Tikona — No Internet Connection

Respectedsir/mam I Tirth d bhatt had purchased Internet connection provided bu tikona services for six months worth rupess 4700 one month back since then i am experiencing constant interruption in connectivity and for that i have complained about 10 to 15 times in costumer care but they are not responding properly and giving the same answer that it will resolved soon but still it is one month now and there no resolution of the complain and no engineer has come to check the connection so kindly help me to get refund from this fraudulent people as i am feeling cheated and kindly process my request asap. Thank you.

Hello,
I am in dire need o[censored]r help now as in how today i got treated when i called customer care number provided by tikona services. I was literally insulted when the attendant fearlessly threatened me by saying u can do whatever u want we want do anything in this matter.Kindly requested to help me solve the problem.

Respected sir/madam,
I tirth d bhatt have subscribed to your internet services by user id [protected] since 3 april, 2015 on account of your name and popularity in area.
I have selected and paid for unlimited package of 1mbps apeed on day and 512 kbps at night by paying 4700 rupees for 6 months. And I am so much disappointed by your poor services.
> I cant even open your login page after trying so many times. Login page open after 1 hour and it gives speed of 0.2 kbps!!!
Even google takes 5 minutes to open up!!!
How can anyone survive with this kind of services! I have paid so much for this kind of 0.5g service!!!
I have also complained about it many times but every time they say to log in and log out and the issue is same after 5 minutes. And they close the complain without confirmation!
It automatically logs out after half an hour and takes again 1 hour to open login page!
I need sincere and serious attention over this issue and to be solved as soon as possible.or kindly return this installation and return my money so that I can purchase a better service.

After telling so much we are not getting connection and there not listening to our complains and also they are not giving us connection and there attendent are telling us wait for one day two days and then also there is no connection

This is the 10th complaint I am raising as I am fed up o[censored]sing the poor service which is more of a mental trauma to me since last 1.5 months. In a hope that my small business will flourish, I chose your connection for the fake promises written in your advertisement. But unfortunately I have incurred heavy losses due to untimely call drops, absolutely no connectivity for days even after complaining the customer care again and again. I am no longer sure where I should complain, or who will pay for the losses and how would you make up for this mental trauma which I get everytime I reach home and I see no connection at all.

I subscribed to Tikona around two weeks before and the service persons were always friendly until I PAID.Immediately after I paid the service person told me that I had to change my Rs.2000 router+modem and I had to purchase a Rs.1200 only WiFi router.I might have pretty much rejected the connection if he had told me about the router issue before payment.After configuration the network worked fine for 5 days except for the two times when it went off for 3 hrs in the evening.After thoses 5 days, the network started going on and off in intervals of 10 mins and sometimes went off for hours in stretch, so basically my internet connection was useless, now we have to check admission status, pay online bills, do other official work online and basically all of this has been delayed so much that it could have possibly affected my career.I have called the customer care service around 5 times for now and each time I am promised that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours and each time I get a message that the issue is resolved after 6hrs of my complaint.However nothing ever happens.There is no change in my state and I really want a refund.I do not wish to be offensive, but it is quite apparent that this network is fradulent, I mean I get a connection and I lose it within one week while my payment of Rs.3000 goes to waste.I cannot believe that the customer service is so bad that they straight out cheat the customer of their money, so right now I am requesting a solution to my problem or atleast give me a refund.MY CUSTOMER ID IS [protected]

I had bought the connection from Tikona user ID [protected] and was using it for past 3 years post that i renewed the connections since i was promised by Tikona to provide good quality service
From Past 4 Months i am not able to get internet connection from max 5 min it gets disconnected
I have raised complaints many times and now there is no connection at all, Mr Sidharth Joshi had promised me on that the Area Manger will speak to me and resolve the issue but no one responses nor does the Supervisor Mr Sidharth Joshi calls back

I wanted to demand cash back including harassment charges since i needed to call them every alternate day for getting the issue fixed, these is from March 2015

The mental harassment is tremendous due to non availability of internet service when required ( For work from Home )
