Dear sir, my user id : [protected], i have got a broad band connection on 29.09.2015. Initially their speed were good. Slowly their service was gotten worse. Even if i complaint through customer care, they won't rectify it properly and won't record the complaints also in their registers. So when even i talk to the customer care, they say, there were no previous complaints in my history. Finally i requested to customer care to cancel the connection and to close the account in september 2016. But without doing that, they have prolonged the cancellation and brought to the next billing cycle, and generated new bill with amount of rs. 386.in feb 2017, they have taken their instruments from my home. I've written email to mr. Jayakrishnan nair, appellate authority, on 07.10.2016, but no response or reply from him. His contact details are:

They kept on adding 100 rs. As on the rs. 386, now they are asking me to pay rs. 879 or else, they wanna take legal action against me.
1. My point is that, in advance i asked them to cancel the broadband, but they purposely extended the situation and made the bill even without consumption.
2. Now they are mentally torturing me, by sending the overdue emails and sms on my mobile. As a reputed person its hard to digest these kind of overdue emails and sms.
3. If i try to contact any of the customer care officer over the phone, to explain about the situation, ivrs longs for 3-4 minutes and ends abruptly.
4. I need the justice, by waiver the total dues mentioned as per their billing. As i am travelling, my contact number is [protected]. My email id: [protected]@yahoo.com

The above problem is not Resolved. As per my request I need a waiver of the unwanted bill of Rs 879.37. As you know very well I have given request for cancellation of the connection without using a single bits from your account, but your people initiated the cancellation on the later months and generated the bill of 386 and kept on adding 100Rs, up to the 879 Rs, till the cancellation. Is it my fault? Its totally a irresponsible procedure of the Tikona. Now You people are asking for final settlement of Rs 879.37 or otherwise for threaten for the legal action notice. The consumer complaints forum has to support and back me in this regard to nullify/ waive the unwanted bill of Rs 879.37 and clear the threatening of legal action.
