Tikona — No service provided for change of address | |||
I've asked Tikona to change the address, on 31 October morning. They replied to me that it will take 2 days. I waited for it. Then continuously customer care executive persons are saying engineer will visit my place in 1 hour or 2 hours. Till now they are saying this. If they aren't able to do so, I've asked them to disconnect my services. That too they are saying, please wait. Really fed up with this.
