Tikona — Internet issue. | |||||
First of all I want to tell you that I have 2 connections of tikona, one connection is for 203 and second is for 302 in same building and both flats are mine. But as technician has came yesterday(e.i 1st may ) regarding my Internet issue and the problem is not solved. But technician is misbehaving like insulted talk in front of others(Society members) that "I am using illegal connections" this is that the way tikona people are behaving. For the first connection I was given my document of PAN card and electricity bill so that time they updated correctly in there system, but for the second time I don't know from where they got wrong address and after many calls and confirming that I am not there and I had given my address many times still tikona people are not changing my address I don't know why? And as per yesterday rudely answer by tikona technician that I am using "illegal user" connections Whom you called illegal? If a person is giving any fake ID and fake address then you can call illegal or fraud. You can't claim a person who is given correct documentation of KYC and called as a "illegal user" they can see my bill payment history from last 5 to 6 many years. It's quite surprising that after paying for there services still I have to waste my time and energy for chasing there people(technician) or services. I am extremely so so sorry about that I preferred tikona services, so I want to correct myself by disconnecting tikona services thanks you tikona for extreme rude, insulting services, I hope you will not waste my time for disconnecting the connections.
