Tikona Services — Threatening emails for launch of criminal case on me | |||
I asked Tikona for services after 4 days of installation but i got no revert except tkt no. They donot attend calls nor responds to emails. I requested for termination. now when it's accepted after 5 complaints and so many calls to brijesh the manager they agreed to disconnect the services but they are not returning my full amount of 2200 and threatening me of criminal case if i dnt return their items. The service guy told only 500 will be refunded. And if i mail them for this, instead they are mailing through system generation that they will file a case against me. They are not available on the customer care nos nor they revert to the email i made them. What about the harassment they made to me in last 1.5 months. They are doing this only on the name of company else on phone the manager brijesh told me that donot ask me for the money ask the company. When i said that you are the company emoloyee and seated for resolving complaints he directly denied that i am not responsible on behalf of my team and i will not respond for company fault. Where should i go if the emoliyess speaks like this. I have all the emails and complaint records with me but no written communication by them. Was this information helpful? | |||

yet i have received no call or email in reply to my complaint from tikona.
they have my 2200 rs with them . which contains 3 months rental in it with service tax.
but still they generated my bill of 999rs and the advoate is calling to pay that bill which was not relevant.
i have mailed them as per the reference no.given to me but no reply is being made to that email.
my calls on the customer care gets disconnected automatically after 4:35mints saying that they will call back.
no local manager attends the call or email nor the boss.
they are asking to pay 999 amount now which is not relevant at all as i have paid 3 months amount in advance and withing 7 days of connection i put the disconnection mail as they are not ready to provide me services after installation.
then from where this bill comes?
