Tikona — Disconnection request not followed and constantly billed even without usage of services

Hi, I lodged a disconnection request to tikona customer care on June 11th which after so many telephonic conversations got accepted by them. I received the disconnection request acceptance mail from Tikona but they have been billing me for past 2 months even though I haven't used their services at all after their disconnection request acceptance.
