I have raised disconnection request but it is not accepted by them. No one replying for my mail. When i ask transfer call to disconnection team, customer care people telling me that call can't be transferred and send mail them. If we send mail means no response. Why disconnection team hiding themselves from customers? Why only one way communication with disconnection team? Their ivr number also don't have any option for disconnection.
I request everyone to send mail to trai and it ministry and ask them to start investigate on tikona. I highly suspect that they are doing illegal activity under tikona name.

Again Tikona proved that they are fraud people yesterday. I spoke with a guy named as Aniket and told me that he is composing my final settlement mail and asked me to wait for few mins. After few mins he told me that he sent a final settlement mail and asked me to check the same. I didn't receive any mail and conveyed the same to him. He mentioned that it could be due to network latency and check after 5 mins since I already sent a mail. I believed him but even after 4 hours I didn't receive any mail. Again I tried to talk with him but he refused to talk with me. When I call customer care first time they told me that Aniket is not in office and second time told me that he won't come to office for next 1 week and third time i got update that he is speaking with another customer. First time they updated me that my connection disconnected and second time they told me that it is in progress. Loads of conflict answers and seems they are framing their own stories in order to escape. In the past 10 days, I spoke with customer care executives nearly 45 hrs and from my experience they are the number one fraud people in the world. They always tried to disconnect the call instead of resolving the issue. How can he say that he sent mail without sending it? Even he asked to check my Inbox and even I remembered him my registered mail ID. He just cheated me.

If you are asking more questions then your mobile number will be blocked based on user id by them and forum posts will be deleted.

If anyone of you know how to raise complaint in TRAI other than email communication means please let me know

    With reference to the ID No [protected] & Billing Account Number[protected], i would like to bring to your kind attention that in spite of discontinuation of over 6 years, i still get reminders from the company (Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Limited)stating that there is an over due. The most recent reminder is today at 11.31 am saying a legal case would be filed if not paid an amount of 5612.00. This is totally baseless as i had opted for discontinuity even before the maturity date of the yearly plan i had opted. So kindly look into the matter and try to find out who is playing this game...

      I have received multiple threatening calls, warning me to make immediate payment from Advocates in Delhi Civil court, for a connection that wasn't working and for Bills that should ideally not even be generated.

      Asked the advocate for her Civilbar ID and she Mentions: ND8802/2007 ( Nidhi Sharma), which seems to be fake id !

      Not sure if this is the way we are progressing towards by fake calls and fake threats.

        I have requested for disconnection almost a year back and cleared bill till before concluding disconnection (I remember Customer care representative called during disconnection period and asked me to pay Rs.300 as final settlement amount. I have paid same almost a year back.) But till date I am getting bill with every month additional Rs. 100 late payment fees added into that.
        I called customer care may times and even mailed them to stop my bill as my connection is no more available, but still not concluded!!

        Every month Customer care will call me to discuss and when I complain about the bill generation (which is not relevant), they will promise me to come back, but till date no one has come back on closure of my connection/bill.

          I'm not happy with the the service provided by the tikona as there is a frequent disconnection of Internet. Request has been raised numerous times, but no permanent solution has been provided.

          I had raised the request for disconnection of service, however they requested for the last opportunity to repair but in vain. When I raised by concern for the disconnection again they're buying more time which is intolerable.. I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE SERVICE PROVIDED FROM TIKONA.

            My Tikona id is [protected]. I am facing issue with its connectivity for the last one month. I made numerous calls at your customer care no. and everytime before my problem got resolved, I got the new complaint no. to which none of your engineers attended instead I was made to solve my connection myself telephonically. I was made to shuttle between Tikona and D- Link (router). Each one of them just were passing the bucket on one another but my problem was as it is. And FINALLY YESTERDAY, I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF YOUR QUALIFIED ENGINEER MR MANISH TO GET SOME OTHER CONNECTION.
            We are now making the complaint to Court for this harassments which we have gone in the last one month.

            This is really sad that you are being given wrong information by your team. This is for your inf. that till date none of your team members have either given a call for repair leave aside the working of WIFI. WIFI IS NOT AT ALL WORKING.

              I was using a Tikona Connection with the above customer ID in Thane location, when i wanted to shift to a newer building in a different location. I called up the customer care of Tikona in the month of Feb 2015 and informed about my relocation to a new location in the last week of feb 2015.

              They were very much persistent i retain the connection in my new location.

              I informed that the new society in Dombivali is not in their coverage area and requested them for termination.

              I further got reminders for shifting my connection. In the mean-time, i had shifted to my new location in the first week of march 2015.

              I could convince 1 executive that my case was genuine and he took up my case for termination in the month of June 2015.

              To my surprise, i got an e-mail from automated mails that i have to surrender a modem and they charged me Rs. 1500/- for the same.

              I kept on convincing the customer care that i had used my own wireless modem for the connection. For which they threatened me with a legal action.

              I never had such a bad experience from my usage, but the Tikona executives were very harsh & not helpful.

              After 2 months of my endurance in making them understand, 1 executive pointed out that there is some instrument which was installed in the building.

              I went on explaining them that because of their late acceptance of termination request i could not help them since i relocated 4 months before.

              I was slapped with a legal notice for which the lawyer threatened to get me jailed for a meagre amount which was not my fault.

              I urge that the company reimburse my amount paid for this case.

                My name is Ankit Singh Bisht. I live in Vaishali Sector 6, Ghaziabad. I started using Tikona started from 29th July 2016. After this 3 months of period, I renewed my account. The first User Id which was given to me on 29th July was [protected], and when I renewed my account, he gave me another new ID which is [protected]. All the payments has been done in advance. His(Service provider) mobile no is [protected] and he told me his name Ravi. Now, I am continuously receiving one call [protected] from a lady for the due amount, which is nothing. They are threatening me to give the money otherwise they will do something. I am sending two snaps in which it is shown that I have already done payment(2160 Rs for three months)
                Please give me a solution for this.

                  I had been using Tikona for over a year when it suddenly stopped working in the month of October 2016. Since, I had used some data in the monthly rental, I had been asked to pay the bill for October . I hadn't used the internet in November and December and I forgot about the tikona issue . In January 2017, a tikona representative called me asking me to pay for the month of October, which made sense, since I have not paid after using the internet. So, I paid the amount in cash. He made the call to the tikona call centre, spoke to them asking them to cancel it . He said the job's done. I have been constantly getting emails, asking me to pay for the months of November and December and now finally, I have received a lawyer's notice from one, K.H.Halai from Halai and Co. Advocates. The tikona helpine is hopeless and they are just putting me on hold . They cannot harass me like this and I am willing to take legal action.

                  This is to inform you that I am continuously being harassed and troubled by the Tikona People regarding my dispute and internet connection. I have recently got a threat call as well by some lady 'Priya Aggarwal' who was claiming to be a lawyer from Delhi. Tikona is asking me to make the due payment which they have charged me unreasonably. Also the lawyer was threatening me to block my Aadhaar Card for 25 Years. Is it legally legit?

                  I have received a legal notice Today on 4th Feb 2020; while the date mentioned on the paper is 11th Dec 2019.

                  In that letter I am being asked for the legal proceedings inspite of me being the victim in this case.

                  This is to be noted that since the time I have taken Tikona connection; I am being harassed by Tikona. Since Aug 2018 I am suffering with the bad connections and slow interment speed continuously month-after-month. Even after charging me hefty monthly rent, they are not providing me the promised speed and connectivity.

                  For the same reasons, I also have raised multiple complaints with Tikona Customer care since September 2018 till September 2019. And spoken to them at least 10 times. But the query was never resolved. Multiple technicians also they sent to my home multiple times to check the connectivity; but they never solved any problem and rather mis-behaved with my family in my absence. They were threat to my family's safety.

                  When I demanded a compensation with Tikona, they never replied and promised that it will be solved soon. I have paid more amount than the services I had used; then why these charges are against me?? In fact I need the Money Back from Tikona for my Compensation claims.

                  In fact I have multiple times, already told them to disconnect me from the Services; but they kept charging me and did not take my discontinuation request seriously.

                  All these things you can cross check by going thru my discussions with their customer care calls.

                  I request here one last time that, kindly take out the Tikona Internet Connection Immediately from my house and Pay me back my compensation. And Meanwhile delete all the Pending charges from my account. Otherwise I do not have a choice, but to complain to the consumer-court and apply for my harassment charges against Tikona and fight for my compensation back.

                  I have raised the similar query on 6th Jan 2020 as well, but no response received by Tikona and their legal dept. My online request number is 1-[protected].
                  And Today again I have raised the concern.

                    Hi tikona,
                    tried five times contacting your customer care. i completed all troubleshooting they told me to do but no use. finally i was told that engineer visit has been arranged but no sms of contact detail yet. when contacted customer care to ask about visit, the lady told it has not been arranged. it means earlier person lied. this is shame on tikona. improve service instead of going higher and higher for downloading speed.

                    please resolve as my internet is down last 3 days. you cannot charge me for these days but its very clear that service is ****.

                      My user Id [protected], I took the connection on Feb 28th 2017 and made the payment.But I started using the service and activated thorough otp on March 8th 2017. Since then I'M not able to use the service properly.U can check in the usage history of my ID.I have called customer care gell number of times, but I have not got any relived solution.I demand for withdrawAl of subscription, but even then no response.Service engineer visited house and no remedy though.I sincerely request you to provide the solution from those ISP.

                        Hi,
                        I am Tikona Broadband user from Bangalore with user id [protected]. I have been facing connection and speed issues from the beginning.I have started using tikona from 8th February. I am using 1050 rupees/ month unlimited 6mbps plan. I have never got the speed. I have called tikona customer care hundred times but resulted in no help. Engineer also visited my place thrice. Nothing has been fixed yet.I am facing this issue from 15th February. Everyday i am facing trouble to connect internet as well. I dont have wifi router. I have lan cord directly connected to my laptop. I am very much disappointed with this value for money and failure in committment. I have spent lot of time over the phone talking to customer care. This isnt been a reliable connection for 1 percent. I will be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and fix it as soon as possible.

                            My User ID [protected], I am a lawyer of Bombay High Court, with all hope I got connection from Tikona by discontinuing the MTNL broadband. The experience with Tikona was totally unsatisfied in regard with the service. Many complaints made. Lastly from 13th August 2016 no internet connection was available and therefore on phone to customer care I informed to discontinue the connection. I lost my clients, I have to undergo a lot of mental torture. Subject to my claims against Tikona I have paid the bills, even interest imposed on me has been paid for bills for which no service was provided. I have been receiving threats from Delhi and other places frequently that a police case is filed by Tikona. I am unable to know a lawyer has been threatened and abused on phone from Tikona. May I request you to give me no dues certificate and inform your agents or any other persons not to disturb me.

                              I was using tikona connection since last 1.5 years back but due to some billing reason i have just close the connection and i got mail from tikona end for 1811 payment, on that mail i was agree for paying only valid payment 1200.
                              I got from tikona end and executive just told me that we will forward you the mail fro the waiver of 600 rs and please pay the 1200, but as well i didn't get any mail thats why i didn't pay at that time after that some lowyer just called me from tikona end that you will have pay 1811 otherwise your are ready to come for court, on that time i have just paid all bill and drop a mail on 21st feb 2017 for disconnecting the services but tikona 's didn't disconnect the connection and again send a mail for feb to march bill even in those duration i have drop a mial 4-5 times but every day they just call me for payment and trying to continue the internet but i just don't wanna use tikona connection. When i have not use connection than why should i pay for that, they just mentally harassed me.

                              I have already forward 2-3 mail for disconnection before billing cycle date but your coordinator always called me and trying to continue my connection but i was always told same please disconnect .
                              Its not my problem that your coordinator are not disconnecting my connection .
                              I have already forward the mail I will not pay rupees for your bill .
                              even i have not used your connection since last November 2016 so Why should I pay.
                              one more thing please update on your remark option don't call me for resolving or continue my connection .
                              your services is too much bad and at the time of disconnection you always try to fool all customer

                                This is avinash, i was a tikona customer with uid [protected] i had settled my account back in may 2016, also received a confirmation message that the rental has been stopped, i also have the confirmation call recorded saying no due. Despite all this, i'm receiving threatening calls and messages from (Calling personal references from tikon advocate no:-[protected] calling from personal numbers & e-mail id :-adv. [protected]@gmail.com) tikona saying that i have to pay some amount in 10m else they will go for legal processing. They are wasting my time and causing mental stress, i all so pad bill amount 2016 9 month ago tikona office & tikona office not issue any receipts for bill payment mr mandip in (Topi proses) please help me in this regard, thanks

                                  Received a call from this so called fake lawyer of Tikona to pay the due amount for the services which I haven't used from this phone number [protected]. saying that he is from hajari court of Delhi he even got call details and found numbers and names of my family and threatened me to pay the bill by 12 pm or he will sue me and seal all of my documents along with 4 other members' of my family my tikona user ID is [protected] he spoke very rudly and in an unprofessional manner, so I got so threatened and paid the amount of 3668 as told and when I called him he said now no case will be filed against me, so here I am complaining about this fake and fraud service provider of Tikona to stop harrasment people and getting illegitimate money, I want to file a case against TIKONA for mentally harrasing me and getting call details of my number and getting my family members' number, and threatened me to sue all of ours' documents, which is a felony crime, so I am requesting consumer forum to please take a look through at this number [protected] and do something about him and severely case a file against that fraud person pretending to be an advocate and the Fraud company Tikona

                                    Tikona — Not disconnecting, my line though we have made multiple calls.

                                    I had made an advance payment. There was an absolute poor connection, so we had made a couple of complaints. The engineer who visited said, such problem is at many places, so you tell them, we are shifting kindly cancel the line. So I made a cancellation request. on that day I had a balance of Rs. 3, 000.00 with Tikona.

                                    Now its more than 3 months, under 1 pretext or other they are not disconnecting the line, and just consuming our balance money ... Now I am also unable to login also to check the balance.

                                    They are really out to LOOT the public.

                                    I hope this forum can help to resolve the complaints.

                                      I have been using Tikona I had asked to transfer my connection to some other person my consumerID:[protected]. They have closed my connection instead of intimating me and charged me for their connecting device, which they had to collect it I have not even been informed about the device return nor closing of connection instead they billed me 3000Rs and I did not even know about that i dint even get any email. They have lodged the complaint against me in Delhi hight court. One day I get the call from number [protected] saying my case has been send to delhi court If I don't pay the bill amount of 3000 I will be issued warrant and today is its hearing. After i paid I called Tikona and I get to know that it is their mistake and If I call and raise the complaint they keep on telling that they'll resolve my issue in 48 hours.Every time I call I get to hear the same answer. It is not addressed yet. If its is not addressed I will file a complaint against Tikona in consumer forum.

                                      I too got a call from Mr. Advocate Joshi from the same number stating he is calling from Delhi Civil Court and that I have to pay INR 3, 091.00 (which includes INR 2, 000 legal fees) - this is really unfair, I told them to disconnect the service as it was really pathetic internet connection and was affecting my productivity - but they still generated the bill and they took the router after more than a year and now filing the case and I was told I only have half an hour to pay the amount else face arrest warrant and I have to come to Delhi to fight the case - normal citizen with fear will pay the amount so I did. But this is really unfair. Not sure if that person was from Delhi CC or from Tikona itself we have no means to verify but to pay out of fear and getting into hassle.
