[Resolved]  Tikona Digital Networks, Mumbai — Making all the billing fault and cheated with people giving false bill.

Consumer id : [protected] when i was in pune at that time taken the broadband of tikona bc's there was no private operator thr. initially given 1500/- deposit which is refundable as per the agreement paper from company. when i left from pune at time 100 times informed them for cancellation & take that installed equipment. but those people they didn't do as per the communication. i left from pune and came to Bangalore. as per the total bill adjustment 1500/- was properly settled and same communicated by mail also. then after also still those people are sending mail for paying this amount and not removed the installed equipment til now. they have been giving me legal notice till now. =================== Hi, Just now I have discussed with You can write to us at our address given below or e-mail to [protected]@tikona.in or call Mr. Chetan Sharma on [protected] / [protected] / [protected] after making requisite payment. In which way he was talked with me it is clearly saying that, what ever till now I have been communicated with you not valuable. He was giving threatening to me that we can see in court. I don't think so that this is the way of taking to a customer. Attached the screen shot for all the mail which communicated with you. Please check all the mail properly and try to understand when i informed for cancellation not only mail but also talked with phone. For cancelling the connection & do the amount adjustment had communicated properly with you by mail & phone. Before leaving Pune, informed the same in proper time. But it was your problem that you could not collect properly at that time then after also called more times and given the update in mail. But i think you people are not taking all these things seriously. The same also again i am communicating with you . Please take it seriously and do the settlement asap. yes ..tikona is worst and mentally torture the customers stay away from tikona
so dont choose the tikona my suggestion is to go for local isp or beam as they resolve the things fastly what the joke is even after the disconnection on december i am getting the bill for february 15 2014 .

even after the return of cpe(modem and equipment) how the internet will be used ...that is the tikona ..just stay away from it
clearly check from your side, i think from myside nothing is pending, check the bill & usage and update me.
