Hello

We are having a tikona connection since last two years and let me tell you connectivity issue is very high and many times we have faced a poorest customer care handling.
The recent is that for last 15-20 days we have been facing the issues and calling again and again to the customer care.. Wait for 25 minutes and still issue is unresolved. They have assured engineer visit many times but didn't fulfill the promise at all and apart from that they are sending bill payment reminders. Almost half of the month we haven't had connectivity then why should we pay the bill.
And they are not even saying it clearly so that they are unable to provide solution so that we search for another service provider.
The company seems to me is weakest at customer care issues and connectivity.
We have been simple mislead and harassed by the customer care.. They are blank in providing the solution. They do not provide mail replies/call replies and other resolution. Its simply wastage of energy and time.

    I am tikona user and i can say that tikona has worst internet connectivity & worst speed ever. I think 3g is far better than this worst brand.
    I belong to gurgaon in south city 1.
    Using since 1 month.. Every day i complaint about "internet is not working" & i get a message that my complaint is resolved.
    But i didnt get any resolution from anywhere.
    My internet is worst daily. Most of the time i could not even able to login its own land page, it works like mood swing.
    I just want my connection to be disconnected else, i will through out its everthing.
    I believe that it would be better to use 2g connectivity than that of tikona 6mbps plan

      My user id is [protected]. I am using tikona services almost nearing 5 years.

      Presently i am facing connectivity problems very frequently. You can also acertain from your failure call log record.

      I am unable to followup with you for getting my problem rectified. You examine your technical feasibility and then revert. If this problem persists, i may have to change the service provider.

      Do not drag on, after me asking for change in service provider. Let this be the last time i am requesting you for technical assistance.

      You will be getting a request for termination of your services if this persist.

        Hi,

        I have a 6 mbmps connection and have never got that speed. I do get upto 3mbps speed but the speed is highly fluctuating. Today morning i got a speed as low as 0.2 mbps. I have raised multiple complaints and also an engineer visit was scheduled. The engineer checked and told me that some device needs to be installed above my building, but there is no follow on action and i still have the issue. All the tickets that i have raised have been marked resolved when in reality it is not resolved. Some of my current open tickets are 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]. Every time i raise a ticket, it is being marked resolved without it being actually resolved and every time i need ti start from scratch raising a new ticket and explaining to the call centre/engineer the same issue right from scratch. Please dont do this and help me resolve this matter in a sane way.

          I have asked for a disconnection request on april 22, 2017 and have not been able to resolve the issue.
          I have been getting multiple calls every day from the service provider to pay the bill but have not found any resolution. Some of the calls have been threatening in nature. It is causing a lot of mental trauma for me. Can you please resolve it at the earliest?

            Since last week i have been getting calls from some advocates supposedly on behalf of tikona network. My tikona i'd[protected] was used only for 3 months last year.. However the advocate priyanka sharma ([protected]) called me up today afternoon from delhi and said that tikona has filed case against me for outstanding payment of 2250/- she further told me that if i make payment she will mail me the noc.. I have made payment but now nobody is picking up the number.. I think she is not a advocate but a recovery agent hired by tikona.. Further, tikona has not responded to my mails regarding disconnection... The whole episode has caused mental trauma to me and financial loss.. I want tikona service to return my money and disconnect the disused tikona connection...

            yesterday evening i got call from delhi police supposedly regarding reversal of payment ..The guy tried to milk information regarding my debit card, which i rejected sternely ..today evening I got call from tikona service ...The guy on phone tried to make me understand to continue with tikona which I am not willing...I told him that I only need no dues certificate from tikona and disconnection of connection..complaint is still unresolved.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I, anand murarka has a tikona broadband connect and the account id is [protected]. I had earlier requested for surrender of the connection in response to which there were numerous calls and as a result of that i accepted an offer made by miss shweta her employee id which i remember tentatively is 2946/2746. Your executive i. E. Miss shweta called me on 12/07/2017 stating that some of the plans and finally i agreed to her and thought of getting a bill free plan of yours. As per miss shweta's words i had to pay 1, 100 rupees which had a bifurcation of (100 which was for charges till date and balance 1000 for subscription of bill free plans). I made the payment immediately.

                Now the problem comes in i wasn't using the connection so didn't realise if it's working or not and on 13/07/2017, miss shweta again called up stating there is an outstanding of rs 69/59 which i need to pay. Now it wasn't for money it was a quarrel on ethics and your commitment. On return to this payment of rs 69/59 i was offered 4 gb extra data which was of no use to me so i directly denied to pay the outstanding amount which was stated by miss shweta. She raised a complaint and stated a time limit of 24hrs to resolve the same. Since than lots of 24hrs have lapsed and no comment from your company's end. I called several times and got the same response wait for 24hrs. I have certain questions which i need an answer for. When you guys can message, mail and call to your customers for your due bills why can't you do the same when you are liable to your customer?

                Is your organisation full of people who have no value for the customer? I didn't get a call from miss shweta or any other employees of yours even once post 13/07/2017.

                Is it the customer who should suffer because of your employees commitments? What kind off organisation it is where in you will give a reminder of bill payment from 15th onwards when the bill due date is 22nd?

                Only your money is valuable and the customers money and time has no significance. What compensation will i get for the amount of trouble i am facing?

                Why didn't i get a message or mail of complaint raised for waiver? Why should i be in pain because of a mistake of your employee? What compensation will i get for the pain i am in?

                I hope to see a firm step in resolving the issue and also on deciding a compensation which i should be entitled to. Further would like to add a compensation is a consent which both the parties mutually agrees at.

                  We have been getting harassment calls from [protected]/[protected] claiming to be advocate rajesh sharma from delhi sessions court on behalf of tikona broadband regarding outstanding payment of rs700. The account has been closed and all dues had been paid at the time of disconnect but they still claim to have an outstanding of rs 700. However mr sharma has demanded to pay rs2700 instead of rs700 claiming inclusive of court charges. I have refused to pay 2700 as i am not liable to make that payment. This person has been very rude and threatens to log a case etc for non payment of the demanded amount. He has also called on other number of my family member and threatened about court case and making our life miserable. I want to complain about this and want the above numbers to be tracked to take legal action against them. This has been happening with a lot of tikona customers and some have also made the payments demanded.

                    This complaint too comes from Ahmadabad. i have been facing the similar problem as mentioned in above complaint. The service is terrible, they make fake promises for sending someone however nobody attends the problem. I have two Tikona unlimited connections. Both facing similar problems. Half of the time the net doesn't work rest half its terribly slow. Its like getting cheated for the money paid . Its not unlimited it like the Tikona manipulates the number of hours a customer can use unlimited service and the rest of the hours are taken away in slow and almost no internet at all.                       I have requested tikona to terminate my services as of 28 may 2016, but i was charged till 29 jun 2016. When i got reminder mails about the outstanding amount, i have sent several mails to the tikona customer care that i have paid all the outstanding amounts till 28 may 2016 and i was charged an extra month for which i should not pay.

                      But i didn't get any reply to the mail nor the reminder mails was stopped. I was keep on getting reminder mails in which the outstanding amount was increased every month as the due is still pending as per their records.

                      It seems like my father (Who's mobile number was given as alternate number) got a call from a lawyer saying the outstanding bill was not paid. This is totally unethical.

                      Finally i paid the outstanding amount on 15 jul 2017 to avoid annoying mails and calls to my father. I have paid double the amount of what i was supposed to pay as it got increased in an year. But they have achieved what they targeted (Stealing people's money).

                        I have requested for a termination of network on july 9 of 2017. So far they have ignored their termination request. We have emailed them on 10th july, 12th of july for immediate termination, but all they do is call up the next day and keep convincing us to stop the termination.

                        The next bill cycle begins on 25th of july. It seems they want to carry it till the 27th so that we have to pay for the month of july-august.

                        I had a second connection two years back. Its termination took months. Soon after that lawyers kept calling us to come to court for not paying bills. I had all the necessary documents proving that we terminated the connection. The calls kept on coming for 2 years.

                        I feel the same is happening again for this termination. I want an immediate termination for this connection without the harassment we had faced before.

                          I was requested for cancellation in the month of 22-jun, but simply they are sending the mail saying the issue resolved, and i was unfortunate to know their 3rd rated behaviour for keeping the connection live, and sending the repeated reminders, followed with having some threatening calls from their local team.

                            I had earlier filed a complaint against Tikona Service provider regading fraudulent billing explaining to them that I had applied for a disconnection on 30 Nov for which id is 1-[protected] and hadn't used their connection since then. I have been using ACT connection sice then. Also, I'm getting multiple calls regarding my pending bill payment which is causing me mental harassment. These guys marked my complaint as resolved and still asking me to pay balance amount of Rs1695. Proof of same is mail below which I got from Tikona on Jun 10

                            I had requested for disconnection of Tikona broadband services on 20 Nov 2016 for which request id 1-[protected] was generated. I requested the same on phone multiple times for the same. Also, I had paid the bill in advance till 30 Nov 2016 and hadn't used Tikona services after that. Still, Tikona customer care people kept harassing me regarding the same and asked me multiple times to pay the due bill of Rs 1495 even after trying many times to explain them the actual situation.

                            I had sent mail to tikona partner on 10 Jan for the same as mentioned below.

                              In the month of april, i took tikona as my isp as they have feasibility in my location, now i use only 2-3 hours of internet in a day but never get a good speed i am on 3mpbs plan where as i getting 0.13 mbps speed i contacted tikona multiple times for the same but they only arrange a tech. Tech already told me its becuase of the reliance mobile network tower and that the reason i not getting proper signal. And tikona asking me to erect a pole near the boundry wall of the roof where they plant there device i took a estimate how much i've to pay for the pole its near about 3500 and tikona wants me to pay for that..

                                Hello,

                                I had utilized the tikona services and because of their pathetic services i discountinued their services in feb'17 and drop them an email as well.

                                Yesterday, i received a call from [protected] claiming himself as tis hazari court advocate and asked me to pay inr 2, 967 to avoid any legal case. He called me during my office hours and confirmed me that if i will make the payment at tikona website he will ensure that he will get 75% reimbursement by getting magistrate approval and he will also get noc from tikona stating that no dues are pending from my side. Since i am law abiding citizen and did not want issue i made the payment without realizing that i had already made all the payments and have proofs for the same.

                                Now, i am trying to call above given number but no response. On top of that, just now i got call from tikona customer care and they are again asking me to drop an email to some email-id to de-install the device and if i dont do that they will impose penalty of inr 1, 500 on me.

                                I am not sure what exactly is happening and need govt support to protect.

                                the point here is not of discontinuation, the problem is I am getting harassed by your staff and by faking as lawyer your team had forced me to pay 2967. Where is reply on this point? Do not try to divert the actual topic of complaint by fooling around.

                                Also, note that I had sent an email of account discontinuation on 11th Feb'17, do you guys need 5 months to discontinue. Note that this email was sent to your team on 7th Jun'17 as well and again Tikona did not action on it and were only trying to convince to continue your services. If customer has given you request in Feb'17 how can you expect him to wait for 5 months for your inefficiency and how he will be responsible for any penalty?

                                  On june 28 2017 around 10 a. M in morning i got the call from the mobile#[protected] saying i am lawyer choudhary. I have to pay the bill amount of rs. 1847/- otherwise they will file the case against me. I have payed the whole amount and now i am getting the mails from tikona to pay the another bill of rs. 350/-.

                                  When i called on this number they are not entertaining me.

                                  Due to the worst service, i requested and dropped the mail to tikona for disconnection in january, they call back and asked me to gave them one chance and asked me to observed the connection for one week without charge. So i did the same and continued but after some days again same connectivity problem started so i again log the request. Then in march again i logged the request. Everytime they close my request without my confirmation and when i call customer care they say i have provided the confirmation. But didn't provided any confirmation even i only asked for disconnection.

                                  Now even i have payed the whole outstanding again they started the same thing and now they raised the bill amount of rs. 350/- again.

                                  Please do the needful.

                                  Again today i got the bill amount of rs. 1153 without using the services and requested several times for disconnection they are continuosly generating the bill.

                                    One of the poorest services. 1st one month oli i got gud network. After tat it's not working at all. Even i called for disconnection they not accepted tat. They sent a network engineer. He also checked n said no connection here u don't need to pay anything. But still they charging the bill. N i got thread calls for their team. Delhi court.                                       I have an outstanding bill in tikona for that i have paid 70% as they informed me to pay minimum so that they can cancelled my services. I have done the same but after that they have suspended my service but again they are charging the amount and late fees and some of there employee call from different number and abuse and also threatening that they know how to recover.

                                        I used tikona connection for more than two years and unable to receive proper signal and bad internet service and disconnected connection in jan 2017 and send email to customer care at that time.. But they not disconnected and every day i was tortured by customer care calls and warning me to pay amount of 1900 rs to disconnected.. Got fake lawyer calls total me you will receive with 24hrs noc letter, then i paid total outstanding amount but still it was not resolved still receiving calls from them.,
