Tikona — No Internet service for 4 days and no response from customer service - Tikona User ID:[protected] | |||
My Tikona Broadband has been out of service for 4 days following a storm in the Chattarpur Extn. area of New Delhi. I've tried contacting Customer Service but the numbers are unresponsive (there's a recording message that says all operators are busy, please call after some time). In fact, from the time I became a subscriber to Tikona in March 2014, I have been unable to contact customer service even once. This company is cheating customers by providing poor quality service, and needs to be taken to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
