Tikona — Poor service and blocked my number | |||||
I am one of the customers of Tikona. I was getting frequent disruption in internet. I used to call tikona call centre toll free number to talk to executives. from past 3 months, i have been raising the same compliant as "i am getting unidentified network error" . I used to get same answer from past 3 months as " we will resolve it shortly and PERMANENTLY and SLA time is 24 hours, give us last chance.. I think, this company don't know meaning of PERMANENT and LAST CHANCE. After my frequent complaints, they blocked my number. It is ruthless. After all i am paying monthly bill regularly and not getting proper services. On the top of that, my number is blocked. I am sure this company wont survive for long. I am raising complaint to take strict action on this company for blocking my number and not giving proper services. One last word, People baring this worst Tikona network services is just because their area is not covered by ACT beam Once it is in, I am sure this company need to start begging. I want explanation on, why my number is blocked t toll free service. I called paid customer service of tikona, and have not got any proper answer for it and call was disconnected by service . I have proofs to say it.
