Tikona — Harassment for payment o[censored]nused service | |||||
We got Tikona connection for home in Pimple Saudagar after a lot of pain. The area manager was someone Mr. Amit. Later we shifted to another place after 2-3 months(1st Jan) hence closed the tikona account and terminated the connection. Later after 2 months we got a call from Tikona that new bill of 1450 rupees is generated. We tried to explain a lot that we are not staying at the same place then how can we get a bill. again few more times they called up and we explained the same. Also contacted their customer care(?) for clarification but no use. After 2 months a lady Deepti([protected]) called up from my father on 6th Apr'16 telling that she is an advocate and a case is filed by Tikona for their pending payment. If you don't close it now. you have to come to Delhi and close the case. Also there will be big fine. My father was busy in funeral rituals of my grand father. And that lady was constantly telling him that you have to close this issue right now. My father requested her that he will solve all this once he comes back to Pune after all funeral rituals are done. But she did not listen. Some how we managed payment of requested money online to get rid of the calls. This is nothing but harassment. That so called advocate lady was saying "Itne thode paison ke liye kyun jhanjat badhha ke le rahe ho. Pay kar do jaldi se online." I also asked her time for just a day but she did not listen. Instead when I talked angrily, she said "Aapki aukad nahi hai mujhse baat karne ki". These people manipulate human emotions and situations for just bragging their money.
