Tikona — Regarding poor Issues of connectivity | |||||
Hi. My name is Rajesh from Ahmedabad. I am Tikona's Customer since last 3-4 years. Since last 2 months I have been facing a serious connectivity issues which isn't getting solved properly, everyday there is a problem standing of connectivity error and the company is describing the fault at the company's end but still they are not able to resolve my problem and also I am not getting proper answers from the customer executives at the company's end. I am fed up and being mentally depressed with the behaviour of company's personnel. Just waiting and opting for the best of the replies and services from the company.
