I have received a phone from tikona company to settle a bill. They offered Rs 1000 against Rs 2800. I have accepted the offer and made the payment. They said they will send me the NOC letter at my email address. I gave them the payment confirmation number. Later i received a call from another person from tikona said they received Rs 1000 and now i have to pay the remaining amount. I informed him that we were in agreement to pay Rs 1000 to close this bill and tikona will provide me the NOC letter. He said it was a trick to get minimum Rs 1000 from you. I have launched multiple complaints for internet not working when i was using there services. Their customer service team always reply that we are working on this concern and we will waive your bill. when requested for waiver on bill payment, they agree and later they said every thing was fine and we cannot waive any thing. Please advise on this
