Tikona — Sending bills after surrendering my internet connection | |||
Dear sir, My name is karthick v and my tickona user id is [protected], i have used tickona internet connection about an year in the following address No: 7, vijay avenue, mandhaveli cross street, puzhuthivakkam, chennai-91. I had faced too many issues in internet connectivity during my tenure with tickona service which you can able to find from my complaint history. Finally due to some personal reasons i surrendered my internet connection on 18feb2016. And i have promptly paid all my bills to tickona internet up to my final bill. At the of surrender your person asked me to refer someone.And i referred one of my friend which is the biggest mistake i did . But your people transferred my account to my friend without my knowledge. And know you are sending me bill with penalty which i have never used. Its really frustrating me. Since i surrendered my connection i will not pay anymore amount to tickona .I, m feeling cheated now. I have informed about this to tickona customer care as soon as i came to know you are transferred my account. It's completely your person mistake and i, m not responsible for it. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. You have not properly addressed my concern,
I have requested to disconnect my connection on 18feb2016 and my last usage was 20Feb2016. And also I have paid my internet bill up to the last billing cycle dated on 06Mar2016.
I have never used Tickona internet connection after 20feb2016.
And know why tickona is keep on sending me bill with penalty which i have never used. Its really frustrating to me. Since i surrendered my connection i will not pay anymore amount to tickona .I, m really feeling cheated now.
Never suggest or use tickona service in future.
