Hi all,

In the past i had subscribed for tikona broadband services at my place around 2015 - 16. But soon enough i realized that the services provided were below industry levels.

Connections drops, slow network etc. Were one of the prime reasons we were fed up of their services.

I used tikona broadband services earlier. This used to be on my wife's name.

We shifted to a new house and requested tikona to shift the connection.
They informed me tikona has no coverage in that area and hence they couldn't shift. As i had an advance payment on my bill they suggested me that to refer a friend/account and they shall transfer the amount to their accounts.

Customer service not disconnecting the internet service in spite of calling number of times

Tikona is the worst internet provider in the country.
