Tikona — Harassing by calls | |||
I had taken the Tikona service since September 2014; since then the service was pathetic and I was lodging complaints every now and then. There was a time in March, where I had sent numerous mails, called them for internet resolution but nobody turned up. I finally sent a mail for disconnection. I confirmed with the customer care about status and she confirmed the account has been deactivated. I still get atleast 4-5 calls everyday from Tikona about bill payment and they are really harassing me now. Please help! Was this information helpful? | |||
