As stated in this mail received by you, the disconnection date mentioned is 21 Dec 2016. I had paid bill till 6 Dec 2016. So could you please explain me how am I being charged Rs 1675/- for period of 7Dec 2016 - 21 Dec 2016
the point here is not of discontinuation, the problem is I am getting harassed by your staff and by faking as lawyer your team had forced me to pay 2967. Where is reply on this point? Do not try to divert the actual topic of complaint by fooling around.
Also, note that I had sent an email of account discontinuation on 11th Feb'17, do you guys need 5 months to discontinue. Note that this email was sent to your team on 7th Jun'17 as well and again Tikona did not action on it and were only trying to convince to continue your services. If customer has given you request in Feb'17 how can you expect him to wait for 5 months for your inefficiency and how he will be responsible for any penalty?
