your so called advocate talks on phone is threatening. This is becoming a mental stress to me.

                This is unacceptable and very humiliating for me to receive anonymous calls from your end threatening me and harassing me in a very disrespectful manner and use of false language and words to file a case and explaining me about false claim of internet usage till the month of June, where as i have used your services till march. I have all the required details in the mails and the termination details from your company.This particular matter is harassing me mentally which is a waste of time for you and me as well. Kindly ask your customer care officers to speak to me as I got the response that I will receive the call from them.

                This is a mental stress for us.
                Kindly solve the matter.
                Resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                I have already cleared dues, and i have mail that show my due amount 0.00. I have also mailed that to you but your customer care haven't replied. I also called on customer care but didn't get any response. This is problem from your side that my account is showing due amount. I have also submitted your device on time. Now u are saying me to pay more. This is not right.

                  This is the standard of this company. I don't understand why the government let's such fraudulent company to operate.

                  Aug 21 iam forced to pay rs.1878 by some bloody fraud lawyer called shobit chauhan on the promise that this will settle matters once and for all.

                  Aug 22 i get a suspension alert asking to pay 411

                  Aug 23 i get a alert again to pay 850!!!?

                  Thugs operate this # company and they should be blacklisted.

                    I tried many times calling customer care, send many emails for disconnection if email services, but there is no response.
                    Please disconnect it. Please do the needful
                    I dont have any dues.
                    I am chasing number of times. Please spare me and resolve this.
                    There is no co-ordination from the executives.

                      I have requested for disconnection from tikona services for thier worst service and i was shifting home to new place. When i was shifting no one came to collect modem device. And i took it to new place and informed them to collect but tikona agent didn't come and collect when i was at home. Tikona given one contact number which he respond like their customer care. Informed customercare so many times raise a request for collecting device which they didnt do it. After few months sent bill 1500/- for device which didn't collect and begged them to collect. So many people are facing same issue which i came to know now. Take an severe action against tikona. My tikona id is [protected]

                        I used tikona services for 3 months last year and haven't used the connection at all since december 2016. I used to get messages from the company about suspension of services every single day ever since. I had already paid up for the 3 months subscription. Finally yesterday i. E. 21 aug 2017 a person by the name of shobit chauhan mobile no. [protected] called from delhi claiming to be a lawyer from tis hazari court and threatened me to pay rs.1878 within an hours time or face dire consequences. He also told me that by paying that amount the matter would be settled once and for all. I somehow managed to pay up. The very next day i got 2messages from the company again about service suspension alert.

                        This is a fraudulent company and i would want to go to court for cheating customers.

                          I have been harassed by tikona from last few months by levying false charges.
                          Already raised this issue to their customer department but there is no response. I have request for deactivation of the service on dec 2016 and confirmed from the customer service that there are no due pending on my side. But after few months they have started chazing me for billing amount of 2000 rs and reason given is that instrument not removed yet. After doing that also the amount is still not waived off. They are increasing it every month but are not clearing the reason for that huge amount. I have all this details in email as well.

                            I want to disconnect my tikona internet connection for your worst experience. For a first month i paid rs-1050 before activation of plan and using like a prepaid service. But i disappointed for using tikona internet. Then i disconnected my router from date of plan expires tikona has renewed my tarrif plan for next 2 months without any renewal request from me. If your service is prepaid then how could you renew plan for next month by your own without any request from me? Even your sales representative told me that your service is prepaid and you have to pay first for internet connection then how could you renew my connection without my permission. For your behaviour and harassment calls i get mentaly frusteted and scared. I want an answer for this very soon.

                              I'm tikona user since 2015 but facing interner connectivity issue since 12 apr 2017. Have logged n number of calls with tikona technical desk but nobody is able to resolve the issue till date. Engineer visiting the site do not update their call reports and take customer consent on it. Hence there is no clarity if they even update their system with the right call updates. Now the account has got inactive and tikona payment department is continously following up to get the payment done for inr 1618.5/-. There is absolutely no issue in doing any payments... But why should a customer do the payment for the period for which i have got no connectivity. Upon that the payment team of tikona states that "if you cannot afford the connection why do you take the connection". Wow... Such a good customer care service... Never ever had it before... Before making any such statements to the customer please see the history of the customer. Was any month payment got delayed or not paid. Pathetic treatment from tikona...

                                In the year 2015 i was using tikona internet connection, i was the happy with their speed but in may 2015 i need to relocate hyderabad so i asked them to stop the services and their customer executive assure me they will stop the service. When i returned back in delhi in the month of july 2015. They started harassing me through different agents by calling me again and again. Its been 2 year but still i am getting threatning calls and messages from tikona digital network.
                                I hope you will realize your mistake and never threat me again.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have purchased services from tikona digital network. I have purchased plan for 10mbps speed upto initial 20 gb data. 70-80% of the time, i never got this speed even if i was paying my full bill amount each month.
                                  I have raised complaint to their customer care many times. Every time they worked on it and said problem is resolved but it was again same problem.

                                  I was totally fed up with their service and asked to stop their service. But they again said to me observe the service and don't disconnect.
                                  Finally i scolded them to stop service without any explanation. I have not paid bill for last 2 months which is near about 1200 approx. Now tikona is asking me to pay same. Actually the kind of service they have provided to me is not at all worth to pay single rupee. Even i want them to pay my amount back which i have paid in previous months as they have not provided speed as per promise.

                                      I took new connection and hardly used one month only. Let me explain it below;

                                      New connection took on 25/may/2017 and paid rs. 1330

                                      Your sales executive informed that out of rs. 1330, rs. 500 is the installation charge and remaining amount will be adjusted in the 1st month billing cycle.

                                      First week i didn't use your connection due to technical issue, then i stopped using tikona after 21/jun/2017. Altogther i didn't use the tikona connection for 1 month also... Then why i am over charged? Track my tikona usage summary for more details... I hardly used 20-25 days only.

                                      When i called tikona customer care, the execute informed that no need to pay any amount since tikona customer care executive forwarded my complaint to finance team. After that finance team will waveoff the outstanding amount which is not properly charged.

                                      Still i am getting so many calls and receiving messages from your end. Could you stop calling me, send messages to my mobile number which is affecting my privacy.

                                      Till date i didn;t get any proper response... Useless service provider + useless customer service...

                                      I was waiting for reply but these people charged ove due amount also... Now, i need to pay rs. 530 which includes over due charge also

                                      I never ever use this connection if i get free of cost also...

                                      Drawbacks about tikona

                                      - if you disconnect then they will say it will take 15 days to process, so you will end up paying additional charges if you are not using also, some how they will drag it for one month and they will charge for it.
                                      - they won't do any wave off
                                      - customer support will say that the finance team will do wave off but don't trust them and you wont receive any positive response, not even proper response
                                      - till you pay then will keep bugging you for your outstanding, they wont fix problem
                                      - while taking new connection they won't put new setup/receiver box kind of thing...in front of you, they will open new box and fix it... After sometime they will say that new box not registering... So we will put old box which already registered with tikona
                                      - all fake commitments they give and provide new connection, after that you can't expect anything better service
                                      - if you book for new connection then tikona sales person, technical person and area manager will come to your place and give connection within 2 hours. But you raise technical complaint or cancel the broadband service then they will tell it will take 15 days to process + the billing won't stop. So you have to pay what ever they charge it.

                                      Finally, i used for 20-25 days but i paid rs. 1330 (New connection fee) + rs. 530 = rs1860

                                      Don't trust this service provider and don't recommand to your friend also.

                                      Please take some action on them and make them to correct their tikona policies

                                        #tikona this is not fair you received the payment and torturing us like hell for installing the radio/box if you cannot do that its ok but train your executives how to be humble with the customers they will never answer the call after collecting the documents and cheque they are arrogant. You withdrawn my cheque next day in july your executives don't maintain time lines, your executive named pramodh [protected] visited my office for connection and he begged to give him the lead in order to achieve his target. We had requirement and we given him the lead, he was absconding after receiving the documents and cheque, two days later pramodh sent a message that talk to his team leader ali [protected] he simply ignoring my issue and finally he called us today that your refund was initiated it will take 25 days.
