I had already raised an issue on 12 sep which is unresolved. Summarizing it again:
Got prepaid connection installed on 23rd March 15. I needed it only for 2 months so prepaid 2250/- as per the bill plan.
Requested disconnection on 1 april due to poor servt- cc exec pleaded that they will improve quality
Again requested for termination on 6 may to terminate on 23 may, they said they will give confirmation call.
Received 5 calls, all insisting to retain connection but none giving ticket I'd.
My request closed saying that I didn't receive their so called confirmation call, told to raise another ticket and delayed it for 15 days
Finally disconnected and collected cpe in June end and gave receipt
Their lawyer calls in sept asking for payment of 693 rs in next 30 mins or we will be dragged to court.
Attempted payment 12 times, pathetic site, payment unsuccessful
Another call from the lawyer in Novem 4th to pay 2693 rs
They say we have receipts but not NOC.
In a panic attack, my mom made the payment
This is purely extortion of money.
When the connection was prepaid, how come they could generate any bill. Services should terminate automatically once prepaid amount exhausts.
The delay from their end is making customers suffer, moreover, they are extorting illegitimate amounts of money by threatening the customers.
It's a fraud company and govt should shut it down
