[Resolved] Tikona — Failed to refund the deposit amount | |||||
My tikona user id is [protected]. I requested for termination of the the broadband service. They disconnected my service on july 2015. They suppose to refund Rs.1500 to me. But whenever I called the customer service, they said will initiate the process within two days. They are telling the same since August 2015. I am really fed up. Its such a worst customer service. Most of the time, when I call them, they dont pick the call and IVR will say we have noted your number and we will call back within two days. But not even once they called back. I want my money back.
