Tikona Internet Service — Tikona- Irresponsible Engineers, Cheating to Cstomer | |||
Dear sir/Madam I am NIdheesh, I have purchased internet connect from Tikona with 4mbps connection on 11/08/2015 with Cash INR 2, 380 in advance for installation and 2 months connection fees, since I took an internet connect there is a problem of connection from day one. And also internet speed test never cross more than 256 Kbps speed. I have raised several requests to their technical team but no one have attended my request for assistance their call center people only take request but no action I have asked for disconnection but they have taken request for waiver. Their Engineers are unable to attend my phone calls last 5 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
