Tikona Internet — INTERNET NOT WORKING

2 months before i have taken tikona new connection & subscribed for 3 months. from day one onwards i am unable to browse internet properly.Daily i have to call the customer care, they will say my problem will be resolved in 3 hours. After that it may work for 1 hr, next day i have to call them again for connection. After 10 days of this process i called them to disconnect my connection & opted for remaining 2 months money what i have payed. i dint used the internet for 10 days after that they have generated the bill again. i called then and enquired about that, they told that the connection is working properly so u can use it . again i am facing the same issue. my pacakge is 30 gb 4 mbps, hardly i use 5 mbps monthly due to browsing speed & connectivity issue. i have to do work from home where i have to login to internet at late nights due to it i am facing many issues

I Dont want to continue with tikona anymore, what you people have done from last 2 months.Please refund my money back & i need compensation for the nuisance & time waste created by you people.

Too late that even we got to know about the services, and finally opted for cancellation.
But sad to see that the bill is generated even after you have opted for the money back.
Now, I am equally concerned about my refunds. I wonder how the broadband service is operating this way.
Yes Nazia, ur right. total time waste with these people, from past 2 months i am uanble to browse even though they are generating bill. i opted for disconnection still no response from them. how about ur issue is it resolved r not

Still i dont got any resolution from your end. i am still facing the issue.
your costomer care people is saying issue has been resolved & sending text messages to me.
None of your executed visited my place, how can you people confirm that issue has resolved & closed the complaint.
Please disconnect my connection & refund my money back.

I will start circulating the issue to social media, it may helpful for other people, i dont want them to waste their money by taking your waste connection.

Do not expect anything from then Naveen.
Except only regular bills(but not regular services), no waiver or no compensation, but only legal notice from the court if you don't pay.
