Tikona — Lost connectivity very frequently. Bad support | |||||
Tikona is a fraud company.. I have connectivity issue since i got tikona connection.Say in a day 5 times and after 2 days it lost for a long time sometimes 12 to 24 hrs. I used to call customer support but they don't listen me carefully and give me a memorized answer every time that sir! You have a back end problem, your problem will be solved in next 24 hrs. Please guys don't go for tikona. I have done this mistake after i read all negative issue but install it for cheap plan.. But it's a pain to you when you have a internet but can not use it Was this information helpful? | |||||
