Tikona — Poor connectivity | |||||
Hi my name is gaurav, i joined tikona network on 21.04.2016 and the user id assigned to me is [protected]. From the very first day i am facing poor conectivity and pathetic speed problem with tikona. I tried calling the sales person mr. Anshul dubey & technical support assigned to me, mr. Pankaj; but they never turned up to my complaints and stop picking up the calls from me. Then i turned up to online customer care no. [protected], after a 30 mins long call i was successfully able to login to my account and was able to use internet. But the next day again the internet was not working, then i call them again, followed their instructions and this become a daily job, infact sometimes i had to call them twice or thrice a day. I mean you are providing services for the ease of your customer or you are there to create problems for them. I request the concern person from tikona to please look into the matter and provide me the refund if they are not able to resolve the issue on permanent basis. Was this information helpful? | |||||
