My user I'd is [protected] and its been more than 10 days since I am having connectivity problem. There is no connectivity ever neither the speed is good. The speed is very very bad. Very bad service and I am very disappointed with Tikona. Please refund my money I don't want to take this pain anymore because of this I am having a lot of loss of my precious time and effort. I will go to consumer forum if required. I am very very dissatisfied and will never ever use Tikona or recommend other even I will post my disgusting experience in social media and Tikona web pages.

    Hello,

    I live in pratap vihar, ghaziabad. Here we only have two broadband options Tikona and Bsnl. And I am using Tikona from past 1 year.
    Every month I face critical issues in my Tikona broadband network. And now it is too irritating, its been straight two weeks I am not able to use the network. I keep on complaining and they just say there is some tower problem in your area, will get solved in 8hrs.
    But it is not solved yet. I am not able to do my important work. Due to less options, I can't even change my broadband.

    Please do the needful at the earliest.

      I disconnected my connection no [protected] in august 2015 when your field engineer sarvesh confirmed that this area is non-feasible and i will get refund.

      I kept on writing mails for refund but no one responded. Now surprisingly i have received an outstanding bill of 1200 inr. I have never seen such a fraud company. Calls made to your toll free no. Were unanswered and i never received a call back,

      kindly see to it otherwise i will forced to go to social media and trai authorities and register a complaint about your mal practices.

        I Mohammed Toufeeq had Gavin requested to the tikona customer care on 5 of January 2016( request no .1-[protected])for disconnection of our connection line Account Number [protected] .no 5 62/1 1 cross rahat ali layout mottkar street behind arbaic collage Bangalore 560045 and we were assured by them about immediate disconnection and since than we are trying for the same by requesting customer care but being send to each other by saying that it will done by the other.
        Every time while talking to customer care we are assured that request have been forwarded.
        and since that we are paying the bill without using internet .send us full and final settlement letter

        we hope disconnection is made as soon as possible..

          Very bad customer service, I had told Tikona customer care to close my account with them and not to call me again.What they did is, they suspended my account and keep on calling me frequently and also recently i got a bill for late payment of Bill.If anybody from tikona is reading this please take measures ASAP otherwise I will have to register a complaint against the company .             This is really frustrating to been a customer of Tikona.
            The worst company ever seen.

            Already dropped couple of mails regarding closing of my Tikona Broadband connection but no action taken yet.
            Only the people from recovery team are harassing me.
            Why the tower was removed from my area without any intimation that affected my business badly.
            On top of that I am getting call's from Tikona collection department as I am a criminal or defaulter.

            Multiple time called Tikona care support centre the call remains in queue for hours and then getting dis-connected.
            No one is there to help me on how to resolve this issue and get rid of a nonsense company like Tikona.

            By my effort submitted the CPE and modem to Mr. Siddartha (Tikona partner representative) and want to know the full and final amount I need to pay to get the NOC and get rid of Tikona.

              Hi,
              I got tikona broadband in 2014 July since then it has never worked as it was promised to me by the service provider. My internet connection does not work at least once in a week ( Does not work for a week now a days), my connection drops very frequently, I have never been attended by customer care well as my query was not resolved. I have paid my bill for every month and I have never even got any rebate for the time when my internet does not work. I am being given sub standard quality of services instead of what I was promised. At times I have been told by the technical team of tikona customer care that It shows that your internet is working fine from our end so we can not send anyone to check the connection, I feel tikona digital networks did not act in good faith and still is not. Please Advice!

                  Hi,
                  I just got a connection from tikona services, two sales man came to my home to install the services, and took 2176rs from me for the internet services. Also they took 150rs extra from me as I do not have address proof at that time. They didn't even gave me enough wire so that I can attach my lap top even to my bedroom, they gave me around 10-11 mtrs of wire, and when I asked them for more wire, they said they do not have. When I asked them to get my wireless router connect with it they denied, as they do not know how to do it. As soon as they left my internet stopped working, and I called them to get it work however they didn't came. Then I called Customer care, and submitted one complaint, there representative told me that technician will reach at my place in 24-48 hours, however its been 50 hours I am still waiting for him to come. Then I got a call from one number that is it working or not, I told her that it is not working, then she said you need to call those two salesman to get it sorted, I said I do not have there number and send someone, however she was so rude and ill mannered, she started shouting at me and started questioning me that why you didn't took there number and all, I said okay, I will mail your corporate and will submit one complaint for this, then she said fine you can do it now. I am not able to understand that TIKONA STANDARD IS SO LOW??? If so then I would like to disconnect my services, and would want my money back, else I will forward my complaint to consumer court as well.

                      My name is puran kotwal. My tikona id is [protected]. I am a resident of Vasundhara Ghaziabad.

                      I am using tikona service since last three months. My current plan is ADBBM2M500.

                      I am unable to connect to tikona internet service since one week. It often happen that for 2 to 3 days in a week i used to have no internet connectivity because of poor service provided by tikona.

                      I don't understand why they are doing this to their customers.

                      If it persist for few more days i will disconnect tikona service and will find some other option nearby.

                          I took an internet connection from this company a few months ago . It was for 80GB internet with 2Mbps speed. When the engineer came to my house and installed the internet he showed me that the connection was working to it's full speed of 2mbps as promised by the company. However after that i started facing problems regarding my internet connection from june onwards. I filed numerous complaints and it took 1 month for them to solve my issue. i changed my internet plan 2 months ago and purchased the one for 30GB @ 4Mbps speed. after that i started facing the same issues again, around 2 weeks ago. i have filed numerous complaints with the company but no action has been taken. Sometimes when i call the helpline number the technical assistants do not talk to me and cut the call. i keep dialing again and again and waste my time in explaining the situation to every different technical assisstant that picks up the phone when i call. but still no solution to my problem has been found. One of the technical assistants told me that there was a fault from the company's end and that my connection was not able to receive proper signals from the signal tower, still no solution has been found. everytime i lodge a complaint with the company they assure me that my issue will be resolved in 8 hours or 24 hours etc etc.but nothing happens.

                                I've raised a request for canceling the service post facing technical problems from Tikona on 16/11/2015. They had sent me the bill of Oct15 and Nov15 for the sum of Rs 1815. But since I've asked for canceling the service in November itself hence asked them to sent a new bill for the data consumption in November. I was told it will take a month to close the service and the new bill will be sent. But in January16 they called me and said that only if I continue to use the service I will be given a waiver else I will have to pay complete bills. Today while writing this I just received a call from collection team to make the payment asap. I want to understand this that why only if I continue then a refund can be given, it means they know their service lacks quality. And it's valid for me in such scenarios where the internet connection is highly unstable to pay only for what I've consumed.

                                Currently my rental is stopped but they are asking to pay the bill for complete November15 and the late payment charges which are late due to their delay in settling things.

                                This is the second time I'm complaining in consumer forum as you guys were unable to resolve this earlier and said the same that you are working on it.

You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.

                                  Hello ICCF,

                                  I'm Darshan Singh Khalsa from Meerut India and I want to complaint about the company Tikona Digital Network that I've choose there internet service on 1 Jan 2016 my internet plan was 80GB internet per month and 4mbps downloading speed and the uploading speed is 512 kbps, It worked fine upto 5-6 days but after that it started making problem during the night time. I complained about that issue but it wasn't resolved and they are ignoring my issue since 6 jan 2016 they are not paying any attention on my issue they are doing just a formality by sending the technical man to resolve but it's still the same.

                                  The problem occurs only during night time the internet speed get slow upto 512 kbps but as a mentioned above I was having 4 mbps speed plan. I discussed it with customer care many times but they only say that we are working on your issue your back end is having problem we are fixing that since one month. They must be having a record of my complaints during this month.

                                  Then I contacted their meerut team head Mr. Mukesh Sir he said that the face of the Network Tower of Tikona is not towards your home I said okay when will you resolve it he said we will fix it tomorrow then I called him next day he said I'm sending the man but none of them came that day. Then I tried his phone many time but he was continuously ignoring my phone calls now it's over 20 days he is not responding to my issue. He said the real problem is that we have to adjust the face of the tower towards your home but they are not doing that. Tikona meerut team is making too much late to adjust a little problem they just have to adjust their tower position towards my home but they are not doing that instead of ignoring my issue.

                                  They are just making fool and saying that sir we will resolve it fast but it still same I'm not receiving the 4 mbps speed or a constant speed as per as my chosen plan speed. Right now I'm receiving just a 512kbps-1.5mbps speed.

                                  I'm sending you the screenshots of speed which I'm receiving during last few days and you can also see the dates in the screenshots.

                                  So at the end I just want to say that please help me. I'm very much feed up with this and I want this to be resolve fast.

                                  Kindly, respond to my request and so that they resolve this issue asap.

                                    First and foremost I have to say that thank god Offlate I have started recording their calls...
                                    I'm all set up to sue them on a very serious note and this is my last attempt to avoid that.

                                    Well I am/ was a customer of theirs...
                                    After facing many problems I asked them to get me disconnected in(3oth Nov)November end.
                                    I get a call back (around 3rd Jan) from them pleading and asking me to check the network and if I feel good i can continue. I asked them to call me back. Apparently they never called back and my network was also working okay for the time being.
                                    I started facing the problems in January again. So I asked them (Jan 4) to disconnect me permanently. They started playing the same tune and the Lady executive also asked me to take it as a secondary plan (as per my usage).
                                    After, telling her that I genuinely want a disconnection, she said "Sir, you'll get a call back from our disconnection department).
                                    Now obviously I didn't receive any calls. So I called them on 24 Jan saying "what the hell are you guys doing"
                                    To my utter horror I was informed that "I have already been put to the general category on November 3.
                                    Well and they have generated a bill of Rs2500 odd rupees.
                                    Now, the catch is I already paid Rs2200 on Jan 3 as payment.

                                    BTW I HAVE THIS CONVERSATION RECORDED:

                                    Now I got a call yesterday (4th February, 2016) from[protected] USHA from the Head Office.
                                    "She again reiterated the fact that I have been put on the general plan on December 3rd. Also sh accepted the fact that I have not been informed about the change ever. Also she said the only amount pending is Rs218. Also she said she will mail me the details and the said amount.

                                    Well! I'm still waiting for the mail or the call and when I called their head office[protected] Ex. 955) to my surprise I was connected to Usha but she denied that she has ever called me. Don't worry Usha I have this on record as well :) and then they started disconnecting my calls continously...

                                    Well two words for tikona...
                                    Get Lost!

                                    if you can call cal within 24 HRS or else I don't care. I am anyways planning to sue you guys

                                      I had a tikona 4mbps plan, the speed which i get is not even 1mbps. i have had loses of about 15, 000 using this tikona service as it break up the connection on a client meeting, conference call, online projects and much more. now i got a call from a lawyer regarding a case on my name and that i have to pay the amount asap. also the lawyer asked me the OTP if i am not able to make the payment now.

                                      I am disconnect my connection last six monts before and 3 days before i got call from layer from tikona he told me there is case in delhi supreme court regarding your tikona payement .actually i am not using tikona broadband last six monts and i cleared all the bill .tikona broadband company is not good at all

                                        We have teminated our Tikona Network in last year.Instead of sending no.of mails to terminate the service Tikona has not terminated it and Suddenly after two months they have contacted claiming that we hav not paid bill for 2 month and if we do not pay it they will do police case against us.Even though we were not wrong still we have paid money to tikona.While paying so called due transaction got failed so again we did transaction.During thses two transactions tikona has received payment Twice.Four months has passed till date Tikona do not have any courtesy to call us to inform that we made extra payment to them!
                                        When we have contacted them they have accepted that they have received payment twice.This kind on unethical behavior is not accepeted from any service provider.If we do not get our money in next 4 days surely we will launch a complain against Tikona!
                                        I am also working in service industry i know how it works! Hoping for some positive responce from Tikona.
