Hi,
Its been 7 months since i took the connection from tikona and paid them advance for 3 months sep-nov, and due to such a pathetic connection, i asked them to cut the connection and discontinue. To whih they neglected my email and calls on customer support and sent me a bill again for next months and charged me around 3k rs. For which i didn't used. Now from past few months, they have been threatening me to lodge a case against me from all unknown mobile number becoming an advocate and trying to take me to their website and pay the amount for what i have never used.
They keep on calling me and when asked about their id and other details apart from court details, they cut the call.
Once a person drop me a message too that he will make sure i will suffer and file a complaint.
Below are few numbers :
[protected], [protected] - he messaged me saying u r defaulter n i wil forward your file in civil, just wait n watch, [protected],
Help me please, they are threatening me and can harm me in future.
