Tikona — payment for not used, no customer support on relocation | |||
Hi, i got tikona internet connection in 10 of Jan 2015. I have paid 3371 rupees as installation and service person told, 2 month not required to pay, Tikona BAN :[protected]. On 17th of February I have called customer care for relocation services, they gave request number 1-[protected]. Only mail came, no person called us. So again I send mail on 23rd February 2015, they sent new reference docket number 1-[protected]. I have relocated on 28th February 2015. But no one came from tikona for relocation service. but they are continuously sending mail for payment. Even Where as my initial payment valid till 10th March 2015. Now they are calling and threatening me to pay or file case against me? I never seen such worst behaviour from any one. I have enough mail communication with tikona, now I am planning to file case for threatening and wrong billing. I request people to choose right internet service provider.
