My self deepak tiwari and i was a tikona consumer 2 years back. My consumer id is [protected].
I have used tikona for 5 months. The before leaving india, i informed them and got a confirmation in this regard that your rental has been terminated.
I have paid rs 8000 in 5 months with proof of bank statement. Now after two years they are chasing me for an outstanding of rs 4000 approx..
Now my total refund amount that tikona should return to me is around 3000 rupees approx.
Under what mathematical calculations, do i suppose to pay rs 4000 to company.
Besides this, despite my writing innumerable emails to them, they are using personals who are claiming themselves from tees hajari court to make the payment.
This sort of misbehavior and fraud is beyond my toleration.
Kindly look into it so that i may get my refubd amount back

10th Apr 2016 : Rs 5000
Used only for 5 months. Maximum that the company can charge me ca never in any case exceed Rs 5000 for this entire tenure.
Objection : Mail on 8th Sep 2016 from Tikona Collections claims Rs 294 outstanding which has been increased to Rs 4500 till date. Where is my refund amount . Kindly refer my emails on Refund amount request.
I have a email of 5th May 2016 in which company promised to refund my Rs 3274 back to me.
I am not used to false tactics and keep my payments and dues very clear. I therefore kept the company duly informed as I assumed genuine action from the company with immediate resolution.
But after 2 years I am facing this ugly scenario of calls and false bills. Kindly rectify and please return a favor to me by helping me get my proper refund amount back for which I have waited so long.
I understand that sometimes there can be errors while bill generation, so please correct and give me proper response. I need my pending amount back.

Updated by Deepak032719 I have sent emails to stop billing on 23rd May and 24th May 2016. Kindly ensure that as a consumer I am not at suffering side . Get your records corrected and take corrective actions so that I may receive my refund amount.
