I had requested for disconnection of Tikona broadband services on 20 Nov 2016 for which request id 1-[protected] was generated. I requested the same on phone multiple times for the same. Also, I had paid the bill in advance till 30 Nov 2016 and hadn't used Tikona services after that. Still, Tikona customer care people kept harassing me regarding the same and asked me multiple times to pay the due bill of Rs 1495 even after trying many times to explain them the actual situation.
I had sent mail to tikona partner on 10 Jan for the same as mentioned below.

I requested for disconnection on 30 Nov 2016 with request id 1-[protected] and haven't used this connection since then.
Also, I have tried explaining the tikona customer care multiple times that I want to discontinue this connection still they keep sending the bill.
Since I had paid the bill till 30 Nov i.e. my last usage date, I am not obliged to pay further bill.

And now I'm getting fraudulent calls from Tikona guys mentioning they're calling from Tis Hazari Court asking me to settle the amount or else a case would be filed and all my govt ID's would be blocked. What should I do
