I stopped the Tikona Broad band connection in month of April-2017 by settling all the due amounts and i got confirmation regarding no due amount. After that stopping i never used the connection, but later that month they sending the bill and i asked them to terminate my account immediately but they not at all terminating my account, just they sending the bills every month. Now i getting the threatening emails regarding bill payment and legal notice, this is too much nonsense, a blackmail and day light robbery. I had sent so many emails regarding termination of the account permanently but they not doing it, even they not responding to my emails.

They threatening me by emails stating that we put a fine for you and will send a legal notice. But I have all the emails regarding the no due and also threatened emails.

    Hi,

    I was TIKONA Broad user I have taken connection in Jan -17 in sec 23 A Gurgaon location, But I was not satisfied with their services and its speed is very pathetic so I continued it for 2 months only as I already paid for it in advance, I made a disconnection request, customer service responded that you stop using the services connection and it will get disconnected and you will not be charged but they didn't disconnect it but generated a bill of Rs 575 against my name for next month even I am not using their service and said you need to pay it after than they can disconnect the connection, I paid the complete outstanding amount of Rs 575 .Even after that my connection is not disconnected but TIKONA generated bill of Rs 190 again saying rental for next month.

    I followed up with the their customer services +50 time but their customer service is also pathetic and haven't taken any action against my request for disconnections.They just say stop using the service and you need not to pay any bills.
    I am getting calls from TIKONA for paying amount every now and then its a kind of MENTAL HARASSMENT.
    Today I received a call asking me to pay RS 308 even I stopped using their service in MARCH month itself.

    I want:
    Action to be taken against such service provider who are charging their user and minting money.
    Blacklist the TIKONA company.
    TIKONA should stop sending unnecessary mails and messages immediately.
    STOP harassing the consumers mentally and financially.
    TIKONA should send me the DISCONNECTION email .

      I had lodged a request for connection cancellation at least 5 times with Tikona customer care and I was even directed to (so called) higher ups who tried every possible method to retain me.I tried patiently explaining them to each one of them that I do not have any relative whom I can transfer the connection nbr do i want to continue with tikona.
      However there has not been a single person who has taken up the responsibility to cancel the connection/ disconnect permanently.
      Torture part :
      1. I get customer care calls from Tikona all the time - in meetings, classrooms, travel etc. asking me to pay up but when I explain my case, they are harassing me.
      2. The moment I politely explain my case to cancel my connection, they hang up the phone on my face.
      3.Today morning was the epitome of bad customer service. I got a call again and I chose to speak to the customer care.I explained my case once again and my call was transferred to the next executive who again tried to force me to retain the connection. When that failed, I was directed even higher up and the process was repeated. I was finally directed to the 5th level and although exhausted, I ended up telling my case again literally begging the head to cancel my connection permanently but of no use. The sheer insensitivity of the staff has lost Tikona a loyal customer.

      Finally the lady (I have the Name and Emp.ID but wish to withhold it for her dignity) hung up that she can't help me and would forward the case to the concerned authority which I highly doubt as I don't think tikona would let go of customers respectfully.

      I now truly believe that Individual customers like me do not matter to Tikona as far as we are coaxed to pay up WITHOUT ANY RESPONSIBLE Customer support or mechanism to DISCONNECT.Why do you run a company when there is no professional ethic.If this is the motto of Tikona as an organization, plz set up a credit card recovery service. It would work just fine with the kind of support staff I have encountered so far (over 20 people till now).

      And now, after an year and half, i still get threatening calls from Tikona fake lawyers (read recovery agents) using abusive language. I still show up the patience to speak but I must say that Tikona doesnt deserve decent customers like me. The list of fake lawyer numbers include

      and a few more which i will update shortly.

      I paid up for 4 months extra (4 times in fact) on the assurance that my connection will be cancelled. Now these fake lawyers from Delhi district court threaten to extract 22, 000 Rs for a wrongly generated 2400 bill. Technically its the Company which owes me damages for thee extra bills I was made to pay for connection cancellation.

      Shame on you Tikona..
      Never ever ever ever am I going to recommend Tikona to anyone.

        I took connection on may 5th 2017 and for two days from the day of connection there was frequent disconnection and speed issue. I contacted customer care for two days for resolution of the issue. No resolution was provided. so i raised a request for disconnection and refund of amount 2700 which i paid for installation. its been two months and i have not received any refund. So issue is how did you provide the connection for 10 mbps when there was not feasibility for 10 mbps. you should have informed me before taking my money. Now that you have cheated me please refund my hard earned money.

          I m using Tikona broadband from last one year and even not a single day passed that i dont face problem in Tikona. For the first 6 months i kept on calling the engineers and customer care but no solution at all.
          Problems:-
          1. Pathetic Services
          2. Pathetic Connectivity
          3. Engineers never comes on time
          4. Takes too much time to call customer care (Minimum 1 Hour).
          5. No action on mails.
          6. Why should one service provider pay the unnecessary bills without using internet.
          Now, i would like to stop the services coz i m tired with this Broadband service Provider and these are not the only problems that i m facing there are lot more in the line.

            This is Eswar My Tikona ID is [protected] and i had paid all the due amount till Feb 2017 and I complained about Tiokona net speed to customer care and I have sent one email to [protected]@tikona.in also, but problem was not resolved. So that I didn't paid amount in March-17 because of already I paid advance, when I was taken tikona connection. But tikona customer guys are threatened continuously by phone. Then I was raised mail to Tikona Customer care to cancellation my account in April-17, after that tikona customer care guys started calls about my connection.

            Now today an advocate calls me and threaten me by saying that if i didn't paid the outstanding amount he will sue me in delhi court. The "lawyer" keeps on calling and telling me that if i didn't paid the amount by Friday he will file a notice.
            I have some doubts about tikona service,
            1. Is it Prepaid or post paid broadband connection, If it is prepaid connection. why they didn't stopped connection like other prepaid connections.
            2. if they treat customers like this, are they business will be improve.

              I have been cheated by this service provided. Need your support.
              In the month of July 2016 (28 July 2016), I have taken Tikona connection. During the demonstration the network and speed was good. Based on the agent advice that if I pay 3 month’s rent now I will get one month free service and my next payment will be in December 2016. Therefore I paid 3 months’ rent 2330 INR on 28 July 2016 for the starting from August 2016. I was out of station for a week and came back on 8 Aug 2016, check the internet it was not works. Called the agent he was not responding and says I am not responsible, raised complaint. After couple of follow-ups they fixed, it work for 2 days and again same issue. Did multiples calls (I am ready to share the call list that I made to Tikona customer care) but there was no use, they say that they have escalated to fix it. In a 2 weeks they showed me hell. On 13 Sep 2016, I mailed to Tikona including Mr. Prakash Bajpai expressing my concern. Sent follow-up mails on 14 and 19 of September 2016. After a day got a call and I clearly said that I don’t want to use their service. I requested if they refund my money. On 21 Sep 2016 in a mail I clearly said again that I don’t want to use Tikona service anymore.
              During the same period, last week of sep 2016 I have taken Airtel service. Working with no issue so far.
              After follow-up finally I got a mail from Tikona “TDN F&Fmail Full and Final Amount Payable” saying Zero ‘Rs 0.00 /-’ amount payable on 04 Feb 2017 and also on 08 Feb 2017. I thank got that I am out of this Tikona mess and fraud.
              To my surprise in the month of May 2017, I got a mail “F&F” saying I need to pay 1, 599.99 Rs. I responded to the mail and asked why I need to pay. An agent called from Tikona, I explained him the situation and said that I am not using your service and also not taken any modem (I have purchased modem from Amazon – can share the invoice) I haven’t taken any hardware from Tikona – so the call center agent said there could be a mistake, we will rectify.
              Again in month Jun 2017 – got other mail “F&F” saying I need to pay Rs.99.00/- + 1500.00/- ( Late Payment ). Moreover yesterday got a call from unknown person quoting that he is advocate from Delhi court and he will file a case. Not sure why Tikona is doing this even after terminating the services.

              Can you please explain to me why I need to Pay 1599.99/-? I have submitted account termination in the month of September 2016 - though I had already paid next 2 months. and also got F&F with 0 (zero) INR. I haven't used your service and also not taken any hardware from you for his service.
              I haven't got any call from you or any agent/service person came to me to terminate the account.

              You cannot say to pay 1599.99 now after I receiving F&F as 0 amount 2 times - as I listed in the message.

              please close the loop.

              I have submitted account termination in the month of September 2016 and also got F&F with 0 (zero) INR.

              Why you are making harassing calls and not responding to the case. I have full history of my case.

              When i have not taken any hardware from you and i requested to terminate my account in Sep 2016. Then why i need to pay. U have given me wire, if you want the wire come and collect. you haven't sent any agent to disconnect.

              Please stop making harassing calls.

                Tikona is so far the worst company with worst service and customer care. Right from the front line, senior, Lead, and director TARUN KUMAR, HERAMB RANADE all are use less. The deducted 1261 from my account as i paid in advance and when i ask for refund they lie that they will call me which they never do and blame other for the same. I would request you all to never ever, ever go with Tikona. Pay a bit extra and choose other operator. I reached out there director as well via Linkedin but even they were unable to resolve the issue.

                    My self deepak tiwari and i was a tikona consumer 2 years back. My consumer id is [protected].

                    I have used tikona for 5 months. The before leaving india, i informed them and got a confirmation in this regard that your rental has been terminated.

                    I have paid rs 8000 in 5 months with proof of bank statement. Now after two years they are chasing me for an outstanding of rs 4000 approx..

                    Now my total refund amount that tikona should return to me is around 3000 rupees approx.

                    Under what mathematical calculations, do i suppose to pay rs 4000 to company.

                    Besides this, despite my writing innumerable emails to them, they are using personals who are claiming themselves from tees hajari court to make the payment.

                    This sort of misbehavior and fraud is beyond my toleration.

                    Kindly look into it so that i may get my refubd amount back

                    PS : I took Tikona Connection on 12th Dec 2015 and then stopped using it by 25th May 2016 .

                    Total amount paid to Company :-
                    14th Dec 2015 : Rs 3034
                    10th Apr 2016 : Rs 5000

                    Used only for 5 months. Maximum that the company can charge me ca never in any case exceed Rs 5000 for this entire tenure.

                    Objection : Mail on 8th Sep 2016 from Tikona Collections claims Rs 294 outstanding which has been increased to Rs 4500 till date. Where is my refund amount . Kindly refer my emails on Refund amount request.

                    I have a email of 5th May 2016 in which company promised to refund my Rs 3274 back to me.

                    I am not used to false tactics and keep my payments and dues very clear. I therefore kept the company duly informed as I assumed genuine action from the company with immediate resolution.

                    But after 2 years I am facing this ugly scenario of calls and false bills. Kindly rectify and please return a favor to me by helping me get my proper refund amount back for which I have waited so long.

                    I understand that sometimes there can be errors while bill generation, so please correct and give me proper response. I need my pending amount back.

Under what advanced mathematical calculations is this done. Some advanced software systems are upto work which are exponentially fast and work for company only :-).

                    I am not used to false tactics and keep my payments and dues very clear. I therefore kept the company duly informed as I assumed genuine action from the company with immediate resolution.

                    But after 2 years I am facing this ugly scenario of calls and false bills . Kindly rectify and please return a favor to me by helping me get my refund back.

                    If it is system error, do honestly rectify it as it happens sometimes as I understand that company will not do such things for such small things like blocking my refund.

                    And yes do make sure that all the false calls I am getting gets stopped as I am the consumer and you need to provide me proper explanation over everything. This is not about money. It about my rights to which I am very much aware of either in terms of law or information.

                    PS: I took Tikona Connection on 12th Dec 2015 and then stopped using it by 25th May 2016. I requested for disconnection by 23rd May and 24th May 2016 Aas I was going abroad and also requested for my refund as I was in excess amount.

                    14th Dec 2015 : Rs 3034
                    10th Apr 2016 : Rs 5000

                    Used only for 5 months. Maximum that the company can charge for this period can never in any case exceed more than Rs. 5000.

                    Mail on 8th Sep 2016 from Tikona Collections claims Rs 294 outstanding which has been increased to Rs 4500 till date. So this is ridiculous. Under what advanced mathematical calculations is this done. Some advanced software systems are upto work which are exponentially fast and work for company only :-).

                    Where is my refund amount and I need it back. Refer my emails on it.

                      I mr. Kc parida, a/c no - [protected] my net work connection already disconnected and i had send several mail to the tikona care for on 12 apr 17. Tikona care/legal advisor is sending letter to me for legal action and same time i am getting phone call from delhi police on friday on 30 jun 17 at 1158 hrs that your case will be forwarded to court if you will not paid bill.

                      Fifteen days before i have mail to tikona but nobody is coming for disconnection after 03 months tikona man is coming and charging bill amount same time for new connection 03 man will come in 20 minutes.

                      I requested tikona to close my case.

                        I have raised a request of termination of my tikona connection in December 2016 and still there is no progress on it.
                        Today i got a call from a person stating that a case has been filed and i have to pay the pending amount of 1728.
                        I called tikona customer care to confirm the dues and it was 728 rupees and i paid the amount.
                        i got a call again from the same person and i told him that i paid the dues after that he started abusing and threatening me.
                        Please look into this matter and terminate my connection as soon as possible.

                          Even I am facing the same problem. They are not disconnecting(cancellation) my service after calling many times .one of the senior officer called me from this number[protected]mumbai) and said your service will be cancelled and you will get confirmation mail for the same still now i have not got the confirmation but when i call to customer care they are saying you wont get confirmation from mail and also i am getting calls from unknown person from this numbers [protected], [protected] and harrasing me.
                          In May last week I disconnected tikona service and called to customer care for the same but he has not taken the request for cancellation and also he said that your outstanding amount is 100+ less than 200rupees( i dont know exact figure but it is less than 200)and also he told bill will not be generated as you have disconnected and also said we will send a technical boy for collecting devices, and he never came if we call back he is not receiving the call . now they have generated the bill and harrasing me to pay the bill.

                            Myself Vinay Kumar have taken broadband connection on 8th of Jun’17 from Tikona in Bangalore. The plan itself is 6MBPS with 650/- rupees per month along with installation changes 500/- rupees. So that I totally paid 1350/- as it’s mentioned. But since then I am getting less than 1MBPS speed instead of getting 6MBPS speed. Even I have given many complaints they are not responsible for taking care as it serious issue and promising that issue would be resolved within 24 hours. But till today it’s not been resolved. But I always get text messages as the issue is resolved without taking feedback from me. If I ask the same, they always keep on saying again that issue is resolved within 24 hours by assigning super advanced technician. But no technician visited my place to resolve it till today apart from the guys who installed all setup done very 1st day but they also could not installed properly. I put a mail regarding same what I was facing since 1st day on wards but they even did not respond that mail. I have listed out names whoever contacted with me directly and indirectly and I also have made all calls record. I have never ever seen such a worst internet service provider who has wasted my time and money. Hence, I would like to make every one aware of Tikona is worst internet service provier.                                 I took their internet service in the month of dec/ jan '17. Ever since it was taken i suffered to get internet connectivity. Most of the time the speed used to be pathetic. Called them several times, nothing changed. Then i requested them to take the connection back and make a full & final settlement on which they assured that thing would be fine. Nothing changed, after this i could not use their connection only as nothing was working (Not even with the pathetic speed).

                                Despite that, they sent me a bill which has now reached to rs. 3500+ as per them!! I refused to pay that for all obvious reasons and asked them to substantiate the amount which they did not.

                                Some random guy called me to say that he is an advocate and there is a case in delhi highcourt & threatened me of hard consequences.

                                Is this a joke? Is indian penal code a private asset of tikona which is so far the worst service provider!! What about the struggle, frustration, loss of working hours & energy and harassment which my wife & i had to go through because of tikona...

                                  I have disconnected my tikona internet concatenation before the end of my validity date although tikona is generating bills and sending them to my mail address. They call me daily and ask to make a payment.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that on 17th june, you internet service provider came and rectified the internet, yesterday i. E. 23rd june, onwards against stop working.

                                    On 24th june, mr. Surendra yadav, internet service provider called and told me that he will come and rectify the same. Then later on, he called and informed that, he will not visit for the unknown reasons.

                                    After 1 hour, he came along with one of his colleague, and mr. Surendra teaching him / providing him all the knowledge about tikona internet connection/digicom. I think you should send the executive who has complete knowledge about internet connection. The person came with him is not a technical guy, and you are sending an unauthorized executives at our residence which is of high risk to our life.

                                    I hereby request you to kindly refund an amount of rs. 1800/- at your earliest, otherwise no further payment will be made till the internet not rectified.

                                    This is the 4 month, the internet is not working at my residence, and no action has been taken from your side till date. This is the height now, i hereby request you to kindly remove your internet connection at the earliest.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am very disturbed with the way tikona is not disconnecting my service, even after paying a number of bills and multiple complaints i am not able to disconnect tikona service.

                                      The biggest mishap is the recent one, where they are asking me to pay the bill even when my service is disconnected. When i asked them why they said i have been using the broadband service and then i confirmed with them even my login password is expired... How can i use the service when i cannot even login...

                                      Also, i have told them multiple times i don't want to use tikona and i want permanent disconnection... And yet they switch to some stupid schemes where i have to pay 2paise/mb and then they continue to charge me false bills.

                                      Resolution:

                                      -1) i need refund of my last 2 bills
                                      - 2) i need a total disconnection (And no stupid schemes like 2paise/mb where they charge false bills)
                                      - 3) i don't want any calls from tikona

                                      I am harassed by the tikona callers and i am in a miserable situation, i paid 2 false bills just because i don't want my payment history to be shady.

                                      I desperately seek help to get out of this tikona scam. I am also attaching the screenshot of emails for reference where you can see how they are charging me false bills after disconnection based on some 2paise/mb (Against my will scheme they activated). And one more fact i was not having even an active account during that time. And i have not refreshed my password for the same reason so that i can have a proof i was not using the service.

                                        I have been complaining this since a very long time, but no resolution, even i don't find any technical support online to speak, whensoever i call. I mean who is going to pay for my phone bill everytime i call you, i have to pay arround rs 400/- as my phone bill every month just to complain for your service. How pathetic service is that.
