Hi,
This is nilay soni user id [protected]

Have requested to restart my internet service as my total usage of data is 434266.7812mb as per session history received from tikona customer care and my prepaid plan is 500 gb 4 mbps speed for 2 years.

I've requested the same for 2 times in previous 15 days and hasn't revert back.
Hence, i called again in technical department for the same. But mr sagar panchal (Senior desk manager) from "billing department" told me that i can not talk to technical department and we do not have your "records".

Hence, i requested him to transfer my call to technical department, he "ignored". And he was not ready to understand that my usage has not yet completed instead, he was forcing me to pay my outstanding. As per my knowledge there should not be any outstanding amount since i've not completed my 500 gbs.

If "tikona customer care" do not have my records then who do have? That's the biggest question.
Instead, mr sagar told me we do not have your records but you mail us the session history that was mailed by tikona cc. What the hell!! If you people has my recored and if you can mail me then, why the hell mr sagar told me to mail it again. "whats the logic??"

For that i've been ignored so many times for the same.
How a customer can not talk to technical department?? — what the rubbish by telling that sorry sir that is our rule that you can't talk to technical department. If the problem is of technical department, then how can billing department solve technical problem.???

As i am the loyal customer of tikona broadband, i want justice to the issue by giving me my 65 gb which was remaining plus some compensation of 30 gb net with 4 mbps speed for not forwarding my requests for last 15 days.

It is so shameful for tikona that you people do not feel any responsibility or accountability for the customer.

        My name is upender sharma and my tikona id is [protected].
        I was using this connection from 2016 but now i am not using your services because of tikona's bad and frustrated services i lost my job and got penalty 10, 000/- rs. By my client.

        After 3 advance month... Many times i called in customer care and tell the internet not working. I got only recording, msg said, "our technical person will call you"... But from last 2-3 months, nobody called me about my complaint. And when i lost my job... Finally i sent mail to tokona that because of your bad services and frustrated customer support
        I lost my job and got 10, 000 panetly by my client.

        Now your local people/fake laywers called me from different numbers and harras me for payment and said: "we are calling from delhi court, mumbai court" and warning me for legal action?

        Nobody asked about my problem, about my lost job, about penalty which i had from client??? Only they warning me for legal action just for one-month payment???.

        Finally, i complained to national consumer forum (Docket no: 316965) about this issue that your person calling me on fake numbers, warning me for legal action without listening to my problem and harassing me for payment.

        Please help!!

          Unfortunately, i was a tikona customer by bad luck in 2016!
          I started using their services from 12th june 2016. I had used internet for hardly 2-3 months in which i was always complaining innumerable times to them for poor internet connection. They used to send some technical guy but the problem never solved. Then i asked tikona to stop my services in july but they assured my that all my queries will be resolved. Despite me repeatingly asking them to stop my services from july to december, they did not stop my services and kept sending me bills which i paid.
          After november 2016, i asked them to not send me any bills and take my router away but they said that technical faults can be solved and kept emailing and calling me. Getting really frustrated with this, i stopped giving importance to their calls and emails.
          Due to their sheer negligence in not stopping my services, my bill kept pilling for i don't know what reason and has now added upto 755 rupees.
          But their act of shameful didn't stop here. Now i am getting fraudulent calls from fake advocates stating that i will have to come to court and i will be jailed if i do not pay their bills.
          This is purely harassment and torture of customers by companies like tikona. Firstly, you do not give any services and the customer keeps paying bills. Secondly, you torture the customer through fake and threatening calls.
          I have sent emails to both tikona customer care and their ceo but haven't got any response.
          I am going to take legal action against this company now because they have crossed all limits of customer harassment.

          I got a call from Tikona executive yesterday and he had stated that we can go for settlement of the account.
          Today again I have received calls from "Tees Hazari Court" threatening me to make full payment.
          I need to take action against this because this is a case of defamation. Despite the fact that I should be taking action, I am being threatened for complaint against me.

            I had a prepaid connection of tikona and my account number was [protected]. I had taken it as a 3 months plan, but i experienced network disconnection issues for several days during the 3 moths period.

            After expiry of this plan i asked tikona customers care official to terminate the plan as i was no longer need of their frustrating service, but they denied to do so and were convincing me to get fresh plans/re-recharge. I was getting their calls for several days asking for re-registering their service and they were telling several new plans to which i denied to register. They keep harassing me for 30 minutes - 1 hour whenever they called, refusing to hold down the phone.

            Now again they are coming up with threat calls from delhi tees hazari court saying that pay the bills in next 30 minutes or else we will file the case against you. Below are the numbers from which i am getting continuous calls.

              I had a prepaid connection and my account number is ([protected]) that was taken last year in the month of june and used it for 3months till september. After september i had discontinued using the tikona and requested to close the connection. Even then i was receiving messages from tikona to pay the amount, to which i called the customer care again to resolve this and then the messaged were stopped but yesterday again i had received a message from tikona to pay overdue amount 1727 for the services that i haven't used. Today, after speaking to your legal department personnel it was conveyed to me that my connection was changed from prepaid to postpaid which was not notified to me. Also i was told that they can see usage in the month of october 2016. Could you please send me my october month usage details and let me know why my connection was not terminated even after calling customer care and why my account was changed to postpaid.

                I am going to discontinue tikona (Will find someone else) after this month for below reason:

                I have made complaint in last week regarding my internet connection and issue is 4 days a week won't be able to connect and on remaining days speed is like less then 512kbps.
                So thursday a person one from calls me and on friday comes to visit my home and said your device need to relocate on terrace so you have to complaint tikona cust care.
                So i tried but can't be able to contact cust care team as recording tape is saying that you have assigned an engineer regarding your issue and soon be updated with name and contact number.
                I tried tp contact cust care team till friday evening then i call last visited person and told him regarding this and he said ok i'll come tomorrow and fix this.
                So on saturday i got call from person two and i did same thing to him which explaining issue and he told me that i'll come tomorrow (Sunday) and fix this.
                On sunday i got no update or call back from person two and here comes person three from tikona in picture and called me and come to my home for visit and told me that i'll go
                Office and bring cable and fix this. So my whole sunday goes waste.
                On monday morning i got call from person four regarding my issue and told me to come to visit so i told him that a person three is assigned to me for this issue.
                Now here is a twist when i callback person three on monday so he said that i am assigned to another customer and i am not being able to help you again you have to
                Call customer care and register complaint.

                So now situation is so many person is assign to me but none of them is interested in resolving my issue.
                One more thing in between this 5 days i also got call from customer care and what they said is very ridiculous, they said we are very short on man power in your area so it may take time to assign you an engineer.
                So my question is if they are short with man power then how can four different people call a same person in a same day or they are not interested in a small customer like me.

                Since last five days all my work is stooped. And whenever i get to login in tikona speed is like bull*, 2g can run faster than this.

                One more thing i want to add that i am trying to upgrade my plan to 6mbps since last 2 and half months and they are refusing it with reason of not feasible in your area, so let me tell you one thing there are 2 customers in my area and in my next building
                Which are using 6mbps and 10mbps plan so why i am not.

                  Hello all,

                  I have been receiving calls from people [phone number: [protected]] who tell me that she is an advocate at the delhi tis hazari court and told me that i have 30 mins or else a court case will be filed against me and my cibil score will be hampered with. I have clarified my situation, however, every month i have been getting these calls. My consumer id is [protected].

                  I have already spoken to tikona and informed them that i would pay for the days of services i have used however they are generating me bills which their system has generated for me which is not logical. I request to please take necessary actions for such frauds and guide me to proceed accordingly.

                  I have received your feedback and unfortunately, it is as expected from you. I don't understand the reasons of charging me 1, 022.57 when my plan was of INR 750 and I have been never charged more than INR 862.0 even for the services of the whole month !!

                  It is the 5th Time I am sending you an email to elaborate more on the charges of INR 1022 which you are charging me for the usage of 11 days as per my plan of INR 750.

                  As per my calculation, I need to pay only 275+service taxes for the usage of 11 days.
                  Please stop these fake calls of tes hazari court's advocate otherwise I would have to file a formal consumer complaint.

                    This is sabyasachi roy (Consumer no [protected]). I had taken tikona service. As i had to shift my location of my business, we request their person to disconnect who comes for payment receipt. They did not bother. The same has been informed to them by phone. They were asked to disconnect. (Ref: 100424). We asked them to disconnect. But they put on hold and again resume without permission. They submitted bill even a single kb of internet has not been used for 2 month before bill generation. Their persons are too rude and asks for the money which they have not serviced. It is not of paying rs. 1000/- or so but it is unethical to charge in this way. We sent mail on the above subject. There was no action taken.

                    Later i try to put online application through their online portal. They intentionally put a seperate id. They did not put my mail id which has been provided to their person so that we can not complain online.

                    Why should i pay even a single penny which i have not used or i have not asked for. Later i read a number of complain on them and realise that they without service they try to get money. Even if one begs or in suffering, we give more than 1000/- each time but by this way one organisation should not operate.

                    I asked their people to reach to us at my personal email id.

                      Dear sir, my user id : [protected], i have got a broad band connection on 29.09.2015. Initially their speed were good. Slowly their service was gotten worse. Even if i complaint through customer care, they won't rectify it properly and won't record the complaints also in their registers. So when even i talk to the customer care, they say, there were no previous complaints in my history. Finally i requested to customer care to cancel the connection and to close the account in september 2016. But without doing that, they have prolonged the cancellation and brought to the next billing cycle, and generated new bill with amount of rs. 386.in feb 2017, they have taken their instruments from my home. I've written email to mr. Jayakrishnan nair, appellate authority, on 07.10.2016, but no response or reply from him. His contact details are:

                      They kept on adding 100 rs. As on the rs. 386, now they are asking me to pay rs. 879 or else, they wanna take legal action against me.

                      1. My point is that, in advance i asked them to cancel the broadband, but they purposely extended the situation and made the bill even without consumption.
                      2. Now they are mentally torturing me, by sending the overdue emails and sms on my mobile. As a reputed person its hard to digest these kind of overdue emails and sms.
                      3. If i try to contact any of the customer care officer over the phone, to explain about the situation, ivrs longs for 3-4 minutes and ends abruptly.
                      4. I need the justice, by waiver the total dues mentioned as per their billing. As i am travelling, my contact number is [protected]. My email id: [protected]@yahoo.com

                        I've bought a new connection in the month of june, 2017. I paid an advance of rs 1497.00 to avail the internet services for almost 2 months without any extra cost.in the month of july, 2017, i got email with my bill. When i saw the pending amount of bill i was merely shocked to see that, it is stated as '1278.10'. However, i went into details and found that an adjustment of amount 1471.0.

                        The adjustment amount is added without any relation to my account. After talking to customer associates, i got to know that this adjustment is made due to my registered mobile number was associated to an older account (Which was used in year 2011). It was registered by an another person whose name is "avinash rathi". I have no idea who is this person and why am i being charged for this amount.

                        The customer associates are providing me the different different responses for this issue, somebody says, my amount will be credited back to my account next month if i pay the bill this month. Somebody says, i have to pay the entire amount. Somebody says, i can avail 50% discount on this payable amount.

                        I'm not really sure how these executives are educated. I don't want to pay any amount which is liable to an another person.

                        I've not requested for account termination to anybody, I just requested to remove the Adjustment amount from my previous month bill since I'm not liable to that amount at all. You should take to the person who is responsible for that not me.

                        If you are terminating my account then do that I have no issues, but do not charge anything in the bill since I've already paid the required amount in advance.

                          I am using the internet from january 2017 till date. But every month i have to call continuously for connectivity issue and from customer care they never used to answer the call and resolve my issue. If the issue will get resolve then it will again after some hours the same issue will occur. And somehow the call get connected to technical support at that time i will be in office and they will say switch off the router and the tikona adapter and my question was "how i am suppose to do this because i am in office away from home. If i will say send some technical support guy for help" and their answer will be like "sir we can't help you unless and until you will be in home and do as we say". This didn't happen one time it was always.

Tikona's technical representative came in come day before yesterday and when he asked me "Sir from how many days you are am suffering this issue" I told from the first day when I took the connection." he replied " He came in my home first time and he is the only person who is technical guy in our area and the person who came before were the sales team members". I got shocked and he told me he will come on 13 July 2017 but still didn't resolve my problem. I want to close the connection as you all are making fake promises to customer which is not good for you and Tikona.

                            What a rubbish service you provide a customer, , totally cheating.. Y do u make a customer fool.                                   We were using tikona internet last year for 2-3 years. Many times we were facing internet issues and were not able to get support, therefore in oct 2016 we told tikona to discontinue connection.

                                  We have cleared all dues till oct 2016 end. We also mailed tikona to collect modem from our home.

                                  From last 6 month we received calls of tikona lawers from delhi. They threatened us telephonically and told that warrant has been issued and you have to come to delhi court.

                                  Today 8th july 2017 just now received 3rd call from number [protected] saying warrant has been issued and you have to come to delhi on monday.

                                  At present we are very busy with gst work, we are helping our customers to do work properly in gst and same time such peoples are doing this job of threatening.

                                  Pl. Guid what steps to follow if received again such calls.

                                    My Account number was [protected]. I gave a disconnection request on 27 Feb. My billing cycle was 15 to 15 which means period was under advance rental. I was confirmed on call and mail a copy of which is attached below that no dues are pending. Moreover in this period their technician had used the connection for speed checking and hence was a usage. They lured me numerous times with many emails and calls for not to disconnect which i denied. I got a new Tikona connection only which was a radio frequency one for high speed. There was due generated for 158 Rs.which i asked them clarification as it was not used by me. They finally after many days confirmed there are no dues.
                                    Today i got calls from -[protected] who claimed to be Mr. Sushil Sharma from Delhi Police. Previously from same number some goons called me who claimed to be police constables. They told me unbailable warrant issues in my name and i have to be behind bars and need to come to Delhi from Pune for the case and be present in front of judge. The abused me badly and even threatened me that they will pick me up from my place. They abused me and my family which i got shaken of. They used bad words which i can't even mention here. I rushed to the Police station and reported this incidence after which Mr. Sushil who claimed from Main control room Delhi Police was a bit afraid as i told him i have all recordings of call. After which he started talking in very dramatic manner to me and told we are for your security etc etc. He was saying he is fro Police but he was telling all legal procedure like a settlement agency. I am really feeling bad after this incidence and feeling pathetic on the routes Tikona takes.
