I have raised tikona broadband disconnection request on 28/05/2017 as i moved out to another location. I already paid the whole due amount on 28/05/2017 itself. Please find attached the acknowledgment receipt for the same. Tikona hotline representative told me that disconnection will take 15 days. I really don't get the logic behind this. If i already paid the whole due amount and at the same time filed disconnection request, action should be taken i a day or two. On 9/06/2017 they sent me again a tikona bill even though i haven't used tikona connection since last two months (And already raised disconnection request on 28/05/2017). They knowingly delaying disconnection request and generating broadband bill again and again. This is a very big fraud as i can see lot off such cases registered on different forumns. Please look into this issue at earliest.

    This is very ridiculous to say but tikona is doing very worst customer service.

    Tikona person (For demo/installation) named :ravi number : [protected] given wrong and false commitments to me about offer and plan duration, i have pain amount for 3 months of plan, but now tikona customer service people asking for 3rd months payment as your plan is only for 2 months and rest of amount they have considered as installation charges and service charges. Customer service people is not ready to listen anything and that guy is not receiving my phone from last 3/4 days.

    This is very wrong. I think we should stop using this fraud internet provider services.

    Please help me to resolve this.

      Hi team,

      My name is krishna thapa and i reside at vasai east.

      I had taken a tikona internet service with user id ([protected]) which we have stopped the internet service for user id id ([protected]) on 27th january 2017 as we have to take new service to tikona internet service.

      As advice by your representative (Sunil kumar) they have cancelled user id [protected] on 27th january 2017 with disconnect id as (1-[protected]) and they have given us a new tikona internet plan with a new id, we were adviced that we would never be getting bill for user id [protected] but on feb 2017 we received a bill of rs 500 and when i called customer care they stated that the bill is for full and final settlement hence we paid rs 500 and again we were advice that you will never get bill for the disconnected id.

      However now we have again received a bill of 905.81 for user id [protected] which we never used.

      I am getting lots of call from tikona representative for the bill and i am fedup of explainig the above and giving them the disconnect id.

      Now i want to disconnect the other new id which we have taken for betterment of internet speed.

      Please advice how i can cancel the other id also so that i would be free from this mess.

      Hi Team,

      I have picked up the call from your representative and he confirmed me that User id [protected] is already being Disconnected with Disconnect id as (1-[protected]) on 27th January 2017 and he confirmed that i will not get the call from tikona service for bill payment.

      But i am still getting calls and getting messages from tikona service..

      Please investigate whether it is a genuine call from tikona service ?

      And also please advice me the other level of escalation as i am fed up of explaining the same explanation again and again to each and every call.

        I'm receiving more calls and sms daily regarding my bill payment. I already raised complaint on this but still not resolved. I'm very much frustrated on this call and sms when i was in office. I also requested for connection withdraw on 3rd june 2017. But it is still in process status. I'm ready to pay the bill amount but need disconnection immediately. Also stop the bill payment calls and sms service. My customer id is [protected].

        You are showing wrong plan name in selfcare.tikona.in in my profile page. I changed my plan from ADBB10M1249
        to ADBBM3M550 on 25th April 2017. But in your website you are showing it wrongly as ADULM6M1050.

        Daily Im getting more suspension alert SMS still. In that one SMS mentioned as "Kindly pay Rs.627.65" and one SMS mentioned as "Kindly pay Rs.966.36". I reported this many times, you are showing and sending wrong amount details. You people never taking any action to resolve and still Im getting calls, they are asking same questions why you are disconnecting service like that. If it continuous I never pay any amount and never response you people surely. I will put case on you surely. Irresponsible customer care service I never seen before that.

        16 days has been completed but till now my connection is active. I didn't get any update on my disconnection request. The days is goes on. Getting more SMS from tikona still not resolved. Irritate customer care service. Surely you will pay for this worst service. I never pay any amount for your worst service. I will meet on you court.

          I got a call from tikona lawyer today named vijendra sharma calling from phone nos. [protected]. My internet connection was disconnected on mar 13 2017 after repitative request to do so. And after that he is asking me 500rs. And also said will have to go to delhi high court and will be liable for the consequences and threatening me that i won't be able take governor jobs and won't be able to take passport etc. When i search on line this is a big scam from tikona they continue to do this to customer for paying the additional money. Its a mental harassment. I search on-line and i am among 1000 of customer who are facing this same issue from tikona without any option to complaint against them in any govt organization. Id – [protected]. This is what happened in detail. This is to remind u once more, stop harrassing me. Today on 7th june 2017, i got a call from [protected] no. He said i am calling from teeshazari court new delhi and have got a case registred for 500rs, as i have not cleared my bill. To remind u people i am same madhulika tripathi who was cheated by13500 rs on 26th feb 2017 sunday afternoon at 1pm in the afternoon. I had informed your authorities and had mailed u about the fraud which was also done in the same manner that we are calling from delhi headoffice and all the story when i recollect still i am shivering. I rushed to yelahanka police station and lodged a complaint. Then i was told to go to cyber my file is still there. I was mentally tortured and was also asked to go to court. Now i sincerely regret that why did i not move. The person again called me this time for 500 rs last time he started with 100. I asked how can i believe u that u r from tikona. He said all my documents will be blacklisted. I asked to send it in writing what type of money is this he made a statement for which i can never forgive him that i have never seen 500 rs in my life and i am dyeing for that and if i have lost money why did i not go to consumer court he actually told the right thing.. I said having lost 13500 recently why should i dye. Now enough is enough give my 13500 and i cut the phone. Now i want to ask u people are u human beings or not. I contacted customer care no response than to the tikona employee who terminated my connection. He said u have cleared everything from ur side and had returned everything. Than why this type of call. Again i had lodged a complaint to police station and my husband asked me to-find out. The same 26th feb i called ur people and asked disconnection again before this incident morning i requested. And same evening. But to tell u frankly u all r stone hearted people only know to harass. Today i too have decided to move to consumer court otherwise i will be getting threatening calls like this. I want to know what is the truth. Get. Kindly reply me at the earliest and look into the issue.

          dont worry this tikona is fraud and cheap employee calls and pretend to be lawyer and cops all employees of this useless company is fake.

          so don't entertain these fraudsters

            Sir,
            I have been using tikona net services for some time and since i am getting frequest problems in connectivity i am not able to use the service normally. I had been many complaints but the solution offered was only temporary and the problem continued to plague my usage of their net service.
            Thereby i had made a final request for de-activating the service. But deliberately they are not acting on the request and are continuing to keep the line running and they are also sending frequent messages to me as if i have not made a request for deactivation.

            I have even paid the bill for the current running month though i am not using their services. I request the forum to instruct the service company to deactivate the connection immediately and also refund the amount of the current bill which i have paid.

              Hi all,

              In the past i had subscribed for tikona broadband services at my place around 2015 - 16. But soon enough i realized that the services provided were below industry levels.

              Connections drops, slow network etc. Were one of the prime reasons we were fed up of their services.

              Situation worsened when we had some connectivity issue and called customer care to sort out our issue, it took them 3 days to sort the problem and all my official work i was made to do through cybercafe.

              Soon enough i intimated them to cancel the services and send a closure letter so that i can make payment and move on to a new internet connection provider. But this call was never acknowledged by the tikona and instead they kept on sending me bills for making the payment. Every month they sent me a bill with the interest charges and kept on calling me to continue the services. Regardless of the fact the i was completely frustrated with their services, they kept calling me for their promotional activities but never cancelled my connection.

              Till recently i started getting calls from an unknown number (Person identifying themselves from tees hazari court) and informing me about the making the payment. Behavior was utterly rude and manner less of that person asking me to make this payment.

              I have been polite and told them to mind their language and made the payment immediately, as i was promised that closure letter will be sent to me after payment confirmation.

              Till date i have not received my closure letter and the number from which i used to receive calls stopped answering my calls.

                My name is sohan yadav my customer id-[protected], i have paid the amount aound rs.800 on 20 march but that time my internet connection is down due to technical reason. I had complaint many time but nothing get solution till yet, but i am getting messages & calls for dues payment, should i pay for that, which i have not use till march... I want to disconnect but tikona don't want to loose users & don't provide service. Tikona service provider has set the reminder for payment but they don't want to provide services. Engineer came 4th june but the problem is the same as i got call from senor desk told me the problem is side of tikona tower device name ap, there is some flactution in the network, till the device not changed i have to face problem (That status was on march & same till yet), device not replaced end of the may as told by senior desk. If you tikonas can't provide good services so why make customers. I dont want to continue, please do diconnect & reverse my amount. Please look for this matter.

                This is with the reference to your request regarding full and final settlement of your Tikona Wi-Bro account.

                Please note the following:

                We hereby confirm that services for your BAN No.[protected] having Service ID ([protected]) has been terminated.

                Please note on account of service discontinuation, you shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition. In the event of not being able to deliver the modem to the company, for reasons attributable to your action/account, the modems would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company. In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working conditions, the company would charge the subscriber 1500 for roof top device not returned or returned in non-working conditions towards penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all plans.

                As i told you ealier about my complaint till last june i sent mail all the tikona member stop calls & message for dues payment as tikona said but my side i have paid advaned . Now i am surprised to getting calls to tikona lawer for some kind of notice dont konw exactly what tikna want, coustomer are fool according to tikona . what tikona want i dont konw please look immediately .
                tikona you are cheater you never provide such a good service .

                  I am using Tikona broadband internet connection from last 3 years with plan of 6 Mbps speed. The Slow Internet speed problem was always there but from last week there is a connectivity problem. I had lodge the complaint in its customer care service many times. However, instead of resolving the issue they are just unnecessarily disturbing me by calling and sending sms in my busy hours. Now I request them to please disconnect my connection permanently. It took me around 45 minutes of mobile call with irritating and absurdity feeling after asking the same question to many customer service employees of it that what is the procedure to disconnect the connection. They just transferred my call to their colleague and finally neglect my request. Now I have sent the email to [protected]@tikona.in for permanently disconnect my internet connection. Now I want to sue this company for wasting my time and mental harassing me.

                    Hello,

                    I am a user of tikona broadband with the below details and i have been mentally harassed by tikona staff and customer care people, i never ever seen a worst customer service like this, please find the below trial mail.

                    I have given a cancellation request request on april 20th and my service was disconnected on the month of may, i dont have any outstanding balance when i give the request, however today a gundas came to my home asking that i have a outstanding balance of 336 and i neeed to pay the same, i approach to the customer care team and received a worst response, i am a valuable customer for tikona using the service for the past 3 years and is this a way that you guys will send gundas to home for collection and that to for 300+ bugs.

                    I am very much mentally affected on this issues where no person is tikona were giving respect to the customer.

                    I request your kind attention to investigate this issue, if not the same will be escalated to tikona md complaint or troy

I raised a request for disconnect my service.in every call they are asking for transfer connection or reference of your friends. I am fade up. Very easy to get tikona connection and too tough to disconnect... Wake up tikona members. I m not using tikona from last 15 days.. My all payments is cleared and i will not pay a single money..

                          Hi,

                          Its been 7 months since i took the connection from tikona and paid them advance for 3 months sep-nov, and due to such a pathetic connection, i asked them to cut the connection and discontinue. To whih they neglected my email and calls on customer support and sent me a bill again for next months and charged me around 3k rs. For which i didn't used. Now from past few months, they have been threatening me to lodge a case against me from all unknown mobile number becoming an advocate and trying to take me to their website and pay the amount for what i have never used.

                          They keep on calling me and when asked about their id and other details apart from court details, they cut the call.

                          Once a person drop me a message too that he will make sure i will suffer and file a complaint.

                          Below are few numbers :

                          Help me please, they are threatening me and can harm me in future.

                            I had tikona broadband connection with id [protected] its been a long time since i haven't used tikona. December 2016 i informed tikona to disconnect my service becouse i am moving from current location but till date they did not disconnect the connection and continuously sending the bills. However they had bill for next three months without usage. They have sent emails many time for due bill payment. I also received many calls from civil court delhi name is rekha chauhan and priyanka regarding the bills. Its been now few months they both are harassing me for the bill.

                            After discussion on you today and 6/06/2017 again I received threating and harassment Calls. As same words these peoples are saying as I said in above complain .

                            Is this the way company Tikona works ?

                            This is totally mentally tourcher seriously discuss with them otherwise I will take the action .

                            The name of calling persons is - Naveen Kalra and other 5 diffrent numbers I received the calls .

                            Simply suite the case in consumer court against Tikona with all details which you have (Mail / request regarding disconnection request). If they charged for unused connection even after requesting for disconnection means you need not to pay. Also if they claimed any bill amount for unused period means suite them a RTI letter to Tlkona and copy to TRAI.

                              I would like to discontinue my tikona services and sent an email to tikona care for same. When i called the support representative they informed me that it will take 15 days for discontinuation process.
                              15 days? Why in the world tikona needs 15 days to deactivate my account and discontinue my services?
                              If the problem is with collection of device/router you can come and collect it any time, but i don't want tikona to charge me for a single day as i am registering the complaint to deactivate my account on today 1st june 2017.

                                  This is jiwesh dubey tikona customer i'd - [protected].
                                  Due to some personal obligation, i wasn't able to pay my two months bill which amounts to ₹1600.
                                  For this i got call from your executives and i told them to pay as i would be able to pay.
                                  Today i got a call from +[protected] and person who was on call was a customer executive and he started misbehaving and even passed racist and defamatory comments on me. Yesterday only i even complain on your customer care regarding a call from your side and said misbehaving.
                                  Dear sir, i am using tikona service from last 2 years and a responsible customer. But using words like "aukat" etc is something not to be done. Please revert me with the action you will take against the said person as he has misbehaved and is not a way even if some bill is due. As due bill has some fine and user would pay the bill. It doesn't mean tikona has got right to misbehave.
                                  It's a request to please resolve my grievance so ad i decide whether to continue tikona service or not. As misbehavior and racist comments are not something which someone subscribe with broadband service.

                                    This is almost one ago.

                                    I used tikona broadband services earlier. This used to be on my wife's name.

                                    We shifted to a new house and requested tikona to shift the connection.
                                    They informed me tikona has no coverage in that area and hence they couldn't shift. As i had an advance payment on my bill they suggested me that to refer a friend/account and they shall transfer the amount to their accounts.
                                    Unfortunately i couldn't find one and forgot about the issue. We received a message regarding outstanding billing of some rs. Xxx the following month.
                                    But when we called the customer care they said please ignore and apologized for it. This happened a couple of times saying my last bill was due and when i call them they apologize. I ignored those messages from then.

                                    Now the twist is i got a call from lawyer in delhi saying that there has been a case filed on us in delhi court for an outstanding amount of rs.1125/- or something. I made a call to tikona now and now they say there is no history of what happened and the last bill as per their records is rs. 1125/-

                                    This is some thing really unfair and i want to take this issue to whatever extent i can. This is the heights of exploitation of customer weakness.
                                    Any suggestions on how to take this forward will help.

I shifted to different area and they don't have network over their and I tried calling many time and their service like not responding and I was busy with my regular work. but few days ago I got call from lawyer in Delhi saying that there has been a case filed on us in Delhi court for an outstanding amount of Rs.1850/- or something. I paid all the amount and she said will send you final details in 15 days and till now I am getting nothing and I got call again and got new bill this is very unfair and very fake service. can anyone take any against this company

                                      I have called and tried to disconnect my internet service from the past 2 months but the customer service is being very rude and saying we cannot place a request to disconnect the service as there is an internet issue we will resolve it but it never gets resolved. I have made multiple calls to fix the internet as well as disconnect. Its a complete waste of time and energy. I donot wish to use this service provider any more. Please help me disconnect the internet. Tikona is forcing me to keep the service and taking my money by harrassing me every month. Absolutely disgusted and annoyed with the worst service provider.

                                      You have to ask your staff to stop calling me to force me to keep the internet. If I wish to keep some other service provider, its my choice and no ones business to tell me not to use a Jio or an Airtel. No one is calling regarding disconnection they are just telling me you are using the service, If i pay in advance for a month I will make full use of it. How dare your staff call and tell me why am I using the internet if I want to disconnect. Its a prepaid connection and if I have paid I will use it. Your staff Manali is useless who just called me and threatened me not to use jio. What nonsense is going on??

                                      By what date will the connection be disconnected?? I havent received any calls from your team from 21st May which is the complain date. I have already made an advance payment for this month because i did not know that tikona does not give any kind of refunds even if the internet is disconnected and if there are 10 or 15 days remaining which hasnt been used. Since my bill cycle is 15th of every month and you donot give any kind of redunds. Kindly disconnect the service exactly on 15th June. I will be removing all your cables on 14 june before midnight. Kindly collect all the cables and provide me with a disconnection of services letter and also that there is no payment due on my Account.

                                      Still no update from your end. No reply on this post. No communication for disconnection on a call or on an email. No discussion about it.
                                      This months connection which has already been paid for also Absolutely pathetic. Continuous disconnection. Look at the number of complaints made. No progress anywhere in the type of connectivity. Terrible customer service and even terrible internet connectivity. Have made complaint since 5 days. No progress. There is still problem in the tower end but nothing fixed yet.
                                      How can i put my information on an open website?? Everyone will be able to see the details
                                      I am still getting harrassing calls from Tikona to resume services and they have confirmed that the services have not been disconnected completely. Only the billing has stopped. I just got a call from some idiotic woman Priyanka from the number [protected]. I dont want to keep the connection ever not even for the future. What part is not clear to Tikona?? Disconnect the services immediately and send me a final email for the same. I have made a complain from 21st May and services still not discontinued. Stop harrassing the customer.

                                        Tikona is the worst internet provider in the country. My tikona internet connection was having frequent disconnections and because of that i dropped them several complains and also asked them to disconnect my connection. They never taken it seriously and they keep sending me bills. I have all those emails as proof. Now they are calling as an advocates and threatening for filling a case.
                                        They are so rude on call. Some priyanka, neha and many more have called me already.
