Tikona — Getting issue in internet for more than 15 days continuously and problem occurred every month

Hi i am from gurgaon n using tikona internet (user id [protected]) . its more than 15 days i am facing problem in internet . i am not able to open gmail. i have also given complaint to tikona but they are closing these without intimating me. please check my current ping records in attachment
