Tikona — Net not working | |||||
Dear Consumer Forum, Please be noted i cannot connect to my internet every week and this happens almost twice a week and still tikona is not ready to disconnect my internet connection. Whenever i have asked for a waiver, they have not provided me the same, stating that the complaint has been resolved. Now, i need a waiver as well as disconnection as i don't think so that tikona is properly able to provide service to the consumers. Even the customer care escalation point - Mr. Ali, is stating "do whatever you want to do" - tikona is not wrong anywhere. I would request the consumer forum to take strict action against this "UNDER PERFORMER" isp organization. Was this information helpful? | |||||
