My Internet is down for last 15 days. I made various telephonic complaints wherein I was told that there is some technical problem and the services will be restored within nest 8 hours. but nothing is done. Next I was told that there is problem with tower. Is it the way of working? Can you NOT fix the problem in last 15 days. for one day delay in payment you charge Rs.100.00. May I hopeTo get the services immediately

    my primary plan of 2mbps is not activated from 2 months and they say i been used up all my data . i am running on 512 mbps from 2 months they didnt activated my primary plan and lied to me .i will discontinue tikona soon
    fraud company dont go for it better find other internet provider

      I had a service interruption since Jan 15 th 2017.
      Tried reporting the issue over the phone on 18th Jan 2017 but was not allowed to get in touch with any technical support advisor. Instead was given a an auto generated ticket reference number over SMS. Next day i receive a message stating the issue is resolved.

      Same issue again the same day.

      Tried reporting the issue over the phone on 23rd Jan 2017 but was not allowed to get in touch with any technical support advisor. Instead was given a an auto generated ticket reference number over SMS. Next day i receive a message stating the issue is resolved.

      Tried reporting the issue over the phone on 25th Jan 2017 but was not allowed to get in touch with any technical support advisor. Instead was given a an auto generated ticket reference number over SMS. Next day i receive a message stating the issue is resolved.

      Same issue again.

      I was unable to get in touch with a human agent.

      Hopefully waited for the issue to get resolved till 28th but it was the same issue.
      Decided to cancel the service and send an email on 29th January.

      Bill generation happens on 26th of every month.

      I have given a set up and monthly fee in advance during the installation.

      I being asked to pay for the service for the month of Feb. I had issues terrible issues with service.
      Still they want me to pay for the month fee which they ideally should wave off because the issue could not be fixed, neither was allowed to get in touch with a human advisor.

      Tried speaking to several advisors today and all of them have successfully disconnected the call.

      I received a threatening call to pay the bill.

        Hi,

        I have issue with tikona broadband connection they are not provided proper net speed as committed. And also send me wrong bill amount.

        I speak to the customer care executive but between call they disconnected my call. I called him so many time but not given proper resolution. I send him mail for disconnection on dated 11 dec 2016 but they charges me full monthly rental and extra late payment or more other charges.

        Now i call him bill is wrongly but they don't wnt to listen any thing and said pay for full amount. And also thay forward my no to their collection team for recovery. She call me many times and using abusive language. When i send the mail to customer care for stop collection call and tell me f&f amount i will pay. They reply me f&f amount of rs.747/- and i paid same day. But now again collection call is started and said for bill pay i tell him i have already pay full amount but they are not agree. Today i call so many times customer care but my call disconnected by their representative subham & flor supervisor surabhi. Finally i call so many time and now they said you have pay 1547/- instead of 745/- which is i have already pay. I tell him that i have receive a mail from your side my bill is only 745/- then why i again pay 1547/-. But they don't wnt to listen and said rest amount i will be pay because i am not using their service and total amount will be pay by me. I request him bill is wrong and in this bill 3times you have mention late charges but i have already complaint you for stop rental then how you can charge me late payment.

        But they are not agree please guide what i do..

          I have paid the bill and send tikona customer care mail that i dont want there internet connection and after tht i hv taken a new connection frm different wifi connection though tikona is sending me bills though i hv not used it. I came into notice when a lady claiming herself as advocate assitant called me tht tikona has registered a complaint against you as you have not paid the bill of 800 rs so i called tikona and asked them so they said yes ur bill is remaining and they are saying ur bill is 2041 so i said them tht see i hv sent u people a mail on 27 november 2016 to ur customercare emailid that i want to disconnect your internet service so tht tikona lady said tht ys i hv seen it now so now i am waving 50 % charges and you continue with our internet service i said no i dont want your service as there service is poor and y should i pay if i have not used it and said that show the internet uses if i hv used it i am ready to pay the amount and get it disconnected and even said that after send me a emailid from your side that you have disconnected the service and from now no further bills will come and after hearing these she disconnected the call. So from these it is clear that they dont want people to disconnect there service inspite people dont want it

            Hello. I have been using tikona for quite a while ans the speed sucks. I called on 18th as i was leaving bangalore to get it disconnected but they told me to call back after 26th may as it was my billing cycle day. I tried today and and they are just keeping me on hold forever. I just want my internet disconnected

              Please note that we took the Tikona connections and since the day we taken the connections the speed not good, also there is connection failure problem.
              Even after continuous calling to them they dont attend the problem.
              We chalanged them if they can maintain the connections without intteruption for 48 hours i will not ask for refund but if fail then need to give refund but they fail and said that no refund possible and we need to confusion but if there is no connection then how to use GB

              They are cheater and please dont take service from Tikona

                I had sent an request for connection closer for ban –[protected] & service id – [protected] on 17th april 2017 and confirmed on follow-up calls that i don't want 1) connection to be kept on standby mode with deposit amount nor 2) wants to transfer to someone, on call to customer care (5to 6 time) and then confirmed on mail as well.

                And my connection was disconnected on 3rd may but still they sent me a bill for period 7th may to 6th june 2017.

                Till date tikona calls me everyday for retention and for bill payment and eveeytime, i convey same thing but they keep calling.

                I can't pay bill for nonused service (Haven't used since 3rd may till date) and for delays from their side.

                  One of the worst internet service provider i have ever seen in my life. They ll make your life miserable, they are charging me money without any usage and harassing by mail phone and sms. After giving so many requests they r not cancelling my connection and just sending mail that ur plan is suspended.. Like this they keep charging the money.. They won't let u go out their company easily, every customer care executive have different story and falls commitments, i called them before my bill cycle for disconnection and they commit, you won't get any charges now and ur connection ll be discontinued within 15 days.. Till 20 days nobody called and they kept charging me then when i call they said u have to pay final amount or else u ll get late payment fees.. Now its more than 25 days still waiting for my issue to be resolved.. Never ever take tikona connection in ur life.. U ll regret.

                  It's been more than month and still same issue.. No proper response from customer service..instead of solving your simple problem they make the Issue more complicated for you.. In last 1 month I called up around 15.. 20 times for my billing issue but concerned is still unsolved.. I[censored] call them and ask to connect with representative with I spoke to earlier they never transfer ur call and every time u have to start ur story from starting.. When I called 1st time on 4/5/17 at 20.30(Cancellation Request number 1-
                  [protected]) before my billing period and all my last dues was cleared.. I asked them to disconnect my TIKONA Service permanently, customer care gave me above reference number and commited that u ll get SMS and Email or call regarding ur disconnection within 15 days..but no one called up and they started sending bills Of 801 Rs then I called them up and asked for updates of my disconnection they said dnt worry sir u ll be informed and u ll get final bill if any.. Then after so many discussions they send updated bill of 495 Rs.. And sent me the mail that ur plan is suspended and u ll not longer get monthly charge.. After they send me bill of 265/- Rs. And today they send me the bill of 320/-Rs with late payment charge. When I already called them before my due date then also they charge me till 19th May.. Without any use.. I explained them so many times but I think they are dumb or deft..
                  I asked them this simple thing and also to send me the mail that your TIKONA Service is permanently disconnected.. But they are giving just falls commitments everytime that u ll get mail within 7 days but I have never got till yet and instead they write in Mail that your "plan is suspended".. On 1/06/17 at 18.02 hrs one guy called me from customer service[protected] and informed me that sir we have waved off your charges so u don't have to pay anything now.. (I have phone recording with me) And u ll get cancellation mail soon...and today again they send me bill of 320/- Rs. Now I am really frustrated and going to Consumer Court and going to file complaint for harassment and mental torture.. They are biggest cheater and fraud.. I came to know from my sources inside (TIKONA employees) that company will Never let u go and they ll never Disconnect your internet connection.. And I feel this now it's really true..

                    Today 26052017 I got a call from a lawyer for filling a case against me. As per my knowledge I have returned all the modems also asked the customer care to disconnect the service but as of now i got a call from Tis Hazari court regarding legal action. Now i Don't what to do as I already returned all the modems and all. Even for the last month also they have put charge.

                    They are ready to go with lawyer but failed to provide service.

                    I am not willing to pay them from hard earned money and if they really want to go against me in court then they can go.

                    They used to practise not to use any receipt of the bill payment, at the time of connection also they didn't provide any receipt and also at the time of collecting it. they themselves not work according to law now asking us to face legal action.

                      I used Tikona for about 3 months paying a premium amount for a 10 MBps connection which I used to get only around 6-7Mbps on average. I faced number of issues with them with frequent disconnection. I have never called an ISP so many times in my life that I have in the last 3 months.

                      The service is pathetic. You have to register a complaint and wait for 24 hours before you could actually talk to a helpdesk.

                      I have now asked for a disconnection and it has been 2 weeks and Tikona refuses to disconnect however is sending mailer and call to pay up monthly rental. Though I have communicated that I am ready to settle bill as on the disconnection date, no one from Tikona responds. However I get a call every other day harassing me that I have chosen a life time plan!

                      Tikona is so unprofessional that the MD of this company should be booked for unlawful practices and trying to trick customers.

                        I stopped using tikona by december 2016 as the service was not working properly for a while and also there was a lot of harrassment from their side.. On january a man came and demanded payment saying if i dont legal action will be taken against me.. So i paid and he took the router and i asked him to send a mail confirming the disconnection... Which i still have not recieved (its may 2017 now).. even though i paid my dues i continued to get harassed by the company in the next few months.. daily they would call me, message me to ask for money.. it is a very unprofessional company that did not bother to look into the records to.see that i no longer had the router.. Each time they called me i would ask for the disconnection but they would avoid the topic or just say yes it will happen and the same thing would continue the next day.. finally one day i threatened to take them to the consumer court and then the eventually stopped calling me although they continued to send me messages.. Now its may and i get a call saying that i need to pay 1500 or go.to legal court.. this is harrassment in the next level.. Please take action against them

                          I had requested for disconnection of Tikona broadband services on 20 Nov 2016 for which request id 1-[protected] was generated. I requested the same on phone multiple times for the same. Also, I had paid the bill in advance till 30 Nov 2016 and hadn't used Tikona services after that. Still, Tikona customer care people kept harassing me regarding the same and asked me multiple times to pay the due bill of Rs 1495 even after trying many times to explain them the actual situation.

                          I had sent mail to tikona partner on 10 Jan for the same as mentioned below.

                          Also, I have tried explaining the tikona customer care multiple times that I want to discontinue this connection still they keep sending the bill.

                          Since I had paid the bill till 30 Nov i.e. my last usage date, I am not obliged to pay further bill.

                            Tikona service was worst.I took the plan 10 Mbps but I never got good speed. Their Internet stopped working on 2nd may so I stopped using their service but paid money already. Now I have disconnected their Internet still they are refusing to pay money back. They stole my wire also.they are crook.my customer ID is [protected].

                            I have mailed their applate authority and they have refused to refund money. They behave like crook n steal people money. Government should cancel their licence.

                              Hi,

                              I have been using tikona for a while now, and have faced this issue frequently after every recharge. Whenever i recharge my account it does not allow me to login, it gives me an error message as "your services are disconnected"

                              I am a prepaid user and i was given to understand that i can recharge the account whenever i want. However, this is the same issue that persist. Steps that i have to follow to get it activated time and again are as follows:

                              1. Pay and then call up the helpline (Its an automated system which registers the complaint)
                              2 wait and wait for 2 hrs as i don't have any option to speak to human.
                              3. Wait again and call back to check if its activated, then someone will answer the phone (Thankfully) and give a fixed answer that it was a technical error and i have to wait for further 4 hours (Wait again)
                              4. Then there is a further wait till the time services are connected

                              I will have to take this to twitter or ombudsman if this issue persist.

                              I need a permanent solution to this issue as its getting on my nerves

                              I would also need the contact number to call and human answer.

                                I was using tikona broadband. It was useless. I was paying around 600 rs. Always there was no bandwidth so if i was complain for that there was no solution. Then i thought to go for other service. So i call tikona customer care for closing my service. They said that to call from registered contact no. Even i didn't had any balance. So, i refilled in to particular register contact no to close my service. Then to they were not ready to close my account. So, was trying for 1 month to close my account then to they were not ready to close my account. I thought that my account was closed from tikona. Still they were charging me the invoice. For that i paid the invoice. Again i called tikona customer care for close my account they were not ready to close. So i told them i will not pay the amount if you people not close my account. Then to thay send me the invoice to me. I spit of so much of request for close my account with tikona. There was no response from there end. After that they confirmed that they have closed my account. Then to they were sending me invoice. So, why should i pay if i have not used the service and after request of close the account. Now i am getting threat call tikona. So please close this type of company. Even they have mentioned my email id wrong in the system.

                                i have given a request to close my service with tikona since Oct 2016. but tikona customer care have mentioned that i had problem on service. wrong statement was updated on there back end. then to have i told to close service. i was not able use the internet from my end & they are stating that i have used the service. i was not able to use then how can i used there service. if they provide the proper service then i had not used other internet service. So, tikona is very bad to full fill the customer service & even customer care of tikona is updating wrong statement on there end & harass the customer after giving the statement that want to close the service. i have very bad experience with tikona. very disappointed with tikona.

                                If customer is telling that i don't want to continue the service in October & why it is taking to close the account till December. this is the way you people cheat the customer. this not the write way to cheat customer. your service is pathetic & your customer care is more pathetic. i am not liable to pay this i have already mentioned to your customer care that to close the service. its not my mistake that you people taken. So much time to close the service. its delay from your end not from us & even you people updated the wrong email id in your back end. even that also not my mistake. tikona is cheating people. this is not done. waste of money.

                                Tikona is such a fraud that they do fraud call from lawyer saying for full & final statement or else they will legally suite & when i said that ok i am ready to pay 500 rs. & i need NOC certificate. layer vijay kumar assured me that they will provide NOC after payment of rs. 500. So i have done the payment yesterday. So i called to get NOC certificate from tikona. just faking me that me will give in half and hour. i had called near to 100 times to that contact no of fake lawyer saying that client. which call made from tikona it self. still now they have not provided any NOC certificate from their end. company such a fraud that they are cheating customer and after that once you leave there service they get income by doing this kind. i have never deal with such a fraud company it now. they should be shame of doing such thing.

                                  I got a call from tikona, telling it's a lawyer at delhi working for tikona. He said he is going register the complaint against me for due amount.
                                  I asked them to disconnect the tikona service as the service was poor. I have all the mails I sent to them asking for discontinuation of connection. Later even after insisting for disconnection they left the connection active and it was used for 12 days. Later we got a call from them asking us to pay Rs 1200 which is a 1 month rental. We said we are ready to pay the amount for which we used that is for 9 days. Today I got a call from their lawyer Mukesh Sharma from the number [protected] asking us to pay the due. We agreed to pay, but upon discussion he said the amount I have to pay is Rs 1710. How did it increase from 1200 to 1700. Is this a way of extorting money by thretening the users?
                                  Their service is so poor that they don't get customers but they are making money by thretening customers.

                                  Simply you may suite the complaint in Consumer court / Online RTI portal. Ask them to produce the documents for which they asked to pay for in court. Also If you have the mail records to disconnect the connection you may not to pay for the bill which you ask to pay.

                                    I disconnected the tikona connection on december 2016 as i had to shift somewhere and also their service was really shiity. I called them multiple times to discontinue my connection and every time their customer care executive woed me to continue the service and when i took a hard stand they said they will discontinue the service but never sent anyone to tke the modem. In one of the calls i was even told that modem need not be returned back.
                                    Now, after a period of 6 months, even though i was not using the service they have whopped up some amount of 2k+ and are asking me to pay within half an hour or else they will present my case before the magistrate.

                                        I called up to the customer care but they are forcing me to transfer the connection to the relative, why should i do that, they put me on hold saying our officer will assist you, but there is no response till 15 min.
