My Tikona Account No. [protected], I have paid all my dues in full settlement in last month, Tikona had confirmed me to terminate my account with Termination Complaint No. 1-[protected], but in this month they again sending me bills to pay them.Why???? It is purely cheating and fraud by them...

We were using tikona internet last year for 2-3 years. Many times we were facing internet issues and were not able to get support, therefore in oct 2016 we told tikona to discontinue connection.

We have cleared all dues till oct 2016 end. We also mailed tikona to collect modem from our home.

From last 6 month we received calls of tikona lawers from delhi. They threatened us telephonically and told that warrant...

Dont ever take tikona internet.
They never close your account and keep on charging you and then finally drag you to court or threaten to drag you to court!

I was TIKONA Broad user I have taken connection in Jan -17 in sec 23 A Gurgaon location, But I was not satisfied with their services and its speed is very pathetic so I continued it for 2 months only as I already paid for it in advance, I made a disconnection request, customer service responded that you stop using the services connection and it will get disconnected and you will not be charged but they didn't disconnect...

I took connection on may 5th 2017 and for two days from the day of connection there was frequent disconnection and speed issue. I contacted customer care for two days for resolution of the issue.
