Tikona — Internet Service | |||||
I have e-mailed tikona customer care more than 6 times for internet service disconnection, but no response, i also called customer but no satisfactory response, as soon i say i want to disconnect my connection then cut the call saying thank you. Worst customer care response. I am not using tikona internet from 18th September 2015 till today even though they send me bill. Please Disconnect my connection fast and dont say thay we called you to confirm disconnection but we could not connect to you. No need to call and confirm disconnection just disconnect fast. Worst Internet Service Provider when customer asks for disconnection. They dont process disconnection request and just send bills . Was this information helpful? | |||||
