My name is Ankit Singh Bisht. I live in Vaishali Sector 6, Ghaziabad. I started using Tikona started from 29th July 2016. After this 3 months of period, I renewed my account. The first User Id which was given to me on 29th July was [protected], and when I renewed my account, he gave me another new ID which is [protected]. All the payments has been done in advance. I had been using Tikona for over a year when it suddenly stopped working in the month of October 2016. Since, I had used some data in the monthly rental, I had been asked to pay the bill for October . I hadn't used the internet in November and December and I forgot about the tikona issue . In January 2017, a tikona representative called me asking me to pay for the month of October, which made sense, since I have not paid after using the internet....

tried five times contacting your customer care. i completed all troubleshooting they told me to do but no use. finally i was told that engineer visit has been arranged but no sms of contact detail yet. when contacted customer care to ask about visit, the lady told it has not been arranged. it means earlier person lied. this is shame on tikona. improve service instead of going higher and higher for downloading speed.

The experience with Tikona was totally unsatisfied in regard with the service. Many complaints made. I am regular user of tikona broadband connection since 2011. Due to shifting of location towards other opportunity, i want to disconnect tikona broadband connection.

We were using broadband services from tikona but when we experienced complaint with connectivitthen we lodged complaint to tikona. The service person came to us & told that there will be problem with the connectivity in future also due to tower not appropriate for our building. I stopped my services 8 months ago that time these cheaters did not close account and they keep on sending the bills, which is openly cheating and now that lady misbehaving on call, This is my second complaint on the same...

I had paid for 3 months plan.I did not get half hour net properly...disconnecting more..not connecting issues..I raised complaints even they have not resolved.Even no use of net also raised bills after one month...Customer care replied that...no need to pay...after 3 months the bill was above 2000 rs..saying need to pay even without proper net usage.I raised request to disconnect for 3 times ...even they are not taking modem.
