Tikona — Harassment from tikonaa and fake bill fraud, cust id [protected] | |||||
I was using prepaid tikona services till August 2015 then i asked for disconnection because of bad service and i had already emailed tikona about disconnection after numerous times of calling its customer care they called me around 14-15 Sept. and asked to use their service again they promised that i would not face any issue now then i asked them that my bill dare start from 26 every month so it doesn't make sense to use your service for 9-10 days pay for 30 days then they asked me that you had requested for disconnection so your connection is in our observation and you you will have to charge as per the no. of days, i used their service till 25 sept. then i again asked them for disconnection. I have their auto-generated email for confirming the disconnection but they haven't disconnected it and they again prepared bill for the next month and asked me to pay the bill for the service i haven't used. I called them hundreds of time they din't respond. now I am getting threatening calls from delhi saying that tikona had filed a complained against me and she is forcing me to pay the bill. Tikona people are harassing me like this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

i am still getting Bill, last bill i got on 30 December, as you mentioned above that my connection is terminated then why you guys are taking so long to provide final bill and if it is not Calculated yet then why you guys sent me incorrect bill
instead of sending correct bill you guys are giving me threatening calls and for your kind information the number you provided above does not work whenever i call i get response as "we have made a note of your no. you can expect a call from xyz number"
